Monica was making pancakes on the pan and started humming to herself. Chandler smiled to himself over the newspaper he was holding.

"Ross, I'm open, throw me the ball!" Joey said to Ross while backing up towards the kitchen counter.

"Go long," Ross said and threw the ball to Joey. He reached back and caught it. He bumped into Monica and she screamed in pain.

"Ouch! Ouch! Ouch!"

Chandler stood up immediately and walked over to her. "What happened?"

"Joey, you idiot! I got a burn because of you!"

"I'm sorry," Joey quipped.

"You two idiots. Grow up," Chansler told Ross and Joey and they both mumbled "I'm sorry."

Chandler took her hand gently. "Let me see," he looked closely at the burn. "It's not so bad," he smiled at her.

"It hurts," Monica pouted.

"Here, we need to put it under cool water for 10 minutes," he pulled her gently by her shoulders to the sink and opened the water. Slowly, she moved her hand under the water and hissed with pain. He rubbed her shoulders.

"Do I really need to wait 10 minutes or are you trying to pull one over me? Because if you're, you'll pay for it."

"No," he chuckled, "you really do need to do that. I can show you on the internet later."

"Okay," she said and sighed.

The gang watched Chandler and Monica as he huddled around her, holding her waist tightly while her hand was under the water. They talked quietly between themselves, Chandler making her laugh.

"That's it," Chandler said and Monica pulled her hand towards herself.

"Phoebe, can you bring me aloe vera and a bit of gauze, please?" Chandler said.

"Sure."

Phoebe went to the bathroom and came back a few moments later with an aloe vera tube and gauze.

"Thank you. Okay, now we rub a little aloe vera on it and bandage it," he took the aloe vera tube from Phoebe, squeezed some gel on his hand and rubbed it gently on Monica's hand as she hissed in pain. Then he took the gauze from Phoebe and wrapped it, gently as well, around Monica's hand.

"Oh, and the most important thing."

"What?" Monica asked, looking up at him.

"This," he said quietly and kissed her hand just above the burn.

"Does it still hurt?" He asked with a smile.

"Does what hurt?" She smiled back at him. He chuckled.

"Oh! You're sleeping together!" Phoebe yelled.

"What?" Ross yelled even louder.

"Yes! Yes! Look at them, they've been all cuddly for the past 15 minutes. They didn't even notice that we're here most of the time."

Chandler stared at Phoebe in shock. "No, we're not sleeping tog…" he sighed. "Oh, whatever. Yes, yes we're."
