But first another bit of a surprise…

At Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes Harry showed Haruto inside the shop and this caught George's attention and while initially believing that he got a new customer, he was quite taken aback when told by Harry about Haruto and his different kind of magic.
Moreover, George was quite surprised when told that Haruto saved Albus' life and singlehandedly defeated several Death Eaters, which made the surviving Weasley twin feel skeptical until Haruto demonstrated his magic via his Wizardriver,
George was quite speechless yet jokingly expressed interest in studying the Wizardriver to see if he could make a profit out of it, but Harry advised against it after telling him that Haruto narrowly won the vote from the Wizengamot jurors to keep his magic and devices.
"You serious, Harry?"
"Yes, George. The vote was close with half of the jurors are wary towards Mr. Soma, and they appear to remain like that after the vote."
"Blimey. Are they still insecure about someone having magic different from others?"
"You can't blame them."
"Still…that belt of his is really intriguing."
"Me too. I couldn't believe that it was Muggle-made…"
"Better still…can I experiment with it…?"
"Don't joke, George."
As George, Harry and Haruto are talking, they have no idea what is happening at the Muggle World as Death Eaters and a wizarding criminal are rampaging in Tokyo, which would eventually gain their attention.
Soon a Ministry of Magic official came and informed Harry that Ministry members are to be mobilized as they detected magical activities within the Muggle World, which Harry became quite concerned, and said that he will report right away, and tells George to look out for Albus.
Haruto offered to help, as he believed that a Phantom might be involved, but Harry politely decline, stating that this is the job of the Ministry of Magic and that Haruto just got off from a voting, and assured to him that the Ministry will handle this and that Haruto should stay here for his own protection.
"Its fine. We can handle this."
"Are you sure?"
"Yes. You narrowly escaped a majority vote which could have stripped you of your magic. You should stay here for now."
"What if it's a…?"
"Trust me. We can handle this. And for now, this is for your own protection."
"…"
"Its okay."
"…"
Haruto just nodded feeling that Harry has a point as George said that Haruto will have to stay at the Potter residence for the time being while the situation is still manageable, and as Harry left, Haruto wondered how things are at Tokyo, unaware of what is happening there as his fellow wizards Nitoh and Yuzuru are currently embroiled in a fight with Death Eaters.

Ch. 11: Maguru no sekai de no mahō no rantō part 1
Back at Tokyo, the Death Eater aimed their wands and fired death curses at their targets, intending to slay anyone and everyone who seen them as they are making sure that there are no witnesses here as they are determined to find a way to resurrect Voldemort in secret, and now they have to ensure that anyone who saw them must die to maintain the secret and fired several death curses to ensure their targets' instant deaths.
"Avada Kadavra!"

Luckily, both Nitoh and Yuzuru managed to evade the blasts, but they saw the effects when the blasts struck a stray cat and was thrown near the two Muggles and saw that the cat was already lifeless and realized that they have to stop them before the Death Eaters might harm an innocent person should he or she comes here by accident.
"Yuzuru! Now's the time not to hold back!"
"Eh?"
"Considering what they just did…think of them as Phantoms!"
"…"
"It's okay to resort to force when needed! This is self-defense!"
"Okay!"
"Let's go!"
"Okay!"
Reacting fast, Nitoh and Yuzuru activated their MAGICAL BELTS, and then brought out their magic rings, in which Nitoh's ring had a KEY-like feature and inserted it onto the left side of the belt, which is identified as the Beast-Driver, while Yuzuru places his left hand in front of the belt, which is identical to that of Haruto, and there the two Muggles underwent a transformation.
"Henshin!"
"Henshin!"
Beast-Driver: "SET…OPEN! L-I-O-N…LION!"
Wizardriver: "CHANGE…NOW…"
Magical circles appeared and enveloped the two, transforming them into Kamen Rider Beast and Kamen Rider Blue Mage respectively, which surprised the Death Eaters, as they never seen anything like this, yet the lead Death Eater is not deterred and told his fellow Death Eaters to kill them before they get the chance to alert the ministry, and make sure that the two witnesses do not escape alive, which the others nodded.
"Yes."

Beast and Blue Mage began battling the Death Eaters and tried to avoid getting hit as they attempt to get close and then knock them down to prevent the villains from using their wands to chant the death curse, and there Beast managed to knock out a pair before being forced back as he avoided a trail of magical blasts that tried to hit him.
Blue Mage toggles the switch of the Wizardriver and placed his right hand in front of the Wizardriver, where the ring glowed and fired as magical spell which began to turn the tide of the battle to the Muggles' favor.
Wizardriver: "YES…LIGHTNING…UNDERSTAND?"
A magical circle materialize and fired strong lightning blasts which struck the Death Eaters and knocks them out, leaving a few remaining and they are dumbfounded at how a pair of Muggles are able to take down the Death Eaters, and refused to accept defeat as the leader told the others that they are retreating and formulate an alternative plan.
The others nodded and agreed that they will find another way to recruit others in an attempt to resurrect Voldemort and vowed to lay waste to the Muggle World.

As the Death Eaters teleported away, the leader remain and is ready to escape, but both Beast and Blue Mage grappled onto him as Beast tells Blue Mage to try knock the villain of before he tries to escape as they might need him to get some answers.
"Got him!"
"Kousuke nii-chan!"
"Let go, you filthy MUDBLOOD!"
"Hurry…knock him out!"
"Are you sure?"
"Damm you mudblood! You are as filthy as ever! You will pay for this outrage!"
"Hurry and knock him out before he gets the chance to use that death magic!"
"Okay!"
"Never!"
Before the Muggle wizards could act, the remaining Death Eater managed to teleport away, but accidentally took Beast and Blue Mage with him and there the scene shows that the Death Eater is trying to break free as Beast and Blue Mage try to hold onto him as the three of them are traveling within the magical space and both Muggle wizards are making sure that they won't let go until they reached a safe spot with Beast telling Blue Mage not to let go no matter what.
"Yuzuru!"
"Kousuke nii-chan!"
"Let go of me, you filthy MUDBLOOD!"
"No matter what, just hold on! Don't let go until I say so!"
"Are you sure?"
"Damm you mudblood! You are really irritating and disgusting!"
"Until we find a safe landing place…don't let go!"
"Okay!"
"Damn you!"

Somewhere else within Tokyo, Kamen Rider Garren is fighting off the dragon as the wizarding criminal is cheering on, confident that his pet would make mince meat out of the armored Muggle, and taunted Garren that he has no chance of defeating the dragon as it is too strong for a lowly Muggle to handle and assured that his pet will lay waste to the nearby Muggle community.
Garren is not daunted as he took out two cards, ready to slide them onto his blaster gun, which are: Diamond 2: Bullet Armadillo and Diamond 4: Rapid Pecker.

As Garren slinks the cards onto his blaster gun, the two cards floated before enlarging, then slowly got absorbed into Garren's armor where he is powered up and there he fired his blaster gun where the ammo increases in power and speed, which struck the dragon before it forces the creature to back away, causing the wizarding criminal to get livid and ordered his pet to fight back.
By then another Japanese native walked by and is rather amused at the scene he is seeing, and there he tells Garren that he doesn't have to hold back if he wants to protect the citizens, as he said that he happened to have a cooking stall at the nearby market and he vaguely heard the commotion which prompted him to come here
The wizarding criminal gloated that now he can showcase his power by scorching two Muggles at once then cause havoc at the pantry area, yet the person, revealed to be Souji Tendo, coolly rebuked him for being a bully in having no direction in life, much to the criminal's irritation.
"Grandmother says this…those who bully the less fortunate is the weakest of them all…insecure on others who have achieve success in life…"
"What nonsense are you blabbering about?"
"You want to cause trouble because of your childish wish to prove superiority…by resorting to use violence…"
"Whatever!"
"…"
"Since you chose to come here…I will make you an example…"
"Really?"
"Hah!"
By then, Ministry of Magic officials arrived and are alarmed at seeing the dragon and recognized the criminal, which they feared that the dragon might cause damage if unleashed, and are ready to intervene when they saw Garren and another Muggle, and now they are worried that the magical creature is exposed to prying eyes.
"Oh damn…"
"That criminal…"
"He is putting our world's security at risk…"
"What should we do?"
"Stop the criminal…take down the dragon…"
"What about that Muggle?"
"We may have to…"
"Don't! Minister Granger will be angry if we…"
However, they overheard Tendo proclaiming that the criminal's joyride end here and the criminal demanded to know how Tendo can do that, reminding him that the dragon cannot be defeated, which Tendo smirked as the Beetle Zecter came, flying around before hitting the dragon, causing the creature to back away before the device landed onto Tendo's hand.
"What the…?"
"Like I said…your joyride ends here."
"You still believe that you can defeat my pet?"
"Yes."
"How foolish of you."
"I think not."
"And what can you do to stop me?"
"Henshin."
Tendo is shown to be wearing a metallic belt and then slinks the Beetle Zecter onto the buckle portion of the belt, where the belt's computerized voice spoke to confirm the activation.
Zecter Belt: "HENSHIN…"
Tendo's body is then enveloped in strange energy before being covered in strange armor that resembled an insect's egg, transforming him into Kamen Rider Kabuto, and the ministry officials were shocked at what they saw, and erroneously believe that they are witnessing an apparent magical item that fell into unnecessary hands.
"Merlin's beard…"
"Bloody hell…"
"What is that…?"
"I…I don't know…"
"I never seen anything like that…"
"Could that be a new type of magic…?"
"We need to report this to the ministry…"
"I concur…"

Hope you liked this chapter, though another bit of a surprise as I decided to add another fan service by featuring another Kamen Rider in a cameo role, which they are shown getting into a random encounter with some Death Eaters, which belonged to Kabuto…
Harry is now alerted about the magic attacks and declined Haruto's offer to help as he took the RING-BEARING wizard's safety into account, hence he is going to lead the raid…
Kamen Riders Beast and Blue Mage are now in a pinch as they accidentally gets warped towards the Wizarding World as the Death Eater tries to escape…
