NEW BEGINNINGS
Christmas season was once more in Chicago one woman who couldn't respond to a marriage proposal that was given two nights before was due to the fact that heart belonged to someone else, that someone else was already married. Screaming into a pillow as everything was going around her was falling apart. But one program in the early Spring season that was called First Responder's it was huge hit getting up to open an all-familiar door that was in pretest of blues and greens on the walls and the bed was name on pillow Riley was in scripted "soon you will be home safe and sound it's time for you Riley Alicia Brett to come home where you are safe and sound." Sylvie whispered as she placed two envelopes on her soon to be daughter's bed one had two gift cards the other one had a photos of the two of them. Letting this teenager know she was loved soon to be cared for, Sylvie trained Riley in paramedic's training and along with Fire Rescue she kept it hidden for a lot of reasons for one she was an Army Paramedic didn't want anybody to know. Not even her Lieutenant did not about the program that's how well everyone was with the blind eyed so to speak. Closing the bedroom door Sylvie knows that Riley is staying at a drug invested homeless shelter praying she was okay as she placed on her coat, hat and gloves. Tucking her fully charged phone with one number it was time for Kelly Benjamin Severide to know the full extent of her feelings. Sylvie will hold nothing back wishing she never chickened out wishing she had a time a machine.
Stella Paula Kidd was working at Molly's Bar and Pub they recently started a menu of course hiring new people with a competition across the street still people come and watch the games. Christopher "Chris" Herrmann is also the owner along with being a Lieutenant of Firehouse 51, been working on keeping busy praying my past doesn't catch up to me however that was sticky when the bell over the door opened. There he was Mark Brandon Young cop out of Boston Police Department still handsome as ever trying to mentally slap myself saying over and over your married girl married to Kelly Severide your husband blurts that out in 1, Mark is walking over oh man that sexy walk he does. 2, Mark is walking over to the bar as he pulls out a chair. So instead of blurting out the truth "your usual drink I am summing?" Stella asked as he flashed that sexy smile she was turning into putty "sure that sound refreshing, how are you doing?" Mark asked like they are causally seeing each other as Stella almost dropped the bottle as she placed it on the napkin "doing pretty well nothing new or anything exciting." Stella said as she was kicking herself in the ass as she looked at Mark "How are you doing Mark anything new and exciting?" Stella asked as she looked around it was just the two of them the bar was empty. Praying that Mark was married "no nothing new, however a job opened up at 21st District decided to take it. Look Stella never could fully move on from you after you just up and left without saying goodbye. I had to come for you hell Stella your worth it I still love you Stella more then you could ever know." Mark said as Stella came around the bar as Mark turned into his seat, she kissed him as he spread his legs let Stella lean into him better as they made out. Stella pulled back she wrote down her address. "Come overspend the night or wait for me to finish up locking the place up." Stella said as Mark was kissing her neck "come back to my hotel we can do room service in the morning, nice spa for you waiting for you it's already been paid for." Mark whispered on her neck as Mark left the details "let me get the candles and the jetted tub ready for you still like red roses, correct?" Mark said as Stella stepped away as she was cleaning up around the bar draining the ice chest of water "yeah, love still like red roses." Stella said as she smiled Mark stood up "good see you tonight and Stella pack if you want to, however I want to lavish you have you all to myself." Mark said as he left the bar as Stella held her heart fuck me, she was wet just thinking what he would do her body. Looking at the time Stella hurried to finish cleaning the bar it was already going on 11pm at night.
Sylvie arrived at the daring water rescue she did that almost cost her life; however, she would do it again and again God willing she would. Taking off one glove from her right hand she dialed a number that Sylvie saved knowing from Stella, Kelly never changed it. One thing is the truth and nothing, but Sylvie never called Kelly this was the first time and the longest time. Tonight, it was all about confessing her feelings she risked her life for others, where her heart stopped nine times from the freezing cold temps of the dark water. Pressing the green button for start call she pressed it with a shaky finger not from the cold weather of the night but from her anxious state her body was in. Sylvie hears from the familiar voice that she misses from so long ago "Hello?" The familiar voice said as Sylvie licked her lips with her eyes closed, she kept them lightly closed to get the courage to speak "Kelly, hi it's Sylvie calling. Please let get everything out in the open before you say anything, I know it's late basically late timing for everything but please hear me out before you say anything. It's been hard on me for a long time here it goes." Sylvie said as she opened her eyes "When we first met everything clicked, I wrote down the pros and cons, was nervous to talk to you outside the firehouse. My former friend Hope knew I liked you at the time she was doing it all to get rise out of me, not realizing her motives backfired I of course yelled at her since then well we are no longer friends she married Kyle actually funny how that worked out. When that broke up you and Stella waited for the right moment to approach you when you two got back together once more, I chickened out again, then Stella went to Boston I had three months of chances I couldn't get the whole courage to tell you. I even did a program called First Responder's for paramedic and fire rescue training I have a teenager who is the program who is really amazing she is so sweet it slipped she called me mama Sylvie, plan on taking her in I still love you, your all I think about your courage helping me start this program everything that I even said had a lot to with you. I am sorry it's taking me this long to come out in the open on a bridge where my heart stopped nine times in a rescue that I did before joining the firehouse. Kelly we only live once I should be dead, but I am alive doing my second chance at life just hope you know how you truly mean to me. I need your address with Riley not having any bit family would consider being her guardian?" Sylvie asked as she let the tears fall "Kelly, please do not answer right away its a serious question one that takes a heavy thinking to do." Sylvie said as she hung up whipping her tears as she walked to the homeless shelter turning off her phone Sylvie puts in her pocket it's time for Riley Alicia Brett to come home for good placing her gloved hand back on, she puts them both in her pocket as she walks off the bridge.
Kelly Benjamin Severide was completely stunned about Sylvie's conversation along with her feelings. Plus wanting to adopt a teenager from the program she was doing that manly honored him as he plugged in the plug to his laptop turning it on sitting down at the kitchen table in utter thought, having no idea what to say he sat down on the sofa in utter silence just listening to Sylvie pour her heart out to him finally able to let go of the hidden emotional turmoil that Sylvie carried. Kelly went on the web typed in Sylvie Brett Army Medic there he sees her whole list of honors and metals even the highest-ranking medal of all the Medal of Honor clicking the link to read the story once finished he was in tears about a woman who saved many lives including three orphan Muslim children including the newborn. Then Kelly finished whipping his tears he knew if he got close to Sylvie, he would not want to let go just keep wanting to know more. Finally, another heartbreaking story was Alicia Riley Saint James clicking on the news article Kelly was reading how it started out of New York Gang then the teenager found safe refuge in Chicago Illinois, then reading the highlighted passage of First Responder's Kelly sees the kids of all ages the dates when it started, it was all before he left the firehouse had no clue whatsoever that this wonderful program was going on. Kelly sees Sylvie and Riley doing rock climbing and other rescues from burning cars, to mouth-to-mouth CPR training. "Sylvie your awesome." Kelly said out loud then Kelly reads more about Stella's program how it flopped how First Responder's is the new in already making it state by state from Texas to Florida, even those with not so high crime rate which was awesome. Kelly closed for a short while he could see the three of them laughing, Kelly and Sylvie having a nice romantic evening in the living room while Riley was asleep. Kelly sees a baby bump forming on Sylvie as he was tender and catering to her needs their baby's needs. Riley holding their bundle of joy being the big sister. Kelly opened his eyes however he was married Kelly knew it was massive mistake to get married, but he could pull a Benny then have Stella sign the papers Sylvie could transfer but then Stella would sure to know the truth the whole truth nothing but. Kelly sighed as he called Sylvie's number hearing her voicemail kick on which he never heard before until now:
"Hello, you reached Sylvie Brett I am not able to take your call leave your name and number I will get back to you. Oh! If this Riley Saint James, I wanted you to know I have your room ready whenever you want to come home love you mama Sylvie." Kelly heard the beep "Sylvie it's Kelly, I loved you too never asked you about your tours in overseas out of fear really of the other layers I would love as well. Stayed away out of fear I would not have been good enough. Never could be within distance of you without itching to hug you on a tough or rough call that would involve me staying the night with you. Falling in love with you Sylvie is an honor, privilege, standing by your side would be the greatest joy in my life. Trying not to fall to apart while saying all this, found you Sylvie on various websites from your highest Medals to your amazing program I cannot wait to see it in person, marrying Stella, Sylvie kept me grounded from straying to your open arms, if I had a do over I would in heartbeat be with you never leaving your side have Riley in our wedding. I would spend time with you, learning more about you and learning more from you on how to give back from your eyes. But most of all Sylvie, I would love you unconditionally, making love on your sweet body. My everything in one woman is you it's always been you, Sylvie. I could divorce Stella but that mean asking the 20/20 million questions to you about who the woman is. That's not fair to you." Kelly said as he sent the voicemail as he hung up, he was in other state of deep and utter thought of how to explain to Stella without making her cry or stay in a loveless marriage pull a Benny like his father, however Benny wasn't married to his mom when he fucked around. Kelly sighed as he looked around once more, he would take his chances surprise Stella maybe just maybe they talk about everything including the feelings that have just been now out in the open. Kelly started on his packing the surprise of a lifetime will surely be one of many to some.
Stella locked up the bar with everything cleaned and the floors mopped, Stella looked at the hotel card seeing the suite number on the back of it with smile Stella heads the loft that she shared with her husband once finished packing a light bag she wasn't sure to tell Sylvie about her adventurous night out with someone she met 6 months ago. Oh, how the world was cruel to her, dialing Sylvie's number seeing how it went to voicemail ignoring it when she heard the tone "listen it's Stella, I need to ask a massive question to you, I know Matt did this to you in the past but someone from mine showed up out the blue not second questioning myself, but I am asking you Sylvie." Stella said as she hung up knowing that Sylvie received it. Stella shut the lights out as she locked the front door knowing the passion that her and Mark shared oh fuck me this was bad but maybe have the closure that she needed was one last love making before being fully committed to her marriage. Not saying the love making that Kelly and she had was very much full of passion oh hell yes it was but with Mark he was gentle and knew how to play with her body the right way that still left her with her toes curling. Once Stella arrived at the hotel, she got out of the car had it valet parked giving the man a $100.00 grabbing her bag she went inside to the floor that had a beautiful penthouse suite.
Mark was excited when his cellphone rang knowing Stella was on her way up, he loved her so much now that she was here with him just moving to Chicago to be close to her, once the elevator dinged Stella got off Mark kissed her passionately the spark was ignited now that passion was back Mark was not holding back from everything that he loved about Stella's body. Once inside the room Stella was pressed against the wall as Mark felt her legs wrap around him as he kissed her neck once more this time more tenderly more enjoyable. Stella sighed in contentment, as Mark let go gently placed her on her feet, "go in the nice soaking tub I made for you when you called, I made it ready for you." Mark whispered into Stella's ear as he kissed her cheek, once Stella went into the bathroom, she was in head over heels turning her phone off Stella stripped bare as she sees the rose petals into the tub, she knew Mark went all out for her. It was Boston all over again, the sexy night outs, the high make out sessions. Closing her eyes Stella smiled as she knew that Mark was a hopeless romantic.
Mark Brandon Young was never a drinker either was Stella as far he remembered only one beer drinker that was it, Mark didn't mind that he lost his wife to drinking she was drinking six bottles a day rehab was good to her until she relapsed on the job, she wasn't a cop but lawyer. Cases she was working on were the death of her highly hard on her mind and heart bottle fixed it, I was called down to her office had my partner be the arresting officer. Told my Commanding Officer at the time I needed to be off the case put me somewhere else because of my wife I almost lost my job. It's why I don't drink losing her was hard our marriage wasn't our finest losing our only child made it harder. Then when a program called Girls On Fire, he bumped into Stella Paula Kidd his world changed she was stunning firefighter they went out he didn't care for the bar scenes it felt like his wife all over again. Stella didn't know about his past but now she knows the main reason on why I do not drink. Stella shocked him by taking him by the hand walking the night life of Boston in the chilly air. They talked Mark looked up Stella's past everything she said was true which was sad because nobody deserves that much abuse. Mark kissed to have her quiet they made out along the Boston Harbor folding his arms he loved Stella. Sadly, he found in her file she was married Mark let the tears fall as he felt Stella's touch as he closed his eyes he turned into her arms "I know your married Stella, the question is your here knowing that whatever happens here in this room stays in this room. We know about each other I am not scared to love you; I am scared to lose a woman that I fell in love while she was visiting Boston, you still go by Kidd my question to is what does Stella Kidd actually want from her love life?" Mark asked as Stella let the tears trickle down her face "I plan on divorcing Kelly, just haven't found the words yet to tell them." Stella said as she takes off the ring placing it on the end table "you, Mark are all think about I am sorry I left the way I did. It was not my intention honey damnit Mark my home was here I couldn't be happy in Boston, yes, my program was through the roof I never regret us never had. Just had to come back to Chicago I want to work on us now I love you Mark Bradon Young for now and always." Stella said as she kissed him, Stella pulled Mark closer as he opened the robe feeling her naked skin her breasts he loves to touch and love on. Mark let go of her mouth as he whispered, "bedroom now." Mark said as Stella let Mark go first "go into the bedroom get comfortable I want you now, I am not scared of us Mark knows that. What I am afraid of however now feeling our baby move within inside my womb." Stella whispered as Mark slammed his mouth on hers as Mark removed the robe knowing what her words were doing to him as Stell felt herself being picked up from the floor as she was being laid down, he let go as he stripped bare as he spread her legs wide as he licked and flicked his tongue inside her inner folds, of her virgina walls. Hearing Sylvie's dial tone as she answered she sounded tired "hey, can I stay with you Stella isn't answering I really do not want to deal with moody tired Stella Kidd?" Kelly asked as Sylvie smirked but forgetting the voicemail as it faded. "Sure, honey you can come and stay here just be quiet Riley is sleeping." Sylvie said as Kelly smiled as he hung up knowing where she lived in the same apartment it was odd, he never been here or did he stay at Sylvie's. Kelly smiled as he parked his mustang next to Sylvie's vehicle, turning off the engine Kelly grabs his bag as he had to be quiet Sylvie has Riley, he is really happy for them both.
