Albus Potter and the Ringed Wizard

I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here Harry Potter is trying to diffuse the tension involving three Muggles who became subject to a paranoid fear about them possessing magical items when in reality they are actually facing the science-born Kamen Riders…
But first another bit of a surprise…as another wizard ended in another academy within the Wizarding World…

Back at the Muggle World, the Ministry of Magic officials and Harry Potter are having a heated stand-off as the latter tried to convince them that there must be some misunderstanding about what the ministry officials saw, as he believed that the items that the three Muggles used may not be magical in nature.
Kabuto stepped forward and removed the Beetle Zecter from the Zecter Belt and explained the nature of the Zecter that he is possessing, telling Harry that the device is of alien technology, as well as explaining how he got possession of it, which Harry listened intently.
Blade and Garren stepped forward and deactivated their armors and explained their side of the story, which Harry glanced at the Category Ace cards, and the belt buckles they hold, and Harry glanced at the three Muggles, seeing that they do not pose a threat, as they voluntarily showed their devices to him.
However the ministry member became unjustifiably paranoid and aimed his wand at Tendo and told the others to restrain Kenzaki and Tachibana, saying that they must be questioned as he believed that the devices may be magical in nature, but Harry grappled with the ministry official and ordered him to stop, but he refused.
"Stand down."
"No! Never!"
"You are making…"
"Those Muggles must be interrogated! They are in possession of suspicious items!"
"The items in question do not appeared to be…"
"I have every reason to believe that they are stolen magical items!"
"You are making a…"
"I say those three must be arrested!"

Ch. 14: Mahō no sekai de ushinawareta part 2
The other ministry officials appeared to be divided as they are unsure if the three Muggles are a threat or not, seeing that they are not acting suspiciously and that they did not possess a wand, and now Harry Potter is in a heated argument with another ministry official as they argued over the three Muggles in question.
"I say they pose a threat!"
"They are not!"
"They are!"
"Look at them! They don't even possess a wand!"
"More importantly…they witnessed magical creatures! It is a breach of our law on magical secrecy!"
"We can work this out…"
"Negotiation is out of the question! Everyone…apprehend those three!"
"Stop this at once!"
Suddenly, Hermione Granger appeared, and having witnessed what occurred, she berated the official for his paranoid actions, telling him that fear-based actions would only worsen the situation and told him not to judge people based solely on what he saw.
She lectured the official that there are subtle ways to determine if someone would be a threat or not, and he should act on it in a calmly way without provoking others.
After that, she approached Tendo and the two Muggles and began asking them serious questions, and using magic, she learned about what occurred earlier and deemed the three Muggles innocent, but then she asked them to keep secret what they saw earlier, as she gave a simplified explanation about keeping secrets about the Wizarding World policies and all.
Tendo nodded and gave his word that he will keep it a secret, with Kenzaki and Tachibana also gave their word to keep this a secret as well, which Hermione nodded in acknowledgement.
"Can I trust you on that?"
"Yes. You have my word."
"Same here."
"We won't tell anyone."
"Thank you."
"Its nothing."
"You don't have to worry."
"Your secret is safe."
As the wizarding criminal is being taken away and the defeated dragons carried off, Hermione told Harry that Haruto is in the care of the Weasley family and said that it would be best that for now Haruto should stay there until she manages to calm the ministry officials after noting that some members remained wary towards Haruto for possessing a different kind of magic.
"So Mr. Soma is staying at your place…"
"Yes…and it would be best if he remains there until we figure out a way to send him home."
"…"
"Also I got word that some of the ministry officials are distrustful towards Mr. Soma. They couldn't believe that he possess and able to use magic without the use of a wand."
"And I thought that the voting put an end to it…"
"So did I. For now we should provide protection for Mr. Soma."
"I agree."
"Lets get going."
As the ministry left the scene magically, Tendo, Kenzaki and Tachibana took their leave as well, relieved that nothing untoward happened and resumed their day-to-day activities.

As this developed, the scene shifts somewhere else, where a magical disruption takes place as you can see that a magical glow lit up and that the scene shows that the glow appeared at a magical school, where this time it seemingly featured female students.
The female students were surprised as the scene shows that the location is at the dining hall, and it is revealed that this school is Beauxbatons Academy of Magic. There the students drew their wands and prepared themselves for a possible attack, as they never thought something like this would happen as the school enjoyed peace for close to two decades following the death of Lord Voldemort.
There the glowing light shine and it shows that the Death Eater and Kamen Rider Blue Mage are still fighting, and the Death Eater is surprised to see where he ended up, and blamed Blue Mage for his predicament, which the Muggle looked perplexed, as he is not well-versed in English.
"Damn you, MUDBLOOD!"
"?"
"We ended up at a school of bitches!"
"…"
"I won't be captured by blood traitors! I will kill you!"
"…"
"You have nothing to say?"
"…"
Angered, the Death Eater summoned a creature that resembled a wild boar, and he directed the creature to kill anything in sight, and Blue Mage realized that the students here are in danger yet he is unaware of the fact that they are wizarding students.
Blue Mage then placed his right hand in front of the Wizardriver to activate a magic spell as the ring on his right hand glowed, surprising the Beauxbatons students upon seeing a different kind of magic spell.
Wizardriver: "CHAIN…NOW!"
A magical circle appeared and out came metallic chains where it ties up the mystical creature and the Death Eater is surprised to see that Blue Mage was able to hold the wild animal at bay.
As the wild beast attempted to break free, Blue Mage placed his right hand in front of the Wizardriver and his ring glowed as it activated another magic spell, which surprised everyone inside the academy as they saw what just occurred.
Wizardriver: "GIANT…NOW!"
A magic circle appeared and Blue Mage puts his armored hand through and there his hand ENLARGED, and struck the magical beast, which the impact sends the creature slamming against the wall and is knocked out.
The Death Eater is livid and ordered the creature to get up and slay its prey, but the creature is already out, and the Death Eater is poised to use his wand to summon another magical beast to cause more havoc.
Blue Mage responded as he placed his hand in front of the Wizardriver and his ring glowed as another magical spell is activated.
Wizardriver: "YES! BLIZZARD! UNDERSTAND?"
A magical circle appeared and it fired streams of ice, which enveloped the Death Eater from the neck down and thus he is immobilized and cannot move his hands and fingers to flick his wand, and thus he is defeated.
The Death Eater was in a state of disbelief and denial as one of the strongest creatures in the Wizarding World got defeated by a mere Muggle, and refused to accept this undeniable fact.
The Death Eater's pronouncements baffled Blue Mage as he is unaware of the fact that the Wizarding World exists, hence he is unaware of the fact that he is in the Wizarding World right now.
"Damn you! Damn you! My familiar getting beaten! And I got captured by some lowly MUDBLOOD!"
"Did he say…MUDBLOOD...?"
"You will pay! You will pay! I will see to it that I'll kill you!"
"…"
"I will kill you! I swear in the name of Lord Voldemort!"
"…"
"I truly swear that I will revive him!"
"…"
By then, Beauxbatons Academy officials showed up and used their wands to stun and restrain the Death Eater, in which the current headmaster, Olympe Maxime showed up and asked the students if they are okay, which the students assured that they are unharmed and no curses were used on them.
The headmistress then glanced at Blue Mage, as he glanced at the restrained Death Eater before undoing his transformation, and there the Beauxbatons students were surprised to see his normal appearance and notes of Yuzuru being an Asian.
As the Death Eater is being carried away magically due to him being trapped in ice, the headmistress approached Yuzuru and glanced at him from head to toe, and is rather curious as to how he got in and how he is able to handle the wild beast that the Death Eater summoned.
He then asked Yuzuru who he is and what is he doing here, and there the younger boy appeared to be in a bind as he couldn't speak English, hence he couldn't explained his side, and the headmistress deduced that Yuzuru appeared to be having some language barrier and decided to help things out, and there she told a staff member to fetch an item for her, and when told, the staff member asked if Maxine is sure about this.
"Are you sure, headmistress…?"
"Yes."
"But…"
"Do not worry."
"…"
"Leave everything to me."
"I…very well."
"Good."
After that, the staff member left, and after a few minutes she returned, carrying a pendant and slowly puts it around Yuzuru, where the pendant glowed, and Yuzuru began to understand and speak English, and there Maxine asked him who is he and how and why he came here at Beauxbatons Academy, and there the younger boy told her what transpired.
Yuzuru's detailed explanation somewhat made Maxine to give Yuzuru the benefit of a doubt, seeing that the younger boy's fluent English has no hints of deception, and a staff member suggested that they scan his mind just to be sure, which Maxine sees that it is justifiable, and there she decided to use magic to scan Yuzuru's thoughts just to be sure, and explained to the Muggle boy about it while the other teachers are secretly ready to strike him down just in case.
To their surprise, Yuzuru said that he is willing to cooperate if it would prove that he is telling the truth. The headmistress appeared convinced while some of the Beauxbatons officials are still wary yet they decided to play along so as not to provoke Yuzuru into attempting to run away as they intend to determine if he is a threat to the Wizarding World or not.
"So you wouldn't mind…?"
"Not at all…"
"Really?"
"If it would prove that I'm telling the truth."
"Very well. You have nothing to worry."
"I see…"
"…"
"…"
As the headmistress led Yuzuru towards the hallway, some of the Beauxbatons students are intrigued, as they saw him fought the creature using a different kind of magic, and noted that he wasn't using a wand, which made the girls wonder if Yuzuru is a dark wizard or not.
Some cast doubts as they noted that the Death Eater called Yuzuru a MUDBLOOD.
"What do you think?"
"He uses a different kind of magic…"
"What is he…?"
"Is he a dark wizard…?"
"I don't think so. That Death Eater called that boy a MUDBLOOD…"
"That's what I heard…"
"Indeed…"
"Then we should be prepared…"

Hope you liked this chapter, though another bit of a surprise as Kamen Rider Blue Mage (Yuzuru Ijima) ended up in another school in the Wizarding World, which turns out to be Beauxbatons Academy Of Magic…and after some initial problems he managed to convince the headmistress that he is not a threat…and for now he will be staying there until Beauxbatons contact the Ministry of Magic to see how to facilitate Yuzuru's return to the Muggle World…
Speaking of the Muggle World, Harry Potter got into a verbal row with a paranoid aurora, until Hermione arrived at the Muggle World and tried to mediate the tension between the ministry aurors and Harry…and in the end, the three beetle-themed Riders are let off…
