Chapter 14 teal:Preparations and Meetings

Inside a hallway right now was eria as they took an elvator up to their floor. It was a glass elavator that shwed them the entire main lobby of the hotel. Though on the way up here razma kept trying to speak but stopped which didn't go unnoitce by them. The three were being lead by the magican themed huntresses who was nervous it seems.

Calida decided to question her if she was alright"umm razma was it, are you alright dear?"calida questioned as razma looked at her.

The girl sighed as she crossed her arms under her bust walking"oh nothing its just…well uh how do i put this"she tried to find the words.

But eria kinda figured what she was going to ask her maybe. That if she was on the team with the monster that started the fall. She didn't want to deal with these high class pompeous jerks tonight slandering her because of it.

"Are you asking if i'm from team ZERO?"eria asked as razma snapped her fingers.

"Yeah because well…how do i say this i got a warning for you"razma said as this confused eria what she meant by that.

"A warning? What don't tell me these pompeous jerks hate my daughter…wait is that it?"calida asked as razma shook her head no and yes. Which confused her even exotic magician soon came to a room which was their as she explained what this warning was.

"Okay you know how some of the students died during the fall of beacon right"she simply started

Eria nodded but was slightly confused"i do recall that along with a list of the people that were killed was released. Alot of teams lost a…member"eria started as razma somberly nodded

The girl sighed as she had their keys as she unlocked the room"look heads up for this but one of my teammates really really i mean really hates your guys team right now"razma said to their confusion as she unlocked their door.

They stepped into the room which had two simple queen size bed in the room. The sheets on it where dark red velvet in color while the comforters ontop of them were black in color. Along with each of the beds having playing cards for the pillow cases. The first was a diamond, the second a club, the third a heart and finally spade. Their was also a small tv in the room for guest to watch tv. Along with a door that obviously led to a bathroom. Which had what you nroamlly see in a fancy hotel that being a very extravagant shower and curtain. Their was also a small assortment of cleaning supplies for guest to clean up. But their was also a small mini fridge in the room as well.

Calida groaned as she stepped into the room putting her lugauge down"oh what am i gonna hear this little twerp make fun of my daughter?"calida annoyingly asked

Razma snapped her finger"right you are hot stuff"she replied as calida thought she made a pun because of her semblnace or attire.

"Uhh do all your employee compliment your guest like that?"she asked as razman chuckled with a seductive grin.

"Nah only the pretty ones, who know maybe i'll catch me a…"razma begun as a voice called out to the girl.

"Razma seriosuly i come back from mistral for this stupid event. I'm exploring the place waiting for my aunt to get down with her phone call. Then i hear you making sexual comments…like always"a familiar voice called out sounding female.

The frozen girl looked toward the doorway surprised to see someone here. That being thisite yoder from team BBNT, which razma team faced. Along with that she wore a straplles ball gown dress that was ligth purple in color. Along with green vine curling around it into different directions of the dress. She also wore a pair of black opera length gloves with a necklace of a lavander flower around her neck. With some short heeled shoes colored purple.

"Wait a minute…thistie?"eria greeted as the girl known as thisite was surprise to see her here.

"Oh your one of those twins we faced in the double round…um eria right?"she replied as eria nodded.

"Yes that me though um does she normal say stuff like that?"Eria coldy asked about the comment how she makes very suggestive comment.

Razma grined as she placed her hands behind her back leaning forward presenting her bust"why don't you find out cutie"she teased as eria stared at her without emotion. Then she froze her finger over then tapped razma on the forehead.

She went wide eyed recoiling rubbing the spot she touch to warm it up"ahh cold…cold ughh…jeez take a joke"razma replied rubbing her forehead

Thisite sighed"she does but i'm guessing your here for the charity event?"she knowingly asked as eria nodded

"We are…though you can see that the one you faced in the double rounds is missing"eria sadly replied as thisite sighed crossing her arms.

"I heard about that word is that some dectives have been going around atlas looking for her and a thief known as swan"thistie replied as eria recalled that theif. She was roman torchwichs bodyguard back in vale if she recalled.

"Oh her isn't she roman torchwich bodyguard and stole let me see…millions worth of lien?"calida asked as razma added on but it was perverted.

"Yeah she did though she rocks that bodysuit in my opinion"razma said again with a seductive look as thisite pinched her ear as razma smiled.

"Mhm do it again"she said as thisite grimiced at that slowly backing away. As did calida and eria because it seems this girl likes getting hurt which was very strange. Maybe that why she became a huntress because its a painful job.

"Okay despite that early you said one of your teammates hated my daughter team"calida remidned as thisite was shocked by this.

"Oh your talking about leah gogh, i advise cautiou around her"thisite warned.

"Why should i watch out for leah?"eria questioned

"Leah has been rather rude since the fall of beacon and vale"thisite replied to her confusion as razma nodded.

"She right everysince the fall happened and matu…death leah been heart broken about it. But latly she been blaming your leader for his death which is bull shit"razma said waving her hands around

This made eria confused but also worried if this leah girl might be here. Alot of people atlas acadmeies are from high class areas and some are from lower mantle. Which begged the question if she might be at this event.

Calida crossed her arms sitting on her bed as it creaked" let me guess she going to say blah blah murderer blah blah monster"calida asked annoyed because gasper been adding fuel to the fire back in argus. And she seen her daughter become very upset at times over it.

Razma tapped a the dressor the tv was on nervously"sort of well heres the thing when you see here's the truth. Matu died giving us time to get some civlians out of a bookstore along with soldiers who were injured. "She begun as she looked down sighing heavily.

"We had two options hold out for help as the hacked atlas bots and grimm slowly made their way in. in result being trapped since our team was low of aura at the time. Or…have someone stay behind to give us time to get the civlains out. Matu volunteered and leah was against it begging him not to. Those two were friends since they were like…seven"razma added as eria was shocked by that because it was like her and pyrrha in a way.

"After that once we got back here leah well changed. Usaully she all happy drawing these pieces of art sometimes. But lately…she just keep saying how happy that your leader is dead. Saying how it was a pray from the gods that he deserved to die and drawing demonic piece of art"razma finisehd sadly

Immediately eria just layed back on the bed covering her eyes as they stared at her. A small tear escaped her eyes as she sniffed compsoing herself rather quickly.

"Okay so what are you here to warn us or continue the harrasment?"calida asked because she was gettin anger again.

Razma shook her head"nah guy freaked me out and i still think hes creepy. But eh i'm not a total bitch, i know when not to bad mouth people who are dead. Plus just watch out for leah…she just hurt and doesn't know who to blame"razma said as she decided to take her leave to continue her job here.

The two then looked at eria who had a slightly upset look on her face. Why wouldnt she because their someone saying something like that going around. But thisite took notice of this trying to console her.

Thisite took a seat on a bed where eria was as she tapped her knees"so look i'm sure your pretty upset about what happen in the last month. But just relax…also be prepared for pompeous asshole"thistie said

"Langauge dear"an older women voice said in the doorway.

Eria looked up to see another person yet again enter their doorway. This was starting to become a theme at this point it seems.

The women who wore a dark crimson red dress that fell to floor. She had long red opera gloves on her hands that went up to her forearms. The dress had white trim around it along with that her skin was snow white pale. She had wrinkle on her skin suggesting she was in her late fifties. But her eyes were violet and she had dyed black hair that was long. In her right hand was a pair of opera glasses.

"Oh hello their uh miss is she with you?"Calid asked as the women stepped inside the room.

"Why yes she is my niece though you are?"the women greeted waiting for calida to introduce herself.

Calida stood up offering a hand"i'm calida hayley wife of jaki hayley. Here representing hayley hardware you are"she introduced

"Beatrice milbourne one of jacque schnee board of directors, and aunt to this one here"she itnroduced herself as beatrice milbourne as calida groaned internally. She just had to meet one of his board of directors didn't she.

"Oh um i'm eria hayley one of her daughter"eria introduced herself to the women. The women was surprised by this a little sighing to herself.

"Hmm your on that girls team i ran into on the ferry"she stated as the two were surprised by this.

"Wait you would't have happen to run into a wolf faunus with dual trait have you?"eria asked knowingly as beatrice nodded

"Yes her and those other with us saved me with several other passenger. Though…i did treat her along with anothe rather harshly. "She replied with a hint of guilt it seems.

"Hmm well thats upsetting though our friend will scarltina told us about that"calida replied to the women surprise.

"Ah yes will…actually thistie dear didn't you say you had a faunus on your team"beatrice said recalling something it seems. Thisite titled her head at her aunt in confusion.

"Umm yes why auntie? That would be my partner bombay sage"she replied as the girl got what she meant.

"Wait, Bombay is alive! oh my god yes!"thisite said excited as she stood up putting her arm in the air. But relzied she wasn't acting like a lady as she cleared her throat placing her arms back down together. Eria just snickered a little at that because she seemed like a proper lady.

Beatrice sighed"yes that is the one though thisite dear you need to head down to the charity event to set up. It'll be in the next hour"beatrice reminded as thisite went wide eyed.

"Oh yes terrible sorry for that goodbye it was nice seeing you again"thisite replied leaving the two hayley women. The door was closed as calida just took a deep breath falling back on her bed.

"Lets just relax for ten minutes before we head over to the charity event"calida suggested as eria was all for that. They didn't bring much for clothes for this event. But some relaxtion might be good to mentally prepare herself for tonight. But she wondered what weiss was doing right now.

Though early in the schnee manor right now was weiss running around looking for someone. That would be her youngest brother wren right now. But with her was carmen along with her mother willow. Though weiss wore a strapless ball gown dress that was grey blue in color that had a gradutaiton to a light blue alongside a pair of grey blue opera length gloves and a pearl style necklace and a white sash belt tied around her waist.

Willow wore a straplles dress that had similair color to her daughter dress. But she wore a pair of opera gloves as well. But around her neck was a grey blue boa that was wrapped aorund her neck. Along with that a fur jacket it seems but it was fake fur actually colored grey blue and she had short heels on colored grey blue.

"Oh where are you wren, i thought rad was keeping an eye on you"willow said worried if he wandered off somewhere.

"Yeah though seriously that kid just disppears sometimes like its nothing"carmen added quite annoyed because its like a game of hide and seek everyday with him.

Weiss sighed"i know but he can get rather curious at times. But i hope he doesn't run into jacque office"Weiss said worried because she didn't want him to break something and recive some punishment.

"Same here seriously the guy needs to kepe it locked up"carmen said because he did

Though as they were walking around toward a corner. They all heard someone yelling down the hall and from what it sounded like it didn't sound good.

"Arghh you nimoritc imbeisle watch were your going!"jacque voice could be heard loudly down the hall. Then a small crying noise followed by a loud smacking noise.

"Oh no"willow said to herself as they all agreed to pick up pace with each other. They did their best to run down the halls in heels. Though carmen was just fine as she job down the halls. But once she got down their she had a look of horror on her face. Weiss relized hoping nothing bad happened right now.

"Carmen is something wrong?"willow asked turning the corner and looked to see what carmen was looking at. Along with weiss who eyes sank into her skull. She looked to see wren on the ground with tear in his eyes. Along with a very large red mark on his cheek, but she also noticed her father their standing over him.

"Oh willow their you are wren here–"he begun but she got in his face shoving back.

"Stay the hell away from my son you devil"willow stated firmly as she walked over picking wren up shushing him.

"Its alright your okay"She shushed several several times to calm him down as he cired into her shoulder.

Jacque scoffed at this"really must you coddle him anymore, no wonder he runs around this house like a dolt. "Jacque annoyingly said as willow glared at him.

"Are you even hearing yourself right now? This is just a child do you think he'll just be well behvaed in a matter of seconds. And you struck him and for what?!"she demanded to know why he had a large mark on his face.

Weiss was worried what her father would do to her mother. Because she was getting really nervous and uncofrotable with the current situation right now.

Jacque scoffed getting in her face"what i do is none of your concern the boy needed to be punished. He should learn not to run around in the house. Now leave him here and well head to the charity event without. Tell them he got sick of wahtever"jacque stated

Though willow narrowed her gaze"actually if he sick then i'm staying, because i rather not leave with a man like you"willow stated firmly as jacque turned glaring at her but smiled looking at weiss..

"Hmph well my daughter needs to go i promised them she be their. And be their she shall, come along now dear"jacque ordered as weiss looked at her mother. Willow had a look of worrie across her face but gentle nodded telling her to go.

But not before mouthing the words"i'm sorry"as wiess nodded as the walked with her father to the charity event. While she did willow handed wren over to carmen who took him. Then she immediately pulled her scroll out calling someone. It run a few times until it answered.

"Hello, are you two avaible right now?"willow asked the person on the other end.

"Good because i need you for a job tonight, come by later"willow replied to carmen confusion as she hung up.

"Who was that?"carmen questioned as willow began walking down the hall. As she followed her close behind.

"Oh nothing just an associate i've been talking to. Also watch out later for a specific girl coming to the gate for me will you?"willow ordered but carmen didn't argue as she nodded. But was curious who exactly did she call on her scroll.

Meanwhile across town right now in the temporary hideout of swan aka lazuli daughter of roamn torchwich. The girl was busy going over all the infomration she gathered in the last week in atlas. The first being information regarding what that carmine chick provided to her. She hestated at first it seems but wanted to give closure to the girl. But that just only gave lazuli information on what one of the knights looked like. The one known as omicorn also known as dorian. But she also found out what town her little sister traveled to known as dryshore and that it. Along with what in each of the grimm knights known as chimera grimm.

"Ughh seriously a week here and we've got nothing except bits and pieces but nothing that lead to bonnie"lazuli said annoyed

Falk was in a cot laying down throwing a ball in the air catching it several times"hey relax feathers something will come up soon"he reassured as she sighed

"How would you know?"lazuli replied

"Because we've gotten info on what makes the knights. Along with where neo was last"he reminded because he was right in a way.

"Okay..that is a good start. But still i can't believe willow schnee was the one who hired us for that gig"she said baffled still because when falk explained to her how she caught him. She was so mad at him for getting caught but it could prove beneficial to them.

"I know right i thought she was gonna throw me out. But when i explained to her that we aren't so bad. She was fine with it…sort of"falk replied because the women still did scare him. He worried he ruined his chances with weiss now.

Lazuli sighed trying to come up with something. But soon enough her scroll began to buzz as she pulled it out. She was surrpsied to see the caller id under"mama ice queen"which was willow. She answered it wondering what she wanted.

"What up willow?"she asked as falk was surprised by this as he threw the ball in the air. As he did it landed back on his face hitting him in the eye.

"Ow!"falk said as it hit his nose as he rubbed it.

"Yeah were both still here why?"lazuli replied as falk wondered what the women wanted at this time of night.

"Feather what does she want?"falk question but lazuli put a finger up as she went wide eyed a little.

"Got it i'll be their later"lazuli replied as she hung the scrool up and began to change into her bodie suit. Falk stood their conufsed right now wondering what was going on.

"Okay what did uh weiss mom want?"he nervously asked as lazuli went behind a small curtian to change as she threw her clothes off. Then quickly changed into her swan attire as she explianed

"Don't know she wants me at the house for some reason, but be ready incase we need to leave."lazuli ordered as she wore her swan attire. Falk nodded as he began making preparations for lift off.

"You got it feahter good luck"he replied as the girl smirked at him. Then lazuli walked outside quickly as she shot away on her grappling hook. But unknown to her nearby on the street corner watching the girl leave the hanger. Dective knight and his partner looked at each other with cursioty.

"Seems she left the nest now what?"nancy questioned her partner who face was illuminated by a cigarette as he blew out smoke.

"We wait for her to return along with bagging that pliot of hers"he simply said as the two dectives made their way over to the hanger to spring a trap for the infamous theif.

Though right now back at the hotel eria was just finsihing up getting ready for the chairety event. Because right now she was wearing the same dress she wore back at the vytal dance all those nights ago.

"Are you really not going to wear something else?"calida asked her daughter as she walked over to her.

Eria sighed"this was the only dress i have at the moment. I didn't expect this is how my night would go"eria replied looking at what her mother was wearing

Calida wore a mari dress that showed one of her leg. It was colored vermillion with a pair of vermillion colored heels to match it. Though her hair was also style into a bun as she had a hairpin of a firelily in her hair. But her dress did show her curves and bust as well.

"Touche dear though do you think you'll run into anyone else you know here?"calida asked as the two got up in their formal attire leaving room. As they walked for a bit eria did think about that since she ran into thisite and razma. Which made her think of another girl she knew from atlas, zephyra gale.

"Maybe umm tanner partner actually zephyra hines"eria replied as calida soften her expression

"Oh i heard about her she an heriness to the hine airships if i recall"Calida replied as they soon got to the elvator. The elvator doors opened as the two continued their discussion as they slowly closed.

"She is but i wonder how she is doing with tann…gah!"eria started but then a hand reached into the elevator doo surprsing her. Calida was too as soon enough the elavator door was opened to reveal two people their.

The first was a young man with light brown eyes and dull blue hair in an undercut hairstyle, with long unshaven hair swept to his left and hanging slightly in his face.

He wore a maroon dress shrit and black tie with a black vest decorated with a marigold flower design, silver buttons and a breast pocket containing a red handkerchief. He also wears a pair of black pants and gray dress shoes. His black belt is worn over his vest and has a silver chain connected to the front of it, with the other end trialign into his left pocket. On his index and ring finer on each hand, he wear plain silver rings

While the second was someone very familair to her that being zephyra. She was wearing a long strapless gown like dress colored dark grey, along with having longsleeves on the dress with frill on the dress colored light grey. The girl had on a pair of short hells colored dark grey

"Uhh thank god we made it"the boy said

"Your the one that almost made us miss it, your lucky its only a ten minute drive their"zephyra said stepping into the elvator but looked at the other occutpants going wide eyed.

"Wait…eria?"zephyra questioned as she was met by eria hugging her to her and the boy surprise.

"Whoa touchy much"the boy said conufsed as zephyra was caught off guard. But returned the gesture to her.

"Its great to see you again..how have you been?"eria replied letting the embrace go.

"I've been better…though"zephyra trialed off looking at eria prothsetic leg sighing.

"I heard what happen from perun and ame. That psycho bitch deserves to be hunged for what shes done"zephyra said with malice in her tone

The boy laughed"man never heard you swear before zep you must hate her"he said as zephyra flicked him on the nose as he rubbed it.

"Henry only one person can call me that and he…isn't around anymore"she sadly said looking down as the elvator ride took them to the ground floor. Eria knew who she meant and that would be tanner from her assumption.

"Your talking about tanner aren't you?"she softly asked as they conitneud their elavator ride.

"I do…god dammit that dumb knucklehead just had to go and die. Next thing i know perun apperently our leader now back in haven"she replied to eria shock because she was curiosu who their leader would be back in haven since hes gone.

Eria sighed"guess even despite dating we share that now"she sadly said as zephyra knew what she meant by that.

Though calida wondered who the hine girl"umm and who is this your boyfriend?"calida nervosuly asked as zephyra frowned at that. Along with the boy who leaned agianst the glass window.

"Okay one names henry marigold, two uh i aint dating her. Were just friends okay"he introduced himself as henry marigold.

"Yes, despite that try him being one of weiss old suitors"zephyra replied as eria was surrpsied by this. But also knew someone else caught that particualt ice queen heart.

"Wait you were one of her old suitors?"eria questioned as henry sighed

"I was but for your info…i swing for the other team"henry queitly said as she knew he meant he liked men it seems.

Calida chuckled"well that interesting though don't worry we won't tell a soul about your secret."she reassured as soon enough they got to the gorund level.

"That a relief though you are must by the hayleys. Guessing your…rogue?"he asked pointing to eria who frowned becasue zephyra just said her name in the elevator.

"Your rather dense aren;t you? I'm eria her twin sister she had blonde hair i got teal hair"eria pointed out the obvious difference in hair color and style.

Henry chuckled nervously"Right you are though…you guys ready for the uh chairety event"he asked nerovusly but eria was just ready to get this thing over with. She nodded as they all decided to make a break for the chairety event.

Though as they did meanwhile beatrice was looking over some previous news articles it seems. More importantly several business changes and pratices done in the SDC comapny. That being changes in the labor force wiht jacque providng homes to his faunus labor force. Along with reconstructing hospital in the area for his wife business. Which didn't sit right with her, he always comaplined about those hospital and saying those beast down deserve to live in proper homes.

"What are you up to jacque"she thought to herself maybe thinking of a new change in comapny. Because with a recent nws report of faunus working getting taken by slaver mysteirously. It worried her what this old friend of her jacque schnee been doing. As she sat their she looked to see calida walk out with her group cupping her chin. Maybe she should ask the women if her husband is looking for new business associates.

It seems everyone is arriving to the grand schnee ball, along with that it seems beatrix had a run in with someone eria knows. But this saw the return of zephyra, thistie and the introduction of henry marigold. While willow seems to be planning something for her kids to fly away.
