My apologies for the late update. An unexpected situation happened in which my laptop developed a problem and subsequently CRASHED, and though I was able to save my files, the fanfics that I last saved were corrupted, and while the fanfics I've typed were among those saved, 50% of the progress was affected, hence I had to restart working on the chapters, hence I was unable to meet the deadline which the next update was supposed to be the last week of March.

So now I'm working on the next chapters and if this fic gets a review, I will have the next update ready. Now that I finished my explanation…time to get down to business…

I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here things get intense as two ARTIFICIAL Muggle wizards are now subjected to a secret manhunt brought about by some paranoid rogue members of the Ministry of Magic…

At a garden-like park located within Beauxbatons Academy, Yuzuru is sitting on a bench, staring at the skies, as he wondered what has happened to Nitoh, seeing that he is not here and deduced that Nitoh is probably stuck somewhere within the Wizarding World and wondered if he should ask Headmistress Maxine if she happen to know of any places which Nitoh might have landed, unaware that Nitoh is currently at Durmstrang.

Behind him, some Beauxbatons students are secretly staring at Yuzuru, as they find him cute and that they find him quite attractive despite that he is Japanese, and they are curious about the kind of magic he possess, and are starting to get drawn to him after seeing how he fended off some Death Eaters earlier.

"Whoa…"

"He looked so cute…"

"Indeed…"

"Although he is a bit shorter…"

"You think there's a chance he might get taller…?"

"Come on…whether he is shorter or not…I think he is fine just the way he is…"

"So…who wants to talk to him?"

"Eh?"

As the Beauxbaton students are pondering on how to approach and start a conversation with the teen boy, they saw several Ministry officials appearing and are surrounding Yuzuru, and the boy is perplexed as the Ministry officials drew out their wands and prepare to use magic on the unsuspecting boy, and Yuzuru stood up and asked what is the meaning of this, yet the Ministry officials said nothing while staring rather malevolently towards the boy.

"Who are you? Want do you want?"

"…"

"Is there a problem…?"

"…"

The spying Beauxbaton students were baffled yet they realize what is about to happen, and they decided to alert Headmistress Maxine about this, as they deduced that the Ministry officials may have wrongly believe that Yuzuru is a threat.

Their apprehension were proven correct as the Ministry officials drew out their wands and Yuzuru stared wide-eyed and demanded to know what is the meaning of this but the Ministry officials said nothing, and chanted a spell which started the worst case scenario.

"Stupify!"

Ch. 16: Mahō no sekai de ushinawareta part 4

The scene shifts at Durmstrang, where a similar situation is taking place, in which another group of ministry officials are targeting Nitoh and they are covertly intending to apprehend and interrogate the Muggle without Hermione's knowledge, and there the ministry officials got a positive identification on their target, and the one leading the covert operation reminded the others that Hermione must not find out about this as they know that he would side with Nitoh because of her affinity with Muggles.

"You know what to do, so we must carry this out as quickly as possible. Understood?"

"Aye."

Nitoh was baffled at the turn of events and stared at them innocently, but then he raised an eyebrow when they drew their wands and aimed straight at him, and Nitoh raised his hands in a surrendering gesture and asked what is the meaning of this, stating that he hasn't done anything wrong.

"Hey…what gives…? I didn't do anything here…"

But the Ministry members appeared to be determined and chanted the spell in order to subdue their target, showing that they have no intention of hearing him out.

"Stupify!"

Nitoh managed to evade the magical blasts, but one of the blasts hits a passing Durmstrang student and he was thrown back, and Nitoh became concerned as the blast victim was a first year, aged 11, and as Nitoh checked on the Durmstrang student, who is sprawled on the ground and in pain, he forcibly opened his long-sleeve polo and saw a dark swelling on the boy's chest, and this pissed Nitoh off and demanded an explanation from the ministry members.

"Hey! Why did you do that?!"

"…"

"Why are you attacking me? What am I to you?!"

"…"

However, the ministry members said nothing and are poised to try using the Stupify spell, and Nitoh realized that he is about to get into a fight and wondered if this world discriminate normal people like himself. The ministry officials were not deterred and chanted the spell once more in order to subdue their target, showing that they are determined to apprehend him no matter what as long as their goal is achieved.

"Stupify!"

Nitoh dodge the assault, but another innocent student happened to pass by and was struck down by the stray magical blast, and Nitoh became pissed off and demanded an explanation for this outrage but the ministry officials remained mum and have no intention of explaining themselves to him.

"Hey! Why did you do that?! What are you trying to do?!"

"…"

"Why are guys trying to attack me? What's your problem?!"

"…"

Nitoh went to the second Durmstrang student and checked on him, and saw that the boy was badly hurt, and turning around, he saw that the ministry officials were not deterred by this setback and chanted the spell once more in order to subdue their target, showing that they are determined to apprehend him no matter what as long as their goal is achieved.

"Stupify!"

Nitoh grabbed the injured Durmstrang student and pulled him to the side, and narrowly evaded the magical blasts and there he saw the soiled ground smoking from the effect, and then he noticed that the ministry officials are poised to try attacking again, and seeing that the attackers have no intention of negotiating, Nitoh is forced to fight back in order to protect the students here from getting dragged into this situation.

Using the Beast Ring, he activated the Beast Driver and transform into Kamen Rider Beast and there he gives the rogue ministry officials one last chance to explain themselves on why they are targeting him, but they did not heed him as they made it clear that they have no intention of talking to him, only apprehending him and nothing more.

Instead, they were told by their squad leader to ignore everything else and concentrate in apprehending Nitoh as quickly as possible, which they nodded.

"Aye."

The rogue ministry officials then flicked their wands and chanted the spells as they made another attempt to subdue Beast, resulting in magical blasts firing all over, which Beast narrowly dodged them but he had to make sure that no students would get hit by the stray blasts as the ministry officials continue their assault.

"Stupify!"

As one of the blasts almost hit the injured Durmstrang student who was sprawled on the ground, Beast is pissed off and is forced to fight back as he took out a ring and puts it on his right middle finger before closing his right fist and inserted the ring onto the right side of the Beast Driver, where the voice spoke to confirm the magic's activation.

Beast Driver: "BUFFA! GO BU-BU-BU-BUFFA!"

The ministry officials were surprised as the right shoulder area of Beast glowed as he gained a rather BULKY shoulder pad that resembled the head of a buffalo, along with a cape, and which was the Buffa Mantle, and the ministry officials now have a delusional justification for their actions, believing that Nitoh is aa threat to the Wizarding World and he must be taken down no matter what.

The one leading the covert operations urged his fellow Ministry members to quickly subdue Beast before someone alerts Hermione of this which the Ministry members acknowledged.

"Aye."
