But first another bit of a surprise…

By then, Ministry of Magic officials arrived and are alarmed at seeing the dragon and recognized the criminal, which they feared that the dragon might cause damage if unleashed, and are ready to intervene when they saw Garren and another Muggle, and now they are worried that the magical creature is exposed to prying eyes.

"Oh damn…"

"That criminal…"

"He is putting our world's security at risk…"

"What should we do?"

"Stop the criminal…take down the dragon…"

"What about that Muggle?"

"We may have to…"

"Don't! Minister Granger will be angry if we…"

However, they overheard Tendo proclaiming that the criminal's joyride end here and the criminal demanded to know how Tendo can do that, reminding him that the dragon cannot be defeated, which Tendo smirked as the Beetle Zecter came, flying around before hitting the dragon, causing the creature to back away before the device landed onto Tendo's hand.

"What the…?"

"Like I said…your joyride ends here."

"You still believe that you can defeat my pet?"

"Yes."

"How foolish of you."

"I think not."

"And what can you do to stop me?"

"Henshin."

Tendo is shown to be wearing a metallic belt and then slinks the Beetle Zecter onto the buckle portion of the belt, where the belt's computerized voice spoke to confirm the activation.

Zecter Belt: "HENSHIN…"

Tendo's body is then enveloped in strange energy before being covered in strange armor that resembled an insect's egg, transforming him into Kamen Rider Kabuto, and the ministry officials were shocked at what they saw, and erroneously believe that they are witnessing an apparent magical item that fell into unnecessary hands.

"Merlin's beard…"

"Bloody hell…"

"What is that…?"

"I…I don't know…"

"I never seen anything like that…"

"Could that be a new type of magic…?"

"We need to report this to the ministry…"

"I concur…"

As the ministry officials are about to take action, Garren made his move and fired the Gun Rouser, shooting the dragon, which began to graze the creature and it screamed in pain before it spits out fireballs, forcing Garren to dodge before he takes a card, which is the Diamond 7: Rock Tortoise, then swipes it onto the Gun Rouser to activate the card, causing Garren's body to transmute into organic stone to reduce damage.

As the dragon spits more fireballs, Garren is unaffected and he took out two more cards before swiping them onto the Gun Rouser, as the cards are revealed to be Diamond 5: Fire Fly, Diamond 6: Drop Whale and Diamond 9: Gemini Zebra. There the Gun Rouser spoke to confirm the three cards' activation before the ministry officials' very eyes.

Gun Rouser: "FIRE…DROP…GEMINI…BURNING DIVIDE!"

The ministry officials watched in utter shock as the three cards enlarged and float mid-air before getting absorbed into Garren's armor before he SPLIT in two while doing a reverse somersault kick while his legs were ablaze, and struck the dragon as the impact caused an explosion which knocked the dragon out, and the wizarding criminal was livid and in a state of denial that his pet was defeated.

Garren told the criminal to surrender, yet the criminal is defiant to the end as he unleashed another dragon and said that he will not stop until he sees dead bodies before his eyes, much to Garren's dismay.

"Are you really that obsessed?"

"Yes I am! It is my very life!"

"Why are you so fixated in hurting people?"

"Because! I want to see MUDBLOOD suffering! It gives me such pleasure!"

"You're really sick!"

"So what? I am proud of it!"

"Then I will have to take you down!"

"Dream on, you filthy MUDBLOOD!"

The ministry officials are now in a state of panic as they are unsure of what to do, overwhelmed by the belief that Muggles have taken hold of some unidentified magical items and they are now squabbling on what to do next, as they seemed to be terrified to try intervening.

"We got to do something!"

"Indeed!"

"We must stop them!"

"How?"

"Go get them!"

"You do it!"

"Not me!"

"Definitely not I!"

Suddenly, another person arrived via a motorcycle, and the driver got off before removing his helmet, and the person is revealed to be Kazuma Kenzaki, and he is surprised to see a dragon, and asked Garren if that is as new breed of Undead, which Garren corrected him and said that it isn't, but cautioned him to be careful.

"Don't let your guard down, Kenzaki! That thing is different from the ones we faced!"

"Are you sure, Tachibana?"

"Yes. Don't hold back and go all out!"

"Can that thing be sealed?"

"No. But you can kill it if needed!"

"…"

"Don't hesitate, Kenzaki!"

"Okay!"

Nodding, Kenzaki took out the device that is identical to Garren's, and inserted a card, which is the Category Ace of Spades: Spade A: Change Beetle, and a belt is formed and he pulls the lever, and a projection wall materialize and he went through it and is encased in a blue and silver color armor with the motif of a beetle and is armed with a huge sword.

He became Kamen Rider Blade, and he is ready to fight, and the ministry officials are becoming more and more baffled at what they are seeing, and are panicking even more.

"Another one?"

"Merlin's beard!"

"This is insane!"

"We got to do something!"

"Like what?"

"Go there and stop them!"

"No way could I...!"

"Will you stop bickering?"

Smirking, Kabuto decided to join the fray as he toggles the horn of the Beetle Zecter, causing his BULKY armor to CRACK UP, then he pulls the lever, causing the armor to become metallic debris, sending them flying and struck the second dragon, causing the creature to get disoriented, and both Garren and Blade saw Kabuto in a sleeker armor, colored maroon and a beetle horn appeared, hence Kabuto assumed his Rider Form.

He tells Blade that he is going to help out, which Blade accepted.

"Can't be helped. I will assist you."

"Really?"

"Yes. We need to wrap this up before that thing might end up ruining the bazaar."

"…"

"I'm still working as a chef and I need to protect my cooking staff…."

"I see. Then let's go."

"Right."

"Okay!"

Ch. 12: Maguru no sekai de no mahō no rantō part 2

Meanwhile, the scene shifts outside the Weasley's Wizard Wheezes, George was able to find someone to fill in and look after the shop as he decided to bring Haruto to the Weasley residence to have Haruto take a rest while waiting for Harry to come back, and as George accompanied Haruto, he showed him around town and there Haruto asked if there is a shop that sells doughnuts.

George finds it amusing but admitted that doughnuts are quite rare if not scarce, which made Haruto a bit disappointed, yet George said that he could ask him mother to bake one once they arrive at the Burrows, and there he commented that his dad would be surprised once he hears about Haruto using a Muggle device that uses magic.

"Really?"

"Yes. My dad's an avid collector, and is fascinated by anything related to the Muggle World."

"…"

"Think of it as…"

"I see…"

"But all in all…my family is really good-natured. And loving at that."

"I have a feeling that they are."

"Thanks, Mr. Soma."

After some time they arrived at the Burrows, where Molly Weasley is outside hanging some laundry, and she happily greeted her son, and there George introduced her to Haruto, and there he explained to her the situation, which made Molly quite surprised at hearing a Muggle possessing a different kind of magic that is unheard of.

Arthur was nearby and overheard the conversation, and approached George and asked for confirmation, which he is also surprised upon being told, and he saw the Wizardriver that Haruto is wearing, and he whispered to his son if the Wizardriver that Haruto is wearing is really Muggle-made.

"Yes, dad. It is."

"Really?"

"Yes, really. He doesn't use a wand and all…"

"Seriously?"

"You heard me."

"Merlin's beard…"

"We'll discuss this later…why don't we…"

"!"

Suddenly, rogue Death Eaters appeared and are poised to attack, as they bore a grudge against the Weasley family for their role in the fall of Voldemort, and as the Weasley parents are about to draw their wands, the Death Eaters were prepared and drew their wands and chanted the death curse at the two senior citizens.

"Avada Kadavra!"

George was horrified as his parents have little time to react, but then a red magical barrier appeared and deflected the blasts, surprising the Death Eaters and they saw Haruto standing there, his right hand in front of the Wizardriver and his magic ring glowing, as he activated the Defend spell.

As the Death Eaters stare in bafflement, Arthur, Molly and George watched in curiosity as Haruto placed his left hand in front of the center portion of the Wizardriver, where the ring on his left middle finger glowed, and a voice spoke, coming from the Wizardriver which confirms the spell's activation.

Shaba-doobie touch to henshin…

"Henshin"

Wizardriver: "FLAME…PLEASE…HIII…HIII…HIII-HIII-HIII…"

Haruto raised his left arm in a sideway motion, where a magical circle, imbued with very bright fire and flames, appeared and slowly went towards Haruto, enveloping him, and both the Death Eaters and the Weasleys stared in shock as they believed that Haruto was burned alive, but to their surprises, he is enveloped in black armor with an overcoat, his chest armor has red jewel-like ornaments, his helmet resembled a crystal ring with the eye-lens resembled a red jewel.

He is now Kamen Rider Wizard, and he is ready to do battle the Death Eaters, and the leader of the pack urged his subordinates to kill everyone on sight as he reminded them why they are here: kill those who were responsible for the death of Voldemort, which the other Death Eaters roared in acknowledgement.

"For Lord Voldemort!"

As the Death Eaters, about eight of them, are ready to attack, Wizard puts on a ring on his right finger and places his hand in front of the Wizardriver where a magical command is activated.

Wizardriver: "CONNECT…PLEASE…"

A magical circle appeared and he placed his hand inside and brought out the Wi-Sword-Gun, which is in gun mode, and he opened fire, where magical bullets shoot out and the Death Eaters waves their wands and tried to shoot down the bullets, but the bullets dodged and struck down the Death Eaters, seriously injuring them to the point that they couldn't move.

There George and Arthur uses the opportunity to take the wands away while using magical means to restrain the Death Eaters, and Molly uses a magic to summon the ministry and alert them of the situation.

Arthur then approached Wizard, and is astounded to see the Muggle's armored appearance, and commented that this is the first time seeing this and asked him if he would be willing to answer a few questions, which Wizard said he doesn't mind.

"Really, young lad?"

"Well…I see no point in hiding it…"

"No worries. I'm just asking because I'm curious."

"…"

"And I have no intention in making a profit or use it for personal gain…"

"I see…okay. I'll tell you."

"Thank you, lad."

"…"

Soon the ministry officials arrived and are surprised to see Wizard again, as the ministry officials are the same ones who saw him at the Wizengamot, and asked him what did he do just now, and there Molly explained the situation, which the ministry officials were surprised to hear that Wizard singlehandedly defeated the Death Eaters by himself.

Molly said that if not for Haruto she and the Weasley family would have been killed, and the ministry officials reluctantly accepted the report and began rounding up the injured Death Eaters. Haruto deactivated his magic and reverted to normal as the ministry took the Death Eaters away, and there Molly and Arthur expressed their gratitude for saving their lives.

"Thank you, lad."

"You saved our family."

"It's nothing. Really."

"Please come inside."

"You must be tired."

"Well…"

"Oh, don't mind us…"

"We have a lot to talk about…"

Hope you liked this chapter, though another bit of a surprise as I decided to add another fan service by featuring another Kamen Rider in a cameo role, which they are shown getting into a random encounter with some wizarding criminals…and this time Kamen Rider Blade showed up and is about to assist Garren and Kabuto...

Harry is now alerted about the magic attacks and declined Haruto's offer to help as he took the RING-BEARING wizard's safety into account, hence he is going to lead the raid…

Haruto saved the Weasley family from certain death…and it looks like Haruto will be stuck with the Weasley family for the time being...
