Hiccup wants to leave Berk because everyone hates him. Stoick marries him to Astrid. When she breaks his heart, he leaves for three years to join Dagur, ends the raids and makes Dragon island his home. After three years away, does the village want him after he became a warrior and does he still want Astrid.

2. Your Engaged!

Hiccup returned to the village of Berk at night after spending time with the Night Fury.

The Night Fury didn't trust the boy yet.

He let him watch him.

Hiccup walked inside his house that he just wanted to pack up his stuff and disappear.

Stoick ask "Hiccup? I have to talk with you."

Hiccup sighs "great this must be something stupid."

Stoick sighs "Gobber told me that you rather leave Berk because you're treated horrible. So congratulations!"

Hiccup ask "congratulations? For what?!"

Stoick grins "I talked with the Hoffersons and ask them to agree to let their daughter marry you. Ingrid Hofferson was fond of you because you remind her of your mother."

Hiccup whines "dad! Astrid and the kids hate me like the villagers do!"

Stoick sternly says "you have to make her see that your a good man and then she will love you after you kill a dragon that is worth her love."

Hiccup sighs "I'm not a dragon killer dad. I'm just a blacksmith. No one would love me or accept me for who I am. I think I'm something else that has to do with dragons."

Stoick comments "you start Dragon Training in six days and you get married in four days on Frigs day."

Hiccup sighs "great."

Stoick comments "I would like you to make weapons for Astrid's bride price and at least few weapons for Astrid's morning gift."

Hiccup ask "how many weapons are we talking?"

Stoick counts his fingers at least ten finest swords for the bride price and at least five weapons for morning gift. I paid half in gold for Astrid to marry you."

(With the Hoffersons)

Magnus and Ingrid Hofferson waited at the kitchen table.

Magnus called for his daughter to come down stairs "ASTRID GIGGLES HOFFERSON! COME DOWNSTAIRS!"

Astrid sighs and comes downstairs and ask "what do you want, mom and dad?"

Ingrid answers "the chief ask us to sign a marriage contract between his son and you. It seems that Hiccup told Gobber that since the villagers hate him, he's thinking about running away."

Astrid ask "you sold me to marry that runt?!"

Ingrid scowls "the chief wanted you to keep his son on Berk!"

Magnus sighs "we're not asking you to do all the married things after the wedding. Try being his friend first."

Ingrid sighs "daughter, Hiccup is a sweet boy who doesn't have any friends and the villagers hate him."

Astrid sighs "okay, I'll try to be his friend after the wedding."

Magnus comments "I never seen that boy get violent with anyone after he was bullied."

Ingrid comments "the wedding is in four days."

Astrid goes upstairs to bed and scoffs "I plan on making him want to end the marriage because I don't want those looks of being married to that useless boy."

In the morning starts wedding preparations.

Hiccup went to bed hoping that Astrid would grow to like me.
