I am really happy and this inspired me to bring in the next chapter, and here the story picks up where the last chapter left, as Mirko gets into the face of the Hero Public Safety Commission…and it'll be a confrontation that no one would see this coming…

The scene shifts at the Hero Public Safety Commission, where the next scene shifts at Makima's office, where she is seen sipping her cup of coffee whilst under the presence of the pro hero Mirko, as she stood up there grinning while glaring, telling her to come clean and explain herself why she sent two pro heroes to go after a Quirkless 14-year old boy even though he indirectly saved a press conference from an attack.
Mirko also demanded an explanation on why Makima sent agents to secretly apprehend a Quirkless high school girl who do not pose a threat to society, though Makima just glanced at the Rabbit Hero and hasn't uttered a single word, and Mirko is slowly getting mentally agitated at Makima's refusal to respond to the queries.
"Hey."
"…"
"Are you listening?"
"…"
"I'm asking you."
"…"
"What are you up to?"
"…"
The subordinate appeared to be worried, as she sensed that some pro heroes are now seemingly rebelling against the Hero Public Safety Commission, but Makima was calm and collected, and did not show signs of panic, and she just sipped her cup of coffee, and now she is poised to respond to Mirko's accusations.
"What am I up to, you say?"
"Yeah?"
"Its just as you can see."
"Huh?"
"I'm sipping a cup of coffee."
"…"
"Does that answer your question?"
"…"
A vein POPPED on the side of Mirko's forehead as Makima's response is unsatisfactory, and the Rabbit Hero sees this as Makima's way of dodging the question, and this time she slammed her fists on the table, smashing a small plate in the process, and she threatened to get physical if Makima doesn't get serious and answer her questions.
The secretary tried to intervene but Mirko grabbed her by her collar and tells her to stay out of this as this is between her and Makima, and she even threatened to go public about what she suspected that corruption has ENVELOPED the Hero Public Safety Commission, much to the secretary's shock, as this was the first time seeing a pro hero issuing a threat towards the Hero Public Safety Commission.
"Listen here, you bespectacled bitch!"

"This is between me and her!"

"So stay out of this!"

Ch. 21: Kyōi to taiō
The secretary stared wide-eyed in surprise as Mirko glared at her and tells her to stay out of this as this discussion is between the Rabbit Hero herself and Makima, and the secretary said that Mirko had just committed insubordination and tells her that she could be arrested, but the Rabbit Hero wasn't fazed and said that if there is someone who committed insubordination, it would be Makima herself.
The secretary tried defending Makima but was verbally shut down as Mirko tells her to get out as she has BUSINESS with Makima and would not leave unless this issue is addressed properly, before she shoved the secretary back and hits the couch.
"Let me repeat myself, you bespectacled bitch!"
"…"
"Like I said just now…this is between me and her!"
"…"
"So stay out of this!"
"…"
"Know what…you better stay here. I would like to witness me having a private interrogation with her…!"
"…"
Mirko then confronted Makima before crackling her knuckles, and tells her that unless she comes clean and explain herself, Makima would not leave this office until she explains herself about her actions, like why sending two pro heroes to secretly capture a middle school boy who is Quirkless, and why sending agents to secretly apprehend a high school girl who is also Quirkless.
The secretary was terrified and she attempted to leave the office but Mirko grabbed her and said that she is not going anywhere until this matter is resolved, and the secretary pleaded for mercy which Mirko grinning and said that it doesn't apply here as Makima has to explain herself about some unscrupulous activities behind the pro heroes' backs.
"Sorry, but you're staying."
"But…but…"
"I need a witness to prove that I'm doing a legitimate investigation…"
"But…but…"
"So that I can prove that I'm not doing something illegal or any trump-up accusations…"
"But…but…"
"And that's final."
"But…but…"
As Mirko is distracted by the secretary, Makima secretly pressed a hidden button underneath her table, but the Rabbit Hero was able to figure it out, which is due to her rabbit-esque nature of her Quirk, as her hearing capability is outstanding, as she was even able to detect and locate any target through minimal noise, and even hear as faintest sounds of electronics.
Mirko did a standing axe kick and crushed the table in two, revealing the hidden alarm from the wreckage of the table, and there Mirko made it clear that she truly despise cowards, and she made it known that she will punish cowards the pro hero way, yet Makima remained calm and collected despite being threatened by the Rabbit Hero.
"Now listen here, bitch."
"…"
"Are you hiding something?"
"…"
"I'm asking you. What's your reason for secretly targeting a pair of Quirkless teenagers who do not pose a threat to society?"
"…"
"What are you up to? Are you listening?"
"…"
Suddenly, security agents showed up, as Makima was able to secretly summoned them before Makima wrecked the table, and there the secretary told the security team about what Mirko just did, surprising the security team as they never thought that a pro hero would actually threat the acting commissioner of the Hero Public Safety Commission.
"You heard me! That rabbit lady is threatening the acting commissioner!"
"Eh?"
"What?"
"Seriously?"
"That's right! The rabbit bitch even threatened me?"
"Eh?"
"What?"
"Seriously?"
And there Makima instructed the security team to SUBDUE and DETAIN Mirko to a detention facility and keep her there until further notice, and she gave them permission to use ANY MEANS NECESSARY, which the security team members nodded in acknowledgement.
"Yes, ma'am."
"Yes, ma'am."
"Yes, ma'am."
"Yes, ma'am."
"Yes, ma'am."
"Yes, ma'am."
"Yes, ma'am."
"Yes, ma'am."
As the security team began to grapple onto Mirko, the Rabbit Hero grinned as she responded with a kick which sends one security member careening against the other security team members and they fell to the floor, and as the other members attempted to restrain her, she did a spinning roundhouse kick which sends the rest careening against a steel cabinet, and the cabinet fell down and pinned them, and they screamed out in pain due to the weight of the steel cabinet.
"AAAAAAIIIIIIIIEEEEE!"

As the remaining security members got up and brought out stun guns to disable her, Mirko did a straight kick and the lead member fell back, and accidentally STUNS the other members, causing them to shriek in pain as it caused a chain reaction as the remaining security team members convulsed before being disabled by their own stun guns.
"AAAAAAIIIIIIIIEEEEE!"
"AAAAAAIIIIIIIIEEEEE!"

Makima just smiled yet deep down she is defiant as she would not yield and POLITELY DEMANDED to Mirko to leave, THREATENING that Mirko would be a WANTED FELON for threatening the acting commissioner of the Hero Public Safety Commission, yet Mirko wasn't fazed and tells her that it would be Makima who will be exposed for being the CORRUPT BITCH that she is.
"Listen here, you commissioner bitch!"
"…"
"This is interrogation just started!"
"…"
"So like it or not you will answer my questions!"
"…"
"Lest you want me to go public and get publicized…!"
"…"
Terrified at where this is heading, the secretary attempted to flee from the office but Mirko grabbed her by her collar, telling her that she is not going anywhere and that she is needed as a witness in order to expose Makima, but the secretary begged Mirko to let her go, saying that she is not involved in this yet the Rabbit Hero says that the secretary is already an accomplice to Makima's suspicious activities.
"Sorry, megane-bitch. You're staying."
"But…but…"
"Like I said...I'm going to need a witness to prove that I'm doing a legitimate investigation…"
"But…but…I'm not involved in this…"
"You are now. You just told these agents the trump-up accusations about me that aren't true. And right now I'll be needing you, as my EYES ANS EARS so that I can prove to everyone else here that I'm not doing something illegal or any trump-up accusations…"
"But…but…"
"And that's final."
"But…but…"

Hope you liked this chapter, as things are escalating out of control here…which Mirko is getting bolder in trying to squeeze information out of Makima in the hopes of getting answers on why she secretly conducted an operation to capture Izuku and Sakura.
Now things are about to get intense after Mirko knocked out several agents, and she is about to do something more extreme towards Makima.
While Midoriya is absent here, he will be back on the spotlight soon…
