It had been three months. Three months since he had reawaken. Five months since he was imprisoned against his will. Five months since he last saw his daughter. Three months everyday, he had been pushing a wheel which somehow was giving him some hard toned muscles, abs and the hunch he had in his back had been fixed due to him pushing the wheel.
Alador Blight was stuck in a situation that he knew he couldn't quite escape from his predicament as he was being watched by a bunch of robots working for his captor, the Core. A being that has possessed not only a robot but also a human girl named Marcy Wu whom his daughter was stuck in the Human Realm with.
He would have done something about escaping, but he was afraid what they would do to his daughter so he did everything he had to say. While listening to the screams of every prisoner in the mysterious location, the ones he knew he couldn't help.
Then, the Core entered the location with a very enthusiastic stride. "Hey big guy. How ya doing?"
"I'm being tortured and forced to work against my will, how do you think I'm doing?" Alador retorted.
"Aww! Is someone being grumpy?" The Core asked. "You know what would happen if your protested."Alador stared at the hive mind in fear, knowing at this meant for his daughter. Then, The Core laughed and wrapped their arm around him. "Oh! Come on big buy! I'm not serious all the time, I can play jokes!"
"What do you want?" Alador asked while narrowing his eyes at them.
"Listen big guy, I think you've pushed that wheel long enough." They began to feel his muscles with a slow and sensual rubbing motion. "Oooooh! That's a good build. I like it." Alador felt uncomfortable with what they were doing to him. He would resist, but he was scared as to what they might do to him if he did. "You seem worried. Is everything okay?"
"What do you intend to do with me?" Alador asked.
The Core broke the chains that binded his wrists and ankles to the wheel before motioning him to follow them.
"I want you to see something." The Core said while two robots stood beside Alador to make sure he didn't escape. "Follow me." The Core began walking with the reluctant Alador and the two robots following behind.
They led Alador to a bridge looking over what looked a factory designing robot shells with what looked to appear to be robot arm contraptions. "You see what we're building?"
"Robots." Alador replied. "Well done, gold star! As you can see, we have the common ones, the dragonflies and over there we have the robo butlers. Just in case your body gets a little thirsty or hungry."
"Right….And what about that armour?" He pointed to an armour that looked like would be fitted perfectly for a newt.
The Core smiled. "Oh! That's unrelated. You'll have to wait and see. Come! The tour continues."
They continued to lead the trio over the bridge. But while Alador walked toward the door, he saw one of the shell getting a body part placed into one of the robot's chests. A small bone to be precised. He had to ask about it.
"Core, do you take questions?" Alador asked.
"Depends, big guy." The Core replied.
"How do you power the robots?" He asked.
"Oh, we use a special power source." The Core replied with a chuckle. "A very powerful source. I hate to be vague but I just don't want to ruin the surprise."
They walked past a robot with a small power source in hand and approached another robot wheeling the newt armour towards it. He placed the source in its chest, causing its eyes to glow a sinister orange.
Meanwhile, The Core led Alador and the duo of robots toward a two way mirror to see a giant machine with buzzsaws and a giant laser sticking out.
"What is that?" Alador asked.
The Core appeared to be smiling despite the fact they lacked a mouth to smile with. "Watch. Bring out our subject."
A door opened up to reveal the little old witch known as Bill AKA Bill the Titan Trapper. "Where am I?! What's that monster?!"
"Hello Bill." The Core said. "Why do you think you're here?"
"I believe this is fate from the Collector to take down the Titan and put his head on a spike!" Bill replied. "By the way, have you seen all my other members? Tarak hasn't harassed me with his want of friendship from me. It's kind of freaking me out."
"All we be explained when you enter the machine." The Core replied while Alador watched on, analysing. He had a theory that this machine could kill Bill, but he wasn't so sure so he had to see how it would work. That and he was chained and he couldn't do a thing.
"So, you want me to enter the ominous machine with the murder tools sticking out?" Bill asked.
"Yes." The Core replied.
But instead of protesting, Bill entered the machine. "Okay. Tarak?! Are you in there?! Is this an attempt to get my attention?! Because Tilly and Remy failed badly and you'll fail too!" Suddenly, the buzzsaws and the laser activated and began to attack Bill.
Bill began to scream in pain while Alador watch on with horror plastered on his face, unable to comprehend with the horror he was seeing. Though, he couldn't see it, what he imagined was absolutely horrified.
"You tore his body apart!" Was all the terrified Blight could say.
"Yeah." The Core just said. "And the best part is, we use every last bit of their body to power my army. Skin, organs, bones, every tiny and insignificant part of body is powerful enough to power my army.
Alador tried to attack but then he got knocked to the floor by the robots. "Hey be careful!" The Core demanded. "I still need him alive!"
Alador grumbled in anger and narrowed his eyes at them. "Uh. You will not get away with this."
"I will." The Core laughed before pulling him back up and motioning him to follow them.
Alador was angry now. He knew his body was about to be used for the Core but he didn't know why and he didn't want to find out. He knew he had to escape as soon as possible.
Then, the Core lead Alador and the duo of robots into the throne room. The throne itself was on top of a long staircase attached to a cable connected to a helmet that had spikes sticking out.
Alador narrowed his eyes angrily at The Core, angry and scared about what they will do to him. Then, he noticed something that got his attention which was a bucket of Abomination. In that moment, it gave him an idea to escape. All he had to do was struggle out of the hand cuffs and make a distraction.
"So, do you expect to invade the Boiling Isles?!" Alador lightly chuckled. "The Collector would destroy your army with a snake of their finger."
The Core only laughed as they walked up the stairs. "Oh no, no, no. I know that. I know. The chances of Luz coming back to the Boiling Isles to stop him are very likely. Heck, the chances of Belos coming back is even more probable."
"But Belos is dead!" Alador exclaimed.
"Is he now?" The Core laughed. "On Earth, it's otherwise. I did give him something he is going to need."
Alador looked shocked by this revelation. Belos was alive in the Human Realm and not only was the Core a threat but Belos as well. He could come in and kill her. So, he had to break out of his chains now.
"Now, my drones, put him in his armour. It's time." The Core commanded to their robots.
Alador's grinned with a confident smile. "Core, you're made up of the greatest minds in Amphibia, right?"
"Why do you care?" They asked.
"Because for a genius you're kind of dumb." Alador explained.
Already, The Core was beginning to gain some kind of interest. "Do tell."
"You know what I can do?" Alador asked. "I'm pretty damn good at Abomination." He broke the chains that were attached to his respective limbs and summoned the Abomination from the barrels.
Alador turned the Abominations into fists that he used to punch a hole in one of the robots and then used the other one to punch their head off.
The Core snarled in anger. "No! Get him!"
Soon, about ten robots appeared and began to shoot at the Abomination scientist. But he quickly summoned a shield that he deflected back at a couple.
Suddenly, one began to fly towards him and then, Alador managed to slice it in midair with a clean half cut.
The Abomination scientist then threw three shards at their heads. A few more ran toward Alador in an attempt to stop him but then he made a giant Abomination that swiped them away with one clean swoop.
Now, there was one more left. This one activated wrist blades that he began to sharpen right in front of him. Alador just shrugged his shoulders and fired an Abomination spear right into its chest.
Alador grinned as he turned to the Core. He was about to throw another spear to finish them off once and for all. But then, the same newt armour he saw on the way here, caught it and threw it back at him, piercing his shoulder. The armour was black and was newt shaped. It had a sharp tail, two wrist blades on each wrist that he could activate and an orange glow emitting from his chest.
Alador groaned as he pulled the shard out of his shoulder. "Yohan!" The Core yelled in anger. "Do not damage that body!"
The now revived General Yohan narrowed his eyes at their master. "Yes, my master."
Alador in that moment, remembered that name. "Yohan? My daughter said you were dead." He stood up.
"I was." Yohan responded as he activated his wrist blades. "But it's a good thing I uploaded my conscious when I did." Yohan pounced toward the unsuspecting scientist and managed to tackle him. "That fight at the brawl was just the beginning."
Alador managed to kick him off of him and made a pair of hands that tried to grab him, but he only dodged them like they were nothing.
Alador quickly threw some shards at Yohan that he only just caught and threw back towards the scientist. He activated his wrist flamethrower that Alador managed to avoid with a very smooth and swift duck.
The scientist then summoned a pair of Abomination gauntlets and tried to punch the revived android, but he only dodged them and kicked him in the chest in response.
Alador looked at the bruise on his bare chest and snarled. He summoned an Abomination sword while Yohan activated his wrist blades and the two engaged in a duel which ended with the two clashing their blades together.
As the blades scratched against each other, Alador had rage all over his face while Yohan was narrowing his cybernetic eyes back at him.
Alador then managed to get the jump by stabbing him in the leg and kicking him on his chest. Alador raised his sword high, ready to kill the Core's new second-in-command once and for all.
But then, Alador felt a jolt of electricity all over his body and collapsed to the floor. Before he passed out, he managed to see that the Core had a remote in their hand.
"You're not getting used to your new body, huh, Yohan?" The Core remarked.
"It's still difficult." Yohan replied.
"Hook him up. It's time." The Core commanded to the general.
A few minutes later, the weakened Alador opened his eyes to see Yohan standing in front of him with an attentive stare. But that wasn't all, he felt like he was hooked to some kind of armour. He looked down and saw that he was attached to black armour and was cuffed to a throne.
He struggled to escape but it was no use as they were binded to him really good. "Ah, you're awake." He heard the Core remarked. He looked up to see the Core was attached to the throne that was attached to the helmet just above him.
"Release me!" Alador demanded. "I demand to be released."
"Pry all you want, Mr Blight." The Core replied. "But, you can't. You are about to become the most important vessel in the history of my people."
"You screwed up with the Abomination!" Alador yelled. "I'll break out again and take you down."
The Core just laughed sinisterly. "You think I put them there for some error. I put them there to see how good you were with them. And I gotta say, you didn't disappoint. Well done big guy. It's time for Operation Restoration to begin."
Alador in that moment knew what was going to happen to him now. The helmet, the armour, he was The Core's new vessel. He struggled to get out but unfortunately he couldn't.
The helmet began to lower down to his head, like an elevator. His desperation became more desperate as he tried to summon some Abomination to help him but it was once again no use. And in what felt like a few seconds, it was too late. The helmet attached himself to his head and then, he felt himself being erased.
His entire conscious was disappearing from his physical body, taken over by something else entirely as he screamed in agonising pain. Yohan could only watch on like he had seen this before. And in a few minutes, The Core's robot body collapsed while Alador hung his head down as soon as the process was complete.
After a few minutes, Yohan finally spoke. "Core, can you hear me?"
In that moment, The Core, now having full control of Alador sat up straight while cracking their bones. Then, they opened their eyes and gave a sinister grin. "Yes, I can hear you." They opened their eyes as they performed a sinister chuckle.
