Ch. 35: Yuzuriukenin

During the early school hours, the scene shifts at Hope's Peak Superhero Academy, where Kizakura was seen looking haggard (in an exaggerated manner) as he managed to finish the paperwork that Jin assigned to him, and wondered what has happened to Jin, as the headmaster had to leave early to head to the police station to get updates on the hostile main course students who remained in custody after solid evidence was presented where they attempted to murder Naegi.

Kizakura was in charge until Jin gets back, and he wondered what would he do next, as he managed to finish the paperwork and is now awaiting the next instructions, and soon his smartphone rang and he answered it, which the caller turns out to be Jin himself, and the two discussed something, until Kizakura stared wide-eyed at hearing what he was told about, and he asked Jin if he is sure about this.

"Are…are you sure about this…?"

"Yes, Kizakura…"

"Wait…just for clarification…are you absolutely sure about what you told me just now?"

"Yes."

"Is it really final?"

"Yes. It's final. So please carry out what I instructed you."

"Oh…fine."

"Thanks."

After that, the call ended, and Kizakura sighed as he now finds himself in the middle of something unexpected, and took off his hat and sighed deeply, feeling that things are about to get intense, which actually happened as a few main course students came and are looking for Jin, where they inquired for answers.

They said that they got world that a reserve course student is staying over at the dorms of a main course student, which Kizakura did not deny, saying that this came from the headmaster himself as Naegi's home was damaged from an attack from the hostile main course students, and stated that Naegi would stay over at Kibo's dorm unit until further notice.

"What…?"

"Seriously…?"

"No way."

"Why would a reserve course student be staying at the dorms of the main course department?"

"This is unbelievable…"

"Its not fair…"

"I won't accept this…"

"Me neither…"

The main course students surprised to hear this, and questioned why would the headmaster do something like that, though Kizakura asked if they are against it, saying that Jin is doing something CHARITABLE, and asked the main course students if they are really willing to see a fellow student go homeless while attending classes.

Moreover, he asked the students if they are willing to get criticized for attempting to ostracize a fellow Hope's Peak Superhero Academy student for losing his home because of a selfish attack from some selfish Hope's Peak Superhero Academy students who wants to drive him away because they see him as someone beneath them, which Kizakura said that the incident is now on the news, and reminded them that if the school ostracize someone like Naegi who was an unfortunate victim, then the school would be branded as UNHEROIC.

"And that is that. This is from the headmaster's orders. If you oppose it…feel free to call him."

"…"

"And if your complaints become public, you would be branded as VILLAINS. You want that to happen?"

"…"

Unable to rebut, the main course students left, and Kizakura sighed as he began doing the paperwork, and he wondered what would happen next if what Jin told him to do would go public within the school, as he expected that some of the main course students, including the Steering Committee members, would be surprised and would oppose it.

Later, the scene shifts at the classroom within the main school building, where it houses one of the elite sections of Hope's Peak Superhero Academy, where the section is revealed as Class 80, where Kibo is amongst the students shown, and he is seen studying his notes, and there his classmates approached him, and the classmates are revealed as:

- Kaede Akamatsu - The Pianist

- Suichi Saihara – The Detective Boy

- Kokichi Oma - The President

- Tsumugi Shirogane - Lady Cosplayer

- Ryoma Hoshi - The Racket Warrior

- Miu Iruma – Gadget Girl

- Anji Yonaga – The Artist

- Maki Harukawa – Lady Sensei

- Himiko Yumeno – The Mage

- Gonta Gokuhara – Insector

- Korekiyo Shinguji – Mr. Folklore

- Kirumi Tojo - Mistress Maid

- Tenko Chibashira – Aikido Mistress

- Kaito Momota - The Astronaut

The classmates asked Kibo about the rumors being spread, like a reserve course student staying over at his dorm unit, which Kibo answered honestly and explained the circumstances surrounding it, surprising the class that some hostile main course students would resort to something despicable just because they deem Naegi as someone beneath them and are unwilling to let a reserve course student making acquaintances with a main course student such as Kibo.

"What…? You got to be kidding!"

"Seriously…?"

"No damn way."

"Why would they pick on a reserve course student who is staying at the dorms of the main course department since it was the headmaster's order?"

"This is unbelievable…"

"Its not fair to gang up on Naegi…"

"I won't accept this…"

"Me neither…"

Soon tension started to flare as some main course students came and began to accost Kibo for mingling with a reserve course student after getting word that Kibo is letting Naegi stay at Kibo's dorm unit, saying that it is an insult to the school, insisting that reserve course students have no place within the main course department of Hope's Peak Superhero Academy.

"So listen up, cyborg boy…that Naegi…he's trash. Reserve course students are garbage…so if I were you I'd ditch him. He a black eye to Hope's Peak Superhero Academy!"

"Yeah!"

However, Kibo's classmates confronted the main course students, telling them that there is no problem about Naegi staying at Kibo's dorm unit since his home was damaged and that it was the headmaster's idea to let Naegi stay with Kibo, and told the main course students that if they have a problem, then go complain to the headmaster and not to Kibo.

"Hey! Stop picking on Kibo! If you got a problem…take it up to the headmaster! And stop picking on Naegi because he's more of a hero-potential than you idiots are!"

"Yeah!"

The main course students were taken aback at this and couldn't believe that even someone like Class 80 would defend someone like Naegi, but seeing that they have no leverage right now the main course students took their leave, and there Akamatsu lauded Kibo for keeping his cool, saying that he doesn't need to stop to the main course students' level as they have nothing to use against Naegi.

"So don't get riled up, Kibo. You did the right thing. Just ignore the critics as they got nothing else to do. Right, guys?"

"Yeah!"

The rest of Class 80 agreed, and said that there's a possibility that Naegi might get transferred to the main course department, and expressed hope that Naegi would be assigned to Class 80, curious and wanting to know more about Naegi seeing that he made friends with someone like Kibo, who was the first to come to Naegi's defense.

"I do hope that Naegi ends up in the main course department. You guys are open to Naegi becoming our classmate?"

"Yeah!"

Elsewhere within the main school building of Hope's Peak Superhero Academy, where the scene shifts at the classroom within the main school building, where it houses another one of the elite sections of Hope's Peak Superhero Academy, where the section is revealed as Class 78, where Togami is amongst the students shown, and he is seen studying his notes, and there his classmates approached him, and the classmates are revealed as:

- Kyoko Kirigiri (Detective Girl)

- Sayaka Maizono (Idol Mistress)

- Aoi Asahina (Aqua Girl)

- Sakura Ohgami (Ogre)

- Kiyotaka Ishimaru (The Prefect)

- Leon Kuwata (MVP)

- Mondo Ohwada (The Biker)

- Chihiro Fujisaki (Whiz Kid)

- Hifumi Yamada (The Doujin Writer)

- Yasuhiro Hagakure (The Soothsayer)

Maizono, Asahina and Ishimaru approached Togami, asking him for confirmation as they got word that a reserve course student is staying at Kibo's dorm room, and believe that it was Naegi, which Togami nodded and said that this was the headmaster's order as Naegi's home is still cordoned and damaged to a degree that it is currently uninhabitable.

"What…? You got to be kidding!"

"Seriously…?"

"No damn way."

"Why would they pick on a reserve course student who is staying at the dorms of the main course department since it was the headmaster's order since Naegi's home was wrecked?"

"This is unbelievable…"

"Its not fair to gang up on Naegi just because he is a reserve course student…"

"I won't accept this…"

"Me neither…"

The rest of Class 78 overheard it and asked the others if what they say is true, and there the four classmates who befriended Naegi told the others the circumstances that happened, which surprised them and expressed support towards Naegi, seeing that someone like Naegi deserves a chance to be scouted for transfer at the main course department of Hope's Peak Superhero Academy.

The scene shifts at the reserve course department somewhere within Hope's Peak Superhero Academy, where Naegi is inside a classroom and is attending class as the class is in the middle of a lecture, and while the teacher is explaining, some of the reserve course students are whispering about the rumors they heard about Naegi staying at a main course student's dorm room, and wondered how Naegi was able to pull it off.

"You hear…?"

"Yeah…"

"Naegi staying at the main course department dorms…"

"What?"

"For real?"

"No way…"

"How did that happen?"

"Damn that Naegi…"

Naegi overheard the conversation, but he mentally sighed as he really doesn't like becoming the center of attention or attraction, so he just paid attention towards the lecture as the teacher continue giving lessons to the students inside the classroom, though he himself question whether if it's possible for a reserve course student like Naegi be capable of being scouted for the main course department.

Suddenly, Kizakura came and told the teacher that Naegi is needed, and as the teacher nodded, Naegi approached Kizakura and asked if there is something he need, in which Kizakura adjusted his hat and said that he spoke to the headmaster by phone, and said that the headmaster has given his approval, for Naegi himself will be transferred to the main course department effective immediately.

Naegi was surprised at hearing this as Kizakura showed the documents, and the reserve course students stood up, equally surprised at hearing this and wondered how Naegi was able to pull it off, as they couldn't believe that he is now eligible to be transferred to the main course department of Hope's Peak Superhero Academy.

"What…?"

"Seriously…?"

"No way."

"Why would a reserve course student be transferred to the main course department all o the sudden?"

"This is unbelievable…"

"Its not fair…"

"I won't accept this…"

"Me neither…"

Kizakura tells Naegi to get his things as he is heading to the main course building where he would be taken to which section he is assigned to, and Naegi just nodded as he took his bag and went with Kizakura, failing to notice the envious eyes of the now-former classmates within the reserve course department.

Much later, the scene shifts at the classroom of Class 78, where Togami is reading a book whilst Asahina is asking Maizono if she is interested in Naegi, causing the latter to blush, and Asahina said that it is okay, as Naegi is cute-looking even though he looked quite plain and simple, while Hagakure said that his crystal ball SAYS that something surprising would happen, causing the two girls and Kuwata to ask if Hagakure is sure about what he said.

"Eh?"

"What?"

"You serious?"

"Well…that's what my crystal ball says…"

"…"

"Its true! I swear!"

Suddenly, Kizakura came and told the class that they have a new classmate, which he motions Naegi to enter, and the latter was surprised as he finds out that the main course students who helped him previously would become his new classmates, and most of Class 78 expressed surprise and delight upon realizing that Naegi, the boy they recently helped, would become their newest addition to their class.

Hope you liked this chapter, in which Naegi became a hot topic again, although this time the circumstances surrounding the event has changed, and right now he is effectively a main course student and is now part of Class 78, which surprised majority of the Class 78 members…

Class 80, who are the characters from Danganronpa V3, appeared as a section, and they too are intrigued about Naegi after hearing from Kibo about Naegi's situation, and they are unaware of the fact that Naegi has been transferred, and this would no doubt surprise them…
