Ch. 19: Kyūsoku no yoru
At the condo unit where Ikusaba and the others are staying, Tengan, Jin and Kizakura are watching the TV news and saw the live feed about the bridge and the demonstration, in which Jin finds the accusations absurd as there is no proof yet but Kizakura said that the demonstrators are making it up just to rile the crowd and cause a riot so that a stampede would occur and they would use the opportunity to get across the bridge.
Tengan agreed as he pointed out that with the crisis getting worse people are becoming more and more desperate in escaping the apocalypse and tells Jin that they cannot stay here for long and need to leave for the evacuation zone as soon as possible.
Jin nodded as he is aware of the stakes as he is prepared to do what it takes to protect the students.
"Looks like we may not be able to stay here for Long, Jin."
"Tengan-san…"
"If we wait for another day the street outside might be filled with those things."
"I…"
"Sorry, but we need to leave tomorrow…"
"Yes…you're right."
"Maybe we should move out tomorrow morning."
"Yes, I understand."
Kyoko came and overheard the discussion, and said that while she agree that they need to leave sooner, she said that they need to map out a plan on which route to take and to establish contact with Naegi, as he is still out there and believe that he is still alive and he might attempt to contact her and she suggested that they stay here for another day just to be sure.
Tengan and Kizakura glanced at each other before telling Kyoko that they will accept her suggestion for now as they have to maintain that the house they are staying in is abandoned to prevent panicking people from storming in and attract the zombies, which Jin and Kyoko agreed.
"I see."
"You're right."
"We agree with you."
"Then we will lay out the plans."
"And keep this place a secret."
"That way it will keep others from storming in and attract the zombies."
"Then its settled."
"…"
At one of the rooms, Natsumi is hiding behind Asahina as she is getting terrified towards Maizono after what she did inside the bathroom earlier, fearing that the SHSL Idol might grope her again and she suggested to Maizono to grope Asahina's breasts instead.
Asahina stared wide-eyed at the suggestion and told Natsumi to leave her out of this as she doesn't want to get involved in their skirmish.
Asahina is only in her towel and berated Natsumi for that even though Natsumi is seeking protection.
"Hey! Stop!"
"…"
"Leave me out of this!"
"Protect me!"
"This is between you and Maizono-chan!"
"Well your boobs are bigger than mine! She can settle for that!"
"Eh? Kuzuryuu-chan!"
"Just flash your boobs at her and she'll go for you!"
Maizono just stared at the two girls as she is poised to take action, but then Ohgami urged the girls to keep the noise down as they cannot afford to let panicking people flocking here as it would attract the zombies, with Asahina agreeing to it, and Maizono seemed to take the hint well and behaved.
Natsumi sighed in relief seeing that Maizono would cease her antics and turn around to get some clothes, removing her towel, but then Maizono sneak behind Natsumi and groped her breasts, caressing her nipples as the SHSL Idol uses her left arm to snare Natsumi's arms and then she uses her right hand to caress Natsumi's breasts.
Asahina stared wide-eyed as she told Maizono to knock it off as their antics would attract attention, but her pleas fell on deaf ears as Natsumi told Maizono to knock it off, but the SHSL Idol ignored her, saying that her nipples are telling a different story, as they are hardening under her touch.
"Gotcha!"
"Waahh!"
"Your boobs are softer than I thought!"
"Stop! Ahh…"
"Wow! Your nipples are getting hard!"
"Ahh…"
"You're fun to play with…"
"Ahh…"
Koizumi, Sato and Saionji stared wide-eyed at what they are seeing and opted to stay out of the way to avoid getting embroiled, and the trio slowly sneak out of the room, and wondered if Maizono is really like that or is just blowing some steam, which Koizumi thinks it is, given what happened since this morning, though Sato and Saionji thought otherwise .
The trio wondered if they should keep it a secret given that Maizono has a good reputation as an idol though Saionji is considering in doing a blind item-like reporting, but Sato and Koizumi advised Saionji against it.
"Saionji…"
"You better stop there."
"It's not nice."
"You're starting to act like a bully."
"It's best that you leave them alone."
"And mind their own business."
"And it's for your own safety."
"Yeah."
At the basement area, Iruma is working on the robot Kibo, as she is adding some last-minute addition such as rechargeable batteries and added weaponry, so that Kibo will be formidable in dealing with the zombies. Iruma snickered as she takes pride in being the SHSL Inventor and she hoped that if given the supplies, she could invent an army of robots that can deal with the zombies all over the streets.
By then Ikusaba passed by and asked Iruma what is she doing, and after being told, the SHSL Soldier asked if the additions are enough to pull everyone through, which the SHSL Inventor confidently assured that Kibo will be enough to clear the path.
Ikusaba stared at Kibo, who is currently in sleep mode as the robot is currently being charged to refill its energy to last for at least three days.
"So you're adding some additional weapons."
"Yeah!"
"And giving him extra battery life!"
"You got it!"
"How long will that last?"
"Three days the most! And that will be enough to keep us all safe!"
"Really?"
"Yes!"
Suddenly, an overcharge of electricity struck the charging dock that connects to Kibo, and the robot convulsed which Iruma and Ikusaba stared in surprise, as they did not expect something like this to happen. Ikusaba asked Iruma what did she do, and the SHSL Inventor said she did not do anything and blamed it on the electricity.
"Iruma-san!"
"?"
"What's going on?"
"Don't know!"
"What did you do?"
"Don't blame me! Blame the electricity!"
"Won't that robot explode?"
"How should I know?"
As the electricity and the power surge continued to fluctuate, the robot continued to convulse, and Ikusaba pulled Iruma back and sensing that an unexpected situation might happen and advised her to back off if she does not want to get caught in a possible explosion and get blown to several bits of body parts.
Iruma, however, is unwilling as she wants to find out what is happening to her invention.
"Better back off…"
"No way!"
"But…"
"I invented Kibo…so I should see this till the end!"
"But…"
"Don't worry about me!"
"…"
"…"
In a few moments everything went back to normal, and the robot stopped convulsing, though it was steaming, and Ikusaba became wary on what would happen next. Iruma watches on as she hoped that her invention would not go to waste after everything she worked on and is hoping that everything would be okay.
By then Kibo opened its eyes and stood up, and as the two girls braced themselves, Kibo began to move, and looked around, where he spoke for the first time, and the two girls were surprised, as Kibo spoke like a human and began to act like one.
Iruma was surprised and approached Kibo, asking him if he is okay, which Kibo said that his mechanical functions are okay and there are no malfunctions within his system.
"Kibo?"
"Yes?"
"Are you okay?"
"Sort of."
"Wow…so you didn't suffer any damage?"
"So far my mechanical functions are fine for now."
"Really?"
"Yes."
Saihara showed up to check on the girls after experiencing the electricity fluctuation and asked if everything is okay, and while Ikusaba said that everything is okay, Kibo stared at Saihara and glanced at him from head to toe, taking note of his appearance and began to upload the information on his internal database, and stated Saihara's name and his assigned talent.
Saihara was surprised at seeing and hearing this, and asked Iruma what just happened, and there Iruma proudly said that thanks to a mild accident, Kibo is now acting like a human while retaining his robotic functions and now everything will be okay, though Saihara is unsure what to make of this.
By then a terrified Natsumi came and went towards Ikusaba, pleading for help, and Saihara stared wide-eyed in surprise, seeing that Natsumi is practically naked, and offered his jacket to her which she accepted, and when Saihara asked what is wrong, he stared in disbelief after hearing the reason, as he could not believe Maizono would do something this…naughty.
"Seriously?"
"Yes!"
"Why would Maizono do something…"
"She's a maniac! You get me? A maniac!"
"Maybe she's.."
"That idiot idol's been groping me all day! If she catches me again she'll grope me even DOWN HERE!"
"…"
"So I need protection!"
Natsumi then pleaded Ikusaba for help, saying that Ikusaba's talent as the SHSL soldier would surely make Maizono behave, and Ikusaba sighed and said she see what she can do. By then Maizono's voice can be heard, playfully calling out Natsumi, which the younger Kuzuryuu sibling slowly panicked as she begged Ikusaba for help.
Maizono peered and found Natsumi, and she grinned naughtily while wiggling her fingers as she said playtime is not over yet and said they should continue. Natsumi was shaking in fear as the SHSL Idol was inching closer, and in panic Natsumi ran off, and Maizono chases after her, which made the place sound a bit…lively.
"Wait!"
"Stay back!"
"But I want to play with you!"
"Leave me alone!"
"Come on…don't be shy…"
"Leave my boobs alone!"
"Let me play with your boobs…"
"Someone help me!"
At the living room area, Fuyuhiko stared wide-eyed seeing his younger sister running around naked, with Maizono in pursuit, and the two girls ran around in circles before heading towards the room, and the SHSL Gangster wondered what is going on, whilst Kyoko sighed as she asked Ohgami to try to get Maizono and Natsumi to calm down.
Asahina agreed, saying that Maizono is going too far and it would be bad if their antics would attract the zombies from outside, and had a feeling that Natsumi would become a nervous wreck if they let Maizono continue her way with Natsumi, which Ohgami felt that Asahina and Kyoko are right.
She then said that she will deal with Maizono and make her stop bullying Natsumi, which Kyoko said she is counting on her.
"You should go and get them to stop, Ohgami-san."
"Me?"
"Yes."
"Very well…I will go."
"Please, Ohgami-san…you're the only one who can stop their antics."
"I understand."
"Better go now."
"On my way."
Inside the room, Natsumi is pinned down with her arms restrained as Maizono continued to play with Natsumi's breasts, her nipples hardening further and she is already on the brink of submitting to arousal as Maizono playfully pinches them.
"Wow…"
"Ahh…"
"Your nipples are getting harder and harder…"
"Ahh…"
"So fun to play…so soft…"
"Ahh…"
"Want me to touch you DOWN THERE?"
"Ahh…"
By then Ohgami came in and civilly urged Maizono to knock it off saying that it will only traumatize Natsumi and that they all need to rest after everything that has happened, and the SHSL Idol sighed as she obliges and leaves the room, and there Ohgami asked Natsumi if she is okay, and the reserve course student thanked the SHSL Martial Artist for the help.
Ohgami said it is nothing and gives her a bathrobe to wear and helps her up, apologizing for Maizono's action, reasoning that she is just coping with what has happened and assured to her that Maizono is really a good person, though Natsumi sees this the other way around.
At the balcony, Hinata and Pekoyama are stealthily watching the streets, and saw a few people are scrambling to seek shelter, but are soon trapped where they are slowly being eaten alive, and Hinata gritted his teeth as he never thought something like this would happen all of the sudden and cannot be stopped, wishing that there is a way to end this situation.
Pekoyama said she too wished for it, but tells him they have no choice but to accept it and face reality that chaos has enveloped Japan, and possibly the rest of the world.
"This is bad."
"…"
"I can't believe this is happening all too soon."
"Me too."
"I wish there is a way to reverse time and prevent this madness."
"I agree, but we have to accept it and face reality."
"…"
"…"
Kyoko came and told the two teens to take a break as food is prepared, which Hinata thanked her, but then Kyoko's phone rang and she answered it, where the caller turn out to be Makoto, and he asked her if everything is okay, and both Hinata and Pekoyama peered closer as they listened to the conversation, as Makoto said that he, Komaru and Akamatsu are currently on the road driving a police car, having left the police station.
Kyoko said she and the others are okay and told him the location of the place she and the others are staying, and advised him to call her first before approaching, stating that there are zombies loitering nearby so as not to get caught and get trapped.
"So you are on your way?"
"Yes."
"Very well, I will provide you the directions."
"Thanks."
"But call me first before you arrive. There are zombies near the area we are in. we will try to map out a route for you to enter so you won't have to get past through a gauntlet."
"Okay."
"Good. Be careful."
"Right. Thanks."

Hope you liked this chapter, though it focused mostly on Naegi's classmates as they are currently settling in while recovering their stamina.
Looks like Kibo underwent an unexpected accident, and now he acts like a human and speaks like one, mirroring his personality from Danganronpa V3.
Maizono showed more of her NAUGHTY side at Natsumi's expense…
