New snowfall coats the ground, trees, and everything else as the wind blasts down from the mountains. The sound of brisk winds outside the log cabin wakes Jasmine. Dimitri was sleeping on his front with his left arm over her waist when she cautiously turned her head to see him and give a small loving smile to him. Jasmine slowly removed his arm from her waist, and set it down next to him. She sat up in bed, thinking, There's so much to do today. Dimitri was sleeping when she slowly shifted to the edge of her bed. In order to take a shower, Jasmine goes to her bathroom.
Ten minutes later, when Jasmine emerged from the bathroom, she saw Dimitri still sound asleep on his front side. As she prepared for the day, Dimitri wakes up, hears the dress being opened, and turns his head to discover Jasmine not wearing anything and reaching into her dresser. He thought the baby girl looked really hot, not wearing anything, slowly turning over and putting a pillow against the headboard to watch the show. Jasmine began by donning a pair of black, sexy pants and a bra. She moved to her slim jeans, a black three-button vest, and a cotton basic button-down shirt, leaving the top two buttons undone to show a little skin, and moved to her black leather high-heeled riding boots and grommet leather belt. Jasmine started putting her hair in a ponytail and appearance some cosmetics.
Jasmine turned to the right and moved to the bookcase in her bedroom. Where she pressed the secret button to cause it to slide to the left and show the weapon room. Stepping inside, she reached up to turn on the light so she could display various weapons on the walls of her armory. She approached the box, took it in her hands, and realized that this was going to be a significant step in creating a better world for her people. Slowly turn around, proceed back, extinguish the light, and shut the weapon door.
Dimitri realized that Jasmine hadn't noticed that he was awake and had been observing her. Jasmine turned to the right and moved to the bookcase in her bedroom. Jasmine pressed the secret button to cause it to slide to the left and show the weapon room. Stepping inside, she reached up to turn on the light so she could display various weapons on the walls of her armory. She approached the box, took it in her hands, and realized that this was going to be a significant step in creating a better world for her people. Slowly turn around, proceed back, extinguish the light, and shut the weapon door.
Jasmine entered her closet, flung open the door, and reached up to grab two duffel bags from the top shelf. One to place her laptop, the box, and a few other items in. Unaware that Dimitri was quietly getting out of bed and moving around the end of the bed in an attempt to surprise Jasmine, she was stuffing her clothes and shoes into the second duffel bag.
Dimitri moved closer, grabbed Jasmine around the waist, and said, "Get you, baby girl." Jasmine jerked her head to view Dimitri and said, "You frighten me!" Dimitri said, "Sorry, baby girl." "I hope you weren't planning on leaving me behind." Jasmine said, "No, but now you need to get dressed." "We will soon leave the security of the log cabin and head to St. Vladimir's Academy to meet with my attorney." Dimitri wrapped his arms around Jasmine's waist more tightly and kissed her neck before letting her go.
Jasmine reached over, picked up her holster and strapped it to her right leg, reaching over, picking up her silver stake, and putting it in the holster. Dimitri finished getting dressed and asked, "Baby girl, are you ready to leave?" Jasmine said, "There's almost one more thing I need." Dimitri asked, "What is that?"
Jasmine retrieved one more item from her closet that had significant meaning to her. She pulled out her black leather long sleeve hooded jacket, and it fell to her feet. Jasmine gave a small smile as she remembered how she felt when she put on her coat to become the Rogue Guardian and go hunting in New York to defend the weak from the monsters. Dimitri noticed that Jasmine was wearing a Rogue Guardian coat. Dimitri thought Jasmine looked bad-ass in that coat.
Dimitri walked behind, wrapped his strong arms around Jasmine waist and asked, "Are you ready?" Jasmine turned around, looked at Dimitri in the eyes, and said, "Yes!" Dimitri leaned over and passion kiss Jasmine's lips.
Christian walked out of Sierra's bedroom, holding her in his arms while she slept with her head on his shoulder and an arm around his neck. Dimitri and Jasmine entered the corridor with two duffel bags, and Jasmine was wearing her long coat, as Christian noticed when Jasmine was wearing a long black leather coat from Rogue Guardian. Jasmine walked over next to him, and Christian gave a small smirk as Jazz approached like a bad-ass.
Christian approached Jasmine while carrying their daughter in arms, leaning down and giving Jasmine a passion kiss on her lips. Dimitri became envious when he saw Christian kissing Jasmine. Then Christian stepping back then looking Dimitri to see face. Christian said, "Good morning, honey." "Rose and Janine are down the stairs with Yeva, Peggy, Oksana, and Mark." "They are awaiting our arrival in the living room.
Jasmine said, "I need to go study to gather all the evidence to demonstrate Ibrahim Mazur's actions to my attorney." Christian smirked and said, "Miss Peggy has already obtained the evidence from the safe in the study. Plus, you're out for blood." Jasmine grinned while exposing her teeth and said, "In a true Hathaway and Mazur way. "You damn right!" Christian and Dimitri knowing Abe Mazur was going to face his karma, that it was going to be bitch, and that Ibrahim Mazur was going to pay for it.
Christian reached down, took Jasmine's hand, and began walking down the hallway to the stairs to the living room with Dimitri trailing behind. Jasmine and Christian ascended the stairs side by side. Christian was holding their daughter, Sierra, in his arms as Mark looked up to see them descend the staircase with Dimitri tailing behind them. Mark announced calmly that our Queen had arrived, hoping to keep Sierra, who was sleeping on her father's shoulder.
As Sierra slumbers in his arms, Janine, Peggy Sue, and Yeva turn to see Christian cradling their granddaughter in his arms. Rose looks over at her sister and notices that she is wearing her Rogue Guardian coat. Yeva said, "Are you ready to accept your destiny?" "You do it for our people and for yourself." "You are a true, loyal, and brave warrior, as you demonstrated as the Rogue Guardian in New York."Jasmine said, "Yes!"
When Janine learned that her young daughter was the Rogue Guardian, she exhibited amazement on her face and thought she would have a lengthy conversation with her daughter about being a Rogue Guardian. Rose could see her mother's emotions before the guardian mask snapped back into place. Rose smile.
Peggy Sue said, "Here is the envelope that contains all of the life insurance policies, the actual as well as fraudulent deeds to the log cabin, the log book, and a copy of the history of your accounts." Jasmine gave a small smile on her face and said, "Ibrahim Mazur isn't going to like what's coming his way." "Karma can be a real bitch!" Janine said, "Jasmine, watch your mouth." Jasmine said, "Sorry, Mommy!" Janine said, "That's my good girl."
Jasmine descended the stairs, walked across the floor, and reached for the envelope. Jasmine turned to the fireplace where Alex and Mr. Bear slept and said, "It's time to wake up." Mr. Bear and Alex lifted their heads and gazed up at Jasmine, seeing that her eyes were golden. Alex and Mr. Bear raise their hands.
Tiffany enters the living room with a large coffee tumbler in right hands and garment bag in left hand. Tiffany said, "Jasmine, I have your coffee, and don't worry about your dress." Jasmine spun around, took the large coffee tumbler from Tiffany, gave her a smile, and said, "Thank you, Tiff! "You're welcome, my queen," Tiffany said. Dimitri said, "Where is my coffee?" Tiffany said, "Perhaps you should have gotten up sooner to get it."
Yeva, Janine, Rose, and Christian smiled to see Tiffany had come back for Dimitri.
Oksana said, "The sun is rising on a new day, my queen, so it is time to leave." Jasmine turned, moving to the front door. Mark unlocked front door, opened it to find Ismail and the peace keepers waiting in the yard.
Jasmine inhaled deeply before stepping onto the porch. Everyone began to genuflect before Jasmine. Jasmine said, "Rise, my people." Rose started feeling Jasmine's entire range of emotions, from joy to fear.
Rose approached her sister, took her right hand in hers, and said, "Calm your emotions." "I am right here; we can do this together." Jasmine said, "Do you promise?" Rose looked her twin sister in the eyes and said, "Yes!" Jasmine smiled.
Mr. Bear and Alex came out the front door, taking their places next to Jasmine and Rose on the porch. Jasmine and Rose started moving forward to the SUV that was sitting in the front yard with the truck open for Alex and Mr. Bear to get inside.
Soon they would leave the security of the ward with two SUVs and two vans full of peacekeepers and warriors heading for St. Vladimir's Academy, which would take about six hours.
