CHAPTER 13: Scars fade, but memories linger

Awoken in the early night, feeling a bit groggy but awake to realize he had forgotten something vital, gasped in shock and disgust to himself. They're still in the air heading to Mistral Jaune didn't waste a moment and went to the cockpit to call Cinder.

"Cinder, how far are we to Menagerie?" his tone was serious and authoritative, surprising Cinder as she looked at her navigation system.

"Um…according to navigations. About an hour away."

"Good. Head to Kuo Kuana. We're taking a pit stop. Now…" his tone came intimidating Cinder didn't question him, followed his instruction, and changed course to Kuo Kuana.

He left Cinder to her own devices, closing the door behind him and stopping for a moment with a build-up of self-remorse within him. He expels it by slamming his fist on the wall loud enough to awaken Fenrir and Raven and leaving a concave dent on the wall.

"Damn you…how could you forget about her…dammit…. I'm such an idiot…." As he falls to his knees while trying to hold his tear to no avail, a streak of a tear fall along his face to the cold floor.

"Catherine… I'm so sorry…." He cries as Fenrir approach Jaune and changes her size to a size of a wolf, but just large enough to allow Jaune to hug his faithful companion.

"I'm here for you, master." Rubbing her head against his to calm him down, Raven just snorts with disgust and returns to her spot to fall asleep and hope for an uneventful night. It didn't last long as she felt the bullhead land with the engines cease and the side door open to a tropical environment surrounded by native flora of Ku Kuana. Raven sighs and follows out behind Jaune and Cinder, while Fenrir stays by the ship while she leans against the bullhead's frame.

"This is the closest I can get us to Kuo Kuana without being spotted." She states with arms crossed while watching Jaune take a deep breath to gather before giving orders to the group.

"So, are you going to tell me why are we here instead of heading to Mistral as planned?" Jaune walks towards a nearby tree surrounded by white lilies with purple accents on the edge of each of its petals. Gently picked the lilies until he had enough for a full bouquet in hand. Then he turns to a different tree with larger leaves to be used as a cover or wraps around the bouquet with thin vines he rips off to tie it all together into a well-made and dressed bouquet.

At first, Cinder is impressed by Jaune's artistic side of flower arrangement and would gladly accept them entirely. She rarely takes gifts from anyone unless they have actual value or function, as the lilies that Jaune picked are poisonous, especially cat Faunus. Then it occurred to her when Salem spoke to her about Jaune when they first met and gave Cinder a short summary of Jaune's Profile, but what got her most attention was when she said that Jaune has a hobby and knowledge of botany.

"is he gathering supplies to sabotage the Mistral Tournament?" she thought out loud with a smirk, as it's hard to believe that Jaune doesn't take a chance and would do whatever it takes to win.

Then, Jaune's armour was deployed, encasing him in his Grimm Knight armour, and his Black wings sprouted out from his back. It didn't surprise Cinder or Fenrir to see Jaune in his new armour and branches, but not for Raven, as this was a first for her. As she almost slipped and fell, she maintained her composure.

"You three stay here. I'll be back."

"Wait, What!? That's it!?" Cinder argues as Raven agrees that the original plan was to head to Mistral? Why are they in Menagerie?

"Don't worry, I won't be gone for long. Cinder, you are in charge. Fenrir, kill any passing Grimm away from the Bullhead and Kuo Kuana. Raven, keep a lookout for any Faunus on patrol. If they are approaching the bullhead, deal with them but do not kill." As his wings stretch, ready for taking off to the sky, Cinder quickly tries to call out for Jaune.

"Jaune, Wait!? What are yo-" by the time she finished, Jaune had already taken off to the skies and headed to Kuo Kuana.

"Dammit…"

Soaring to the skies, feeling the cold air flowing into the helmet and stinging the skin of his face, he could help but let his eyes water with a tinge of pain in his chest of regret. He wasn't even sure if he was crying or if it was the sting of pain. It didn't take Jaune long to reach Kuo Kuana as he perched on one of the rooftops of Kuo Kuana's tallest building which gave an overview of the entire town. It didn't take long for Jaune to find what he was looking for or realize that he was standing in front of a large window with a two Faunus couple staring with wide eyes of shock and awe at what they saw as he took off to the skies once again. The husband is a tall, muscular Faunus with black hair, a thick beard, and yellow eyes. An open dark-violet coat with white fur trims exposed a patch of black hair on his chest. He rushes out the window of shock and disbelief to ensure he doesn't go mad at his wife's empty nest phase.

A Cat Faunus with black hair, yellow eyes with short hair, cat ears slightly larger than the norm, and three gold pierced on her ears – two on her right and one on her left. Wearing a black hakama and sandals. Over her outfit, she wears a black shrug with a long right sleeve with a short left sleeve with gold-leaf trim adorning the opening at the front with a long left warmer with a tied purple band at the top with two gold bangles on her wrist.

Of non-stop complaining and self-pity no matter how hard he tries to counsel her. Especially since his daughter left home to join the White Fang. As he opened the window, black feathers slowly rained down before him as he reached out his hand as one laned. Felt weightless with no light reflecting off it, just like the stories that he was told by Elder Cathrine when he was a boy.

"Ghira…is that who I think it is…?" his wife was shocked to the core like she had seen a ghost.

"If it is Kali… then I know where he's going. Call the guards and tell them to meet me at Kuo Kuana cemetery." He heads to the and follows behind with the feather still in his hand, clutching very tightly it snaps, while he grits his teeth of regret.

Jaune didn't take long to arrive at a three-point land in the centre of the cemetery with his wings encased in his back. The Cemetery of Kuo Kuana is different from traditional cemeteries; instead of using tombstones to mark the graves, they use young trees on the day of burial and let them grow. A conventional plaque tied to the tree of the deceased's name is bound in a decorative rope that is the shape of a flower. It's like walking through a forest than a graveyard. All the trees are different species of Botany. Some aren't even native to Kuo Kuana, like Sanus, Solitas and Anima.

It was getting difficult to find the tree his looking for. He looked into almost every tree in the area and almost gave up. He's starting to believe that Cathrine might be in the tomb of heroes. He sighs, irritated and deploys his wings out, ready to take off but realizes he doesn't have a clear take-off with the overreach branches from the surrounding trees blocking the sky. Jaune sighs in annoyance and treads down a path until Jaune finds a clearing to take off to the sky. The alone pedal crossed his view as Jaune was about to take off. He raised his hand to catch it, looked closely at the pedal, and identified it. And to his surprise, he recognizes this pedal immediately and turns in the direction it originates. He sees a giant Bonsai Sakura tree with clouds of peddles filling its branches while the wind gently blows, letting the peddles rain like gentle snow on top of a small hill with a small flight of stairs. This isn't any ordinary tree. He recognizes this specific tree. The last time he saw this tree was half its size in the dense forest of Mistral, where it originated but sadly went extinct with no hope of recovery years after the Faunus War in Remnant. Except for a small grove of these trees in Jaune's garden.

As he climbed the small flight of stairs and immediately saw the plaque tied around the tree with a ceremonial decorative rope. The plaque was turned over, hiding the name. Jaune hesitated for a moment; already knowing her name, his heart tightened, and a lump formed in his throat, making it hard to breathe. He grips the plaque, flips it over and sees the name. He gasps and falls to his knees as tears begin to form in his eyes, trying to hold them in, not letting a cry or voice sound of emotion mix within him of hate, disgust, and regret. He grips his chest over his heart as the pain increases tenfold, and his black abyssal aura waves violently out of torrential spire shooting up to the sky. The people who were awake saw it from a distance.

Then finally, his voice cracks with great pain. It has awoken almost every citizen of Kuo Kuana startle in fear and a bit of pain due to their sensitive ears. Even the group waiting in the bullhead heard the screams' echoes and became slightly concerned for Jaune but waited as ordered.

"C-Cathrine… I'm sorry…. I'm so sorry…." Of tremendous guilt and sorrow when he looked up and saw the date of her death two years ago, furthering the shame to despair.

Jaune cries and cries and cries, and it doesn't take long for Ghira and his guards to find him. Keeping themselves out of view against the corner. Ghira's men stare with wide eyes of disbelief and shock, seeing the great wing of the abyss on the man's back. It wasn't hard to figure out who it was, especially his grieving before the Grave of Cathrine Belladonna. One of the guards approaches out of the corner, but Ghira stops him.

"Wait!" he raises his hand with a hush, stern voice.

"let's see where this goes." He orders as the men nod vigorously, agreeing as each of the men is afraid of what will happen if they fight against the Hero of the Faunus war.

Jaune's tears finally stop. He eventually calms down with his shoulder lax, and his head hunches over. He looks back to the plaque and glides his hand across it, wiping some dirt off, making it slightly cleaning it.

He positions himself into a dogeza pose on his knees and bows before the tree till his forehead taps the cold cement.

"Cathrine…words cannot describe how sorry I am for not seeing you sooner… I just wished I could see you one last time…." Jaune paused in silence, a gentle wind blowing over him till he felt a pedal landing on his cheek. He opens his eyes and looks up at the tree. As the clouds clear the ski with the shattered moon's light shining down the tree, he saw a glint of purple upon the tree's surface. Curiosity got his best as he leapt upon the tree with his wings, helping him with the leap.

He landed on the thick branch and stood before the purple glint. It turns out the glimmer is in a shape of a handprint. Jaune, couldn't help but cry again, yet he couldn't help but smile. The handprint is slightly smaller than his, but this was not only a handprint. It was a gift by Cathrine's Semblance called "inheritance." Inheritance, like its namesake, allows her to place an aura handprint containing Cathrine's will, so to speak, for her intended target to see while everyone else cannot.

During the Faunus War, Cathrine's Semblance was the prime use and example for infiltration and espionage. For it to work, her Semblance is psychological, meaning this will be seen in her target's mind once the target interacts with the aura handprint. She first must focus on a target to pass it on and leave behind a piece of her aura to give the information. But it depends on the amount of aura she provides, from the least amount to an entire fracture. These can be simply hearing her speaking to the target (least), showing them her memories of importance (mild) and even herself with all her memories. This method cost her a large fracture of her soul. Even after she dies, the Semblance will still live on as long she places the Semblance under three categories: One, it needs to be placed on the surface that is living, Two: it doesn't possess aura and finally, Three: if the surface of the living dies so does the Semblance.

In this case, the tree is on private property. Jaune slowly reached out to the handprint. Sparks of Aura from the handprint discharged on Jaune's hand, but it didn't sting nor hurt interacting with his aura. Placing his entire hand over the print, a throbbing pain hits his head, forcing him to close his eyes in pain, as this is Jaune's first time experiencing this level of Cathrine's Semblance of information cramming itself into his mind, like his head been squeeze on a vice. The pain finally ceased, and then his hand felt a grasp between his fingers, forcing his eyes and seeing a gentle smile towards him and finding himself in a void space of white. She has long black hair that reaches the floor in a ceremonial white Kimono with purple flower decal prints around her sleeves and at the edge of her kimono. His eyes threatened to water again as she wiped his tears.

"It's so good to see you again….." she smiles

"You too…Cathy…"

"We should catch up. Come on, seat with me." She smiles, pulling Jaune away as strong winds of pedal blow into Jaune's eyes, forcing him to shut his eyes and his hand in Cathrine's grip. The winds finally ceased. He slowly opened his eyes and found himself in familiar scenery, on top of a small hill overlooking a grass field surrounded by dense forest with the same Cherry tree behind him. Deeply Immerse and amazed by Cathrine's Semblance. Jaune had no idea that her Semblance could perform such a feat. This was where Jaune and Cathrine made their main base and tent during their Mistral campaign.

Their relationship was no secret. In the heat of the moment, that's when Jaune and Cathrine's relationship happened in that tent. From their first kiss to Cathrine's claw marks dragging down along Jaune's back and on the tree with loud moaning. Everyone heard them. It was very uncomfortable to be in their presence the next day, let alone look at them. (Jaune still thinks the scars didn't fade till now. You can faintly see it) He had an awkward conversation with his mother when she noticed the wounds and turned to Cathrine with a crocked brow while Cathrine's face flushed red during Salem's social visit. During the Faunus War, Salem visits from time to time in their camp to check on him and trade intel about the enemy and Ozma. It took a tug of Jaune's arm to snap him back to reality. Seeing Cathrine smiling, Jaune sat closely next to her as she rested her head against his shoulders. As they sigh, relaxing in the moment of silence, admiring the view.

"Wish we could stay like this forever…." She whispers by Jaune's side, and their hands clench tightly as they smile at the idea, but the harsh reality needs to be realized that such a dream is impossible. One moved on while the other still clings to his past failures, refusing to let go.

"I wish that was true…."

"How's your Mother?" she asks, but Jaune sighs.

"still the same, and…promise her an… heir." He hesitates while Cathrine stares in disbelief until she snickers to a hard laugh while Jaune looks away embarrassingly. Complete knowing both her friend and former lover realizing his current conundrum with his mother than his true goal.

"You just dig your own grave on that one, Jaune! HAHAHAHA!"

"I know...but… it's the only way…. to look beyond her curse and anchor to a future to move on."

"Haaa...still the same idiot I have fallen for..." she sighs as she hugs the man as he leans his head against her, continuing to watch the silent scenery. They talk about their lives after the war. Jaune didn't share much as he was comatose of recovery than was cryo-sleep and recently woken up months ago, while Cathrine actively listened.

Cathrine, however, had a more exciting life after the war. Though it took a couple of years for her to move on after Jaune's "death", she frantically slapped Jaune non-stop for lying to her and not telling her he was alive and slightly mad that his "body" was raided by his mother's Grimm. But Cathrine didn't ask for details of how Salem brought him back. Knowing Salem, she kept her secrets close to her chest.

After, she moved on and found someone they had a son. But kept her Maiden name in her honour, her husband thought of the idea. Jane isn't going to lie. He is jealous of Cathrine's life, moving on from him and getting married after. Yet Jaune shouldn't be mad at Cathrine's life but instead be happy for her family, which made Jaune uncomfortable at the moment. When Catherine continued talking about her family to her recent descendants Ghira, the current Chief of Kuo Kuana, it didn't take long for Cathrine to notice.

"Um….Cathy…are they…you know…." He stuttered, embarrassed, while Cathrine couldn't help but giggle at Jaune's expression.

"No, they're not your descendants. If they were, our child would've been born during the war. My Son was born five years after the war." she replies with a smile yet slightly discouraged they weren't Jaune's. But when she turns to expect to see him disappointed, she instead sees him sigh in relief with a broad smile across his face. And immediately, she retaliates by frantically slapping Jaune non-stop but much harder this time.

"What's with that Face!? You're supposed to be mad! Even sad that they aren't your children, you jerk!" while she continued slapping Jaune repetitively, Jaune couldn't help but laugh.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry. I didn't mean it like that." He laughs as he grabs hold of Cathrine's hands while she's giving him a pouty expression.

"this…could be a chance for redemption…." He sighs with a close smile as Cathrine tilts her head towards him, not really understanding what he meant, till Jaune's expression changes with regret in his eyes.

"I left you when you needed me the most. I left you for my revenge. I knew you would succeed in the human's surrender. While you have full faith in me to stop their reinforcements from arriving to continue the war. And in the end, when it's finally over, the Faunus have their freedom…I still left you… it was supposed to be a day to celebrate. Instead, it was your day to mourn for me…." Jaune came silently, his eyes adrift as his head leaned on her shoulder.

"And you know the scary part is…I still remember it…." With his hand still locked in grasp on Cathrine, seeing Jaune for the first time, his…afraid.

"Jaune…"

"It was dark and cold…couldn't see anything except the armour I wore and my hands drenched in blood….that's when I realized I'm dead…and I wasn't the only one…I saw our fallen allies, our brothers and our sisters. All walking in one direction… a spec of light."

"Oh, Jaune…." she gasped in horror as she hugged him.

"While we were walking, I heard your cries…mourning, begging, wishing for me to come back…. I wanted it to stop. I wanted to come back to you, hold you in my arms and tell you how sorry I am….but I couldn't. No matter how hard I tried to stop, I just kept walking, crying with regret in my heart, till I stood before the light. Then was pulled away from the light and awakened in the pits of Grimm pools. Swimming to the surface in great pain while being attacked by the pool of destruction itself. The pain was unbearable. I lost conscience. And when I came…I wasn't sure if it was a dream or reality."

"What happened?" she asked while still shocked how Jaune found himself in the Grimm pools, but he shook his head, not wanting to remember, which Cathrine respected and did not push the subject further. Instead, she tries to change the subject.

"Earlier, you mention redemption. What do you mean by that?"

"I can't make amends with you. So, perhaps I could help with your descendants." He replied as Cathrine couldn't help but smile and hug her big idiot.

"I still can't believe I've fallen for such a big idiot."

"um…you do know I heard that, right?"

"You suppose to till you finally learn."

"I might be an idiot, but I still have feelings." He cries

"I know…" as she hugs him with a smile, then her smile thins in deep thought and thought that might put her spirit at ease and rest.

"But…" calling out to him as he turns to her.

"If redemption is what you seek….would you hear my request?"

"of course…"

"Please protect my Blakey…."

"Blakey?"

"Blake Belladonna, my granddaughter. A young, quiet child who loves to read. But loves to hear stories of our adventures even more. Yet, perhaps I was too influential. She joined the White Fang at a very young age. She was the first to protest among her comrades at every rally. I should be proud of her for voicing out the rights of her people, but she's just a child. But the more she saw the rally fail, the more she became determined to the cause. I try to stop her, telling her that she's too young and should enjoy life like every child….yet what she said back to me, I wasn't sure to be proud or disappointed in myself of what I've done."

"What did she say?" Jaune asks as Cathrine closes her eye, remembering talking to Blake that day. That day she made a grave mistake by not stopping Blake. Seeing a young Cat Faunus reading one of her journals by her bedside while Cathrine sat on her bed with another journal at hand. A quiet afternoon of her taking care of her granddaughter while her parents attend a White Fang meeting.

"Blakey, Why are you always going to those rallies?" the child pause from reading and stares at the Elder.

"A child, like yourself, shouldn't be involved in such an environment. It would give a bad image of the White Fang to the people. Seeing the White Fang use children in adult affairs and put them at risk of danger won't help their cause. It just makes it worse." Blake paused in uncertainty, unsure what to say to her grandmother, whom she deeply respected after hearing her stories of fighting for their freedom and rights during the Faunus War. She couldn't help but be in awe of her grandmother's life. The stories she reads are nothing compared to her grandmother's life.

"I'm not mad, Blakey. Just concern…so why risk yourself to such danger?" it took a moment of silence for Blake to think of her response, and knowing her grandmother, there was no point in lying.

"Grandma, do you…remember those nights I came to your room and told you I had a nightmare?" Blake's ears droop on her head, and her eyes are saddened but refuse to show tears. Catherine nods, remembering those nights of Blake coming over to her room with a sadden expression of fear, with a book in her arms.

"of course..."

"That was a lie. Grandma… every night, I hear you crying for him. Repeatedly saying sorry over and over. At first, I thought it was the nightmares during the war. Mom and Dad said it was normal and I shouldn't worry. But I couldn't help myself to rush over to your side." As tears form in her eyes, she quickly tries to wipe them, only to see arms reach out for her and pull her in for a tight hug by her loving grandmother.

"I am truly blessed to have you as my child…." Her grandmother whispers as Blake can't hold her tears anymore, along with her emotions.

"I was scared… seeing you so sad. It hurt me even more when you called out his name begging forgiveness…." Catherine paused, released Blake from her hug, and stared at the young Faunus. It was no secret between Blake and Cathrine. Out of all of the members of the Belladona family, Blake is the only one who knows the true identity of the Fallen Avian. As she continues with determination in her eyes and stands proud towards her.

"I refuse to let what you've done go to waste, especially to our Hero, the Fallen Avian. Who gave his life for you in the Battle of Camlann..so let me help. So you don't need to cry anymore…."

"That moment, I couldn't stop her. I've seen those eyes…committed to a goal with no remorse and will fight for the people." Cathrine's eyes are saddened, and her heart fills deeply with regret for not stopping Blake.

"so please, Jaune….save her. Protect my Blake and help her envision her goal." with her head against his chest, she cries while grasping her hand over Jaune's, shaking with fear and regret. Jaune places his hand over hers, ceasing the shaking. She looks up to him, seeing him smile brightly at her with love and gratitude.

"I will…" as he leans his head against hers.

"I promise…I'll protect her no matter what and ensure she will live her life without regret. And for you to finally rest in peace." He whispers gently to her Faunus ears, as Cathrine couldn't help but smile at the young man's proclamation.

"hehe…maybe I should let you date my Grandaughter." As soon as she suggested it, Jaune immediately spits in shock at what he had just heard from his former lover.

"I would finally rest easy that my Blakey is in good hands on such a reliable and caring young man." She smirks with a Chesire smile at Jaune as his face blushes red brightly.

"C-Cathy!? You realize I'm over a hundred years old, right!?" he stutters in a panic.

"To us mortal standards, yes. But in your case, you are at least nineteen years old." She smiles as Jaune looks away, embarrassed.

"You know I regretted ever telling you of how I age." As Cathrine laughs, the wind is picking up, and slowly, bit by bit, the open grass field begins to drift apart into pedals. And her smile thin of what's to come.

"It seems our time is up…." She smiles as she feels the grip of Jaune's hand tightens. As she looks at Jaune and sees him trying not to cry with tears streaking down his cheeks.

"Jaune….please, no more tears…." As she wipes the tears off his face.

"I-I-I just wish I came back to you sooner…properly said goodbye to you one last time…."

"And you have…I couldn't be anymore happier to see you one last time…." As tears soon began to flow down her cheeks.

"…So, please….honour our promise and move on. Live the life you deserve… Promise me, Promise me that you won't let my passing anchor you down. I will always love you, Jaune…so promise me…."

"…." Jaune grits his teeth, his heart aches, and he looks away, unsure what to do or respond, hoping they could stay for a bit longer. But drift is closing in fast approaching the half of the already disappeared, with Jaune's self-conflict of hate and disgust for himself. Then Finally, bits of Cathrine's kimono drift apart and slowly consume to break apart. Gives Jaune sadden expression of not wanting to hurt Jaune even further, but she has no choice.

"Jaune…please….let me finally rest…." Giving Jaune a pain expression as his heart tightened even further, with no choice but to give in.

"….I Promise…." He cries, lifting his head and staring into her eyes with tears of emotions of pain overflowing his face uncontrollably. As she smiles at him with thanks and leans her forehead against his. The pedals drift off of Cathrine, leaving nothing below the waist.

"I will always love you, Jaune. Thank you for everything…" a lone tear flowed down her cheek as one of her arms drifted into pedals.

"Cathy…don't say goodbye…I hate goodbyes…." Jaune begs in tears.

"I know… Goodbye…." Her voice echoes with a smile across her face with a loan tear. As white light envelops everything, including Jaune, he quickly stretches his arms out to hug her one last time. But to only hug nothing but air to himself, he found himself back at the Sakura tree where he found the aura handprint.

He looks upon the bark where he last saw the hand print to only completely dissipate from view. Jaune again tries to hold his tears while still hugging himself but to no avail. He cries of great pain, pain to see someone he loves, pain to see she moved on and happiness for the life she made. The pain of regret of not seeing her in her final moments and letting her go finally let her rest in peace. On the day they were reunited….

He cries in great pain with a pillar of dark aura that shoots out of Jaune's body and to the sky. To be seen by all, to be felt by all. Ghira and his guards immediately fall to their knees in fear of such power of aura. They could feel the emotion of pain and loss coming from the knight that some were even crying.

All can feel such emotion, such negativity of great pain. Almost every Grimm in the surrounding town of Kuo Kuana approaches the beacon of pain but to only immediately killed by a giant Albino Elder Rank Grimm, Fenrir. After clearing a small pack of Beowolfs, she immediately went to her next target. Eliminate any Grimm approaching the Kuo Kuana as quietly as possible. While Raven diverts any patrol away from the Grimm and Fenrir. As she looked up at the sky and saw the pillar of black aura, she couldn't help but think of such power the Prince of Grimm could hold. She continues watching the tower till it finally subsides, and the surrounding Grimm immediately loses interest and diverts their attention away from Kuo Kuana.

He finally calms, steadies his heart, eases his breath and steels his emotions. With silence, he jumps off the branch and lands before the tree. He picks up the bouquet he dropped earlier and gently places it before the tree beneath the plaque. Placing his hand on the plaque with a smile while gliding his finger across Cathrine's name.

"I will hold my promise. I'll find Blake and protect her…so be at ease… and thank you for giving me purpose in life…." He stood with his eyes still glued to the name of the plaque.

"….goodbye…" he whispered, and just as he turned his head forward, Armatus immediately deployed, covering Jaune's entire being in his armour without Jaune's consent which surprised the young man. But to only realize why Armatus deployed and faced a group of armed guards wielding spears with a huge chisel man in the centre of the group. With his arms crossed and leering towards Jaune. Jaune couldn't help but scrunch his brow of familiarity towards the large Faunus.

To Jaune's surprise, the Large Faunus bows toward Jaune with greetings and utmost respect. While the spear-wielding guards follow suit, and all kneel before Jaune with greetings, utmost care and awe.

"Apologies, in a moment of grieving for my Elder. But please allow me to be the first to welcome you back. As the descendent of Cathrine Belladonna, I, Ghira Belladonna, welcome you to Menagerie. Fallen Avian." Ghrina's formal greeting is too forward and forced like he's greeting a king or a god before Jaune. Jaune couldn't help but sweatdrop of awkwardness in this situation.

"Umm…could you please drop the formalities…it's kinda embarrassing." As Jaune rubbed the back of his head and looked away, embarrassed. Ghria's men came wide-eyed in shock at such a request from the Hero. Then Ghria immediately laughs in such joy small tears form in the corner of his eye, confusing both his man and Jaune.

"Hahahaha! Sorry, sorry! I didn't mean to offend. It's just…." Ghria pauses as he calms down from his laughter.

"She always said you were humble and never the type to stand in the spotlight." He shakes his head with a smile remembering the stories his Elder told him when he was a child.

"At First, I didn't believe her. I thought she was crazy and mistook you for someone else, but seeing you now. I was wrong…" as Ghria approached and climbed the stairs, walking past Jaune to the tree and kneeling. He pulls from his pockets an incense holder and a bundle of incense sticks while oblivious to the surprise response of both Ghria's men and Jaune to the chieftain's action.

He gently places the incense holder before Jaune's flowers. Ghria lights up one of the sticks and inserts it into the holder with the burning stick parallel along with the holder. He put his hands together for a short prayer and bowed before the tree.

"leave us…" he orders towards his men.

"Chief, are you su-" by the time he finishes, Ghria interrupts with assurances in his voice.

"It's fine. For now, close off the cemetery till further notice." the guards stood tall and bowed to the chief, accepting their new orders and leaving them behind.

Jaune wasn't sure what was going on, standing on the top of the stairs with his back facing Ghria. It is really uncomfortable being in the presence of one of Catherine's descendants, like being forced to babysit a child that isn't yours. The awkward silence is killing him, and even the thought of walking away sounds tempting right now. After a couple of minutes of silence, Jaune shook his head and decided to leave. With the rattle of his armour, Ghria finally spoke just before Jaune set a foot down a stair.

"She told me many stories about you when I was a child. Stories that inspired me to be the man that I am today. But sadly, I failed and created a nightmare that undid everything you and Elder Cathrine sacrificed." Ghria lowers his head in shame as Jaune can guess what he's referring to.

"The White Fang."

"Yes…I lost the White Fang under my leadership…." Ghria sighs in regret.

"After the Faunus Rights Revolution, Elder Cathrine formed the White Fang to improve relations between Humans and Faunus and to improve civil rights. It's been under the Bellodona Family for four generations. We were supposed to be the voice for Faunus Rights. We consist of nonviolent political protest, like mass rallies, boycott organization that discriminates Faunus."

"…what change…?" Jaune asks, crossing his arms while leaning against the tree beside Ghria, yet already knowing the answer but preferring to hear it from the cause himself. Yet Jaune didn't hold it against Ghria. He assumes Ghria has his reasons.

"Five years ago, after fruitless attempts to be accepted by humans by peaceful means, I was forced to step down and succeeded by Sienna Khan, who doesn't share my belief of nonviolent protest, but instead in a new violent and aggressive approach. And how the White Fang Millitat was formed and now became the Fame terrorist organization." With Ghria clenching his hands tightly of his greatest shame of losing the organization that his Clan built for the rights of Faunus justice to a terrorist organization. Sealing his eyes shut and teeth clenched, waiting for the verdict of the Hero who spent his life for the Faunus Rights. It's appropriate that it should be the Fallen Avian to Judge him for his failure and to make amends. He waited in silence for only the wind to pick up drifting leaves gently rain down on them, till finally, the Avian gave his response.

"And what are you going to do about it?"

Ghria opened his eyes in shock and stared at the knight with his mouth gaping open like a fish out of water. He would expect the armoured Hero to judge him harshly for failing his duty and accept his punishment. But the armoured heroes' tone is solemn and stern as he slowly approaches Ghria. As the moonlight shone down through the knight, Ghria could almost see the knight's eye inside his helmet, which wasn't kind.

"If you expect me to clean up your mess, you have another thing coming." As he raises his fist and immediately strikes Ghria across his face, catching him off guard. Then Jaune follows up with another punch to Ghria's stomach but enough time for Ghria's aura to protect him, sending him falling down the stairs and landing on the open plain. As Ghria grits his teeth in pain, he struggles to get up while watching the Fallen Avian descend the flight of stairs.

"5 years, you let your responsibility slip." Jaune took a step on the stair.

"5 years, you let it be corrupted." he descends.

"5 years, you did nothing to stop it." Another step he descends, but this time the tiles beneath his feet shattered.

"And 5 years now….." Jaune pauses his step, then vanish from Ghria's sight. Shocking, Ghria searches for the knight nowhere to be seen.

"…You still did nothing…" hearing the knight's voice behind him in fear as he looks over his shoulder only to find a hand gripping his throat, lifting him into the air. But Ghria didn't let him be handled without a fight, as he immediately threw a flurry of blows on Jaune but didn't react, not so much of a flinch like Jaune is oblivious of Ghria's punches. But it did annoy the knight as he tightly gripped Ghria's throat, forcing the large Faunus to stop and pry Jaune's hand off.

"I refuse to let Cathrine's work go to waste because of your cowardness and hubris." Tightening his grip in rage around Ghria's neck, he wanted to snap his neck but threw Ghria to the cold concrete floor instead. As he knows, the large Faunus is still her living legacy and killing him will only mean killing Catherine. Ghria coughs and gasps deeply of air entering his lungs while Jaune leers at Ghria.

"Tell me, what do you truly know of Catherine's History?" Jaune asks as Ghria rubs his neck yet frowns upon the knight. He pauses, trying to figure out which of his Elder's histories he refers to. The first thing that pops into his mind is her crowning achievements during the Faunus Right Revolution.

"She was the leading General of the Six-" Jaune immediately interrupted him, annoyed and furious towards Ghria if the visibility of his dark aura burn was any indication.

"I wasn't asking about her time during the war. I was asking before the war."

That stun Ghria to a pause as he doesn't know the answer to that question. He away learns about her time during the war, but she never once mentioned her past before the war. With that stunning silence from Ghria, it was clear to Jaune he didn't know and, knowing Catherine, she didn't want to relive that life.

"Then here's a quick summary. Cathrine was raised as a slave, her father was killed for sport, and her mother died of grief and suffering. Cathrine would've followed that same fate, but she didn't. Instead, she rebelled against the humans but failed. Yet no matter how many times she tried, she didn't stop and kept rebelling and inspiring others. She didn't give up, and neither should you."

Ghria is in disbelief. His Elder, the one he looked up to, has such a past. How could he be so ignorant! Why didn't she tell him? Why didn't he notice it earlier!? It's no secret that humans abused the Faunus before the Rights Revolution. He always thought she was the lucky few living on kingdoms' outskirts. Why didn't she tell him!? Was he not ready to know her past, or was it too scarring for her to relive. Or perhaps fearing that he might enact revenge and follow the path she never wanted him to follow, the same way as the present White Fang. Ghria's mind raced with unanswered questions and doubts of himself, staring down at the cold concrete floor, wanting to grip his fingers into the ground of shame, almost on the verge of tears. Something caught his attention as he opened his eyes and saw a scroll with a number dialled before him. He realized it was his scroll as soon he noticed the pocket carrying his scroll was missing. He looked up in the direction it came from and saw it from the armoured knight with his eyes asking, 'what's this?'.

"My number." He states as Ghria picks up his scroll and stands facing the knight.

"I-I don't understand…." He asks confused

"Clearly, you don't."

Ghria is irked by that comment and wants to punch the knight, tempted as he is. But he stayed his ground and waited for Avian's explanation as he reached out his hand to the chief.

"This will be an equivalent exchange for names and locations of importance to White Fang. You will give me the names of people of influence, such as leaders and people of importance. In return, I will assist you in gaining control of the White Fang and return it to it once was but better than before."

The offer was tempting, hearing the warrior's voice of determination and just, Ghria couldn't help but feel unease about the proposal, so he asked the obvious question.

"what will happen to the people that are named?"

"I will persuade them to join us…."

"and if they refuse?" Jaune clenched his hand and responded accordingly without remorse.

"Then I will eliminate them." He says in dread shocking the chief surprise of how quickly the Hero responds to such action without a moment of thought.

"Do not care who I kill, whether if they're Faunus or human." As he walks past the chief.

"I care about the co-existence of the Faunus and Humans. We have a common enemy, the Grimm. Yet we're at each other's throats, and already we let the Grimm take over almost eighty per cent of Remnant." Jaune stops and ready himself.

"...If they continue hating each other cause of indifferences. Then they're no better than the Grimm." As Jaune was about to take off to the sky, Ghria stood up and tried to stop him.

"Wait!?" but the Avian was already hovering in the sky, looking down at the chief.

"I expect names within a week. And remember, I am not doing this for Cathrine, but for Blake." He flew out of sight, surprising the chief of his daughter's name being called out.

"Wait? How does he know Blake?"

It didn't take Jaune long to arrive back at the bullhead with the others waiting for him. Without a word, he boards the ship with his armour retracting back to its housing and his wings folded back with the others in tow. The bullhead return to the sky, returning course of their previous destination. None of his companions asks why they're in Menagerie or what he was doing? But after seeing the pillar of Dark Aura shooting out of the sky of malice and hate twice, it was best not to ask. It didn't take long for Raven and Fenrir to fall asleep while Jaune and Cinder stayed awake during the trip. Jaune joined Cinder in the cockpit, sitting on the passenger seat next to her, staring at the night sky while Cinder focused on flying the bullhead.

They stare at the horizon in silence for a couple of hours. Cinder noticed Jaune hadn't spoken a word or moved to adjust his seat. He just sat still with a frown in turmoil, pinching the bridge of his nose. Cinder doesn't know why but she compels herself to ask what is wrong with Jaune. It's unbecoming of her to ask or even care about the said knight. She had never seen Jaune act this…quiet if she was honest.

Cinder usually sees Jaune as stern and collective and only acts upon it if necessary. She wanted to ignore the Prince and focus on flying the bullhead, but no matter how hard she tried to ignore him, something kept eating her, begging her, yearning to ask.

With a deep sigh of defeat and annoyance with her emotions, she frustratingly flipped ad pressed a few controls to set the ship on auto-pilot. She turned her seat to face the Prince with a frown, and it didn't take long for the Prince to notice as Cinder took another deep sigh and said the words in annoyance, wishing it was someone else instead of her.

"Okay, what's wrong?" she leers as Jaune stares at her.

"you've been very quiet ever since we left Menagerie."

"huh? Oh, sorry, I'm just in deep thought right now. And might need a change of plans." He smiles as Cinder sighs in relief and does not want to have an emotional conversation right now. Yet it does pique her curiosity.

"In what regards?" she asked as she rested her chin on her hand.

"The White Fang. Mother told me you had contact with one of its members, right?"

"Yes, Adam Taurus, leader of the Vale Branch."

"What do you know about him?"

"Besides his skills, his brash and stubborn for his "cause" and a bull Faunus. He is respected by his peers and subordinates. If anything…" she looked away as she pinched her chin.

"if he orders his man to overthrow Sienna Khan to be the next High Leader of the White Fang. They'll do it at a moment's notice. Thanks to the feats he accomplished of being on the "front lines" with his peers, they view him as a hero."

"So his that influential…that could be both a problem and a solution. If I played my cards right." Jaune's smirking piques Cinder's curiosity about Jaune's sudden interest in Adam.

"Do you want to meet him?"

"No…for now, I want you to gather data on this Adam Taurus. Mostly his trusted acquaintances, supporters, and anything I can use against him," he asked, making Cinder smirk a little believing Adam as a threat to the Prince of Grimm.

"heh, do you honestly believe that Taurus is a threat to us?" she jest

"At the moment, no. But it is best to prepare." He pulled out his scroll and dialled a number.

"Who are you calling at this time?" Cinder ask

"Hey, mom." Jaune greets with a smile while Cinder spits in shock.

"…"

"No, we didn't arrive at Mistral yet. I'm just calling to tell you there will be a change of plans."

"…"

"I want Hazel to go to Vacuo and locate the Summer Maiden in my stead. While I'll take over his task to infiltrate the White Fang."

"…"

"Don't worry, I'll still head to Atlas to locate the winter Maiden, and I have an inside source and Cinder to authenticate. I know what I'm doing."

"…"

"Love you too, Mom." He hangs up the scroll with a deep sigh of relief, yet from the corner of his eye sees Cinder smirking at him in glee.

"speak of this to anyone, and I promise I'll force you to say "love you too, mom" to Mother." He threatens, wiping Cinder's smile off her face and turning back the ship's controls, pouting.

"Your no fun."

Jaune, couldn't help but smile with a shrug of Cinder's expression, almost nostalgic in nature, as he got off the passenger seat and left the cockpit. But not without parting words to turn in the night.

"love you too, sis." He says sarcastically, but just before Cinder could retort, the door closed behind him and only left Cinder's face blushing red like her dress of embarrassment. She gritted her teeth in frustration and wanted to scream her shame out of her system. Yet, for some reason, she couldn't help but feel nostalgia when Jaune called her "sis" like their family. Something she never had before being taken in by Salem, the Queen of Grimm, was the only one who treated her like a person and maybe more…looking back at it now, Salem did everything and treated her like a daughter. Fed her, clothed her, gave her a warm bed to sleep and even loved her like an actual daughter. While in return, she treated Salem like the Queen she is. Sometimes, Cinder notices Salem's sadness after seeing her kneel towards her saviour instead of smiling and thanking her like an actual daughter. Realizing now, she regretted her action in the past and maybe wished to change that. But is it too late? Or is there still a chance of redemption?

The only thing she can do is blame that cursed mantra that has forever echoed in her mind since Atlas in that cursed place she calls home.

"Without you, I'm nothing…." The voice of her former…employer, who taught Cinder the true cruelty of humanity. There was no love between her and her deceased employers, yet she never regretted it. To be honest, they deserve it, and justice was served.

Feeling the choker around her neck of that nightmarish hell she wants to erase. She still remembers the sensation of the pain, the humiliation and the scar left behind. Her reason why she damned humanity and joined Salem without hesitation. Now she has everything she needs to never return to that weak and pathetic state. Power, Skills, beauty and intelligence to match and, best of all, in favour of Salem herself. But that all changed when Jaune arrived and changed everything. At first, she hated him with envy ruining her plans and stealing everything that she worked so hard for. But slowly, she couldn't help but be grateful to Jaune over the months. The more he shared his plans with her and his purpose, Cinder couldn't help but be excited. If anything, with Jaune's help, her plans would've been more exciting for better with devastating results.

Omake: Discovery

"Avoid the line of sight. Discretion is your ally. Be one of the shadows." As Blake follows the mantra of the Belladonnas by her founder and Great-Grandmother, Cathrine Belladonna. The young Cat Faunus discreetly came home after the exchange with her friend Illia in the market square, who happened to get her hands on some…merchandise that was hard to come by in Menagerie. Her friends in the Fang said it was a must-try and have. At first, Blake wasn't interested, but when her friends passed it to her to try for a read, she caved. Might as well give it a read before the rally, and already halfway in the book, missing out on the rally, with a flush face and few bloody tissues, she made a discovery. She found a hobby that doesn't involve the Fang, reading adult literature.

Or smut, but she'll deny it.

She accomplished her mission of retrieving the package and returning to home base, but one problem. Her parents were awake, and she sneaked out of the house. Worse, she and her grandmother share the same porch, and her room is next to hers. And she knows her Grandma is very active, even asleep, and her sense is more sensitive than typical Cat Faunus, and Blake is beginning to believe her Grandma is really a Nekomata.

It was good; she left her window open and could slip through without much a sound from her tree. She rushes to the backyard and climbs one of the porch's trees. She sticks her head to the window door to see if her Grandma is asleep, and she is. Climbing over the window, she slowly slips through without a sound while eyeing the lump on the bed in her Grandma's room.

She sighs with relief but short-lived when the lights in her room turn on, and she sees her Grandma sitting in her bed in a white kimono nightgown with a Chester cat smug smile. Her hair used to shine black in her youth like Blake's, but it now shines in platinum white hair. Besides her hair change, she still looks so young and can easily mistakenly be in her mid-thirties with a perfect hourglass figure. People couldn't help but stare in awe and jealousy, and most of the time, lusted youths couldn't help but stare at her chest and her "Bellabooty", as she proudly calls it. It's so embarrassing, especially when she flirts with guys who are ten times younger than her and worse of all, she would drag Blake into it. This forced Blake to stop going on her walks.

"Hey Kitten….where have you been, young lady?" Cathrine said, stern yet calm at the same time. It terrified her as she stood and slowly treaded around Blake while she quickly hid the book behind her back away from sight while keeping hers on her Grandma.

"I-I was hanging out with my friends." Blake stutters while keeping her sight of her Grandma because, knowing her, Cathrine is the type to get what she wants.

"Hanging out with friends? In the middle of the night? That you have to sneak out of the house?"

"Fine, it was a White Fang meeting." Blake lies at the best she can while Cathrine sighs in disappointment to her granddaughter and gently embraces Blake's head with a peak.

"Kitten…I thought I taught you better than that." She sighs again, making Blake even more guilty for lying to her idol and grandmother.

"Using the White Fang meeting line is the worst lie ever."

"Wait, what?" she thought in shock, looking up to her Grandma.

"sweetie….have you forgotten I'm the founder, and I organize the White Fang meetings." Stating the fact straight to Blake, stunned as Cathrine released Blake from her grasp and gently pushed her, she found herself sitting on the bed, staring at her Grandma, shaking in fear of what her Grandma would do to her.

"Now, are you going to tell me the truth? Or am I going to find out what's important about this book?" With Cathrine's arms crossed, waving the book around, surprising Blake quickly looks for the book she tried to hide, but only to find out she switched the books.

"How did yo-" by the time Blake finish, Cathrine interrupts

"Avoid the line of sight. Discretion is your ally. Be one of the shadows." She says her mantra in solace and calms that Blake couldn't help but be in awe of her idol.

"But also having two tails while your granddaughter is distracted." Breaking character in her Cheshire cat smile while her tail pokes into Blake's cat ears, frightening her, giving Cathrine a laugh.

"Grandma!?"

"Now, back to the main subject at hand? Are you going to talk?" leering Blake with intent for answers while Blake looks away.

"Fine…seems we have to do this the hard. And remember, kitty. This hurts me more than it hurts you."

"I highly doubt that, Grandma." She leers back while Cathrine smiles excitedly at the challenge.

"Good…never give the enemy a second of doubt. Time to begin the torture. I hope you last longer than last time, kitty. Oh, and a word of warning…." As she raises her hand and her nails extend.

"I've recently done my nails…." She smiles smugly, while Blake starts to regret and shudder at the decision she made this night.

As Cathrine opens the book intensely, trying to split it open, Blake almost jumps a little in horror but is calm when she sees the book is still holding, and to Cathrine's surprise, it holds very well. Continue to open the book and haphazardly turn the pages of the latest volume of Ninjas of love, with her fingers dragging across the text with a drag of Cathrine's nails along the pages.

While Blake tries to hold herself from fidgeting, fearing her Grandma might accidentally tear a page and find something she won't approve of. Panic builds up in Blake as she stares intensely at her Grandma, carelessly turning the page, risking getting one of the pages torn by getting caught by her recently sharp nails at any minute. It's torture for her. She can't take it anymore, Blake snaps.

"Okay, fine! I sneaked out to meet with Illia to get the latest issue of Ninjas of love."

"ninjas of love?" giving Blake a questionable look, stopped on a page that she was about to tear and gave it a read

"Ahh! Grandma! Don't read it!?" Blake panics and tries to snatch the book off her hands but only to be blinded by Cathrine's tail wrapping around her head. Keeping Blake away while she did a quick scan of the book, the more she read, the more her smile grew, till she couldn't but laugh loudly.

This stop Blake from fighting Cathrine's tail off her head when she hears Catherine laugh profusely as she is both confused and concerned for some reason. Ninjas of love is a romance adult literature, not a comedy, so why is she laughing at the tails around her head loosely and quickly pulling them off, seeing her Grandma laughing in her study.

"hahaha! Whoever wrote this is either a virgin or desperate! Haha!"

"Wh-what!? Grandma! Ninja of Love is the best-selling romance adult literature of all Remnant!" Blake defends her book's honour.

"Oh, please, kitty. Did you ever stop and thought about the realism of this book. I mean, this love scene describes the Protagonist's lover's skin glowing in the moonlight, telling him to make love to her, make her his woman. Cliché but sweet, and there's no way her breast is that big if she's a rival head ninja clan and fat. And breast implants weren't invented that time." She criticized the book but didn't stop.

"and don't get me started on the Protagonist. I mean, by the brothers, there is no way he has a penis that big. Unless he is a horse Faunus, but the book clearly states his a human with no Faunus ancestry. Whoever wrote this is Mistralian and male, worse case, he might still live with his parents." She shuddered at the thought of the idea and shut the book close.

"Kitty, I'm sorry, but there's no way I'm letting you read this rubbish."

"But Grandma…" Blake whimpers, giving Catherine sad, innocent kitty cat eyes.

"uh-uh-uh-uh! I taught you that technique against your parents, not me, young lady. Plus, you need to work on the eyes a bit more." She denies Blake with a smile as Blake crosses her arms and pouts, and Cathrine couldn't help but smile.

"But if you insist…." Cathrine pulls one of her journals, thicker than her average ones, out of her sleeve, except it has two golden arcs behind the family's emblem. Blake could guess it is about over four hundred pages. And hands it to Blake as she stares in awe at the new journal and can feel the weight of the book. Compared to the other journals she read, she hadn't seen this one before, especially the two arc symbols.

"read this in a week, and we'll compare notes, and I'll return your book. Deal?"

The idea is tempting for Blake. She gets to read another journal from her Grandma and get her book back in a week. And judging from the book's thickness, it would take months to finish reading it.

The next day…

"Blake, Kitten! It lunch! It's time to come out!" Blake's mother, Kali, knocks on her door, wearing her favourite clothes with a white apron.

"not hungry, mom!"

"Blake, you stayed in your room the whole day yesterday."

"I'm sick! Don't come in!"

"Blake, are you alright?" she asks, concerned and reaching in for the door until Cathrine calls out to her from the hallway.

"Kali! Darling, there you are. I've been looking all over for you." She greets with a smile, wearing one of her favourite black kimonos with reflecting black decals of decorative vine flowers, tied with a white belt with oversized sleeves.

"Oh Cathrine, What is it?" says surprise.

"oh, I thought we should go out together. And have some fun like the old times. It's been a while, after all." As Kali couldn't help but agree with her Elder, they used to have fun together before Blake was born, and most of the time was put on hold due to responsibility for the family or the White Fang from both parties.

"Haaa…Your right. It's been a while since we had fun together. But Blake…" she turns to her daughter's door of concern, till Cathrine laughs.

"Haha! Blake?! Don't worry about the child. She's recovering from the intense training I gave her last night." She smiles, covering her lips with her oversized sleeves.

"You train Blake again? That does make sense. Okay, let's go." She agrees and turns to Blake's room.

"Blake, kitten. Grandma and I are going out, and we might be home late. Food is on the stove in case you're hungry."

"Okay, thanks, mom." Blake hurries

"Kali, Darling. Why don't you get change, and I'll check on Blake." Eyeing the dirty apron.

"oh, right. Thank you, Cathrine," as Kali leaves the hallway and heads straight to her room to change, Cathrine watches her till she turns the corner completely out of sight and lightly knocks on Blakes's door.

"Blake, did you read the journal?" she waited, leaned her ear on the door, and heard heavy breathing as Cathrine couldn't but smile mischievously.

"Y-yes…" Blakes huffs tiredly.

"Do you want your Ninjas of love?"

"No, you can keep it! I might be on the book for a while."

"I have ten more volumes, just to let you know… enjoy~" Cathrine giggles mischievously, leaving the young woman to her devices.

Hot breath washed down on my neck, a shaky gasp escaping my parted lips. Instinctively I tilted my head to expose more of my skin to this sensation. Calloused fingers ran along the length of my chest. I arched my back to lean into the touch, struggling to whisper a desperate plea for himto stop. We shouldn't be doing this, not here, not right now, but it's futile in the face of the flame in my loins. I couldn't resist. It's too intoxicating.

I gasped as light fingers turned into large, confident hands, grabbing and groping me greedily. I tried to tell myself there should only be two of them, yet it felt like they were simultaneously everywhere on my body, especially between my thighs… there was no limit to these sensations assaulting me.

Writhing hopelessly on my chest, something broad and sturdy lay on my back. I pushed my body against it, not to push or lift it away but to feel every nock and cranny. And it wasn't the only thing, as something long, hard and hot grind in between my thighs and the base on loins. I reached out desperately for my hands to hold onto something while my body continued caressing and groping. Hair brushed against my fingers. I didn't even think of a simple grab, the heat thrumming with excitement.

At that moment, I'm utterly helpless, far beyond to stop anything, yet I never felt more safe and secure than I could ever remember. I surrendered freely and entirely to the touch and now reaping the rewards. I looked up, searching for anything to identify my captor, and that was when I caught it. A brief flash of gold before my breath. Two sapphires brimming with lust glowed from within the depths of the hazy surroundings. I stared back at them as a surge of pleasure erupted from every nerve in my body, muscles constructing, toes curling, and a wanton howl rushing out from my lungs...

Breathing heavily, face flush red, it's unbearable to feel so hot in the confines of her room while holding the journal, reading intensely while her other hand founds its way beneath her soaked underwear and between her legs.

"huff…huff…huff…I'm so close. Don't pop up now. Mmm. Ahhh. Oh, yes!" Blake moans in the lust of wanting to have that same experience while reading from the journals' same pages; that was the first session.

"And that's the story of how I gave our playbooks to my granddaughter." Catherine smiled proudly while Jaune seating next to her with his face covered with his hands in shame and embarrassment.

"Cathy! You are supposed to inspire your granddaughter! Not corrupt her!" he shouts in shock with his face flushes red, as he drags his hands down along his face in shock.

"oh my Oum! I can't believe you wrote everything we did in those books!" He realized just as he said with a twinge of fear in his heart and slowly turned to Cathrine, still smiling, proud of her work of showing her granddaughter true pleasure.

"Oh, Oum…. Cathy. Please, tell me, you did not write down the stuffed unicorn?" he asked in dread, frightened to the core when he mentioned the stuffed unicorn, while Cathrine brim with a smile across her face and didn't reply.

"GOOD OUM, WHY!?"
