It is Christmas time at the Griff household! Lets find out how Stanley will celebrate it this year!
*Stanley and his friends are at his house talking*
Stanley: I cant wait for Christmas tomorrow guys its gonna be great!
Mimi: Yeah it is! We dont really celebrate Christmas though but we'll still be at your house party!
Stanley: Oh yeah thats right I forgot you celebrate.. uhhhhhh what was it called again?
Marci: Kwanzaa!
Stanley: Right! And what about you Lester?
Lester: We celebrate Hanukkah! But me and my family will also be there to celebrate with your family tomorrow!
Stanley: Yay! I cant wait to see what Santa brings me tomorrow!
Marci: Santa?
Lester: Whos Santa?
Stanley: You guys dont know Santa Claus?!
Mimi: No we never heard of him who is he?
Stanley: Santa is this big guy who wears a red suit and has a big white beard and he watches kids all over the world to make sure they're nice!
Lester: Theres some guy watching all of us?..
Stanley: Yeah! He knows when you're sleeping and he knows when you're awake!
Marci: This guy sounds creepy..
Stanley: Hes not! Hes really cool! Then every night on Christmas Eve he rides his sleigh powered by flying reindeer and goes to every house around the whole world in one night to deliver toys to kids on the nice list!
Mimi: Uhhhh you sure you didnt just see that in a cartoon?
Stanley: Hes really real I'll prove it! When he gets to my house I'll get a picture and show all of you tomorrow!
Lester: Alright! Well we should get home now dont wanna be tired for the big party tomorrow!
Stanley: Ok bye guys! I'll show you Santa's real tomorrow!

Lionel: Yo Stanley mom says we have to get ready for bed

Stanley: Lionel's arguing with me! He doesnt think Santa is real!

Joyce: Settle down boys theres no need to argue on Christmas Eve
Stanley: Can you guys tell Lionel that Santa is very real!
Lionel: Hes old enough to know he isnt real right guys? Thats when I found out the truth

Joyce: Santa actually isnt real..

Mark: But Christmas isnt all about presents ya know its about being together and giving to one another!

Harry: He is too real! Tell her Stanley man!
Stanley: Well actually Harry.. I just found out that hes not..
Harry: Oh not you too dude! All of you are a bunch of Santa deniers!
Dennis: Sorry Harry but theres no actual evidence that Santa is real
Harry: Theres plenty of evidence! Like this! *Shows drawing of Santa Stanley made*
Dennis: Thats just a drawing Stanley did-
Stanley: Yeah sorry Harry everything about Santa is made up.. no sleigh no toys no elves.. no house in the North Pole.. I bet even reindeer arent real..
Dennis: Actually I beg to differ! Reindeer are very much real!
Stanley: They are? Oh boy you hear that Harry? Flying reindeer are real!
Harry: See Dennis! Santa IS real!
Dennis: Now now hold your horses guys
Harry: I dont have any horses but maybe I can add that to my Christmas list!
Dennis: No that just means wait because while reindeer *are* real they cant actually fly
Elsie: And Dennis knows what hes talking about so give this whole Santa thing up Harry
Harry: You just dont believe!
Elsie: Because he isnt real he never was!
Harry: Liar! You're just upset you're probably on the naughty list!
Dennis: Guys settle down! I think we need to learn more about reindeer before we start arguing

Stanley: Yep! *Gets out book* right here!

Harry and Elsie: Here comes the big book here comes the big book opening down animal lane! Reindeer and doves and all the animals working on our brains! Stanley learning, Harry and Elsie singing, all is merry and bright! So see the world and say your prayers cause this book's the perfect guide!
Dennis: How- how did you come up with all that in a minute! You must have been practicing for weeks!
Harry and Elsie: Hear those reindeer moving and prancing oh what a beautiful sight! So jump in the book and get a glance cause this book's the perfect guideeeeeeeee!
Elsie: So how was that Dennis?
Dennis: Im impressed but also very annoyed!
Stanley: That was great guys! How long did it take to practice that?
Elsie: No time needed we did that on the spot!
Dennis: Of course you did..
Stanley: Now lets see.. reindeer starts with R! R! *Opens book to reindeer*
Elsie: They may not be able to fly but they do look magical in their own right
Dennis: Indeed they do! They're different from normal deer though in many different ways! Care for a closer look?
Harry: I wanna see Rudolph up close! Im coming dude I wanna see your nose! *Goes into the book*
Dennis: Wait Harry- theres no-
Stanley: Well we might as well go in with him! Come on guys! into the book to have some fun! Weeeeeee! *Jumps in with Dennis and Elsie*
Harry: *Runs up to the deer* Hi Rudolph! Can I see your shiny red nose?
*The deer get startled and run away*
Elsie: Harry you scared away the reindeer! Now how are we gonna learn about them!
Harry: Oops sorry dude-
Stanley: Thats ok we can just look at them from afar with the Stanoscope! *Gets out* wow they look so cool!
Elsie: And majestic..
Dennis: Something you may or may not have noticed is every deer has antlers!
Harry: Yeah so?
Dennis: Most deer species only the males have antlers but for reindeer both the male *and* female deers have them
Harry: I bet they use those antlers for magical things like.. uhhhhhh.. teleporting Santa inside the house!
Elsie: Dont be silly Harry- and again reindeer cant fly!
Dennis: Reindeer may not be able to fly but they sure know how to swim! And they can travel very far even if they stay on the ground! They migrate the furthest out of any land mammal! Their hooves also change during the year
Elsie: Change? How?
Dennis: A reindeer's hooves or their feet change shape and texture to better adapt to the environment of the season
Harry: What does adapt mean again?
Dennis: To adapt is to get used to a new environment around you
Stanley: I wanna go pet a reindeer! Lets go! *They walk up to one slowly*
Elsie: Careful Stanley you dont wanna scare it..
Stanley: I will *Goes up and slowly pets it* hey the fur isnt as soft as I thought it'd be
Dennis: Thats because their hairs are quite hallow!
Harry: So wheres Santa dude?
Elsie: Harry there is no such thing!
Dennis: While there may not be a "Santa" reindeer have still been domesticated!
Stanley: Oh I know what that means! It means when-
Harry: When humans tame animals overtime to keep them as pets or for other uses like horses!
Stanley: Hehe yeah what Harry said
Dennis: Reindeer may not be at all magical in the sense that they can fly a sleigh with a big red guy on it but they are very majestic creatures wouldnt you say?
Stanley: Yeah!
Dennis: But actually they have an ability you could call magical! They can see things humans like you are not able to such as ultraviolet light! Which helps them see more clearly for predators
Harry: And what about Santa?
Dennis: Sorry Harry but theres no big man delivering presents with his trusty reindeer and there wont be any time soon-
Stanley: But if Santa isnt real and theres no presents being delivered and no flying reindeer.. then whats Christmas really all about Dennis?
Dennis: I believe your dad said it earlier! *Spins around* what do you think the true meaning of Christmas is? Presents? Food? Or being with your friends and family together?
Stanley: I think dad said that it was about being together! And you know what I think hes right! I love presents but best of all I get to be with those I love! Like you guys!
Harry: Thanks dude we love you too! But Santa's still real you cant tell me otherwise!
Elsie: *Facepalms*
Stanley: With or without Santa we're gonna have a great Christmas!
Dennis: A holly jolly one if you will! Now lets head back home
*They go back home*
Joyce: Hey Stanley?
Stanley: Yeah mom?
Joyce: You doing ok?
Stanley: Yeah im fine why do you ask?
Mark: We just saw how upset you were when we told you about Santa
Stanley: Oh that? Yeah I was upset at first but I learned that like you said dad its not about presents or if there is a Santa out there what matters is that everyone is together on Christmas with their friends and family!
Joyce: Thats great to hear honey! Now you should get to sleep because tomorrow's gonna be a big day!
Stanley: It sure will be im super excited!
Mark: We are too! Especially the yummy food!
Harry: *Mind* Right on dude! We're on the same page!
Joyce: You *would* be excited about that hehe
Mark: What can I say? You make excellent Christmas feasts
Joyce: Aw thanks sweetie *Kisses him*
Stanley: Its gonna be the best! Good night mom good night dad!
Mark: Good night Stanley! And merry Christmas! *Turns off lights and leaves*
Dennis: I certainly cant wait for the holidays myself! Oh I can hardly sleep from the excitement!
Stanley: If we dont sleep we'll be tired and not be able to have fun tomorrow Dennis
Dennis: You're absolutely right Stanley but its just hard to when you're all giddy inside!
Stanley: I understand im excited too!
Harry: Me too dudes its gonna rock!
Elsie: I dont need any gifts because I already have everything I could ask for in this very room..
Harry: Awwwww I love you too sis! *Licks her*
Elsie: MRAH- Harry!
Harry: Come on dudette its Christmas!
Elsie: *Sigh* You're right.. I'll allow it..
Harry: Though.. there is one thing I do want this year..
Dennis: Whats that Harry?
Harry: I wanna see Little Dude again..

Harry: It sure would! Too bad he lives so far away..

Harry Elsie and Dennis: Merry Christmas Stanley! *They all sleep*

Lester: Mmmm Stanley this pie tastes so good!
Stanley: I know right! My mom says its called a.. uhhhhh something berry pie
Marci: Something berry pie? Thats an odd name for a pie
Stanley: Hey mom whats the pie called again?
Joyce: Babbleberry pie!
Lester: Whats a babbleberry? Is it like a raspberry?
Joyce: Yeah sorta only babbleberries are these rare berries found only in this place called Lake Hoohaw! But somehow Grandma Griff was able to get her hands on some for us!
Lionel: Well this pie is the bomb mom! We should make it more often
Joyce: I'll see what I can do now let me get the roast out of the oven then we can play some games! *Goes to the kitchen*
Mimi: So Stanley did you get any pictures of that "Santa Claus" guy you were talking about yesterday?
Stanley: No I didnt.. hes not actually real
Lester: Oh thats a shame he did sound kinda cool
Marci: Even if kinda weird
Stanley: But its ok because even though reindeer cant actually fly they're still magical in their own right!
Dennis: Quite right! Like for example reindeer may not be able to fly but they sure can swim fast and migrate for hundreds of miles! Further than any other land mammal!
Stanley: And that their hooves change depending on the season
Dennis: Perhaps maybe later we can go into the great big book of everything so you can personally see them up close!
Marci: That sounds like a good present to me!
Stanley: Oh that reminds me! *Gives Dennis his present* Merry Christmas Dennis!
Dennis: Oh Stanley.. *Opens and its a new longer wider bed for him to sleep in* Oh my this is quite the bed! Thank you so much Stanley this will surely improve my sleep!
Stanley: No problem Dennis!
Dennis: I wish I could have gotten you something..
Stanley: You already did give me something though
Dennis: I did? What?
Stanley: You've given me the bestest best friend anyone could ask for! Thats the best gift you could ever give me!

*They see Harry's feeling sad about something*

Dennis: Elsie I think its a good time to give him the present
