Albus Potter and the Ringed Wizard

I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here the Harry Potter characters are faced with a dilemma that a Muggle who accidentally witnessed a situation that only the Ministry of magic members are supposed to face, and what do they make of this unknown wizard who possess a different kind of magic.…

Here the moment of truth will be revealed on what fate awaits Haruto Soma whilst the Harry Potter characters brace for what decision the Wizengamot jurors would pass their judgment…

As Harry and Albus check on Scorpius, who appeared to be hurt due to the spell caused by the hardliner, the scene shows that Hermione chastised the hardliner for his actions and made it clear that he is singling out the Muggle for possessing a different kind of magic, and the hardliner is using the Wizengamot as a pretense to covertly attack Haruto.

"You are definitely out of line!"

"Of course not…"

"Do not lie!"

"Your paranoia deceive you, Minister…"

"What…?"

"Your favoring of…Muggles are distorting your judgement…"

"…"

"Am I right…?"

The hardliner refuted and insists that Haruto has no right having that magic because he WASN'T BORN with genuine magic at birth and insists that this is the only way to address this.

Hermione did not buy it and tells the hardliner to cease his actions but he wouldn't relent, saying that as a citizen of the Wizarding World he has a DUTY to perform for the safety and interest of the Wizarding World citizens.

"Your actions just proves it! You clearly want to pick on that Muggle!"

"No! I am doing this for the safety of the Wizarding World! That man is clearly a threat to us wizards!"

"And you justify this by attacking an unarmed Muggle…and struck a young boy with a Stupefy charm…how can you explain that? Do you realize what you've done?"

"That Muggle is to be blamed! He is the cause of this!"

"Stand down at once! You are clearly FANATICAL! And out of line!"

"Not until that man is restrained! He must be stripped of that illegal magic!"

"That is enough!"

"You are a fool! I'll never understand why a lowly Muggle became the Minister of Magic! I will save this world from the likes of that faker! You'll see!"

He then used his PERSUASIVE MEANS to coax the jurors to cast a vote on whether Haruto should be stripped of the ARTIFICIAL and ILLEGAL magic, which to Hermione and her friends' surprise, the jurors huddled before announcing that they will cast a vote to ensure a FAIR and UNBIASED decision regarding Haruto.

Draco protested, saying that Albus and Scorpius' testimonies, along with the memories shown on the cauldron are proof, but the lead juror calmly said that this would ensure that the Wizengamot jurors will not play favorites and take sides with anyone.

"Do not worry, Mr. Malfoy."

"But…"

"We will show that man that we are not taking sides based on blood purity."

"But you might condemn an innocent Muggle just because…"

"This is also a proper way to show that we are not favoring anyone. Have faith in us."

"…"

"And after this, that juror will be punished for what he did a while ago. You have my word."

"…"

Draco didn't like where this is heading, and saw the hardliner smirking as he is pleased that he is able to away the jurors in his favor as he is secretly intending to persecute Muggle-born individuals covertly without exposing himself, took pleasure in seeing Hermione being helpless in preventing the jurors from stripping Haruto of his magic.

Albus is worried and asked Harry what will happen, and Harry sadly said that all they can do now is wait for the results and hope that the jurors won't be swayed by what the hardliner is doing, and not condone his cruel actions.

"Dad…"

"It's okay, Albus."

"But…"

"He'll be fine "

"But that man…"

"He won't be harmed. I promise."

"…"

"…"

Ch. 8: U~izādo no tesuto

As the hardliner is awaiting the results, he glanced at Haruto, who appeared to be calm despite the tension inside the court room, but the hardliner appeared to be displeased at seeing Haruto not panicking and attempted to taunt him, but Harry blocked his path and told the hardliner to back off and leave Haruto alone.

This caused a stand-off as both men drew their wands, though the hardliner drew first while Harry acted in self-defense, seeing that the hardliner intend to cause pain on anyone, and seeing what he did earlier, Harry is not taking any chances and told the hardliner to stand down but the fool refuses.

"Lower your wand."

"Never. You do it."

"After what you done a while ago?"

"It is justified."

"No, it's not."

"You are a fool."

"Right back at you."

"Grr…"

At this point the lead juror used a wand blast to fire a non-damaging shot, hitting the floor and there she told the hardliner to stop this at once and sheath his wand, telling him that he is out of line and threatened to have him arrested if he doesn't cease his actions.

The hardliner tried to justify his actions but is rebuked, and is given another warning, and he is told that he will face arrest if he doesn't stand down, which didn't sit well with him.

"Wh-what…?"

"You heard me."

"…"

"Stand down now."

"You can't be serious!"

"I am. Stand down. Now."

"…"

"…"

The hardliner gritted his teeth as he didn't like this, but soon relented as he doesn't want to be escorted out, while at the same time confident that the jurors would vote to have Haruto stripped of his magical abilities.

As Harry and Draco tended to Scorpius, the jurors huddled and it took nearly 15 minutes before they faced Haruto, and there one of them asked Haruto how he perform magic, and what does he do with it, which the hardliner raised an eyebrow as he did not expect this to happen as he is expecting that the jurors would vote to restrain the Muggle.

Haruto politely asked them why, saying that they already saw his recent actions via the cauldron, but the lead juror said that they voted to see it for themselves before passing the final judgement, as well as to determine if his magic poses a threat to the Wizarding World.

"It is a fair way to determine what to do about you."

"…"

"We would like to see what kind of magic you possess."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes."

"…"

"Do not worry."

"Alright then…"

However, the hardliner opposed to this and urged the lead juror to restrain Haruto and strip him of his ILLEGAL MAGIC, but is met with a harsh glare from the lead juror, and is told that if he makes another unjustified outburst he will be charged and stripped of his wand, which the hardliner stared in disbelief dismay.

"Wh-what…?"

"You heard me."

"…"

"Stay silent for now. Cause another disturbance and your wand will be shattered."

"You can't be serious!"

"I am. Now be quiet. As in now."

"…"

"…"

After that the lead juror asked Haruto to perform a magic feat like what they saw in the memory cauldron, and there Haruto decided to oblige seeing that he has nothing to hide, and toggles the Wizardriver and placed his left hand in front of the hand-shaped buckle, where his magic ring glowed and the Wizardriver spoke to confirm the magical command.

Wizardriver: "FLAME…PLEASE. HII…HII…HII-HII-HII!"

The jurors stared in awe as a magical circle appeared on the left side of Haruto and slowly enveloped him, where he is encased in a magical armor with red jewel-like ornaments, including the helmet, and sporting a black overcoat.

Haruto became Kamen Rider Wizard, and there the lead juror asked him to perform some magical feats, and the Wizard did a series of magical display, including the following spells, such as:

- BIG

- COPY

- LIGHT

- DRESS UP

- TELEPORT

- SLEEP

- BIND

- DIG

Then Wizard showed the other rings, revealing that he can assume other forms, such as:

- Hurricane Style

- Land Style

- Water Style

Then he revealed four other rings which allowed him access to his upgraded forms, which he showed his forms, such as:

- Flame Dragon Style

- Water Dragon Style

- Hurricane Dragon Style

- Land Dragon Style

The jurors watched intently as Wizard also revealed the Drago Watch, which allowed him to summon his copies, as well as summon his Super form, the All-Dragon Style, where he showed the Dragon Head on his chest, a Dragon Tail, Dragon Wings and the Dragon Claws.

After that, Wizard deactivated his form and Haruto asked if that is enough, and there the jurors huddled and began discussing about what to do next, seeing that although it looked dangerous if misused, some believe that Haruto is a responsible person given how he display his spells as well as his willingness to show them how he used it

"What do you think?"

"The magic he showed appeared dangerous…"

"I thought so too…"

"But he willingly showed them to us…"

"And he didn't attack us."

"I believe he is using them responsibly."

"Perhaps he is not a threat at all…"

"I concur."

Harry, Hermione and Draco looked on as the jurors continue to huddle and after some 10 minutes the jurors reached a voting, which the hardliner is expecting that they would vote to strip Haruto of his magic, and there the jurors revealed their response, which is:

- 26 voted in favor of letting Haruto keep his magic

- 24 voted in favor of stripping Haruto of his magic

The hardliner is livid at how things turn out and demanded that Haruto be stripped of his magic, justifying that he is a threat to the Wizarding World, but the lead juror said that majority wins and that Haruto has proven that he is not a threat and that he has shown that he uses his magic responsibly, hence there is no reason to do that.

"The vote has been cast. Majority wins."

"You can't…!"

"Haruto Soma has proven himself. He is not a threat. Hence there is no reason to strip him of his magic."

"You cannot let him go!"

"That is enough."

"But…"

"The meeting is adjourned."

"!"

Harry approached Haruto and told him that everything is okay now and said that he has nothing to worry, which Haruto nodded as the two shook hands, while Hermione looks on, glad that the hardliner did not get things his way, and now she is preparing to have the hardliner charged for his actions that led to injuring Scorpius Malfoy.

Hope you liked this chapter, as the hardline juror is clearly a racist who wants to pick on Muggles for the wrong reasons…and now he managed to coax some jurors to act hostile towards an innocent Muggle just because he gained magical abilities through artificial means even though he is a victim in all this.

Scorpius suffered from the hardliner and yet the villain's actions went unnoticed and managed to trick the jurors to cast a vote on whether Haruto should be stripped of his magic despite Harry and Hermione's vote of confidence.

And now Haruto is cleared and gets to keep his magic…
