Albus Potter and the Ringed Wizard

Many thanks to those who read and reviewed this fic. I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here the Harry Potter characters are about to make a move after getting word about a magical disturbance…

But first another bit of a surprise…

Back at the Muggle World, the Ministry of Magic officials are staring in disbelief as the three Kamen Riders are fighting off the dragon, and there Blade brought out three tarot-like cards, which are Spade decks, which Blade swipes them on his sword that has a card-reading device attached.

Sword-Rouser: "THUNDER…MACH…KICK…"

The three cards, revealed to be the Spade 5: Kick Locust ( ️5); Spade 6: Thunder Deer ( ️6); and Spade 9: Mach Jaguar ( ️9). The three cards glowed before it enlarges where it levitated in the air before getting absorbed into Blade's armor, and there he ran towards the dragon and executed the LIGHTNING SONIC, which is a running flying kick that is enhanced by electricity, and struck the dragon, causing the creature to fall down and knocked out.

The wizarding criminal is in a state of denial as his pets were defeated, and there Blade and Garren grabbed the criminal and told him that he is going to be arrested for attempting to cause a massacre, yet the wizarding criminal is defiant to the end as he refused to believe that he is defeated by mere MUDBLOOD scums.

"Let go! I refuse to accept this!"

"Tachibana…what's with this guy?"

"Probably a psychopath, Kenzaki."

"Damn you! Damn you! Getting beaten by some MUDBLOOD!"

"Did he say…MUDBLOOD...?"

"Don't know, Kenzaki. But we better take him to the police…"

"Never! You won't take me alive! I am the most powerful wizard in all of the Wizarding World!"

"Tachibana…maybe we should take him to the mental asylum instead…"

"That would depend, Kenzaki…"

Kabuto then saw the ministry officials coming out, their wands brandished and ready to attack, and there Kabuto asked if the ministry officials are in league with this criminal, which they deny, but said that the criminal will be arrested but cannot overlook the fact that Muggles are in possession of possible magical artifacts.

"What was that…?"

"Magical items?"

"What are you talking about?"

"We believe that you three are in possession of unidentified magical goods…and they cannot be in the hands of Muggles' like you! Therefore you must surrender them!"

"Great…another whacko…"

"I do not know what this is about…but I believe there must be a misunderstanding here…"

"Yeah…the devices we have are…"

"Silence! Surrender them now!"

Blade, Garren and Kabuto glanced at each other as they are baffled by what the ministry officials just said, and wondered what is going on here and why the ministry officials claimed that the transformation devices and belts are said to contain magic.

Ch. 13: Mahō no sekai de ushinawareta part 1

As this developed, the scene shifts somewhere else, where a magical disruption takes place as you can see that a magical glow lit up and that the scene shows that the glow appeared at a magical school, where it seemingly featured male students.

The male students were surprised as the scene shows that the location is at the dining hall, and it is revealed that this school is Durmstrang Institute. There the students drew their wands and prepared themselves for a possible attack, as they never thought something like this would happen as the school enjoyed peace for close to two decades following the death of Lord Voldemort.

There the glowing light shine and it shows that the Death Eater and Kamen Rider Beast are still fighting, and the Death Eater is surprised to see where he ended up, and blamed Beast for his predicament, which Beast rebutted.

"Damn you, MUDBLOOD!"

"Huh?"

"We ended up at Durmstrang!"

"Hey! You're the one who…"

"I won't be captured by blood traitors! I will kill you!"

"You sure are crazy…"

"What was that?"

"You heard me."

Angered, the Death Eater summoned a creature that resembled a wild unicorn, and he directed the creature to kill anything in sight, and Beast realized that the students here are in danger yet he is unaware of the fact that they are wizarding students.

Beast then puts on a ring on his right middle finger and pressed the ring's tip onto the right side of the Beastdriver to activate a magic spell.

Beastdriver: "BUFFA…GO BA-BA-BA-BUFFA!"

A pentagram-shaped magical circle appeared and enveloped Beast, where it showed that he gained a right shoulder pad that has the motif of a buffalo's head and a side cape, and there he confronted the mystical creature and the Death Eater is surprised to see that Beast was able to hold the wild unicorn at bay.

As the wild unicorn attempted to stab its prey with its horn, Beast kicked the creature back before summoning his main weapon: the Dice Saber, which resembled both a rapier and a fishing rod, as well as it sports a dice-like ornament that is attached to the weapon, and there Beast did a few sword strikes which sends the unicorn reeling in pain.

The Death Eater is livid and ordered the unicorn to slay its prey, but then Beast began to rub the dice-like ornament, spinning like a roulette, and then he presses his closed fist onto the roulette of the Dice Saber, which the Buffa Ring is there, and the Dice Saber spoke to confirm the magical command.

Dice Saber: "FIVE…BUFFA…SABER STRIKE!"

A pentagram-shaped magical circle appeared and five magical familiars came out, resembling buffalos and are roaring as they charged and rammed the unicorn with great force, defeating the creature before it exploded, and a pentagram-shaped magical circle appeared which collected the magical remains of the unicorn and absorbed into the Beastdriver.

The Death Eater was in a state of disbelief and denial as one of the strongest creatures in the Wizarding World got defeated by a mere Muggle, and refused to accept this undeniable fact.

Damn you! Damn you! My familiar getting beaten by some MUDBLOOD!"

"Did he say…MUDBLOOD...?"

"You will pay! You will pay!"

"Hey…you started this…"

"I will kill you!"

"This guy is a real homicidal whacko…"

"No one insults me!"

"Oh boy…"

By then, Durmstrang Institute officials showed up and used their wands to stun and restrain the Death Eater, in which the current headmaster showed up and asked the students if they are okay, which the students assured that they are unharmed and no curses were used on them.

The headmaster then glanced at Beast, as he glanced at the restrained Death Eater before undoing his transformation, and there the Durmstrang headmaster approached Nitoh and glanced at him from head to toe, and is rather curious as to how he got in and how he is able to handle the wild unicorn.

He then asked Nitoh who he is and what is he doing here, and there Nitoh explained his side, and the headmaster appeared to give the Muggle the benefit of a doubt, seeing that Nitoh's fluent English has no hints of deception, and there he decided to use magic to scan Nitoh's thoughts just to be sure, and explained to the Muggle about it while the other teachers are secretly ready to strike Nitoh down just in case.

To their surprise, Nitoh said that he is willing to cooperate if it would prove that he is telling the truth. The headmaster is still wary yet he decided to play along so as not to provoke Nitoh into attempting to run away as he intend to determine if he is a threat to the Wizarding World or not.

"So you wouldn't mind…?"

"Not at all…"

"Really?"

"If it would prove that I'm telling the truth."

"Very well. You have nothing to worry."

"Now then…calm down and…"

"…"

"…"

As the headmaster led Nitoh towards the hallway, some of the Durmstrang students are intrigued, as they saw Nitoh fought the unicorn using a different kind of magic, and noted that he wasn't using a wand, which made the Durmstrang students wonder if Nitoh is a dark wizard or not.

"What do you think?"

"He uses a different kind of magic…"

"What is he…?"

"Is he a dark wizard…?"

"A secret ally of the dark lord…"

"We should be wary…"

"Indeed…"

"Then we should be prepared…"

Back at the Muggle World, a stand-off ensued as the ministry officials are aiming their wands at the three Kamen Riders, believing that they are dark wizards, and they ordered the trio to surrender at once and not resist.

The trio did not respond and calmly stood their ground and reiterated that they did not do anything except stop the criminal from committing multiple murders, yet the ministry stuck to their guns and insisted that the trio are using hidden dark magic.

"We have reason to believe that you are using dark magic!"

"What we saw is proof of it!"

"We cannot let you go!"

"You must be restrained and be taken into custody!"

"Surrender now!"

"Do not try to resist!"

"Surrender now!"

"And we mean it!"

Suddenly Harry Potter arrived and saw what is happening, and seeing that the three Kamen Riders are not holding a wand, he calmly tried to diffuse the situation and talked to the lead raiding team member and asked what went on.

After listening to his side, Harry carefully approached Garren and asked for an explanation, and he listened attentively to Garren's explanation, and Harry glance at Blade and Kabuto, seeing that they are not acting suspicious and are not brandishing a wand, and there he told the ministry officials that the trio do not pose a threat.

One of the ministry officials said that the three Muggles saw the dragons and witnessed magic, hence the trio are considered security threats and must be restrained, which Harry said that they do not need to get extreme.

"Please calm down…"

"We cannot! Those three saw too much! We cannot risk a security threat!"

"I'm sure we can work this out without the need to…"

"Please understand, Mr. Potter. We cannot overlook this matter. We must maintain the secrecy of our world, and thus we cannot let them go on a rampage."

"If not for those three Muggles that criminal would have succeeded in committing mass murder."

"Regardless…those three are considered as potential threat. Therefore we cannot let them go."

"You're being unreasonable!"

"It doesn't matter! It is the rule and we must abide by it!"

As Harry and the ministry officials argue, Blade, Garren and Kabuto glanced at each other, wondering what is going on and why are they branded as DARK WIZARDS even though they did not do anything strange since they do not have any magic in the first place.

"Tachibana-san…"

"I don't like this. It's like we're witnessing a weird scenario."

"My grandmother says this…if one express ungratefulness, then it's ugly color will be revealed…"

"What should we do?"

"We wait. If they attack us for no reason…then we react in self-defense."

"Oh boy…I feel like facing ZECT again…"

"…"

"…"

"…"
