Silena Beauregard

It quickly became fairly obvious that despite the early hour, the bar had become the focus of the attention, with dozens of campers crowding around to welcome her back to the world of the living. While being very comfortable with holding multiple conversations, even she was struggling to keep up with the orders while also keeping the audience entertained.

Fortunately, Clarisse and her boyfriend, Chis, had elected to hold the line with her behind the counter and Clarisse's armored and muscular bulk seemed enough to keep her from getting swarmed. That and Silena had strapped her master-crafted blade around her waist.

"So," Lacy asked wide-eyed, her former cabin having occupied most of the barstools. "Can I have a Long Island Ice Tea?"

"One very virgin Shirley Temple coming up," Silena replied smoothly and went to work. While she in general didn't care about US child protective laws, she wasn't going to be involved in getting girls as young as Lacy drunk. She knew firsthand how hard it was to drop the habit.

Lacy scowled and looked like she was about to argue but met Clarisse's glare and chose against it.

"Jackson treating you well?" one of her former boyfriend's half-brothers asked gruffly, trying to look like he didn't care too much.

"Oh, yes. A perfect gentleman," Silena replied smoothly.

Suddenly Juniper appeared next to her, holding a plate with empty glasses.

"I need refills," she announced and smiled up to her, her brow glistening with personation and her cheeks flushed a vibrant green. Over the past three months, Silena had grown quite fond of her fellow servant, both as a co-habitant and a colleague. She worked hard, complained little, was by nature quite submissive, and was more than grateful for the liberties Percy granted her for the relatively light labor he in return required from her.

While she still considered Juniper's decision to gift herself into slavery simply for a shift of scenery and rebound questionable at best, Silena had to admit that Juniper was an excellent servant to Percy. At the very least the dryad seemed reasonably happy with her decision.

"Chris, can you help Juniper out? I need to mix Lacy a drink," Silena asked.

"Sure thing, Beauregard," Chriss replied gruffly.

"Merci," she replied and turned back to the son of Hephaestus.

"Percy is a sweetheart," Silena explained. "Honestly, more of a flatmate than anything else." Even as she spoke she remembered that odd feeling of power as she swallowed Percy's load after prolonging his torture considerably as she provided casual fellatio at the poolside, though that had been completely voluntary. Still, she knew that an ungracious interpretation of what had transpired between her and Percy would let Percy look quite badly. That, as a man who had complete power over her, had allowed it to happen despite Silena having wanted Percy as much as he had desired her at the time.

"I hope so," he replied.

Percy Jackson

It was often said that he was oblivious. But Percy certainly did know that the only acceptable thing to do with Annabeth, looking as beautiful as she did, was to ask her to open the dancefloor with him. The only problem was, that neither of them actually knew how to dance.

So Percy gently took one of Annabeth's hands, placed the other one on her hip, and before long they were half dancing, half stumbling across the dance floor. Fortunately, a few other couples soon joined them, so their embarrassment didn't serve as the main source of entertainment for too long.

"It has been a while, Seaweed Brain," Annabeth whispered up into his ear as they slowly turned around each other in rhythm to a song Percy did not recognize.

"Yeah," Percy replied, remembering that night on Olympus, all those years ago.

Annabeth grinned, clearly remembering the same occasion. "You know, I would have totally slept with you...?" she whispered in a voice too low for anyone else to hear. "My knight in tattered clothes."

"So you have told me," Percy replied, not bothering to hide his grin.

"Do we have to go to the council meeting later?" Annabeth asked quietly.

"Hera asked if I could lead Khione around on a leash for the occasion, so I assume our attendance is at least expected," Percy reasoned and twirled the daughter of Athena around.

"Fuck," Annabeth whispered.

"Hey, I am in no hurry to get you out of that dress. You look amazing," Percy mused, looking down at her body.

"My hair is short,..." Annabeth complained.

"Still look amazing," Percy insisted. "In an angry lesbian way."

"And I look better without clothes," Annabeth then continued complaining in the same mock, whiney tone that made it obvious she was fishing for compliments.

"Hmm," Percy mused. "Sure about that? I mean that dress looks amazing on you," Percy announced thoughtfully. "I could eat you.."

Annabeth lazily stood up on the tips of her toes and pressed her lips against his. "You promise?" she asked softly, a rogue gleam in her eyes.

"Those tights of yours won't survive to see the dawn," Percy promised grimly and earned a light laugh. "You know, it was more fun when I could make things hard for you," Annabeth complained. "Like when you were stuttering around when you asked me out?"

"So you don't want me to...?" Percy began and grinned when Annabeth stuck her tongue out. "We will have to talk about your attitude later then." Percy then announced gruffly.

It looked like Annabeth already had a counter lined up but just when she opened her mouth to reply they were interrupted. They had danced closer to the DJ booth at the edge of the dancefloor where Nico stood on the sidelines and had used the moment to make himself known as they got close.

"Hey Percy," Nico greeted him. "Sorry for interrupting," he then quickly told Annabeth, probably a wise precaution.

"Nico," Percy asked after arresting their dance while keeping Annabeth in his arms. "What do you need, man?"

"My father asks to have a word with you later," Nico announced. "He has a proposal."

"I have heard that before," Percy announced.

"Really, still holding that over my head?" Nico challenged.

"Just kidding," Percy replied. "Yeah, sure. Of course, I will speak with Hades."

Nico grinned. "Thanks, now I need to get back to Will, otherwise he will start moping around again."

"When does Hades want to talk?" Percy asked quickly.

"Just find him after the council meeting concludes," Nico explained.

"I will do that Nico," Percy replied.

Once they had melted back into the crowd of dancing figures Percy slid his hand back from Annabeth's hip to her back and pulled her up against him before letting his hand slide down discreetly to cup her toned rear. "Want to sneak off for a quicky?" Percy whispered in Annabeth's ear.

"Percy, I would love to but I have no clue how to fix the makeup," Annabeth whispered and Percy gently squeezed her ass. "Who the fuck said I needed your face?" he whispered.

"Really romantic," Annabeth hissed. "I will romance you later woman," Percy promised.

Annabeth hesitated. "The guests?" she asks.

"Will be fine, we won't be long."

"It's never short with you, Percy...fine!" she conceded, looking around as if to make sure no one was listening, "If you ruin my makeup, that is on you." Then she grabbed him by the hand and hastily led him towards the stairs where they were unfortunately once again ambushed, this time by Thalia Grace.

"Hey Thalia," Annabeth greeted her old friend and let go of his hand to embrace the huntress.

"Annabeth, you look beautiful," Thalia announced and embraced her. "You know, like a barbie!"

"Thank you, Thalia," Annabeth replied drily. "Sorry, we are late. Artemis needed some last-minute errands run before the meeting."

"That's fine, how many friends did you bring?"

"Seven, more will probably come later though," Thalia announced. "I do not think the Hunt will turn down free booze. I will never get used to seeing twelve-year-olds wasted...even if those twelve-year-olds have a few centuries under their belt."

"Just keep them in line, we don't need any old rivalries bubbling up tonight," Percy insisted.

"Don't worry," Thalia promised. "I will keep the peace. Oh, Katie is over there. Got to go, people to say hello to."

With Thalia safely out of earshot, they managed to slip down two floors to the master bedroom and lock the door behind them.

"Okay, make it quick," Annabeth hissed. "How do you want to do this?" she asked, her voice suddenly taking on a more businesslike tone.

"On your back won't work," Percy mused, "We could tear that dress..."

"Then not on my back?" Annabeth asked. "How about up against the wall, from behind?" she suggested with her usual air of pragmatism.

"Nah, that feels too tasteless right now, also uncomfortable for you,..." Percy replied. "How about the desk? High enough for easy access, plus you don't have to stand in an awkward position?"

"Works for me," Annabeth replied and they hurried over to the desk. After clearing the desk of her laptop Annabeth half leaned down onto the table, keeping herself propped up on the surface with her outstretched hands until Percy pulled her dress up over her waist and Percy gently began to push her down onto the wood.

"Percy, makeup," Annabeth warned. Realizing that if he proceeded this way Annabeth's face would be on the wooden surface he stopped and Annabeth hastily propped herself up on her elbows. Keeping the dress up with his left hand Percy smacked Annabeth's right cheek, earning himself an eye-roll in the process. "Oh, that attitude," Percy complained. "We'll need to fix that later."

When Annabeth stuck her tongue out again, acting like the mature demigoddess she was, Percy made a show of pulling her black, semitransparent tights down all the way to her high boots and swiftly following up with pulling her panties down to her thighs. "I will never grow bored of this view," Percy admitted.

"Percy, I hope you don't intend to stress-test that statement, just get on with it. You kinda got me horny,..."

A gentle touch was enough to confirm that Annabeth was telling the truth and she was wet enough to skip any tongue work on his side, for the time being at least. To underline her request Annabeth wiggled her rear in a both pleasing and inviting manner.

Percy hastily unbuttoned his jeans and pulled out his deck and playfully grinded up against Annabeth for a few moments before lining up and pushing into her.

"You okay?" Percy asked softly when Annabeth stiffened.

"Yeah," she hissed back. "Get on with it!"

It wasn't a demand Annabeth needed to repeat and with his hands holding Annabeth by her hips he began to thrust into her warm tightness. After double-checking Annabeth actually was fine he slowly sped up.

While moving slowly to not dishevel his lover, Percy took Annabeth with deep thrusts, his pelvis bumping against her cheeks with every single thrust.

Despite the quite exquisite view, Percy closed his eyes and just enjoyed the perfect moment. He held Annabeth's hips form and slowly sped up. After a few moments, low grunts began to escape Annabeth's slightly parted cherry lips.

"Fuck," Annabeth grunted.

"Want to escalate this to a no clothes, bedbound situation?" Percy teased.

"Yeah, but no time," she groaned back. "You can elaborately satisfy me later Seaweed Brain. Just do what you need to and let's get back to the party."

"Yes, Wise Girl," Percy conceded and stopped trying to awkwardly get the angle just right and instead slowly sped up.

"Oh gods," Annabeth moaned softly as Percy increased his efforts.

Trying to speed things up Percy stared down at Annabeth's ass, trying to bask in every single thrust he drove into the woman he loved.

"Fuck woman," Percy grunted and playfully spread her cheeks, revealing the other fun hole. "One day," Percy thought to himself. Despite his best efforts, he worried he wouldn't be able to finish any time soon. In a bid to speed things up his hands slid up her body until they cupped her bust, groping her through the fabric of her dress. How he did it, he did not know but somehow he managed to cumm before Annabeth's patience ran out.

After emptying the first load of the evening into his girlfriend Percy finally pulled out.

"So you can do quickies," Annabeth realized, looking mildly winded despite obviously trying to appear collected as she pulled up her panties and tights again and rose, her dress falling back in place.

"You liked it," he asked, fishing for compliments as he zipped up himself.

"You were amazing as always," Annabeth assured him, a note of sarcasm seeping into her voice. "Now that you've got it out of your system can we go back?"

"Just a moment," Percy replied and yanked Annabeth close and up against his chest as he pressed his lips against hers.

"Percy!" Annabeth tried to squeal, her voice only muffled by his lips. After squirming a moment she wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him back until Percy allowed her to break away.

"Seaweed Brain," Annabeth complained and looked into the mirror. "Not too bad..." she committed to herself and then held her hand out to him. "Come on, let's get back upstairs. Ah damn, now I keep a straight face while I feel your cum inside me."

"Your mother will be so proud," Percy joked and earned himself a playful punch.

With ample distraction available the hours passed swiftly and the night grew older. Before long it was time for Percy to attend the council. Despite not having been officially invited Percy had insisted on taking Annabeth as his plus one, as she had been so very often in the past. The council meeting sounded like the kind of hazardous environment that could be navigated a lot safer with Annabeth's whit at his disposal. The meeting also provided Zeus the opportunity to once again show Percy his generosity by sending him off to find another poor goddess to capture and keep. He hoped that Zeus might be less inclined to do so if Annabeth was clinging to his arm.

At the very least they weren't alone, with both Nico and Thalia also heading for the same destination.

"Here come a few hours of divine circle jerk," Thalia declared and was immediately answered by the distant roll of thunder. She then glanced over at Percy. "No offense to present company."

"None was taken," Percy assured her. "Time to listen to the council congratulating each other on our victory."

Thalia grinned over at him and glanced at Annabeth. "Looking good, Barbie," she teased.

Instead of firing back, Annabeth leaned her head against Percy's arm and grinned up at him.
"She does," Percy agreed.

When they arrived the council session had already begun. That, fortunately, meant that no grand declaration of their arrival was made though some acknowledged them.

Apollo and Poseidon smiled as they entered while Athena shot an annoyed glare at her daughter who was still clinging to his arm. Hades too inclined his head before turning back to follow Zeus's monologue.

They swiftly retreated to the side of the chamber and watched as the meeting began. Zeus spoke at length about the lessons learned and sacrifices made during the last year. However, he did have the decency to offer the Demigods and Hunt a shout-out for their small part in the entire affair.
Then Zeus droned on about how accountability was being enforced and long lists of measures taken to ensure that such a tragedy would never happen again.
It was about as easy to listen to as the average politician's speech and soon Percy found himself being distracted by the woman at his side. So much so in fact that he almost missed him being mentioned.

"We have rained in the rogue deities!" Zeus declared proudly. "Many of those that have aided the Titans or the Giants have been either brought into the fold or sanctioned most harshly. Just recently Perseus, the mighty son of Poseidon, has captured and imprisoned both Circe and Khione. Once they have learned humility and obedience they might yet serve Olympus as lowly slaves"

Percy exchanged a grimace with Annabeth but then more closely followed the speech. "Many are still hiding, I cannot deny that." Zeus declared. "Medea and many others are still scheming our downfall, but rest assured, they will be captured."

"As long as it isn't us catching her, we have just run out of cell space and something tells me cohabitation isn't a good idea," Annabeth muttered.

"I still have the torture chamber," Percy jokingly whispered back. "I am sure there is some cage, might need to squeeze a bit but..."

Annabeth sniggered, earning dirty looks from a duo of guards. "You do have that rack down there,...we could put someone there as well."

"Aren't you a feminist or something?" Percy accused her mockingly.

"Who said the next guest you are to imprison is going to be a woman?" Annabeth hissed back. "Now that is sexist. Men can be traitorous little bitches too. I am just spit-balling ideas for possible sleeping arrangements..."

She fell silent to listen as Zeus summarized the progress of Olympus's reconstruction, mentioning Annabeth by name multiple times. Though he doubted she was a big fan of the king of Olympus it was fairly obvious that the praise was tickling her pride. She had always been weird like that.

"There is one more matter that must be addressed," Artemis declared coldly when it looked like Zeus's grand monologue had finally come to an end.

"What would that be, most esteemed daughter?" Zeus replied, sounding very much like he hoped what was sure to come would have been laid to rest by now.

"My uncle, Lord Hades, has offered my fallen huntresses the greatest insults," Artemis declared, her high-pitched voice almost shaking with fury.

"Is this about the Elysium thing?" Zeus asked tiredly, sounding as if he did not want to be bothered with the matter.

"Lack thereof, in this case, father. It has become known that some of my fallen maidens, who valiantly died in battle, never reached Elysium and rotted away on Asphodel or even the Fields of Punishment! Women who have served the gods for many years, in some cases millennia!" she announced and turned her glare to Hades, who in return seemed to be reconsidering his regained right to enter Olympus when and however he pleased.

However, it was not Hades who replied but Persephone who seemed intent on defending her man with surprising vigor. "Phrase your slandering with more care, Artemis! I will not have my husband accused of a lack of fairness!"

"Oh please, your husband pimped out that Beauregard girl as a slave mere months ago," Artemis snapped. "Traitor or not, you could have left her some dignity. No hero could possibly hope for a more honorable death than she had!"

"She was offered a chance to serve the gods," Hades explained generously. "She agreed, and I am sure that Lord Perseus can confirm she has been nothing but a loyal servant."

All eyes turned to Percy, who coughed awkwardly. "Ahm, she's great," Percy muttered.

"Regardless of the quality of her service," Hades interrupted sternly. "The underworld's justice must account in all balance. While the quality of your huntress's death certainly is considered a mitigating factor, the quality of their character must still account for the balance of the verdict. Spite, vanity, and arrogance are not attributes rewarded in my domain!"

"My huntresses are above such things," Artemis hissed venomously, looking so angry that Percy would have not been surprised if she started lobbing arrows at the lord of the underworld. "And even if they had such flaws, I doubt you would judge your own offspring by such metrics."

Hades sat up to his full height, his dark eyes narrowing dangerously. "On the contrary, little girl. My daughter Bianca was judged and sent to Asphodel after her demise, regardless of her sacrifice. So was my daughter Hazel, who tasted the last war's first blood in her final moments as she thwarted a giant."

"One of which has fled her sentence, and has yet to be returned to the underworld," Artemis snapped back.

Deciding that he did not like this at all where this conversation Percy did the only reasonable thing one could do when two Olympian council members were having a row and stepped forward to intercede.

"Artemis," he cut her off before the argument could further escalate or Apollo could rush to his sister's aid. For a moment Percy thought the goddess would tear him apart but to his mild surprise, she met his gaze and then looked away.

Once again all gazes zeroed in on him and Percy sighed. One day soon, he was going to learn how to shut up, but now he was committed. On the bright side, he now had very little time to come up with what he wanted to say. "Uncle," Percy then addressed Hades, thinking quickly. If it meant taking the conversation as far away from Hazel as possible, Percy was willing to suffer an embarrassing incident and two major gods' displeasure.

"Calling Artemis a little girl is really over the line. It doesn't matter what you are fighting about, but that is simply unacceptable."

He then turned his attention to Artemis. "And Artemis? Really? I like most of your hunt, and you as well, but demanding special treatment for them above all others does not sound reasonable. I also really hope you can bring things that upset you forward in a less rude way."

Hade's eyes narrowed even further. Truthfully Percy expected Artemis to explode, every time he had ever told a woman to calm down it had only had the opposite effect. To his surprise though, the goddess only blushed slightly and refused to meet his eye.

Fortunately, before things could really escalate Hephaestus's booming laughter echoed through the hall. "Here I was fearing I would not hear a single candid word this night!"

"Yes," Dionysus agreed. "Lord Peter Johnson has provided quite the spectacle, I might raise a glass of wine in his name later..."

When Zeus shot him a sharp glare the god hastily added, "Of course, once I may abandon my sobriety!"

"Spectacle or not," Poseidon cut in grimly. "My son's words hold truth. I would hope that in the future we conduct our business with more dignity and not start with name-calling. Brother?"

Zeus sighed. "Whatever, no more name-calling," he grunted.

"Hey, I will insult whoever I please," Ares declared.

"I motion we give Ares permission to insult as he desires," Athena piped up moments later. "Special considerations must be made for special needs!"

"Hey, are you calling me stupid!" the god of war demanded.

"She is," Apollo confirmed gleefully, clearly eager to use the chance for some entertainment. "Athena, it is not okay to bully the retarded."

As the argument heated up, someone tugged on his sleeve.

He looked back and found a twelve-year-old girl with flaming eyes looking back up at him. "This would be the moment to return to your lover," the goddess suggested softly tempers flared around the council chambers.

"You are probably right," Percy agreed and let Hestia lead him back over to where Annabeth and Thalia were standing. His girlfriend was looking at him with mild exasperation while Thalia with what Percy could only describe as newfound respect.

"You just had to kick the hornet's nest," Annabeth muttered. "Oh stop it Annabeth," Thalia hissed back. "That was bloody brilliant. I've never seen Artemis-.."

Whatever Thalia would say they would never know because just then Zeus's voice thundered through the massive council chamber. "Silence," he roared.

Once all had fallen quiet Hera rose to her feet. "I believe all points on tonight's agenda have been addressed," she announced and looked around as if daring anyone to suggest otherwise. "So let us conclude tonight's meetings and turn our attention to tonight's celebrations."

"You would be wise to choose your words with more care in the future," Hestia cautioned and then smiled. "Though your motivations were certainly honorable," she then added, discreetly letting him know that she was aware of what his goals had been.

"Worked out well enough, didn't it?" Percy smoothly played down his concern at Hestia having so openly read him.

"Then, these days dead do tend to have a habit of coming back, don't they," the goddess replied with a small smile. "One of them keeps your hearth warm, doesn't she."

"She did more than that," Annabeth snorted under her breath.

Slowly, the goddess turned her gaze towards Annabeth.

"Hey, Silena doesn't hurt anyone," Percy quickly said, both to distract from whatever Annabeth was on about and because Silena getting too much attention could not end well.

"Yes," Hestia agreed and her smile widened. "She is a truly nurturing soul. It was a pity, what happened to her. I wish her fate had been a happier one."

The goddess's gaze flickered back towards Annabeth. "Though I imagine that would to some extent depend on you too, won't it Annabeth Chase."

To Percy's mild surprise, Annabeth blushed deeply and looked away.

"So," Percy cut in before Annabeth could answer and nodded after the crowd of gods proceeded out of the council chamber. "I think we should be joining the celebrations outside."

"I shall stay and tend to the Hearth, I wish the two of you a wonderful evening. There is after all a lot to celebrate, wouldn't you agree?"

With those cryptic words, she returned to tend to her heath in the center of the chamber where he was surprised to find Apollo and Artemis waiting for him. "Annabeth Chase," Artemis greeted Annabeth with surprising warmth before turning her silver eyes on him. "Was it really necessary to call me out like that, Perseus? I was under the impression we were to be on the same side."

"Sorry I had to throw you under the bus there, Lady Artemis," Percy quickly assured her. "Will it make you feel better if I told you it was to a maiden's benefit?"

"In that case, you can be forgiven," Artemis allowed. "Still this is a matter of great importance. I cannot have my Huntresses treated that way. Millennia of service ought to be worth something."

Percy shrugged and was saved by Apollo from having to come up with an answer. "Give my homeboy a break here, little sis. Defended your honor just fine..."

"Not that you need help defending your honor, my lady," Annabeth quickly added.

"A battle for another day then," Artemis conceded and Apollo visibly sighed in relief. "Word is," Apollo announced. "You have a pretty sweet party going on there. Mind if I head there?"

Percy grinned, "I am sure the daughters of Aphrodite would love to hear you recite your Haiku collection."

Apollo gave him his trademark grin and swept back his shoulder-long golden curls. "Yeah, I plan to. Got a top ten collection ready. I will meet you there."

A moment later the god disappeared in a column of fire, leaving behind nothing but fading sparks.

"Are you sure it is wise to let Apollo close to your fellow campers? Some of those girls are quite foolish..."

Annabeth sniggered. "They might be, but I think it is safe to say that Apollo reciting his poetry will be proactive birth control enough."

Artemis laughed that throaty chuckle of hers and they proceeded out of the two double doors. Just as the last winter solstice he had witnessed on Olympus, the streets were beginning to fill up with crowds of deities. Seemingly from nowhere a stage had appeared and the muses had begun to do their thing, filling the air with the songs and melodies of old.

"Enjoy the evening Percy Jackson," Artemis counseled. "And do keep an eye on my brother, will you? I spend more time worrying about his children than he does, and he lacks the impulse control to keep it in his pants. I shall take my leave, the hunt had something planned in my temple...and I think you can by now imagine the rest," the goddess added drily. "Perhaps I will see you later."

With that the goddess melted away into the moonlight, leaving him and Annabeth alone at the apex of the stairs to the temple.

"If I didn't know it better, I might even believe she likes you," a familiar female voice greeted him.

He and Annabeth looked around, just in time to see Hades and Persephone appearing next to them, the goddess clinging to her husband's arm.

"Dove, the council session is concluded. Leave the disputes addressed there to rest for a few hours," Hades chided his wife with a surprising amount of affection. "You know that your mother will just start gossiping the moment she hears any unconfirmed rumor."

"Fine," Persephone allowed.

"You asked to see me, uncle?" Percy asked, sincerely hoping that Hades had already forgotten Percy's earlier comments.

"I did," Hades confirmed.

"Has that daughter of Aphrodite been serving you well?" Persephone asked. "Aphrodite originally considered offering you Ms. Tanaka as a body servant, but I believed Ms. Beauregard offered a much better fit."

"You assumed correctly," Annabeth saved him from having to try to find an answer that did not delegate Silena to be on an object that could just be handed around. "Bound into slavery or not, I doubt Drew could ever do anything to anyone's benefit but her own," Annabeth replied graciously. "Regardless of her undeniable physical charms."

"Annabeth Chase, the daughter of Athena,..." Persephone mused.

"I know, I am a disappointment to my mother," Annabeth hastily admitted.

"Yes, but do not worry. I am as well," the goddess admitted and laughed gently and for a moment the scent of springtime was in the air. "She has never forgiven me for not struggling harder when Hades took me to the underworld," the goddess announced, looking up at her husband with a lot of affection than Hera would ever be caught showing Zeus.

"We digress, my love," Hades gently rained his wife in. Perhaps before the goddess could add any cute but embarrassing details. "I did not merrily ask you here to gossip about your slave."

"I did not assume you had," Percy agreed.

"I have, what you could call a vacancy in the underworld, and would like to offer you a part-time occupation. After all, you are a warrior of great renown and your integrity and honor are beyond question," Hades continued.

"A vacancy?" Percy asked skeptically.

"Among the judges of the underworld, yes," Hades confirmed.

"You mean Minos?" Percy inquired innocently.

"Unfortunately we had to let Minos go," Hades confirmed evenly. "His conduct during the Titan War was simply unacceptable so after Nico filed a complaint HR finally got around to terminating him."

"Oh, okay," Percy replied, still taking in the implications of the offer.

"So Perseus, are you interested?" Persephone asked lightly.

Percy glanced over at Annabeth who shrugged barely susceptible.

"I am very flattered by your offer," Percy began. "But I have no clue how to be a judge."

"Hardly a problem," Perseophnie promised. "You'll be trained on the job. Selflessness and fairness are more important than job experience here."

Percy sighed. "Is it okay if I think about this? It is both a big decision and responsibility."

"I would expect nothing less," Hades replied smoothly. "This is not a pressing matter, just one that needs to be addressed eventually. We would very much like to take you on as part of the judicial branch."

"I am honored," Percy assured them truthfully.

"Well, Perseus. Let me know when you have made your decision," Hades announced. "Now, forgive my lack of manners, but I promised my wife that we would go dancing."

"All the power to you," Percy replied awkwardly.

A mischievous glint appeared in Hades's eyes. "Yes, all the power to me indeed."

"Oh stop it, your big mouth got banned from Olympus the last time," Persephone snapped and then winked at them. "Have a nice evening."

Once the two gods proceeded down a wide grand staircase Nico and Thalia joined them.

"What did they want?" Nico asked suspiciously.

"They invited us to a godly swinger," Annabeth explained with a perfectly straight face.

Thalia, knowing Annabeth quite well, was clearly aware that this was a stupid joke. Clearly, Nico did not catch on so fast, instead of gaping at the two of them in abject horror. "Apparently the big three and their spouses are having this thing later..." Annabeth elaborated, clearly inventing on the fly. "Not gonna lie, kinda tempted. Pulling Poseidon would be funny."

"Oh that thing," Thalia played along, clearly taking quite a lot of macabre pleasure from the color Nico's face was taking. "Yeah, got the invite when I joined the hunt. I don't think my father understands the concept of eternal maidenhood."

"Guys stop, Nico's head is about to explode," Percy cut in and slapped Nico's shoulder. "Don't worry, your father just offered me a part-time job."

Nico sighed in relief. "Fuck you guys," the son of Hades groaned. "No amount of booze Will could possibly be capable of burning away that mental image."

"Come on, let's get back to the party."

Silena Beauregard

To Percy, it more or less looked like half of the camp had turned up at the house party and if it hadn't been for the handful of campers helping out, she and Juniper would have been hopelessly overwhelmed.

"Hey Ms. Beauregard, looking good today," a familiar voice announced.

When she looked up from the glass she was cleaning she was mildly surprised to see that chars lining the bar were suddenly vacant, save for one.

"Apollo," she sighed. "What can I get you? Fog Cutter? Mai Tai?"

The god gave her a dazzling grin. "How about you review some of my haikus?" the good suggested.

The line was delivered with so much confidence that it might have just convinced her that this was a good thing had she not known better.

"Did you ask my master if you were allowed to flirt with me?" she asked, smoothly dangling the fact that she was Percy's, over his head. Fortunately, she could say with some confidence that Percy would not start sharing her with others.

"Ah, forbidden lovers," Apollo mused, his voice dripping with melancholy. "Like Romeo and Juliet. Bonny and Clyde. Cleopatra and Mark Anthony..."

"They all died,...rather stupidly," Silena reminded him evenly.

"Oh that sparkle in your eyes, you are a goddess among women," Apollo continued.

Despite herself, a smile cracked her lips.

"Your thighs, as pure as the Milky Way," he continued. "And your breasts-"

"Also exclusively Percy's," she reminded the god patiently. Normally she would be rather upset if some guy presumed to comment on her breasts, but as far as she could there was no malice in the overreaching compliments. Apollo was simply a hopeless case.

A flash of silver light later Artemis appeared at her brother's side and slapped the back of his head. "My apologies. He does it to my huntresses too," Artemis announced.

"Come on, baby sis," Apollo complained. "You are the worst wingman in the world."

"I have no ambitions of being a wingwoman," Artemis corrected him, putting special emphasis on the last word.

"Fuck," Apollo grunted.

"Now let Ms. Beauregard do her job, you are holding up the entire bar."

Grumbling Apollo slouched off, before spotting two particularly curvy daughters of Demeter standing in the snow outside by the fire pit.

The god's grin lit right back up as he began to model walk in their direction.

"Does he ever have success with your hunt?" Silena asked mildly curious.

Artemis made a sour face. "Sometimes," she admitted. "I can not see how he has success with such blunt courtship tactics."

Silena shrugged, reminding how weak her legs had once gotten when Charles Beckendorf had flexed his abs at the like in camp or imaginary sexual adventures sometimes seeing Percy sent her down. "Maybe we girls aren't as hard to impress as we thought," Silena reasoned honestly. "Judging by how many children he-."

"Oh my brother is a slut, there is no denying that," Artemis said and glanced over to where a few of her huntresses had found the gym area and were now crowded around Clarisse, cheering her on as she tried to bench her max.

"Have they caused any problems yet?" Artemis asked.

"Nah," Silena assured her.

"I threatened that if I find any huntress passed out drunk I am giving them a makeover they won't be able to wash off," Silena explained nonchalantly "So, what can I get you?" she then asked smoothly to maximize the effect of her last.

"Caipirinha," Artemis replied, a welcome note of grudging respect entering her voice.

"Coming right up," Silena replied, feeling rather pleased with herself as she got to work.

Fortunately, Artemis seemed to have stopped whatever Apollo had done to gain some privacy with her because moments later the crowd had seemingly by its own accord gathered around the bar again.

Piper McLean

It had been a long time since Piper had had quite so much fun. She and Reyna had hit it off since the beginning of the party.

Piper had been very pleasantly surprised to find out that Reyna could not only dance but was very capable of leading as well. It certainly beat the awkward stumbling around she had suffered through with Jason when she had tried to teach him.

Once they were out of breath they finally sat down at the lounge. "I haven't done that in a while," Piper announced and took a sip from her glass of coke.

"What? No hot teen heartthrobs on those Hollywood parties?" Reyna joked.

"Oh, a few," Piper assured her.

"Anyone, I know?" Reyna asked innocently.

"Almost certainly," Piper admitted and grinned. "But it's been a while. My father stopped taking me to those after I became a disappointment. We were in Britain and I talked this one really famous musician, like one of the biggest names over there, into buying shit for me and my mates. I think dad was worried I was becoming a sugar baby or something because that was the last time he took me to such events..."

"And I thought Annabeth had issues," Reyna replied, shaking her head in disbelief.

"At least Annabeth's issues are sexy," Piper complained and then dropped her voice to mimic Annabeth's deeper one. "I ran away from home when I was six after which I started fighting monsters, linked up with other badass demigods, and kicked ass."

"Yeah, like a fucking textbook emancipated woman complete with the strong and handsome, yet sensitive man at her side," Reyna agreed and raised her glass in a mocking toast.

"So, why didn't you study in New Rome?" Reyna then asked curiously. "We have a pretty well-funded Faculty. Brought on a few old Greek scholars. Aristoteles spirit is the head of the philosophy department. We are also currently trying to get Archemedis as the head of our STEM department. "

"Hard sell to my father," Piper admitted. "He doesn't know New Rome exists, nor about Demigods and stuff. He'd probably assume I am trying to join some cult or something. Nah, New York is far enough away to avoid direct parental scrutiny, but close enough to camp in case something happens. Plus dad doesn't want me to live alone yet and he met Annabeth for five minutes and seems to be under the impression she has her shit together."

"Yeah, she is good at selling that," Reyna agreed. "Still, I had hoped you'd find a way to study in NR."

Piper shrugged. "I am a big city girl, can't change the genre."

"Oh well," Reyna sighed.

"Hey, you are one of those Roman girls. I remember you from the last war," someone addressed them from behind.

A son of Apollo, one of those in Piper's opinion generic hot ones, with those shining blue eyes and curly blond hair much like the ones she had grown up around with in Hollywood, had approached them without either of them noticing.

"Yeah, I am one of those," Reyna stuttered, looking a lot more flustered than usual.

"Would you like to dance with me?" he asked. "I am James by the way."

"Ahm," Reyna paused and glanced over at Piper who grinned. "Go ahead."

A grin spreading across her face, Reyna let herself be led off to the dancefloor, leaving Piper alone to lean back into the comfortable cushions, closed her eyes for a moment, and accept a few shots from Juniper as she basked in the sound of laughter and music.

"Are you okay, Piper?" a familiar voice greeted her, and found herself looking up into the familiar eyes of her roommate.

"Oh, hey Annabeth. You guys back?" she asked and yawned.

"Yeah, things alright here?"

"Reyna looks like she is having a good time," Anna noted and beckoned over the dancefloor where Reyna and the generic hot guy whose name Piper had by now forgotten seemed to be hellbent on showing a gaggle of her half-siblings what Salsa was really all about.

"Are you doing alright?" Annabeth asked, those gray eyes seemingly staring deep into her soul.

"Oh, yeah great," Piper assured her.

"Well, I'm going to go find Thalia," Annabeth announced and headed off.

Piper stared after the daughter of Athena. If she had to listen to Annabeth getting her back broken every time Percy slept over, she should at least got to admire her ass.

"Piper, you holding up?"

Torn from the welcome distractions of Annabeth's rear end she glanced over just as Jason sat down in the place Reyna had vacated mere moments earlier. "Oh, hi Jason," she greeted him, forcing a smile onto her face. "Really good so far. New York is great, and so is college. You too?"

"Oh great, looking into colleges myself. Applied to Harward and a few others,...but might just go to new Rome in the end."

Suddenly feeling very confident in her decision of not having gone to New Rome her smile suddenly became a lot less forced.

"You've been working out," she noticed. "Good for you."

Jason grinned. "Hey, it is what you are supposed to do."

Smiling Piper inclined her head. Suddenly a wave of lethargy struck her with the force of a sledgehammer.

Piper rubbed her temples and groaned. "Are you feeling alright?" she heard Jason ask.

"Oh yeah, just need to use the restroom," she excused herself and rose to her feet.

Something was very much wrong, she had taken a few shots but nothing that would hit that hard.

"Did I say something wrong?" Jason asked.

"Not at all, just not feeling very well," she said and rose to her feet.

Suddenly out of breath from exhaustion, she swayed slightly. "Gonna head to the restroom."

Piper fought her way through the mass of moving bodies, the music suddenly sounding as if she were submerged underwater. Her head spinning from exertion she pressed forward to the staircase she did not notice the woman straight ahead of them until it was too late.

"Watch where you are going," a deep, rich voice challenged her.

Piper looked up and found herself staring up at a beautiful woman with long brunette hair proud, reserved features, and a golden circle resting on her brow. Through the haze, she would not have recognized the goddess for who she was were it not for the peacock pattern cloak.

"Are you feeling alright?" the goddess asked, looking down at her with what Piper hoped was genuine concern.

When Piper opened her mouth to assure her of her well-being she suddenly doubled over and emptied her stomach onto the woman's shimmering dress.

"Apparently not," the queen of the heavens announced as Piper doubled over and puked again, though this time the goddess jumped out of the way in time.

"I'm sorry," Piper crooked, hoping that she wouldn't be smited.

The goddess grabbed her by the arm and started steering her through the crowd with an iron grip.

Piper followed along, trying only to stay on her feet.

"Protecting maidens is your thing," Hera suddenly declared. "It looks like this one drank more than she bargained for."

Piper looked up and found herself face-to-face with her ex-boyfriend's sister. "Fuck girl, you look like hell," Thali exclaimed, her voice sounding far, far away.

"We've got her, Lady Hera," Thalia quickly assured her and before she knew it she was surrounded by girls most of whom wore silver combat fatigues and she felt herself being sat up against the wall.

"I shall take my leave then, the fates clearly do not desire me to partake in this evening any longer," Hera announced, though to whom was beyond Piper-

"Thanks," Piper whimpered and clutched her head as her nausea worsened and the world began spinning.

"Hey Nico, get your boy toy here," Thalia snapped. "Someone roofied Piper. Also, find Percy or Annabeth."

"What's going on," Reyna's voice suddenly reached her followed by.

"Someone is spiking drinks here," Thalia explained.

"Hey ladies, you called for a medic?" the voice of Will Solace reached her fading mind and then blackness.

Percy Jackson

Percy had just started chatting with Jason when Juniper alerted him to the fact that something was wrong.

"Percy, Piper just collapsed," she announced, either oblivious or simply not caring that Jason was sitting right next to him.

"What?" Jason asked sharply before Percy could even so much as open his mouth. "Where is she?"

"Silena is bringing her down to one of the guest rooms," Juniper explained and Jason jumped to his feet.

"The hunt is babysitting her right now," Juniper warned. "And Will is checking on her."

Jason was off before Juniper had finished speaking.

"Percy, Piper kinda puked on the dancefloor, do you want me to clean it up?"

"Would you?" Percy asked gratefully.

"I am your slave, Percy, it is my job," she replied matter of factly and hurried off.

That the hunt had taken it upon herself to guard Piper in her vulnerable state was an understatement.

A dozen grim-faced warrior maidens, all armed to the teeth with war bows and combat knives, had taken up position around the floor it was fairly obvious that every straight man was considered a prime suspect because even Jason's path had been blocked by Artemis herself.

"She was my girlfriend. Why would I fucking hurt her," Jason demanded, his face flushed with anger.

"Choose your words with care," one of the huntresses snapped.

"Where the fuck is Thalia," Jason demanded.

"What is going on?" Percy asked once he had finally caught up with Jason.

"Someone put something in Piper Mclean's drink," Artemis explained evenly.

"Can't you do like some godly healing thing,...?" Percy asked.

"I tried, but it's one of those Tartarus brand things, it will have to wear off on its own. One of your healers is with her right now."

"And Apollo?" Percy asked patiently.

"Took off with some girl," Artemis replied. "The one time he would have been good for something."

"Come on, let Jason pass," Percy warned. "My house, my rules. Unless you think I would do something like this."

Artemis met his gaze for a moment and then sighed. "No, I wouldn't."

The goddess stepped aside and let them proceed into the bedroom. Piper's dress had been stripped off and was lying in a corner, covered in what looked suspiciously like vomit it it looked like she had been taken into the bathroom where she was getting a shower.

"Gentlemen, end of the road," Thalia announced, leaving the bathroom. "We are cleaning our homegirl up."

"How is she," Jason asked, his voice rising an octave in obvious distress.

"Will says she will be fine," Thalia promised her. "Who the fuck would do this?" Jason demanded, anger suddenly joining his concern.

"No idea," Thalia admitted. "Fucking creep."

"Can I see her?" Jason asked.

"Not today, no," Thalia announced firmly. Her expression softened when she saw tears in her brother's eyes.

"She will be fine, Jason. No one is going to touch her. Once she is out of the shower she will be going straight to bed. Annabeth and Rey will stay with her throughout the night. Silena probably too. You can talk to her in the morning."

"Fuck, I can't just-"

"Jason," Thalia said, her voice a lot softer than usual. "There is nothing you can do right now. Piper will be fine. I know you care for her, but just give us some space."

Percy sighed.

"Come on Jason, help me end the party."
Jason looked up at him in confusion. "What?"

"We need to send the guests out. Gotta end this get-together, can't risk someone else getting drugged on my watch."

For a moment it seemed like Jason seemed to be struggling with himself before he finally squared his shoulder.

"Yeah, let us do that."

Together they head back upstairs where the party was still in full swing. They made their way over to where the DJ booth was Percy got a microphone from one of Will's brothers. Once the music was paused Percy cleared his voice.

"Good evening," Percy announced.

Once everyone had quieted down he cleared his voice. "I hope you have enjoyed your evening so far. Unfortionalty I just learned that someone has been spiking drinks around here. I don't want anyone getting hurt so I am effectively ending the party. I would like to ask everyone who didn't arrange to sleep here beforehand to kindly leave."

Shouts of disappointment and anger started to rise.

"Booo, this is lame," someone else called.

"Listen, there are dozens of parties going on throughout the city so if you want to continue the night you can. I just can't guarantee everyone's safety around here."

For a moment Percy thought there would be more arguing but just then Clarisse came to his aid.

"You heard him punks, clear out," she barked loud enough to make a USMC drill sergeant blush.

"Someone got drugged?" Frank asked the moment he and Hazel appeared at his side. Their hair and clothes were full of snow flaked and judging by their puffy lips Percy was sure they had used the relative solitude of the courtyard for a rather heated make-out session.

"Yeah," Percy confirmed.

With the help of Frank, Jason, Hazel, Nico, Chriss, Clarrise, Silena, Leo, the Stolls, and Katie," they finally managed to herd the large crowd from the property. If Clarisse's threatening demeanor hadn't been enough to convince most, the more insistent partygoers gave in when Nico began summoning skeleton warriors.

"Who got drugged?" Leo asked once the front door had slammed shut.

"Piper," Percy explained. "She's is being taken care of and will be fine," Percy assured them. "Just don't want it happening again tonight and I don't even know most of the people who turned up."

"It's fine," Katie assured her.

"Is there anything we can do?" Lacy piped up.

"Help clean up a bit?" Percy asked. "Silena, can you go downstairs and see if you can help?" he asked, figuring that the two girls were half-sisters after all.

"Of course, sorry about your party," she replied and hurried off.

Annabeth Chase

Annabeth and Reyna grimly steered the rather naked Piper into the shower and turned on the water at the coldest possible settings. It was a rude awakening, but it was in Annabeth's eyes the quickest way to clear Piper's head. The daughter of Aphrodite groaned in protest as the icy downpour hit.

"What are you doing?" Will asked in exasperation.

"Coldwater," she explained.

"I can see that, why?" Will asked again.

"Clear up her head?" Annabeth replied uncertainly

"That girl took benzos or something similar, at the very least a neurotoxin more potent than Alcohol," Will explained patiently. "Your cold water ain't gonna do shit. Her vitals are stable, just clean her up and get her to bed."

Uncertain Reyna turned the water warm again and together they washed Piper off after rubbing her dry with a towel. After SIlena had also joined them they finally dressed her up in one of Silena's nightgowns and half carried, half led Piper over to the bed and tucked her in.

"Are you sure she is going to be fine?" Reyna asked, she usually measured voice marred by concern.

"Yes," Will replied. "She will. And if something happens I am spending the night just down the hall so just call me. I wouldn't want to swap places with her tomorrow ... Just make sure someone keeps an eye on her tonight."

"I'll stay," Silena volunteered. "She's my sister and it is my job to take care of people around here."

"My roomy, I'm staying too."

Reyna shrugged. "Guess I will be here too."

Annabeth sighed deeply, realizing that her planned naked cuddle time with Percy would have to wait, and looked over at Piper, who awkwardly turned back and forth in her uneasy slumber.

"Poor girl, never thought it could happen to one of us," Reyna muttered. "It could have literally happened to any of us. I was talking to her just moments before she fell sick."

"There are pigs everywhere," Will reasoned. "Mortal or not. Just take precautions and don't think about it too much."

"Well," Thalia reasoned after poking her head in. "How is beauty queen?"

"She's sleeping," Silena explained.

"Do you guys need anything? Most of the guests are gone."

"We are fine," Annabeth assured her old friend.

"Well, in that case, the Hunt is returning to its barracks."

That night none of them slept.
