I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here the Naegi and Kibo are locked in battle as rebellious main course students of Hope's Peak Superhero Academy are exerting efforts to rid Naegi…which would intensify further as unexpected entrants showed up to help…

Ch. 30: Eiyū-tekina meinkōsu no gakusei

As the hostile main course students brought out more RPGs and loaded the shells, they are now determined to kill Naegi and are now willing to kill Kibo as well, but then something unexpected took place, as a select Main Course students showed up and stood in front of Naegi and Kibo, much to the rebellious students' disbelief, as they irrationally believed that the other main course students have been INFECTED by Naegi's presence.

The main course students who showed up were:

- Sayaka Maizono

- Aoi Asahina

- Sakura Ohgami

- Mondo Ohwada

- Byakuya Togami

- Kiyotaka Ishimaru

The hostile main course students demanded an explanation on why are they siding with a trash like Naegi, reasoning that he is just a LOWLY reserve course student, but Maizono pointed out that even a reserve course student can become a main course student if he shows promise in becoming a student hero-in-training, and told the hostile main course students that their actions are now bordering to the likes of villains, which the hostile main course students felt insulted.

"What?"

"How dare you?"

"You bitch!"

"Damn bitch!"

"You son of a bitch!"

"You think you're all high and mighty?"

"Well…fuck you!"

"Asshole!"

Ishimaru and Togami stepped forward and told the hostile main course students to disperse at once and said that if they do they will turn a blind eye, which the hostile main course students refused, as they irrationally stake their pride as main course students and said that anyone siding with Naegi must be eliminated.

The leader of the mob then urged his fellow schoolmates that they have an obligation to uphold the dignity of being main course students, and they should eliminate Naegi and those siding with a trash like Naegi, which the hostile students roared in approval.

"Okay!"

Asahina then told Naegi and Kibo that they have nothing to worry as she and her classmates are going to make sure that the hostile main course students would stop their silly antics once and for all, and while he expressed gratitude, Naegi said that they might become targets because of him, though Asahina and Ohgami assured to him that he has nothing to worry.

"Oh, don't worry, Naegi."

"Fear not."

"But…"

"Things will be okay."

"Indeed. We will help someone in need."

"Are you sure…? You'll become targets…"

"Its fine, it's fine."

"Think nothing of it."

Kibo then saw more hostile main course students assembling and he told Naegi that the hostile main course students are pulling all the stops and are determined to eliminate him at all costs, and the teen cyborg is preparing to fight back as he anticipate a possible battle, yet Togami and Ishimaru told Kibo that he won't have to retaliate as they will handle this situation from hereon.

"Save your strength."

"We will deal with these delinquents."

"Are you sure? They will lash out at you…"

"Do not worry."

"We are already prepared."

"Seriously?"

"Yes."

"I give my word as the Hall Monitor of Hope's Peak Superhero Academy."

"…"

The leader of the mob became agitated at hearing what Togami and Ishimaru said and he told his fellow hostile main course students that now is the time to act and they must defend the honor of Hope's Peak Academy from the INFIDELS who sided with Naegi, and assured to them that they will be hailed as heroes, which the hostile main course students roared in approval while it is clear that they are totally delusional.

"Okay!"

As the hostile main course students, at a total of 65 members, are going to charge their way through just to get to Naegi, Maizono made her move as she uses her powers and sang a song, in which the sounds slowly made the hostile students drowsy and slumped to the ground, falling asleep soundly, knocking about 10 of the attackers.

The others then put on earplugs to protect them from Maizono's powers and are charging forward, and there Ohgami and Ohwada stepped forward and began to fight off the attackers and slowly divided them, which partially broke off their formation, which the remaining 45 hostile students proceeded to head towards Naegi, determined to get rid of him no matter what.

Togami smirked as he raised his hand where his servants showed up and began to take down the attacking hostile students, further disrupting their formation and leaving about 27 of them remaining, and the leader of the mob is seething at being marred, thus he urged his fellow hostile students not to give up, which they roared in response.

"Okay!"

At this point Ohwada made a whistling sound, and several biker gang members showed up and began to fight off the attacking hostile main course students, and the leader of the mob is staring in disbelief at what is happening, and couldn't accept the outcome as their numbers dwindle to 10, and seeing that most of their cohorts are incapacitated, the mob leader is forced to face the reality and ordered his remaining fellow hostile main course students to retreat, which they roared in response.

"Okay!"

As the remaining hostile main course students are attempting to escape, Kibo made his move and fired a net which capture the remaining hostile main course students, and Asahina complimented the teen cyborg for the act and said that he did the right thing in enrolling at Hope's Peak Superhero Academy, as he would make a fine hero that would protect the innocent.

Kibo nodded and said that it is the right thing for him to do and lamented that the hostile main course students were delusional in believing that the reserve course students are seen as LOWEST FORM OF ANIMALS, and wished that someone has to change this mindset and Asahina assured to him that the headmaster will come up with a way to address the situation.

"Oh, don't worry, Kibo."

"Fear not."

"But…what will…"

"Things will be okay."

"Indeed. The headmaster will come up with a way to work this out."

"Are you sure…? If word gets out that you helped me and Naegi-sensei, you'll become targets…"

"Its fine, it's fine."

"Think nothing of it."

Naegi just stared at the scene as he agreed with what Kibo said as he wondered who started the norm about reserve course students being seen as threats to the main course students and wondered if there is a way to change this kind of mindset to future students and the masses.

Maizono approached Naegi and asked if he is okay, and he assured to her that he is fine, and thanked her while apologizing to her and her classmates getting embroiled in this situation though she said that it is nothing and that as heroes-in-training it is their job to help people in trouble, whether if that someone is from the reserve course or not.

"That's why we did this…"

"But…"

"Don't worry about it, Naegi. It's part of our curriculum in becoming heroes…"

"But what if other students resent you for…"

"It doesn't matter. We made the right call. That's what's important. I'm sure you understand that."

"…"

"So it's okay."

"I guess…"

Soon the police came and began rounding up the hostile main course students, surprised to see the evidence such as the RPG and grenade pins and the like, and they wondered why students from Hope's Peak Superhero Academy would do something like this and this would make the academy a laughing stock, and this would affect the academy's image.

"Man…"

"This is going to be a scandal…"

"Yeah…"

"Students fighting each other…"

"Reminds me of the apartheid in South Africa…"

"I feel sorry for the discriminated students…"

"Me too…"

"…"

As the hostile main course students are being loaded inside the police van, they cursed Naegi and wished that he meet a gruesome ending as they reiterated that reserve course students have no right getting transferred to the main course department and said that Hope's Peak Superhero Academy has been INFECTED by a virus that makes the academy SENILE and accepting towards reserve course students.

The leader, still delusional, vowed to take action and urges his cohorts to support him, which they responded in a delusional way.

"Okay!"

Kibo placed a hand on Naegi's shoulder and told him not to mind those comments as they are the ones who committed the transgressions, which Maizono and her classmates agreed, and she tells Naegi that his actions would prove that even reserve course students can make it to the main course department through hard work and dedication, hence his chances of getting transferred to the main course are high.

The hostile main course students overheard this and the leader loudly voiced his disagreement and urged his cohorts to rise up in arms and stop Naegi, which they roared in approval even though they are already restrained in handcuffs.

"Okay!"

By then the mayor arrived after getting word of the incident, and Ishimaru approached the mayor and offered an explanation of what really happened, and Togami pointed at the damaged apartment unit of Naegi, saying that the hostile main course students started it because of their discriminatory attitude towards reserve course students.

"Here is the proof…"

"And it is for real…"

"No way…"

"It was the hostile main course students who caused this…"

"And they did so under the belief that a reserve course student doesn't have the right to be transferred to the main course department."

"Unbelievable…"

"If you wish for more testimony…"

"We will provide you one."

"…"

The mayor was shocked to hear this and offered that the discussion should take place at his office which the six heroic main course students nodded, which Naegi and Kibo were invited to come and shed light on what happened here.

At Hope's Peak Superhero Academy, the scene shifts at the headmaster's office where Jin Kirigiri is working on some papers when Koichi Kizakura came and entered, telling him that six main course students, along with Naegi and Kibo, are at the police station where 65 hostile main course students are in custody.

Jin stared wide-eyed at hearing this and asked Kizakura for confirmation, which Kizakura nodded, as the police chief called a while ago and requested for Jin's presence at once at the police station.

"Damn…"

"Sorry, Jin."

"…"

"It's the same group who opposes Naegi..."

"Those idiots…"

"You're needed at the station…"

"Fine. You'll be in charge."

"Okay."

Hope you liked this chapter, in which Naegi became a hot topic again, although this time the situation was resolved thanks to the appearance of Class 78, who came to Naegi and Kibo's aid…

In any case…this particular arc ends and now we're going to start a new one…
