I am really happy and this inspired me to bring in the next chapter, and here the story picks up where the last chapter left, as Hawks and Best Jeanist are about to encounter more problems with the Hero Public Safety Commission…whilst Midoriya faces a similar situation as more unexpected complications have intensified…

Hawks noticed that Jeanist is being pressed to a corner as he is protecting Sakura from Himeno, Hiroakazu and Aki, but Princi is preventing the Fiber Hero from interfering, and the Winged Hero is compelled to do something but Angel got in his way, telling him to back off, reasoning that this is a Hero Public Safety Commission-sanctioned operation, and what Hawks and Jeanist are doing corresponds to OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE, which Hawks was quite irked, seeing that Angel is not only naïve, but is acting like a dog obeying his master.
Hawks tried to point out that what Angel and Princi are doing is basically human rights violation as Sakura hasn't committed a crime, and she can't be a threat to public and national safety as she is Quirkless, yet Angel said that it doesn't matter since it is Makima's orders and he will do as told regardless of whatever the circumstances are.
"Sorry. No can do "
"What…?"
"Whether Quirkless or not…she'll be taken in…"
"And why is that? She didn't commit a crime! She doesn't have a Quirk! So how can you say…"
"Well…the commissioner told us to apprehend her…hook or crook."
"What did you say?"
"Orders are orders. She told us to apprehend that girl, so we do as told. End of story."
"…"
The scene shows that Princi is engaging Jeanist in combat as she uses the lower half of her body, which resemble that of a spider's lower body, and keeps Jeanist away as Himeno, Hiroakazu and Aki are attempting to apprehend Sakura, but the younger girl fought back using her martial arts skills, and she tells them to stop harassing her as she reiterated that she is Quirkless and hence the Hero Public Safety Commission has nothing against her but the three agents insisted that the commission has a reason for ordering them to apprehend her.
"Will you idiots leave me alone? I didn't do anything! I have no Quirk so you have nothing against me!"
"Sorry…but we have our orders."
"We were told to apprehend you."
"And whether you're Quirkless or not…we have been tasked to take you in."
"No way! You're trampling on my rights! Stay away from me! Leave me alone!"
"Don't resist."
"You're resistance will be pointless."
"Just come along quietly."
As Sakura fought valiantly, Himeno, Hiroakazu and Aki began to fight back, and through persistent efforts the trio are starting to overwhelm her as she is slowly getting beaten down, and as Jeanist tried to protect her, Princi interfered, using her spider legs to cut off the fibers and ordered Jeanist to stand down as he is deemed a traitor for going against the Hero Public Safety Commission, which he rebutted.
"Step aside "
"I won't."
"Your actions says it. You are now a traitor to the superhuman society."
"Just because I was defending an innocent girl?"
"She is deemed a security risk by the Hero Public Safety Commission. Hence she is to be taken in."
"I won't let you! That girl is innocent! You won't lay a finger on her!"
"Then by the power invested in me by the commission…I will take out all traitors."

Ch. 23: Yori akui no aru kyōka
At the park, Kamen Riders Revi and Vice are fighting back as Denji and Power are stepping up on the attack, pissed that what was supposed to be an easy assignment turn out to be an annoying task as Kamen Rider Demons interfered, and now the two agents of the Hero Public Safety Commission are starting to get agitated and losing patience as they wanted to get this assignment done as quickly as possible.
But Demons told the two to tell Makima to stop harassing Izuku Midoriya as the commission has no proof that Midoriya is a threat to national and public safety, yet the two said it's not their problems since they are just given an order and nothing else, saying that if Makima deems Midoriya a threat then they will neutralize him no matter what Midoriya says.
"Sorry. We can't back out now."
"Our commissioner is a strict woman…"
"And the younger boy you're assaulting is innocent! He is even Quirkless! How can you…"
"Who cares? The commission said that he's a threat…"
"Not our problem if he's Quirkless or whatever."
"Then I won't hand him over to the likes of you!"
"Fine. Whatever."
"She told us to bring in the kid…so we'll do it."
"Damn them…!"
As Demons maintain his stance, Revi and Vice joins him, and there the latter tells the armored Izuku that the Hero Public Safety Commission is nothing more than a joke, saying that they act like bullies who pick on someone they deem a target for no apparent reason, which Demons agreed and urged Izuku to fight back and not let anyone trample him no matter what.
"Midoriya…fight."
"Don't let these idiots get you, Izu-chan!"
"Okay…"
"Fight for your right. Don't let the commission trample you."
"He's right! The commission is just a bunch of bullies!"
"Okay…"
"So don't hold back. Fight your way out and protect your family."
"Go for it;"
"Okay…"
As the three Kamen Riders are ready to charge, Denji and Power sighed in annoyance and wondered if Makima is aware of the fact that some pro heroes are interfering, and wished that someone within the Hero Public Safety Commission would send some help as the Kamen Riders are becoming a headache and making the job more difficult to perform.
"Damn it…"
"Does Makima know what is happening here?"
"This is supposed to be an easy assignment…"
"And I was looking forward to have an easy afternoon once we wrapped this up…"
"She didn't say anything about other pro heroes meddling…"
"What now?"
"Do we got a choice?"
"…"
Suddenly, someone appeared and attacked the three Kamen Riders from behind, hitting them with punches that were strong enough to send the trio careening against a parked car, denting the vehicle and caught the three Kamen Riders by surprise as they saw what hit them, and Demons is quite surprised that someone is strong enough to land a punch on him despite his armored form already activated.
The scene shows that the attacker possesses the corpse of a fairly thin man and is dressed in a suit with a hood, and wears a plague doctor gas mask which covers his features. The attacker's mask is colored in a very bright green, red and orange that looks like the colors of a parrot.
He then stood beside Denji and Power, apologizing for arriving late because he just received instructions from Makima. This shows that despite his appearance, he is extremely polite and straightforward, and there he is identified as Gargari, and there he said that Makima gave permission to use lethal methods if necessary, as she said that the order must be carried out no matter what, much to Denji's relief now that they got some much-needed assistance.
"…and that's what she said…"
"Really?"
"For real?"
"Yeah. She means it."
"Good…"
"Yay!"
"So get up and get going."
"Okay!"
"Okay!"
Karizaki is watching the scene from behind the scenes and is shown to be bothered that more agents from the Hero Public Safety Commission are showing up and wondered what they have against Midoriya, and suspected that the commission may have an ulterior motive towards the younger boy, possibly seeing him as someone who might overshadow the commission after he saved the day during the press conference incident, and as he is about to contact FENIX, someone appeared.
This person appears to be a young woman or girl, and is of slender build. She has shoulder-length purple hair and emerald-green eyes. She is shown to be prone to blushing heavily. While posing as a civilian, she is seen wearing a choker in order to conceal the grenade pin in her neck, which she uses to transform.
As two troopers of FENIX came and went to Karizaki, one of them sensed something from the woman and pushed Karizaki away before an explosion took place, and there it is shown that the two FENIX troopers are killed on the spot, their bodies dismembered and scattered and only the female remained, intact, unharmed while revealing her TRANSFORMED STATE.
Her transformation is that of an atomic bomb, mostly reminiscent of the Fat Man atomic bomb which exploded over Nagasaki in the last moments of the Second World War. Consistent with other hybrid transformations, her teeth are always visible and are notably sharp and angular. Bomb fuses cover her arms like sleeves while also making up a portion of her apron along with sticks of dynamite.
The female is identified as Reze, who hail from the former Soviet Union, and there she tells Karizaki not to interfere as this is a Hero Public Safety Commission operation, and she would rather not get anyone involved unless the said person intentionally gets in the way, much to Karizaki's shock as he couldn't believe that the Hero Public Safety Commission would stoop this low.
"Fair warning. Do not interfere."
"What the heck are you…?"
"This is strictly a Hero Public Safety Commission operation. Anyone who dare get in the way will be dealt with."
"By assaulting a Quirkless middle school boy who doesn't pose a threat?"
"Its irrelevant. The commissioner ordered us to bring him in."
"Damn it…"
"So if you wish to live…step aside."
"Damn you!"
By then Kamen Riders Revi, Vice and Demons came, alerted by the sounds of explosion, and as they helped Karizaki up, the bespectacled scientist warned the three Kamen Riders to watch out for Reze, saying that she has the ability to cause self-explosion after killing two FENIX troopers in a blink of an eye, shocking the trio upon hearing this.
"Eh?"
"What?"
"Seriously?"
"You heard me! These kooks are serious! They're willing to kill anyone just to get their hands on Midoriya!"
"Why…why would they want me…?"
"Izu-chan…get a hold of yourself!"
"He's right. Calm down. Karizaki..."
"Brace yourselves. Things are about to get ugly…"
Denji, Power and Gargari came, and are relieved to see that more help came, and there Reze said that Makima gave strict orders to apprehend Izuku Midoriya and use whatever means available to carry out the task while she will deal with Vice and Demons, which Denji, Power and Gargari nodded in agreement.
"Orders from the commissioner…use any means necessary. She said that she will take responsibility, so you guys don't hold back."
"Yeah."
"Yeah."
"Yeah."
"And the primary importance is to apprehend the boy. Nothing more."
"Yeah."
"Yeah."
"Yeah."
Karizaki glared as he is starting to despise the Hero Public Safety Commission for this outrage, seeing that the commission appeared to be insecure towards Midoriya and vowed to protect him and the Igarashi family, unaware that the commission is currently targeting Sakura, and there he told Demons and Vice to fight back and protect Midoriya, saying that he will not let the commission do what they want and not let them take Midoriya by force.
"Hiromi…Vice…protect Midoriya."
"Yeah…"
"I will…"
"Do whatever it takes. Don't let the Hero Public Safety Commission take him."
"Right."
"Affirmative."
"If you need to kill…do it. We are strictly defending ourselves…and the commission drew first blood by killing some of our troopers…"
"Yeah."
"Yeah."

Hope you liked this chapter, as things are escalating out of control here…as two more characters from Chainsaw Man appeared and this puts more pressure as they are now willing to kill just to get their hands on Midoriya…
