Many thanks to those who read and reviewed this fic. I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here the Harry Potter characters are about to move on after a rather tense hearing on what to do with the RING-BEARING WIZARD from Japan…
But first a bit of a surprise…

London.
The scene shifts at the financial hub where business is booming and many people flocking several establishment for fun, leisure and food, as well as buying the latest trend in fashion and gadgets, and you can see that many people, Muggles that is, are having a good time, unaware of the fact that wizards and witches walked amongst them as well as they are unaware of the fact that the Wizarding World exists, with only a select few know of it.
The scene shifts at a restaurant where a chef is working, and he appeared to be of South East Asian descent and is the only one among the workers at a popular restaurant that is situated within the food district within London. He is a Japanese, yet he earned the praise and respect of fellow chefs and waiters who are amazed of his cooking skills.
He is Souichi Tsugami, and he is currently working at a five-star restaurant which is being patronized by a lot of customers, and business is doing well and the British cooks and waiters praised Tsugami for his superb cooking skills as those were among the reasons why customers flock the restaurant.
"Well done, Souichi!"
"Your dishes were the best!"
"You certainly are a good cook!"
"You earned our praise and respect!"
"It's no wonder why customers flock our restaurant!"
"We really want you to stay."
"And teach us how to cook well."
"Indeed!"
After that Tsugami was given a break as another chef took over the shift and at the kitchen area, the head cook tells Tsugami that he will consider in extending his work contract as Tsugami's records were filled with positive reception and even said that he might consider giving Tsugami a promotion, which Tsugami nodded and thanked the head chef for the trust.
Suddenly, a Death Eater came barging in, and aimed his wand at the head cook, and the head cook, who is revealed to be a Muggle wizard, pushed Tsugami aside to protect him as he drew his wand, but the Death Eater beat him to the punch and chanted the Avada Kadavra, killing the head cook on the spot, which spooked the other workers, horrified at what the Death Eater did to their head cook.
"EEEEKKKK!"
"KKKYYYAAHHH!"
"THE HEAD COOK!"
"HE'S DEAD!"
"SOMEONE HELP!"
"CALL THE POLICE!"
"ANYONE!"
"HURRY!"
Filled with lust for murder, the Death Eater used several curses and struck the workers, justifying that there will be no witnesses, resulting in the workers getting critically injured, but Tsugami dodged the blasts and grappled with the Death Eater, and this resulted in the villain to teleport away, accidentally taking Tsugami with him.
A janitor happened to came as he is about to clean the kitchen, only to shriek at seeing the disheveled mess that the Death Eater left behind, unaware of what really transpired here.
"What the bloody heck just happened here?"
The workers were critically injured and are too dazed to move as all they could do is moan in pain.
"Ohh…"
"Uhh…"
"Oww…"
"Blimey…"
"Ohh…"
"Uhh…"
"Oww…"
"Blimey…"

Elsewhere within London, a Japanese traveler happened to pass by an alley as he is looking for a hostel to take a rest, as he is due to go to one of London's famous tourist attractions, and he is looking forward to seeing it, as this was his first time traveling outside Japan, due to winning a lottery prize and wanted to explore more.
This person is identified as Takumi Inui, and he is walking by when he saw a prepubescent girl running, and had a terrified look, which prompted Takumi to see if he could help her, but then a Death Eater showed up and unleashed a magical beast, which caught the child and went on to disembowel her to death, and the Death Eater laughed at the pleasure of watching a helpless child killed.
Takumi was angered and asked the Death Eater why he did that, yet the Death Eater took pleasure in taunting Takumi seeing that the creature he unleashed will kill the witness.
"Hah! What about it, you mudblood?"
"…"
"Anyone who dare defy me will be dead!"
"Whoever you are…you're sick."
"Bah!"
"…"
"You're next!"
"You'll pay…"
As the magical beast finished in eating the girl, the Death Eater is ready to command the beast to attack its new prey, but then Newt Scamander showed up and told the Death Eater to surrender, but the Death Eater unleashed another magical creature and told Newt that no one can stop him and that not even the well-known Newt Scamander can stop the beasts from tasting MUDBLOOD flesh.
"You are next, you old bastard!"
"Oh dear…"
"My magical pet will make lunch out of you!"
"What you just did is a magical crime…"
"So what? You cannot stop me!"
"…"
"So prepare to be eaten!"
"This is just not my day…"
As Newt became worried that two dangerous creatures are about to cause havoc, he is surprised to see that Takumi is not afraid, and noticed him putting on a strange metallic belt and then brandishing a strange fliptop phone.
Takumi tells the Death Eater that he will pay for murdering an innocent girl though the Death Eater sneered and asked what can he do against two dangerous creatures he command, but Takumi isn't intimidated.
"Me? Pay?"
"…"
"Ha-ha-ha! What can you do?"
"Whatever it takes."
"What can a mere mudblood can do to me if you can't get past my pets?"
"Whatever it takes. I'll stop you."
"What?"
"…"
Opening the phone, he dialed three numbers which a voice recording spoke to confirm the command.
Phone: "[5][5][5]…STANDING BY…"
Takumi the closes the phone and inserted it onto the center portion of the belt, then a voice spoke to confirm the activation.
Phone: "COMPLETE…"
Newt Scamander and the Death Eater stared in surprise as light shone within Takumi, where white and red lights enveloped him and moments later he is encased in a black armor with gray outer armor with red lines, whilst the helmet had the appearance of a firefly.
Takumi Inui became Kamen Rider Faiz, and Newt is surprised at seeing this, as this was the first time encountering something like this, and the Death Eater was surprised, yet he appeared confident that his magical pet would do the job.
He commanded the first creature, which is a wild version of a rhinoceros, which is as big as a bus, to attack Faiz. Faiz then took out what appeared to be a hilt of a motorcycle pedal and inserted a chip, which then a crimson-looking blade, resembling a lightsaber seen in the Star Wars movies, appeared, and as the creature charged forward, Faiz intercept it and performed the Crimson Slash, as the creature screamed in pain before it EXPLODED, leaving a light that resembled the Greek letter Phi, and the Death Eater was staring in disbelief that his stronger pet was killed by a mere Muggle.
Newt is equally surprised, as he never thought that some Muggles have strange means of dealing with a magical creature, and he can tell that the tools that Faiz used are not magical.
"Merlin's beard…I'll have a hard time explaining to anyone what I just saw…"

Ch. 9: Yoha
At the Wizengamot, the scene shows that the hearing is nearing its climax, in which after displaying his magic, Kamen Rider Wizard deactivated his form and Haruto asked if what he just shown is enough, and there the jurors huddled and began discussing about what to do next, seeing that although it looked dangerous if misused, some believe that Haruto is a responsible person given how he display his spells as well as his willingness to show them how he used it
"What do you think?"
"The magic he showed appeared dangerous…"
"I thought so too…"
"But he willingly showed them to us…"
"And he didn't attack us."
"I believe he is using them responsibly."
"Perhaps he is not a threat at all…"
"I concur."
Harry, Hermione and Draco looked on as the jurors continue to huddle and after some 10 minutes the jurors reached a voting, which the hardliner is expecting that they would vote to strip Haruto of his magic, and there the jurors revealed their response, which is:
- 26 voted in favor of letting Haruto keep his magic
- 24 voted in favor of stripping Haruto of his magic
The hardliner is livid at how things turn out and demanded that Haruto be stripped of his magic, justifying that he is a threat to the Wizarding World, but the lead juror said that majority wins and that Haruto has proven that he is not a threat and that he has shown that he uses his magic responsibly, hence there is no reason to do that.
"The vote has been cast. Majority wins."
"You can't…!"
"Haruto Soma has proven himself. He is not a threat. Hence there is no reason to strip him of his magic."
"You cannot let him go!"
"That is enough."
"But…"
"The meeting is adjourned."
"!"
Harry approached Haruto and told him that everything is okay now and said that he has nothing to worry, which Haruto nodded as the two shook hands, while Hermione looks on, glad that the hardliner did not get things his way, and now she is preparing to have the hardliner charged for his actions that led to injuring Scorpius Malfoy.
There she told the hardliner to surrender his wand as he is undergoing proceedings to make him answer for his recent actions due to using violence during the hearing earlier, which resulted in the injury of an innocent boy, which the other jurors were silent, realizing that they had turned a blind eye earlier about what the hardliner did during their deliberation on Haruto.
The hardliner was stubborn and refused to recognize the weight of his actions and reiterated that he is doing this for the GREATER GOOD of the Wizarding World and accuses Hermione of bias due to favoring MUDBLOODS, showing that the hardliner has no qualms in using racial slurs in front of the jurors and Hermione herself.
Hermione glared seeing that the hardliner is such a supremacist and ordered the guards to apprehend the hardliner, but he is defiant to the end and is ready to fight it out until one of the jurors approached the supremacist and whispered to him, persuading him to cease his violence and urged him to play along, stating that if he shows regret of his actions, Hermione might be tempted to overlook the violence he made and may consider in giving him a lighter sentence.
The hardliner didn't seem to like the idea, yet the juror said that he has no other choice in the matter and said that this is better than getting a sentence that would put him behind bars for several months with no bail.
"Trust me on this."
"But…"
"If you show that you regret your actions, you might get a lighter sentence, if not getting you a community service."
"…"
"Believe me…this is the only course you an take."
"Damn."
"…"
"I can't believe this…"
The hardliner gritted his teeth as he did not like the idea of begging to a mudblood of a minister, yet he reluctantly recognize the situation he is in and is forced to beg for mercy and forgiveness, which the juror asked Hermione to let this slide for today, promising that he will REHABILITATE the hardliner and that he will not harass anyone again.
Hermione appeared to be unsure and glanced at Draco, who is holding the unconscious body of Scorpius, and there she said that would depend if Draco is willing to forgive the hardliner, and stated if Draco were to push forward in charging the hardliner, then it would be out of her hands.
Draco then said that if the hardliner show that he really regret his actions and apologize for what he did to Scorpius, then he is willing to forget this incident, and the hardliner was trembling as he couldn't believe that he would do something like begging and ask for forgiveness, but seeing that there is no other way, the hardliner knelt down and asked for forgiveness, apologizing for his actions earlier.
The hardliner put so much effort that he appeared to be convincing enough that Draco seemingly accepted it, and seeing that Draco is willing to be forgiven, Hermione made the hardliner promise to stop his extremist and supremacist attitude towards Muggles and other people of different purities, which the hardliner is forced to abide.
"Do you swear to stop making racial slurs towards other people?"
"Ye…yes…"
"Do you swear to stop harassing Muggle-borns?"
"I…yes…"
"And promise to stop your supremacist-like attitude?"
"…"
"Well…?"
"Yes…I…promise…"
After that, the hardliner is escorted to leave the room, and as the meeting is about to be adjourned, one of the 50 jurors asked if Haruto is a SPECIAL CASE or if there are others like him, which Haruto innocently and honestly said that there are a few who are wizards like him. This caught the lead juror's attention and asked how many, as she is quite surprised to hear this.
Haruto honestly said that at present, there are four others, who are currently in Japan, with three of them working with the Japanese police force specialized in dealing with SUPERNATURAL cases, which the lead juror uses magic to scan Haruto's mind, which she discovered that there are other wizards, which are:
- Kosuke Nitoh
- Mayu Inamori
- Yuzuru Ijima
- Masahiro Yamamoto
Through Haruto's displayed memories, the jurors saw how the other wizards function (as Kamen Rider Beast and the three Kamen Rider Mages), and some of the jurors are quite surprised that some of the authorities in Japan are employing wizards in their service even though this is against magical laws, yet Haruto assured that everything is above board and that Nitoh and the others' status as wizards are kept secret and nothing more.
The jurors then spoke to Hermione and asked for her opinion about this, and they discussed the matter in a private matter before coming to an agreement, in which they voted to let this slide seeing that the wizards of Japan have not abused their magical abilities and are using their magic responsibly, and there Hermione assured to the jurors that they have nothing to worry about.
After that, the meeting is adjourned and as the jurors leave the room, Haruto thanked Harry for the help, which he said it is nothing, and there Hermione arranged to have Scorpius taken to the magical hospital to treat the injured boy while Draco asked what would they do with Haruito, seeing that he was brought here by accident.
Harry then decided to give Haruto a tour here since it would take some time before they could bring him back to Japan, which Haruto asked Harry if he is sure, and Harry said it is fine, as he decided that it is okay since Haruto is deemed not a threat, as long as he promised to keep things a secret.
"Really?"
"Yes, Mr. Soma."
"…"
"Just promise that what you see in this world remain a secret."
"Sure. No problem."
"Really?"
"Yes."
"Good."
Not far, the hardliner overheard the conversation and decided to use this knowledge he discovered as a way to get even with Haruto, Harry and Hermione, vowing to make them pay for fraternizing with Muggles and the like.

Hope you liked this chapter, though a bit of a surprise as I decided to add some fan service by featuring two Kamen Riders in a cameo role, which they are shown getting into a random encounter with some Death Eaters, which are Agito and Faiz…
Newt Scamander makes an appearance yet it ended in a cliffhanger as the would-be battle was cut off for a reason…
In the end, Haruto get to keep his magic even though the jurors are a bit surprised that there are four other wizards in Japan…
