I am really happy and this inspired me to bring in the next chapter, and here the story picks up where the last chapter left, as Mirko gets into the face of the Hero Public Safety Commission…and it'll be a confrontation that no one would see this coming…especially as something unexpected takes place…

The scene shifts at the Hero Public Safety Commission, where the next scene shifts at Makima's office, where the terrified secretary attempted to flee from the office but Mirko grabbed her by her collar, telling her that she is not going anywhere and that she is needed as a witness in order to expose Makima, but the secretary begged Mirko to let her go, saying that she is not involved in this yet the Rabbit Hero says that the secretary is already an accomplice to Makima's suspicious activities.
"Sorry, megane-bitch. You're staying."
"But…but…"
"Like I said...I'm going to need a witness to prove that I'm doing a legitimate investigation…"
"But…but…I'm not involved in this…"
"You are now. You just told these agents the trump-up accusations about me that aren't true. And right now I'll be needing you, as my EYES ANS EARS so that I can prove to everyone else here that I'm not doing something illegal or any trump-up accusations…"
"But…but…"
"And that's final."
"But…but…"
As Mirko shoved the secretary towards the sofa, Makima just watched the scene as she continues to sip her cup off coffee, before telling Mirko that her actions are enough for the Hero Public Safety Commission to instill discipline towards pro heroes who are UNRULY, and that would take precedence, which Mirko got pissed at hearing what Makima said, seeing that the acting commissioner is acting high and mighty even though she is already being cornered.
"Still defiant to the end, huh?"
"…"
"Despite all this you still act high and mighty?"
"Your actions right now proved detrimental to the Hero Public Safety Commission…hence you are now…"
"Save your breath. I'm going to expose you for the corrupt pig that you are!"
"Oh dear. A lot of heroes showing a utter display of insubordination…"
"Screw you!"
"…"
Suddenly more agents came and went to Makima's side, asking her if she is okay while the rest OBEDIENTLY remove the wrecked table and placed it on one side, and there Makima ordered the agents to restrain and subdue Mirko, stating that the Rabbit Hero displayed excessive acts of insubordination, which the agents nodded in acknowledgement.
"Yes, ma'am!"
"Yes, ma'am!"
"Yes, ma'am!"
"Yes, ma'am!"
"Yes, ma'am!"
"Yes, ma'am!"
"Yes, ma'am!"
"Yes, ma'am!"
Mirko was unfazed, and while she is seen grinning, she wasn't amused as she is forced to come to the conclusion that Makima has no intention of backing down and come clean, and hence she realized that there is corruption within the Hero Public Safety Commission, and there she crackled her knuckles as she is about to get into another fight.
There Makima gave her command and ordered the agents to take down Mirko, and gave them permission to use lethal force if necessary, which the agents roared in acknowledgement, as if they are trained dogs obeying their master, which further irked Mirko.
"Yes, ma'am!"
"Yes, ma'am!"
"Yes, ma'am!"
"Yes, ma'am!"
"Yes, ma'am!"

"Yes, ma'am!"
"Yes, ma'am!"
The agents began to jump onto Mirko in an effort to pin her down yet she pushed and kicked them back, as she accuses the agents of SELLING THEMSELVES OUT to Makima just because she is the acting commissioner, and tells them to act for themselves and stop acting like robots, though Makima said that the agents acknowledge her authority and said that they recognize the fact that any pro heroes displaying signs of insubordination are deemed a threat to the public and to the Hero Public Safety Commission, hence they will subdue her without question and hesitation.
"No matter what you do, it is fruitless."
"What?"
"Everyone in this institution recognize my authority."
"Why you…"
"Therefore they will carry out my orders without question."
"Damn you! You're nothing but a power-hungry bureaucrat who just sips coffee on your seat! Why are you so fixated on a pair of Quirkless kids?!"
"That is classified. And you are under arrest."
"FUCK YOU!"

Ch. 22: Yosō-gai no kyōka
At the parking lot of the high school where Sakura Igarashi is attending, Himeno, Hiroakazu and Aki are still restrained by the fiber threads of Best Jeanist, as the Pro Hero tells the three agents to retreat and leave Sakura alone as the agents have no proof that she is a threat to public safety, yet the trio agents insisted that they are following orders from the commissioner.
"I insist that you leave this child alone peacefully. She did not commit a crime and you have no proof that she poses a threat to the public."
"No. We will take her with us."
"Orders from the Hero Public Safety Commission."
"Those were our orders and we cannot disobey them."
"Then you leave me no choice."
"…"
"…"
"…"
Suddenly, someone appeared, wielding a sword and did several sword strikes which cuts through the fiber threads and set Himeno, Hiroakazu and Aki free, surprising Jeanist and Hawks, as the entrant is revealed, which a young male stood before them, as the young man is seen to be wearing the Public Safety suit. He has shoulder-length hair, depicted as vermilion red in the official colored manga, with a halo floating above it and white wings on his upper back.
He is identified as Angel, and there he told Himeno, Hiroakazu and Aki that Makima sent him here to assist in the mission, and the three agents nodded and tells him to deal with the REBELLING pro heroes while they will carry out the order to apprehend Sakura Igarashi.
"Angel. Deal with those REBELLING heroes."
"They committed acts of insubordination."
"Please do something about them."
"Hah…fine…"
"We leave them to you."
"That's right. We have a mission to accomplish."
"Please do so accordingly."
"Fine, whatever."
Jeanist and Hawks clenched their fists as they sensed that the acting commissioner of the Hero Public Safety Commission has other agents not known to the public, and suspected that Makima seems to have an ulterior motive for wanting to apprehend a high school girl even though she is Quirkless, and there Angel tells the two pro heroes to back off and not interfere with the Hero Public Safety Commission work, but Hawks confronted him and said that Makima's actions are questionable, and thus he will not let her have her way just because she is the acting commissioner.
"Another winged hero, huh?"
"…"
"Sorry. That girl is innocent. Tell your commissioner to produce proof that Sakura Igarashi is a threat. Unless she has proof that girl cannot be compelled to go with you."
"Whatever. I'm just following orders."
"Do you have any idea what you're doing?"
"Don't care. The commish told me do deal with you. Nothing more, nothing less."
"That's harsh."
"Whatever."
As Hawks and Angel got into a stand-off, Himeno, Hiroakazu and Aki are ready to apprehend Sakura but Jeanist blocked their way and told them to back off, reasoning that unless there is a LEGITIMATE REASON to apprehend her, Sakura Igarashi will not surrender herself to the Hero Public Safety Commission under any circumstances.
"Stop right there."
"Out of the way."
"Do not interfere."
"This is strictly a Hero Public Safety Commission assignment."
"And as a pro hero I will not let you take this child by force."
"…"
"…"
"…"
Suddenly another entrant appeared and attack Jeanist, nearly hitting him, and as Jeanist pulls Sakura to safety, the two were surprised to see who attacked them in which a young woman stood before them, in which she resembles a young woman with waist-length black hair. She has eight legs ending in scythe-like curved points which are sharp enough to stab through flesh. She appears to have a zipper in the center of her face with the pull under her chin to unzip upwards.
She is identified as Princi, and she tells Jeanist that she is works for the Hero Public Safety Commission and her orders were to take down anyone defying the commission and to assist the agents in apprehending Sakura, stating that the commission deems her a SECURITY THREAT, which Jeanist denies this and reiterated that Sakura is not as she is Quirkless, but Princi said that it is irrelevant as the commission deems Sakura as one.
"I tell you that this child is not a threat!"
"The commission deems her one, hence she is subject to be apprehended."
"Tell the acting commissioner that she is being unreasonable!"
"Orders are orders. And we must obey."
"…"
"And the commissioner gave me strict orders to take down anyone who interfere with the Hero Public Safety Commission operations. You are no exception."

"…"
Sensing that there is a conspiracy involved, Jeanist tells Sakura to run and seek help, telling her to get her family to safety as he felt that Makima might target the rest of the Igarashi family, which she question why would the Hero Public Safety Commission would do that, which Jeanist said that this may have something to do with Izuku Midoriya saving the day during the press conference incident, and that Makima assume that Sakura could do the same.
He also tells her to seek out Endeavor for help, and tells her not to trust other pro heroes should they say that they are obeying the Hero Public Safety Commission orders, and if Sakura runs out of options, seek protection from FENIX, which Sakura realized that all of this may be due to her brother Daiji working at FENIX.
"Hurry…go!"
"But…what about…"
"I'll be fine! If you're running out of options…go to FENIX!"
"Eh? But..."
"You got to get out of here now! There's no telling what the current administration is planning to do with you!"
"I…alright! Thanks!"
"Now hurry!"
"…"
As Sakura began to flee, Himeno, Hiroakazu and Aki are about to corner her but Jeanist uses his fiber threads to stall them but Princi interfere, using her spider-like legs to cut them and there she tells Jeanist that his actions shows that he is showing signs of REBELLION towards the Hero Public Safety Commission and hence her orders are to take down those who are deemed a threat to national security.
"Your actions says it all. You showed definite signs of insubordination."
"…"
"As the commissioner stated…take down those who go against the Hero Public Safety Commission…"
"It is the acting commissioner who is…"
"Orders are orders. I will take you down."
"…"
"And I will show no mercy."
"…"

Hope you liked this chapter, as things are escalating out of control here…which Mirko is getting more pissed off as she is trying to squeeze answers out of Makima in the hopes of figuring out on why she secretly conducted an operation to capture Izuku and Sakura. But it looks like Makima would not be easy to intimidate.
Now things are getting more intense as two more characters from Chainsaw Man appeared and both Hawks and Best Jeanist are being pressed towards a corner as they are slowly getting outnumbered…
While Midoriya is absent here, he will be back on the spotlight soon…
