19 The Evil ones.

While the new Mothers focused on the babies, we concentrated on the Worldwide Geas. Masking Muggle achievements is bad, letting us forget Cleansing Rituals is unforgivable. Dobby stayed by my side… most of the time, he is shagging two elves and it shows on his happy grin and the walls below his eyes.

The most help we got was from Ophelia, Miramar, and Lenora, as other worlders and former Dragons they kept their memory of the Geas and acted as focus points. One by one we discovered obelisks buried in the ground that anchored the Geas to a leyline.

Once we mapped the structure of the positions of the obelisks, we followed them to the source. We found the Evil Ones that caused the Geas, Fucking Vampires! The Clan from Romania set it up to start another Witch hunt. The Clan stopped existing that day, Imira could get the location of all the members out of their heads, but with her foreign Magic, the Vampires didn't stand a chance.

We gathered officials to witness the destruction of the Obelisks while explaining what and why we destroyed these Obelisks, we had to drag them along until we destroyed more than half of them, then they understood what was happening.

The next day, all the newspapers wrote big articles about the Geas and posted three different cleansing Rituals my girls and I designed and calculated to give the best results. Those fuckers from the Ministries claimed the credit for it.

A day after, all the Newspapers reported the truth about the Geas and who solved it when I made a scathing speech in the Wizengamot with the reporters in the stands. The Wireless was broadcasting it live. It went like this:

"Members of the Ministries! It is time you do the cleansing Ritual in the Ministry building because there is something very wrong here. My wives and I did months of research on this worldwide Geas, we solved it, and invited the Ministries of several nations to witness how we break that Geas."

My voice boomed through the Wireless: "Imagine my surprise when I read in the papers that the Ministries claimed to be the ones who broke the Geas. I challenge the Ministries to prove it! Show the Spells, show the arithmancy, show on the maps the locations of all the anchors! We demand the resignation of the fools who thought to get away with this! From every Ministry! Let's get something straight, the time the Ministry could walk all over my rights is gone. The Ministry is supposed to serve the people, not to serve some self-inflated incompetent idiots! You fix it fast before I will do it for you."

Yeah! You better not tickle a dragon!… unless you are one of the wives, they are allowed, the kids later too.

The papers spend days on the stupid attempt to get some credit by insulting the most powerful wizarding family of the century. One after the other got exposed, the ones that refused to resign found themselves fired. The Ministries did the Cleansing Ritual on their buildings and smartened up.

While I focused on turning the basement into one big slab of stone, the wives concentrated on the Village Trunks Roger Davis and his firm was growing, we spent a few days studying Druid Tomes from the libraries of our families, the best result we got from Xeno's library. The Lovegoods are known for their love of nature and its inhabitants, and an old Tome provides several interesting spells.

Imira was in seventh heaven, her people had to use a lot of Magic for meager results, singing a seed into a blooming plant can exhaust an elf for a day, now with a simple spell she can grow a tree in a day. Fiona and Lineria were enthusiastic too, now they have a way to bring a piece of their forest to their new home. Spells to move adult trees, spells to grow healthy crops, spells to improve the quality of the soil, it was all in the book. Once we did a compilation in my mindscape we had a working set of spells.

The next day we showed Roger our findings, Luna explained, "Roger, the biggest problem is getting enough fertile soil in the trunks, we found a spell that can make a permanent copy of a sample of soil. We made it into a Rune cluster that you can integrate in the Village Trunk, that way, when your trunk expands you don't need to fill it with earth."

Luna presented the page to Roger, and continued, "Next are the trees, you can grow a tree with magic in a day, but it will suck all the nutrition away from the ground, we have spells that can let the tree retract its roots, a spell to shrink the tree so you can safely get it out and replant it in the trunk. There are enough trees in a forest that will wither away when they are overshadowed by their neighbors, a bit of pruning and you have a forest."

Page after page Luna showed how it made Rogers work easier and faster, he hired a lot of his old friends, with the backing of our families his first Village trunks will be auctioned in six months.

Daphne, Ginny, Flora, and Fauna volunteered to stay at home to hold the fort. In our preparations, we included a lot of Stainless steel trunks to start manor trunks. All this time I carried the trunk with the Eldunari and Eggs on a chain around my neck. A spell let them see the outside world through a Crystal brooch that I pinned on my shoulder. That way they could see what our world is like, I made sure to visit the Airport and rush hour in the London tubes.

We stocked up on earth food and booze and went through the Portal, this time we took a big group of Goblins along, they were going to start the colony, all of them swore the oath we developed that every person, human, Goblin, or Magic creature had to swear, not only for himself but also for his offspring.

Granny commented: "That portal needs a lot of energy, it is the third time I've seen it opened and it still awes me."

I grinned: "Ow, Granny, I did not know you were a fan of me? Was it my serenade that did it? Stop hitting! I am sorry! Woman, that cane hurts more than it used to, did you put some weights in it?"

Granny caressed her cane, "It was needed, in case I come across that Cristina."

I got serious, "Everyone in the trunks please, Illirea, Ellesmera, and Hedarth. We need to pass a section of land that is contaminated."

We took a portkey to our hideout, there we split up, Susan led a delegation to Illirea, Pansy to Hedarth, the last settlement, there she will split and Tracey led a delegation to Farthen Dur. I went along to Ellesmera, from there I will travel to our homeland. The mothers wanted to meet the elves and dragon riders, Padma and Parvati wanted to visit Alanna and Dusan and their black dragons.

A Phoenix, three Golden dragons, and one Rainbow colored made everyone stop what they were doing and watch the Dragons play in the air with Fawkes. Soon two black ones, a silver, another gold, a blue, and a gorgeous Green one with an elf riding him, joined them. Nine dragons played for an hour before landing down, Fawkes landed on my shoulder.

Tonks sighed: "The real world is just a tat better, Harry, the only thing missing here are more Green ones."

I shook my head: "There is no way I will do a mating flight in the real world, Tonks. I don't want to find out the hard way what it will bring."

Tonks shivered: "Oops, I did not think about the consequences, just flying is fine for me, Hun. Come we help Imira."

We spent the rest of the day fine-tuning, we benefited too, we learned from the mistakes the elves made and how to correct them, we are not planning to live in tree houses, but our Manor trunks will have a lot of Magic trees.

The next day, after a morning flight, we took a portkey to Oromis, when we arrived, all of the dragon riders were present to welcome us, I presented Oromis to the mothers, the last ones of my wives he still had to meet.

"Wise One, may I present you my wife Hestia with my firstborn daughter Athena, my wife Peggy with my second born Bjorn, my wife Tonks, with my third born Apollo, my wife Cassandra with my fourth son Ares. All are born on the same day. And finally… this is Fawkes, a Phoenix, a legendary bird with Fire Magic, he came along to visit this world."

Oromis bowed his head to the wives, "I am honored to finally meet you The Dragon Lord and his Ladies and children will always find a place on our table and fire. As is the Firebird"

The letter raged on and on, under the stunned attention of the elves, this was a magic they knew but never considered using it that way. After a minute the Howler was done.

Charley glared at me: "You could have waited until I was alone, Harry."

I shrugged: "I got mine in public too, be glad they can't understand English. Why didn't you write that your dragon is a boy?"

While I was teasing Charley, Alanna and Dusan showed their dragons to Padma and Parvati, the two juniors liked them immediately, Padma and Parvati changed into their dragon form and let the kids meet their dragon aunts, soon the six of them were playing, the other newborn wanted to play too and joined the group, one by one the wives changed and started playing with the kids, it was a strange sight, the little ones were all over the wives. While the bigger dragons were watching with envy.

§Join them, there is a time for learning, and there must be time for play too.§ I told them.

Soon all the dragons were playing, I asked Oromis: "How many times do they play together?"

Oromis sighed: "This is the first time, to my shame that is another lesson you taught us, Dragon Lord."

"I will ask Padma and Parvati to stay in Ellesmera as envoys so they can come and play with the kids sometimes, Saphira, Firnen, and Thoorn need play time too, they can not be pushed in the adult role all the time with the little ones," I commented.

Oromis smiled: "That will please Alanna and Dusan. I must say I never saw a coloring like that from your wife Tonks, we had multi-colored Dragons too, but not the pure Rainbow colors like hers."

"Tonks is special, even in our world, she can change the shape of her body, and change the colors of her hair in any kind of color. That translated in her Dragon coloring." I explained.

I sensed Umaroth and the other Eldunari reporting their trip to our world to Glaedr, that would scare the Old One, they thought our Spitfires were the height of our technology, that would put them with their feet back on the ground.

Slowly the girls changed back, Padma and Parvati last, they took a necklace out of their pocket and gave it to the children. Padma said: "Once your dragons can carry you, wear these necklaces, they will protect you against the wind. The others are adults and stronger, with this your Dragons don't have to hold back and can keep up with the others."

Parvati turned to Charley, "We have a selection of books for you. We only ask that you won't dabble in Runing the tree-houses, if you really want to learn it, you have to go to the outpost and study under Imira. The last thing this forest needs is an Obscuros tree."

Charley nodded: "I got that message when Hermione and Hannah made my tree house. I will obey, Runes was not my strongest course. Thank you for the books."

Islanzadi waited for us, after the introductions she said: "Welcome Dragon Lord, might I congratulate you with your newborns, and thank you for granting our people your blessings, we have fourteen confirmed pregnancies, our city will have children playing in it again. Dragon Ladies, there is always a place at our table and a fire to warm yourself."

Hmm, that must be some kind of statement, Oromis said the same, Cassandra responded: "Thank you, queen Islanzadi, any elf visiting us will not leave our home hungry or cold, may we live in harmony."

Was that wise Cassandra? There are a bloody lot of elves, feeding them will be hard, there could be many freeloaders among them.

Fawkes showed off when he flew up and started a happy song, he clearly felt the Magic from the forest.

Islanzadi felt the song resonate with her, "That is a marvelous bird, Dragon Lord, is it yours?"

I shook my head: "No, Phoenixes are birds of Fire, they are attracted to beings with pure Magic and mind. I recently freed him from enslavement. A swindler bound him with a curse to let people believe he was a good man. I brought Fawkes here so he could fly free, our world is too populated, and the risk of discovery is too high. I hope you don't mind if he chooses to stay here. I plan to show him where we will settle and let him choose."

Islanzadi smiled: "Fawkes is welcome, his song is lifting us up and made me have a feeling of happiness. It is a fantastic being."

Hermione opened the blue trunk and enlarged it, Imira went inside and called the herd out, slowly the lead stallion came out and looked around, the forest felt welcoming, and the Magic of the people felt safe after a minute the stallion moved out of the way and let the herd leave the trunk.

Hermione commented: "Imira has a special connection with the herd, she said it was a racial trait so we are leaving our herd in good hands."

I added: "We are going to live in close proximity to the wild dragons we are going to hatch, the herd would be snacks for the dragons. They can hide here in the forest."

I could keep them in our Manor trunks, but somehow we felt they wouldn't be happy anymore in a trunk, they lived a long time in one until they collapsed.

That night we had another party, I woke up looking at Maud the Werecat, who was grinning at me: "Dragon Lord, if you could hold your liqueur you would be perfect. Now you are fun to be around with."

I groaned: "How many are pregnant now?… you aren't pregnant are you?"

Maud shook her head, "I might have if a male was within reach, it has been a while since I had a litter, and you made it fun. I think seven couples this time."

Tonks snuggled closer: "Shuch, I am still sleepy."

I looked around, seven butt-naked couples were sleeping with smiles on their faces, Winky was looking after the kids so the room had been silenced, I bet Dobby and his Mipsy were getting busy too last night. I better not think about it. I just saw a unicorn leave the trunk with a girl on top, the last one I bet. It doesn't matter, we runed our trees so we don't necessarily need Unicorns anymore and she probably got permission from Imira… Damn, I can't think straight.

We said goodbye to Padma and Parvati, told the queen the Goblins would visit her after they met with the Dwarfs and we portkeyd away without a single unicorn in our trunk. At least Fawkes came along. We crossed the border on foot, took a portkey to Hedarth, the Dwarf trade settlement between the elves and them, now with an addition from Varda, the girls made some trade agreements on top of the ones Tracey made with the king, we decided to fly to the settlement the Varden were granted from us to the newly minted Duke Jormundur.

Our arrival made them panic I flew in with Hermione, Hannah, and Astoria, Silver, Gold, and Blue, we circled until we saw Jormundur calm the people and landed in front of him. We turned human and watched him approach.

He said: "Welcome to Var, Dragon Lord. We have not much to offer yet but ask and we will do our best to provide."

I nodded and looked around: "You came a long way in such a short time, Duke Jormundur, you proved to be a good leader. These are my wives Hermione, Astoria, Hanna, Peggy, Hestia, Tonks, Cassandra, and Imira. The firebird is a Phoenix, named Fawkes. He is a Mystical bird from our world and very rare.

The reason for our visit is threefold, first, we came to tell you that soon wild dragons will fly again I have the task to hatch the eggs of wild dragons. They are as intelligent as you and me and know not to attack Humans, Elves, Dwarfs, and Urgals.

Second, There is a mountain range in the East, we allowed the Urgals to settle there, Urgals prefer mountains to live in, so as long as you stay in the plains and hills there will be no problem.

Third, soon a delegation of a new race will introduce themselves to you, we brought them along from our world, and are good traders. They have the knowledge to set up connections between cities, I told them I would carry the cost to set it up and pay for its maintenance for the first ten years. That will solve your isolation from Alagaesia to a point."

Jormundur was glad about the connection with Alagaesia, "Thank you, Dragonlord, Lady Tracey was telling us about it but had no idea when it would happen. Hermione said: "I agree we need a home in the Valley with the rest of the family, but I want this to be the main house, besides, we need to be here to hatch the wild dragons, and this spring is far enough out of the way from the nesting area; and close enough to keep an eye out for poachers and predators."

The wild Eldunari were following the discussion, one of them commented: §The Dragon Lord hatches the first clutch, the following generations will see you as kin. Building your home here will send a statement to all, we approve.§

Astoria said, "We are only a floo or portkey away, and we are sitting here on a crossing of two leylines, have hot water, our kids will love it here."

Umaroth said: §It is as Elder Whalebiter said, it will make a statement more so when the Dragon riders settle in your lands too. It will prevent them from getting overconfident and arrogant in the future, a failure I was guilty of too.§

I looked at the other girls, all of them agreed, "We get the others here for the final decision, we are with thirty-one, and everyone needs to give their opinion. Contact the others to move to Hedarth where we will pick them up, I will return to Ellesmera and open the portal to send a memory of our discussion and a flight around the mountain and the spot for our new home, and I'll wait for their answer. Before I left, I sent three Patronusses to Ellesmera, one to the Queen to inform her of my visit, one to Oromis, and one to Padma. I took a portkey to the border of Du Weldenvarden and crossed the border on foot, then I took a portkey to the edge of Ellesmera and flew into the city. At the portal, Padma and Parvati were already waiting with the Queen.

"We apologize for this rush visit, we found an ideal location for our main Home, and need the approval of all the wives before we can start building, or move to the location we first decided on," I explained to Islanzadi.

"A wise decision, Dragon Lord. You may proceed." was her answer.

We turned into our Dragon, linked and §Open§. We turned back and I sent my Patronus to Daphne. Then I conjured a vial and stored my memory in it."

Daphne's Patronus came through, "You are lucky, I am at the Ministry, I'll be at the Portal in five minutes." five minutes later; "Send it through love."

I put the vial on a floating plate and pushed it through. "Got it." I will send an answer soon."

An hour later Ginny's Patronus said: "We approve, Honey, thank you for the memory."

I closed the portal and turned to Padma and Parvati, "This needs my mindscape."

A viewing and a good shag later I had their blessing. It was time to return back, I kissed the girls goodbye: "Inform Oromis that we will build our main home at the Dragon's Nest. That will be enough. Love you both, bye."

Islanzadi sighed: "That is unbelievable, he travels back and forth distances that take us months to travel, and the Dragon Lord does it in an afternoon."

Parvati comforted her: "Don't take it at heart, My Queen, even in our world he broke the Norm."

Ophelia, Miramar, and Lenora can share memories from Vroengard, which indicates how big we need to build."
