My apologies for the late update. An unexpected situation happened in which my laptop developed a problem and subsequently CRASHED, and though I was able to save my files, the fanfics that I last saved were corrupted, and while the fanfics I've typed were among those saved, 50% of the progress was affected, hence I had to restart working on the chapters, hence I was unable to meet the deadline which the next update was supposed to be the last week of March.

So now I'm working on the next chapters and if this fic gets a review, I will have the next update ready. Now that I finished my explanation…time to get down to business…

Many thanks to those who read and reviewed this fic. I am really happy and this inspired me to bring in the next chapter, and here the story picks up where the last chapter left, where chaos intensifies as the villains of this fic made their move…

But something unexpected will happen to Izuku as the situation here intensifies…

The scene shows that Izuku uses the Rex ViStamp and stamped the screen on the belt, which a voice spoke that confirms the activation of the belt.

Revice Driver: "Come on! R-R-R-Rex! Come on! R-R-R-Rex! Come on! R-R-R-Rex! Come on! R-R-R-Rex!"

Sakura blinked her eyes as the inner Youkai is starting to become a bit solid while Izuku is undergoing a situation where a pink-colored projection, which resembled a large stamp, materialize above the teen boy.

Daiji saw this as well and is worried that Izuku might end up in the same situation like Kudata and shouted at Izuku to stop, but he was too late as the transformation is already underway and Daiji helplessly watched as he is forced to watch the scene unfold.

Sakura then helped her with elder brother and both siblings expressed worries that something bad might happen to Izuku, and as Sakura is about to head towards Izuku, a shaken Daiji held her back, worried that Izuku's inner Youkai might be unleashed again and use her as a meal.

"Sakura…don't…!"

"But…"

"Its too dangerous!"

"But Izuku..."

"…"

"What if something happens to him?"

"I…I..."

"Nii-san!"

As the two siblings argued, Karizaki approached the two and urged them to calm down and watch the scene in front of them unfold, much to Daiji and Sakura's disbelief at the scientist's calm but seemingly uncaring nature.

"You two worry too much."

"Eh?"

"What?"

"Something good is bound to happen."

"Karizaki…"

"How can you say that?"

"Because I can."

"…"

"…"

The siblings then saw something unexpected as the next scene unravel before their very eyes.

Revice Driver: "Buddy Up! Oing! Shoning! Rolling! Going! Kamen Rider! Revi! Vice! Revice!"

The huge stamp-looking projection enveloped Izuku, and moments later Izuku is enveloped in an armor with is predominantly pink with sky-blue accents, while his helmet vaguely resembled that of a Tyrannosaurus Rex while the helmet eyes is quite large enough to look like insect eyes.

The inner Youkai now gained a physical form and while looking the same, he gained additional armor and a helmet that also vaguely resembled that of a Tyrannosaurus Rex, and sports a pink-colored scarf. The two stood together as Karizaki clenched his fist in excitement as this is what he is hoping for when someone uses the Revice Driver and ViStamp and underwent a successful transformation.

Now that Izuku has underwent a successful transformation, Karizaki is now confident that the tide of the battle will shift to FENIX's favor and he awaits the next moment and see how Izuku would fare well against the Deadmans in his new form and what powers the teen boy would display.

At the Hero Public Safety Commission headquarters, the top officials were taken by surprise at what they just saw and now they are wonder if FENIX is serious about their intentions now that a mere civilian has taken possession of the Revice Driver instead of Daiji Igarashi, and they wondered if they made the right decision to trust this organization in dealing with this crisis.

The executive members appeared to be quite divided over the turn of events after seeing what happened to Kudata after he attempted to use the Revice Driver and transform, only to fail and inadvertently spawned a Youkai which joined the Deamans and cause further rampage, then seeing Daiji, whom the Hero Public Safety Commission executive members were told that he is the designated candidate, only to cower, and now Izuku has taken possession of the devices and successfully transformed.

There the executive members are now starting to panic as they are having the impression that FENIX is disorganized and are now considering in summoning all available pro heroes and send them to the site of the incident and couldn't put their trust on FENIX right now, especially after seeing Karizaki jumping for joy like an overzealous idiot.

"I can't believe this!"

"Is FENIX this disorganized?"

"I never thought we got conned by that organization!"

"And now a high school boy is going to fight them? He's just a civilian!"

"Damn it! I regret supporting FENIX!"

"Outrageous! I really wished that All Might were here…!"

"What's going on? Hasn't anyone called Endeavor?"

"Hey! Have you already call him?"

"Me?"

But then one of the executive members pointed his finger towards the monitor, and everyone glanced at it and saw the live footage where the attackers are surrounding the armored Izuku, and noticed that the armored Izuku just stood there and not doing anything at all. The Hero Public Safety Commission executive members realized that the country is facing a dire situation and came to regret their decision in supporting FENIX.

"What? What is that boy doing?"

"Has he gotten scared?"

"Damn it!"

"Unbelievable!"

"This is foolish!"

"Damn it!"

"This is bad…!"

"We're doomed!"

However, one of the executive members urged his fellow executives to calm down, saying that this is a good chance to see what FENIX can do and how would this organization could rectify the situation now that a mere boy has the means to deal with the attackers and where this would lead to, reasoning that perhaps this is a blessing in disguise, as they saw what happened when an untrained soldier failed and another having doubts.

The executive pointed out that Izuku managed to transform and now this is a good chance to see how FENIX can do with a CHAMPION potentially leading the forces of FENIX to defeat the Deadmans, which the other executives are still having reservations about what would happen next.

"I don't know…"

"Can a mere boy pull off something…?"

"I still doubt FENIX…"

"We should never have relied on them…"

"Wait…let's see what FENIX can do…"

"He's right…"

"Lets see where this lead to…"

"Right…"

Ch. 6: A Hero Is BORN part 3 / Hīrō wa umareru part 3

At the flying fortress that serves as FENIX headquarters, Yujiro Wakabayashi is watching the scene via the monitor and he is not quite pleased with the sudden turn of events, especially after seeing what Kudata did, and that Daiji began to buck under pressure, seeing that not only did he hesitated, but showed fear of attempting to use the Revice Driver.

And now Izuku Midoriya has successfully transformed and that the boy's inner Youkai has manifested a physical form and Wakabayashi wondered what would happen next, as this is something he did not expect and he had a feeling that something conflicting is about to happen next, and this would no doubt attract FENIX's higher-ups should they find out about this, which might prompt them to intervene should the situation worsen to the point where the army itself might intervene.

As Wakabayashi watches the scene via the monitors some of the staff members began whispering, which they commented that Daiji doesn't look like he is ready to be in the BIG LEAGUE while labeling Kadota as a reckless soldier.

"Look at that…"

"That Igarashi is turning CHICKEN…"

"And Kadota is really reckless…"

"Those two are unreliable…"

"And now a graduating middle schooler has become a Kamen Rider..."

"Do you think he could pull it off…?"

"I doubt it…"

"Me too…"

Wakabayashi heard this and mentally agreed, as he did not anticipate a situation like this and made a mental note to address this once the situation stabilizes and calm restored, as he intend to discuss the matter with Karizaki before considering his next move.

By then one of the staff members came and saw what is happening, and asked Wakabayashi what are the orders to give, reasoning that he is unsure what to make of this whether Izuku can pull it off since he is not the intended user, and tthe FENIX commander thought carefully, and is forced to make some decisions.

"…and that is what you will do…"

"Are you sure, sir?"

"Yes."

"…"

"We have no time to waste."

"Yes sir."

"Now go."

"At once."

The staff member nodded and left the room, as Wakabayashi continue to watch the events through the monitor and is pinning his hopes on Karizaki, seeing that the bespectacled scientist is calm and collected, showing no signs of panicking and appeared to be intellectually excited after seeing Izuku transforming into a Kamen Rider.

"Karizaki…we need to talk once the problem is solved…and what we should do about that boy…"

Meanwhile, amid the chaos that is gripping the building where the FENIX press conference turning into a massacre scene, the scene shows that Midoriya is now encased in an armor, and there he confronted his inner Youkai, who now gained a physical form, and he now sports an armored helmet, shoulder pads and a belt, and he demanded an explanation on why the Youkai was targeting Yukimi.

The Youkai sheepishly apologized, saying that he got lost in the excitement but the armored Izuku wouldn't take the Youkai's word for it and threatened to beat him up, and the Youkai sheepishly begged for mercy, saying that he won't do it again.

"You think you can fool me?"

"Sorry…I didn't mean it…"

"Don't give me that crap!"

"Eh-hee-hee-hee…"

"You were trying to eat my adoptive stepmother!"

"I won't do it again…"

"I'll kill you!"

"Uh…"

Karizaki saw the attackers are closing in, and he approached the armored Izuku and the armored Youkai, telling them to argue later and deal with the situation first as saving the citizens should come first before anything else, which the latter two reluctantly agreed.

"Hey, hey…ease up, you two…"

"…"

"…"

"We got to deal with the Deadmans…so vent your ire on them."

"…fine…"

"That's okay with me…"

"So are we in agreement…?"

"Yeah."

"Yeah."

Putting their differences aside for now, the armored Izuku and the Youkai began to work as a tandem and began fighting off the attackers, and as the Igarashi family watches on, they were surprised to see that Izuku seemingly know how to fight, as Sakura revealed that she has been tutoring Izuku on how to defend himself, yet Yukimi is worried that Izuku might get hurt, but Sakura assured that he is going to be fine.

"Don't worry, mom."

"Eh…?"

"Izuku will be okay."

"Really?"

"Yes, really."

"…"

"Have faith in him."

"…"

The scene shifts to the armored Izuku and the armored Youkai, where the two fight off the Deadmans grunts and soon lured them to the open streets, which has been cordoned off and this allowed the two to concentrate on dealing with the Deadmans, and the Youkai is reveling in beating up the grunts though Izuku reminded him that he has to explain himself on why he is trying to EAT Yukimi.

"You still have a lot to answer for."

"Okay."

"And don't you even try to run off…"

"Okay."

"Do you understand what I'm saying?"

"Okay."

"Hey…!"

"Okay."

As the two bicker, the Deadman grunts attempted to overwhelm their targets but the pair soon turn the tide and eventually defeated them, and all that's left Is the Rex Deadman (which was spawned from the unconscious Kadota minutes earlier), who is now going after the two, and there the Youkai tells the armored Izuku that they better finish the Deadman right away, which Izuku agreed.

The two started to work as a tandem and though they had a bit of difficulty, Izuku and the Youkai eventually gain the upper hand and, toggling the Revice Driver, both executed a devastating attack, and defeated the Rex Deadman, and both Izuku and the Youkai sighed in relief as the situation is now under control.

However, things took a different turn as Endeavor showed up and, mistaking the armored Izuku and the Youkai as the attackers, the current Number One pro hero unleashed a powerful flame attack which caught the two by surprise, yet they managed to evade the attack, and as the Youkai mistook Endeavor for a Deadman, Izuku told him that is not the case, and said that this is a case of a misunderstanding.

"Wait…!"

"What? A strong Deadman just showed up!"

"It's a human!"

"Eh?"

"That's the Number Two pro hero…Endeavor!"

"That flying blowtorch is a human…?"

"Yeah!"

"Seriously?"
