Albus Potter and the Ringed Wizard

Many thanks to those who read and reviewed this fic. I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here the Harry Potter characters are about to move on after a rather tense hearing on what to do with the RING-BEARING WIZARD from Japan…
But first another bit of a surprise…

Japan.
The scene shifts at Shibuya, which is one of the well-known financial hub where business is booming and many people flocking several establishment for fun, leisure and food, as well as buying the latest trend in fashion and gadgets, and you can see that many people, Muggles that is, are having a good time, unaware of the fact that wizards and witches walked amongst them as well as they are unaware of the fact that the Wizarding World exists, with only a select few know of it.
Surprisingly, a select few Japanese are vaguely aware as some Japanese citizens are currently students at Hogwarts and other wizarding schools, yet there are those who are unaware that a different group of wizards are operating within Japan.
The scene shifts at an area within Shibuya, where Kosuke Nitoh is seen taking a stroll, as he had just finished an overseas excursion for aspiring archeologists, and so far things are doing well, as there are no Phantom attacks at the moment, yet he is a bit worried as he needed a source to sustain Chimera, as the ANCIENT PHANTOM needed Mana to survive.
By then he came across Yuzuru Ijima, where the now-high school student has just finished doing a research for a term paper project, and saw Nitoh along the way, and the two greeted each other.
"Kousuke nii-chan."
"Yuzuru!"
"Its been a while."
"Same here. You've gotten a bit taller now."
"Well, I'm still a little shorter than you.
"You're still growing, so don't rush."
"I got a day off. Want to hang out?"
"Sure, why not?"
As the two bonded, Yuzuru, now aged 15, noticed that at least four men, foreigners, are heading towards an alley, and saw one of them carrying a wand, which was lit, and told Nitoh about it, and hearing the description, he assumed that the said foreigners could be Phantoms, and tells Yuzuru that he should learn to do some surprise attacks in order to take down the Phantoms.
Yuzuru nodded and the two head for the alley, and stealthily peered at a corner, where they saw the foreigners put on druid outfits and masks, revealed to be Death Eaters, and they are cornering a Japanese merchant, who turn out to be a former resident from the Wizarding World and came to live in Shibuya to live quietly.
The Death Eaters demanded that they aid them in finding a way to resurrect Voldemort, which the merchant refused and begged for mercy, which didn't please the Death Eaters.
"Please. Leave me out of this."
"You will aid us."
"We won't take no for an answer."
"Do as we say."
"No. I don't want to be involved! Leave me in peace!"
"You dare defy us?"
"Such a fool."
"You have the guts…to defy the dark lord…"
After getting some repeated refusal, the Death Eater got impatient and executed the Avada Kadavra spell, killing the merchant, which caused Nitoh and Yuzuru to stare in shock at what they just saw, and began to wonder if the foreigners are Phantoms or not.
"I don't believe this…"
"Kousuke nii-chan…they…"
"Yeah…saw it."
"Are they really Phantoms?"
"Not sure…but they seem to possess magic…"
"Should we…?"
"Lets assess first…huh?"
"Oh-uh..."
However, the Death Eater somewhat noticed the eavesdroppers' presence and they fired a blast from their wands, forcing Nitoh and Yuzuru to evade the blast and reveal themselves and there the lead Death Eaters told the others to kill all witnesses, reiterating that no one must know about their plans to revive the dark lord, and told them to do everything at all costs to maintain their secret mission.
For some reason the lead Death Eater's command is absolute which the others obeyed.
"Yes."
"Yes."
"Yes."
"Yes."
"Yes."
"Yes."
"Yes."
"Yes."
"Yes."
Though Yuzuru couldn't understand much due to not being fluent in English, Nitoh does but he has no idea what the Death Eaters are debating, but he understood one thing, which is that they are no ordinary attackers and tells Yuzuru that they would have to play rough if they are to stay alive after seeing what the Death Eaters did to the hapless merchant.
Yuzuru nodded and asked if they would have to resort to DO THAT, which Nitoh said they would given that the attackers are either Phantoms or a different kind of wizards, and seeing that the Death Eater are raising their wands, he tells Yuzuru to do it now.
"Okay. Given that you're a provisional member of the National Security Agency SECTION Zero, you got permission to DO THAT…"
"But…are they really Phantoms…?"
"Don't know…but we have to assume that they are…"
"I see…"
"Given that they killed that man, it's best to think of them as Phantoms. Don't hold back and take them down."
"Right."
"Lets go!"
"Okay!"
Reacting fast, Nitoh and Yuzuru activated their MAGICAL BELTS, and then brought out their magic rings, in which Nitoh's ring had a KEY-like feature and inserted it onto the left side of the belt, which is identified as the Beast-Driver, while Yuzuru places his left hand in front of the belt, which is identical to that of Haruto, and there the two Muggles underwent a transformation.
Beast-Driver: "SET…OPEN! L-I-O-N…LION!"
Wizardriver: "CHANGE…NOW…"
Magical circles appeared and enveloped the two, transforming them into Kamen Rider Beast and Kamen Rider Blue Mage respectively, which surprised the Death Eaters, as they never seen anything like this, yet the lead Death Eater is not deterred and told his fellow Death Eaters to kill them before they get the chance to alert the ministry, and make sure that the two witnesses do not escape alive, which the others nodded.
"Yes."

Elsewhere within Tokyo, another Muggle is seen walking by at a nearby park, and he had just finished a meeting, and is on his way to another meeting, which he pondered if his comrades have truly found peace after all the years have passed, and now they went their separate ways.
The Muggle in question is identified as Sakuya Tachibana, and he is about to board his motorcycle when he spotted a wizarding criminal as he unleashed what appeared to be a magical dragon that is currently the size of a car, and the criminal somewhat appeared to have tamed it and there he instructed his PET dragon to cause death and destruction at a currently-run bazaar that is ongoing at this time.
Tachibana was alarmed as he overheard what the criminal said and confronted him, telling the wizarding criminal that he won't let him do as he pleases and vowed to stop the creature and to stop the criminal.
The criminal sneered and asked what can a mere Muggle could do, which made him stare in curiosity as Tachibana took out a rather large belt buckle-like device and then the CHANGE STAG card, inserting it inside the device, forming a belt that fasten around Tachibana's waist.
There Tachibana said he will stop him from committing a wanton massacre though the criminal asked what he could do to prevent it, which Tachibana said whatever it takes.
"You think you can stop me?"
"Yes."
"You are a fool."
"…"
"What makes you think you can stop me?"
"I'll do whatever it takes."
"Then die."
"I don't think so."
Tachibana the pulls a lever affixed onto the right side of the belt, which a computerized voice spoke to confirm the activation.
Belt: "TURN UP…"
The center portion of the metallic belt spins like a trap door, revealing a diamond-shaped symbol, then a violet projection screen appeared, traveling a few feet away from him. The wizarding criminal was taken aback at what he just saw and wonder what kind of magic he just witnessed.
The projection screen hit the dragon, knocking it back, and ended up colliding against the wizarding criminal. As he turned around, the criminal saw the projection screen with a picture of a stag beetle and a diamond symbol engraved in the center, and Tachibana ran towards the screen, and the screen was absorbed onto his body, and he emerged in a red armor with gray chest plate, arms and leg plates.
They have diamond-shaped designs all over the gray ornaments. His helmet resembled a stag beetle, and he is revealed as Kamen Rider Garren. There Garren is armed with a blaster-like gun which also houses a slot where cards are slotted in.
The wizarding criminal was quite taken aback but feels confident that his pet dragon would do the job and tells Garren that he will be the first to die then the FILTHY MUDBLOOD, which Garren did not understand, but made it clear that he will not let the dragon make any wanton attacks.
"You think you can stop me?"
"Yes."
"You are a fool."
"…"
"What makes you think you can stop me?"
"I'll do whatever it takes."
"Then die."
"I don't think so."

Ch. 10: Mahō no sekai no naka no tsuā
At the Wizengamot, the scene shows that meeting is adjourned and as the jurors leave the room, Haruto thanked Harry for the help, which he said it is nothing, and there Hermione arranged to have Scorpius taken to the magical hospital to treat the injured boy while Draco asked what would they do with Haruito, seeing that he was brought here by accident.
Harry then decided to give Haruto a tour here since it would take some time before they could bring him back to Japan, which Haruto asked Harry if he is sure, and Harry said it is fine, as he decided that it is okay since Haruto is deemed not a threat, as long as he promised to keep things a secret.
"Really?"
"Yes, Mr. Soma."
"…"
"Just promise that what you see in this world remain a secret."
"Sure. No problem."
"Really?"
"Yes."
"Good."
Not far, the hardliner overheard the conversation and decided to use this knowledge he discovered as a way to get even with Haruto, Harry and Hermione, vowing to make them pay for fraternizing with Muggles and the like.
As Hermione took her leave as she has to attend some matters at the Ministry, Harry made some arrangements to have Scorpius checked and Draco thanked him, which Harry said it is nothing.
As the Malfoys left, Harry decided to give Haruto a tour, which the Muggle nodded and they left, which the jurors wonder if they made the right choice, as some are still wary about the fact that Haruto posses a different kind of magic, and what would happen if there are Muggles who have similar types like Haruto, worried that it might cause a conflict in the status quo within the Wizarding World.
"Did we really do the right thing?"
"I hope so."
"But that Muggle willingly revealed his magic…"
"But what if it is just a façade…?"
"I doubt it. He took down those Death Eaters..."
"And he said there are some Muggle with similar magic…"
"We should keep an eye on him…"
"I agree."

Several minutes later, Harry personally led Haruto at Diagon Alley, where Haruto was taken quite aback at seeing the place, and saw several shops sporting magical items and the like, which several merchants attempted to entice him to buy their products, which Haruto politely decline, and Harry asked if he is being overwhelmed by what he is seeing, which the RING-BEARING wizard said he is okay, stating that he visited another magical world a few years ago, which made Albus curious.
Albus asked what this other magical world is, which Haruto explained about the so-called Magic Land, in which the inhabitants are also wizards, except that instead of wands they possess magical rings and Wizardrivers, as well as instead of physical money, Mana is used as currency.
As the Potter family and Haruto walked, several wizarding merchants saw them passing, and there they approached Haruto and attempted to entice him to check out their magical products in the hopes of selling it to him.
"Hello...please by our items..."
"They are cheaper..."
"...they are in good working condition..."
"You can try them if you like..."
"I promise you will like them..."
"I promise you will get your money's worth..."
"Here are the items on our display..."
"Pick the one you like..."
Haruto politely decline and then he proceeded to tell Albus that he is fine with what he have, and said that as long as one is responsible, there won't be any problem about encountering someone who has the same magic as him.
Harry somewhat understood what Haruto said and this made him wonder if he would encounter Muggles that have the same magic as Haruto, and there he gave him a tour around the area, and soon came to the Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes, a joke shop being run by George Weasley, Ron's older brother, who happened to be a co-worker there before becoming a part-timer due to Ron working at the Ministry of Magic.
The shop contained practical joke objects, such as Extendable Ears, a Reusable Hangman, Skiving Snackboxes, and Fred and George's special WonderWitch products, such as; Love Potions, Ten-Second Pimple Vanishers, and Pygmy Puffs. There is also a section of Muggle Magic Tricks, which are said to do steady business, despite not being big sellers. The shop also sells a number of defensive magical objects.
There Harry showed Haruto inside the shop and this caught George's attention and while initially believing that he got a new customer, he was quite taken aback when told by Harry about Haruto and his different kind of magic.
Moreover, George was quite surprised when told that Haruto saved Albus' life and singlehandedly defeated several Death Eaters, which made the surviving Weasley twin feel skeptical until Haruto demonstrated his magic via his Wizardriver,
George was quite speechless yet jokingly expressed interest in studying the Wizardriver to see if he could make a profit out of it, but Harry advised against it after telling him that Haruto narrowly won the vote from the Wizengamot jurors to keep his magic and devices.
"You serious, Harry?"
"Yes, George. The vote was close with half of the jurors are wary towards Mr. Soma, and they appear to remain like that after the vote."
"Blimey. Are they still insecure about someone having magic different from others?"
"You can't blame them."
"Still…that belt of his is really intriguing."
"Me too. I couldn't believe that it was Muggle-made…"
"Better still…can I experiment with it…?"
"Don't joke, George."
As George, Harry and Haruto are talking, they have no idea what is happening at the Muggle World as Death Eaters and a wizarding criminal are rampaging in Tokyo, which would eventually gain their attention.

Hope you liked this chapter, though another bit of a surprise as I decided to add another fan service by featuring two Kamen Riders in a cameo role, which they are shown getting into a random encounter with some Death Eaters, which belonged to Wizard and Blade…
The Potter's gave Haruto a tour of the place where they ended up at George Weasley's shop, and have no idea that Haruto's allies are embroiled in a brawl with Death Eaters…
