"All right I hereby call this League of Villains investigation team meeting to order." Detective Tsukauchi announces in a room with many Pro Heroes and all of UA's staff.

"Well, don't leave us hanging. What have you learned?" Mt. Lady says leaning forward.

"So far none of the villains we captured have been willing to say anything about the leaders of the League of Villains." Detective Tsukauchi says. "Also it seems that they simply recruited a large mass of low-rank villains and didn't recruit anyone of high level."

"Disappointing this would have been an amazing opportunity to capture a large number of high-ranked villains had they gotten some," Endeavor says, causing the heroes to look at him in shock.

"And they could have also potentially killed the students." All Might says, looking at Endeavor in his hero form. "We are very lucky that none were seriously hurt besides Kirishima had they brought high ranks they very well could have wiped out most of the class."

"My daughter would've been able to defeat them." Endeavor replies with a smirk.

"No, she wouldn't have," Aizawa says looking at Endeavor through his bandages. "The Nomu that I fought was able to fight on par with All Might for an extended period of time had they brought along some S-rank villains with the Nomu they probably could have killed all the students before any of the staff arrived."

"Moving back on task," Cementos says looking at Detective Tsukauchi. "I suppose that Mind Touch is still not available for probing their minds."

"No, he is still missing," Detective Tsukauchi replies looking down at the ground. "However, we did find some evidence on that case but this is not a meeting for that."

"No." Endeavor says, "This is a meeting of highly trusted heroes all of whom are also on the Mind Touch task force just share what you know and spare us another meeting."

Detective Tsukauchi glances at All Might before sighing and saying "Fine I suppose if we're okay expanding the circle of trust I'll share."

He reaches into his pocket and pulls out a small box. "We found this in a river near his last reported sighting."

There is a short pause as he opens the box and puts it under the camera. There is a gasp from the less experienced heroes as they see what is in the box

A rather deformed severed hand.

"Using DNA analysis we have confirmed that this is indeed Mind Touch's hand and using the quirks of some of our CSI analysts we have confirmed that Mind Touch was most likely captured." Detective Tsukauchi says with a sorrowful expression.

"Who could have done this he was the number 10 hero no one was immune to his quirk not even All Might." Midnight says leaning forward.

"Was it Stain?" Ingenium says leaning forward. "If so do we have any new evidence of his quirk?"

"Unless he changed his outfit it wasn't." Detective Tsukauchi replies taking out a sketch from his briefcase. "We managed to have a sketch taken from the distorted memories and this is what we got."

"It looks like a demonic bunny mask," Mirko says leaning forward in excitement. "Maybe they're trying to call me out."

"No, it looks like a direct rip-off of my outfit." All Might says, with a look of despair. "The smile, the little ears coming out the side, the black hood. It's like they are trying to be the direct opposite of me."

"Unfortunately that is not everything," Detective Tsukauchi says. "They seemed to know the limits of our CSI specialist's quirk and so he slashed the hand off first."

"Limits?" Endeavor says looking at him, "What limits?"

"Well, he can see the history of the person he is viewing so long as the body part that was in a limited range of the main body.." Detective Tsukauchi says.

"So?" Endeavor says.

"So the villain sliced the hand off and then knocked out Mind Touch." Detective Tsukauchi takes a breath before continuing. "According to our specialist, the villain then picked up the deformed hand, and looked directly at it before directly addressing our specialist by name and telling him the address of where his daughter is currently going to private school."

"So he knows about our CSI specialist's daughter what about it?" Endeavor asks.

"Our CSI specialist isn't on any record. His name has been redacted, his birth record removed, everything about him is gone in exchange for working for the police and he not only knew the name of a man who no longer technically exists but also where his daughter goes to school. His daughter who has a birth record as being born under a different parent. A daughter who has never even met her birth father." Detective Tsukauchi says staring at Endeavor. "He quit this morning and left the country. This villain knows about the inner workings of the system I don't know how but he does. This is one of the biggest security breaches we have ever had."

After several more hours of meetings that ultimately boiled down to no one knowing anything or being unwilling to reveal anything, Detective Tsukauchi pulled All Might and Principle Nezu aside.

"What is it, Naomassa?" All Might asks.

"There was one thing I didn't say in the meeting about the new villain." Detective Tsukauchi says with a look of worry.

"What?"All Might says transforming back into his normal form as he looks at his old friend.

Detective Tsukauchi pulls a photo out of his pocket and says, "As you know, one of the upsides of our former specialists' quirk is that he can use his quirk to print one photo every time he views a memory."

"Yes, we know that. We were wondering why you didn't show a photo during the meeting," Nezu says in his normal happy-go-lucky tone.

"Because this is what the villain showed us for exactly one millisecond before throwing the hand into the river." Detective Tsukauchi says as he hands the photo to the two of them.

Both pro heroes gasp as All Might says, "It can't be."

The photo was of All Might in his normal form with words in red ink on the bottom saying. "See You Soon All Might."

"So what do you think they're going to have us do during the tournament, Izuku?" Mina asks as she, Izuku, Momo, Ururaka, and Shote sit in the cafeteria.

"Probably random schoolyard games," Izuku says, taking a bite of Beef Ramen. "It would be unfair to the non-hero students if they just had it be fighting at least initially. Hence why they always have it as the last event."

"Hmm, that makes sense," Shote says. "Not everyone has years of training so it does make sense that they want to give other classes a chance before they go to the fights."

"It would be unfair to the other classes if it was only combat-based," Momo says, nodding.

"Exactly," Izuku says.

"Out of curiosity Izuku?" Ururaka asks.

"Yeah what's up," Izuku replies, glancing at Ururaka.

"What's the deal with you and Bakugo? I get you used to be friends when you were kids but quite frankly he's a jackass," Ururaka says.

Izuku looks at Ururaka, wordlessly pulls out his phone, flips to a photo of him from 10 months ago, and puts it on the table.

"Much as I like seeing you when you looked more innocent why am I looking at this?" Mina asks as she leans over to see the photo.

"Look harder at my arms," Izuku says as he takes a bite of his food.

"I can't see anything on your arms besides your sleeves. Why is there something there?" Momo says as she looks at it.

"Oh, Jesus," Shote says as she notices what Izuku is talking about.

"What. I don't see anything." Mina says staring intently at the phone.

Shote leans forward and zooms in on the photo to focus on his arms and says, "Look at his arms where the light is making the shirt see through notice it now."

"Holy shit," Momo says under her breath.

"What I still don't see anything," Mina says looking at the photo.

"Me neither," Ururaka says.

"Then allow me to show you in person," Izuku says as he pulls his sleeve back on his right arm.

Dozens of scars and burns litter his arm.

"Now I admit some of those came from accidents during my training but most of them came from Kacchan," Izuku says, pulling his sleeve back down as Mina and Ururaka look at him in a combination of pity and horror.

"He did that to you?" Mina asks quietly.

"Yeah, every day in school," Izuku says taking a sip of water.

"Why did no one try to stop him," Momo says in a hushed tone.

"You say that like the other students and teachers didn't join in," Izuku says leaning back and staring up at the ceiling. "'Quirks are everything in this world.' That's what teachers say time and time again throughout school however so very few ever care to explain what that means for those of us without one. It wasn't until I met my tutor who trained me to fight that anyone outside of my immediate family ever cared enough about me to think I was worth more than a piece of dog shit."

"I'm so sorry I didn't know," Ururaka says with a sorrowful expression.

"It's fine he'll pay for it later during the tournament." Izuku says as he takes a sip of water. "Now then you asked a personnel question so I only feel it's fair I get one too. Why do you want to be a hero?" Causing Momo, Shote, and Mina's gazes to become more questioning..

"Oh that's simple money." Ururaka says as she takes a sip of water.

This statement causes all gazes to turn to Ururaka in different levels of concern, confusion, and one hidden look of intrigue as Izuku asks, "Care to elaborate on that?"

"Well my parents run a construction company and times have been… hard recently," Ururaka explains with a slightly angry and frustrated tone. "We keep getting out competed by other larger builders and I know I could help them, heck my quirk was basically made for moving large numbers of materials. But, because of the law I am not allowed to use my quirk to help my parent's business unless I have a heroes liscense. So I figured that if I became a hero I can get the liscense to help my parents while also being able to spread the word about my parents company to get them more contracts."

"Huh," Izuku says taking a sip of water to hide his slight smile. "That's a very noble reason to want to get money. What about you Mina? Why do you want to be a hero?"

"Wait why do I have to answer?" Mina complains.

"You all saw my arm and heard my story I want to hear yours. Now spill we only have a few minutes left of lunch." Izuku says taking a bite.

"Fine I want to help my people." Mina says in a faux exasperated tone.

"Your people?" Shote asks.

"Yeah people with mutations. I've seen many people with mutation quirks get bullied or just straight up disappear. I want to make sure they have heroes on their side." Mina says with a slightly sad smile.

"Here I thought my motivation was good. You want to help represent a quarter of the population." Ururaka says as she glances down at the ground.

"Don't feel bad, you have a great motivation too," Mina says as she smiles and puts her arm around Ururaka.

"That is a very lofty goal though," Momo says, taking a bite of her tofu.

Mina looks over and says, "That's the point, no. To help as many people as possible besides I haven't heard your motivation yet."

"UA is one of the most prestigious schools in the country and my parents wanted me to be able to have the best education possible before I take a role in the company. The hero program was just a different way to get high levels of experience in team leadership," Momo says nonchalantly.

"Hmm, fair point," Izuku says, "I have to admit this does help train leadership skills especially if you get elected as the class rep."

Momo nods in appreciation as she takes another bite of tofu.

"So what about you Shote, what's your reasoning?" Mina asks happily.

A small sheet of ice appears over where Shote's hand is sitting as she says, "I'm doing what one of my family members would have wanted me to do. Nothing more, nothing less."

The whole table grows quiet as Shote takes a deep breath and looks at Izuku and says, "Oh one more thing, Izuku."

"Yeah, what's up?" Izuku says, looking at her.

"Consider this our first official trial as rivals and set your expectations for the level of combat as needed," Shote says with a serious expression.

Izuku smiles and says, "Wouldn't have it any other way."

"So how was school?" Nana asks.

"Why do you ask me that every day?" Izuku says with a halfhearted groan that failed to hide his smile.

"Because it makes this feel like a sitcom but seriously are you ready for the tournament tomorrow? I heard from Toru you aren't using your gear." Nana asks in a slightly concerned tone.

"Please I'll be fine if anything it will just be moving back to the basics of Razor's training." Izuku replies.

Nana pauses for a second before saying exasperatedly, "Hmm if you say so but if I hear that you got seriously injured I'll-"

"Kill me?" Izuku says with a smile. "Don't worry I already got threats of violence from Mina should I get too injured because I didn't take any gear."

Nana smiles and says, "I like her already. So how much longer you think before you can convince some people to join up."

Izuku looks at Nana and says, "These things do take time, you know it's not like I'm handing out pamphlets and stuff."

Nana rolls her eyes and says "Yeah yeah now go get some sleep cuz I want to see you at your peak when you beat the shit out of those students."

"Anything for you cuz." Izuku says with a mock bow as he goes off to bed.

Author's Note: Hello everyone I hope you enjoyed this chapter. So in the next chapter the UA Sports Tournament ARC will begin and given how much has changed in the plot I will be doing something very few FanFiction writers do with this arc I will be writing about the Obstacle Course and team battle in addition to the fights. And because Winter Break has started and will be ongoing until a few days after New Years I will be able to most likely put out 4-5 chapters during that 2 week period which should, hopefully, cover the whole UA tournament arc which means we will get to move onto where a whole lot of lore gets changed for the internship thing to work and to pay homage to one of my favorite Villain Deku stories. Anyway please feel free to review the piece if you have any questions, comments, or suggestions on how I can write better until next time I hope you all have a great day.
