I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here two wizards are trying to adjust to the fact that they ended up in the Wizarding World…and are being INTERVIEWED by the headmasters of Durmstrang and Beauxbatons…

Meanwhile Haruto is about to learn something about the Wizarding World as he meets another wizarding family…

At the headmaster's office inside Beauxbatons Academy, Maxine offered Yuzuru some food and drink, and while at it she got to hear his side of the story, how he became a wizard and the recent development such as encountering a Death Eater and the such.

Moreover, Maxine raised an eyebrow when told about Nitoh, as well as about Haruto. Maxine then asked Yuzuru if he could perform some feats of magic, which the younger boy asked if she is sure, which the headmistress nodded and assured to him that there is nothing to be afraid of.

"Its alright. You have nothing to worry about."

"But…I might cause some damage…"

"Its okay. My magic can handle the rest. I would only like to see what kind of magic you possess…"

"Really…?"

"Really."

"If…if you insist…"

"Don't be afraid. I know you have no intention to cause harm."

"…"

Nodding, Yuzuru perform some magic using his ring and Wizardriver, performing spells such as BLIZZARD, CHAIN, BARRIER and GIANT, and Maxine nodded her head, while deep inside she is quite concerned that there are situations like this which makes an ordinary and non-magical persons gain artificial magic.

However, seeing the goodness in Yuzuru, as well as helping in defeating and subduing a Death Eater, she deemed the younger boy not a threat and decided to coordinate with the Ministry of Magic in order to facilitate in returning Yuzuru back to the Muggle World safely.

However, a visiting Ministry official secretly oversaw it and panicked, believing that Yuzuru might be in league with someone like the Death Eaters and secretly sent an emergency message to the rest of the Ministry, and about 20 minutes later, some of the Ministry members became panic-stricken that another ARTIFICIAL wizard has appeared and secretly agreed to put Yuzuru into custody and interrogate him.

"So we are in agreement…?"

"Yes…"

"We do…"

"And we must act immediately…"

"To think that another ARTIFICIAL wizard appeared in the Wizarding World...there's no telling what might befall…"

"He might be a threat…"

"And he might brainwash the students of Beauxbatons…"

"This is a possible disaster…!"

The Ministry officials appeared to have been influenced by the hardliner at claiming that Muggles who gain magic through artificial means would pose a threat to the Wizarding World, and though the Wizengamot jurors voted to let Haruto retain his magic on the account that he has been proven to use it responsibly, the other Ministry members are starting to get paranoid and secretly conspired to have Yuzuru stripped of his magic and destroy his Wizardriver.

"Then we must apprehend that Muggle and strip him of his magic…then erase his memory and send him back to the Muggle World...are you in favor…?"

"Aye!"

The panicking Ministry members were soon driven to more paranoid situations when another informer told them that another wizard is spotted at Drumstrang. The informant provided a magical visual of Nitoh as well as his identity as Kamen Rider Beast, and this drove the Ministry members into a panic and are now planning to put him in custody and interrogate him as well.

"Quick! Send our trusted agents and apprehend that Muggle! Don't let Minister Weasley know if this! She will only take his side because of her affinity with Muggles! Make sure no one knows of this! Understand?"

"Aye!"

Another Ministry member suggested that they send a scout at Japan and see if there are others like Haruto, and if proven that there are others like him, they should capture and learn of their secret before stripping them of their ILLEGAL magic, which they secretly agreed.

"Very well…send more of our trusted agents and investigate! You know what to do!"

"Aye!"

Ch. 15: Mahō no sekai de ushinawareta part 3

At the Burrows, the Weasley family welcomed Haruto, and there he is treated like a guest as Haruto is touched by the rather simple lifestyle this family is living, and there Molly tells him that they would welcome anyone who are benevolent and has no traces of any racism, which Haruto nodded.

There Arthur, despite being a senior citizen now, still acted like a curious person and asked if his Wizardriver is really Muggle-made, wondering if it is really technological in nature or not, but Molly scolded her husband, saying his approach might scare the guest.

"Arthur!"

"What…?"

"You are way in your 60s! Stop acting like a three-year old brimmed with curiosity!"

"Oh, come on…I was only…"

"The way you approach him will only scare him off!"

"Hey, I'm not…"

"Now behave yourself "

"Blimey, Molly…"

Haruto smiled and assured to the two senior citizens that it is alright and explained to them how he became a wizard and what he has been doing for the past few years after defeating the Gremlin Phantom and the White Wizard.

Arthur and Molly listened intently after hearing his story, as well as hearing his rather tragic childhood past, and the burdens he carried throughout the years, and this earned the elder Weasley parents admiration towards Haruto and told him that they would consider him an honorary member of the Weasley family, much to Haruto's embarrassment.

"Eh…? But that's…"

"Oh, it's okay…"

"No need to be embarrassed…"

"Well…I'm flattered but…"

"You don't have to be embarrassed, Haruto..."

"You saved our grandson…and we will gladly consider you part of our family."

"I…thank you…"

"Oh, there's no need to be shy…"

"Yes…you're free to visit anytime…"

By then Hermione, Ron and Harry arrived, and there they greeted Molly and Arthur, and a family gathering took place and there Haruto is surprised to hear that there are other Kamen Riders in Japan, and slightly alarmed to hear that some Ministry members deemed them as threats, which Arthur and Molly find it absurd and outrageous.

"Oh goodness…how silly of them…"

"And I thought that even Shacklebolt was able to overhaul the Ministry…"

"Looks like your situation might take a while, Hermione…"

"But…Muggles in armors…that's new…and their designs resembled…insects? What a discovery…!"

"Arthur!"

"What?"

"There you go again…!"

"Oh, pardon me…"

Meanwhile, Hermione assured to Haruto that the Ministry members would not act foolishly as she will lecture them about the Muggle World as well as about the difference between magic-based and science-based powers, stating that the Wizengamot jurors are already aware about Haruto being an artificial wizard and all.

Molly then suggested to Harry that he should give Haruto a tour about the Wizarding World and its various areas so as he would be a bit familiar and he won't get overwhelmed, which Harry seemed to accept the suggestion.

"I see…"

"You should give him a tour so he would be a bit familiar about this world. I'm sure it would make him feel relaxed."

"Yes, you may have a point."

"Also, why not let Haruto stay at your house? I'm sure it would help…"

"Yes, it's quite a good idea…"

"Then it's settled…"

"Yes, it is…"

"Good…"

And so Hermione, Ron, Harry, the elder Weasleys and Haruto began to dine and the latter is glad to meet foreigners who accepted him for who he is, and mentally hoped that there won't be any complications about Nitoh and the three Kamen Rider Mages, yet he is unaware of the fact that Nitoh ended at Durmstrang while Yuzuru ended up at Beauxbatons Academy.

At Durmstrang, the headmaster is interrogating Nitoh, and to his surprise, the Muggle is cooperating and shown to behave himself well, which the headmaster's assistant whispered to the Durmstrang headmaster and asked if this is okay, as he believed that Nitoh might be in league with another group of dark wizards, and the headmaster said that he has contacted the Ministry of Magic and they said that they are on their way here.

"Really…?"

"Yes. They told me not to let that man leave the school."

"Is he really a threat…?"

"I'm not really sure…but he did stop that Death Eater earlier…"

"Yet he did not use a wand…"

"That's why the ministry said that they will deal with him…"

"…"

An alumni of Durmstrang paid a visit, who turn out to be Viktor Krum, and there he saw Nitoh as he had a contact here and told Krum about what happened, and while he gave courtesy to the current headmaster and the headmaster did the same due to Krum's outstanding contributions, and after settling some business, Krum led Nitoh out of the headmaster's office and led him to an open garden.

Krum was intrigued by what he was told, that a Muggle uses a different type of magic that doesn't use wands and managed to defeat a Death Eater and his summoned magical beasts without causing casualties. Krum professionally asked Nitoh about how he gained magic and the like.

Krum raised an eyebrow when told about the circumstances and how he ended up here, which made Krum more curious, and to test his suspicions, he asked Nitoh if he could perform magic, though Nitoh said that the magic he has is limited as the phantom inside him couldn't regenerate mana and he has to consume a magical source to replenish it after using a tolerable amount of magic.

"Really…?"

"Yes, really."

"That's quite a troublesome magic you gained."

"Maybe…but I made use of what I have…but I have my ways to get out of a pinch."

"And you are not bothered by the limitations you have…?"

"Not really."

"I see."

"…"

Krum nodded, seeing that Nitoh isn't lying or trying to dodge the subject, and there he stood up and thanked Nitoh for his time and turn away, feeling that Nitoh is not a threat to anyone here at Durmstrang, and as Nitoh sighed as he felt that he would be stuck here for the time being, some Ministry of Magic officials arrived.

As Nitoh stared at them innocently, he raised an eyebrow when they drew their wands and aimed straight at him, and Nitoh raised his hands and asked what is the meaning of this, stating that he hasn't done anything wrong.

"Hey…what gives…? I didn't do anything here…"

But the Ministry members appeared to be determined and chanted the spell in order to subdue their target, showing that they have no intention of hearing him out.

"Stupify!"

Nitoh managed to evade the magical blasts, but one of the blasts hits a passing Durmstrang student and he was thrown back, and Nitoh became concerned as the blast victim was a first year, aged 11, and as Nitoh checked on the Durmstrang student, who is sprawled on the ground and in pain, he forcibly opened his long-sleeve polo and saw a dark swelling on the boy's chest, and this pissed Nitoh off and demanded an explanation from the ministry members.

"Hey! Why did you do that?!"

"…"

"Why are you attacking me? What am I to you?!"

"…"

However, the ministry members said nothing and are poised to try using the Stupify spell, and Nitoh realized that he is about to get into a fight and wondered if this world discriminate normal people like himself.

Hope you liked this chapter, as our heroes get a bit of a break after the past few chapters having a lot of action…with Haruto being introduced to the Weasley family and now he is temporarily under the care of the Potter family.

Trouble abound as some Ministry members are still paranoid about ordinary Muggles gaining artificial magic and are now acting rogue by secretly sending agents to apprehend Nitoh and at any way they deem fit…
