I am really happy and this inspired me to bring in the next chapter, and here the story picks up where the last chapter left, as Hawks and Best Jeanist are about to encounter more problems with the Hero Public Safety Commission…until an UNEXPECTED MIRACLE takes place…

The scene shifts at the area near the high school where Sakura Igarashi is studying, and the scene shows that Hawks and Best Jeanist are standing their ground and physically prevented the Hero Public Safety Commission special agents from getting theirs hands on Sakura, and the two pro heroes are facing a difficult task as Himeno, Hiroakazu and Aki are determined to apprehend the teen girl.
Added with the fact the Angel and Princi are getting ready to go ALL-OUT, the number two and three pro heroes are facing a herculean task in protecting Sakura as they are sure that something is amiss here Nas they wondered why the Hero Public Safety Commission would want to SECRETLY apprehend a minor who is Quirkless, as she doesn't pose a threat to public and national security.
Angel and Princi gave the two pro heroes an ultimatum and demanded that they hand over Sakura to them or there would be BLOOD TO PAY, which Hawks and Best Jeanist responded defiantly in a stubborn yet determined tone.
"Last chance. Hand over the girl to us."
"And surrender to the Hero Public Safety Commission."
"No way!"
"Not a chance!"
"Then it's your funeral."
"You just dug your own grave."

"…"
Suddenly, an SUV appeared and several FENIX troopers came out, and amongst them is Daiji Igarashi, as he went to Sakura and asked if she is okay, and there she told her elder brother what is happening, and Daiji said that he got word that someone from the Hero Public Safety Commission is doing this, and vowed to protect her no matter what.
"Stay beside me, Sakura."
"Nii-san…"
"I'll protect you! I won't let them take you away!"
"Okay…"
"I'll have the troopers deal with them, so that I'll get you out of here."
"Yeah."
"Just be ready, Sakura."
"Okay."
Knowing that the FENIX troopers are just ordinary people and having no Quirks, Best Jeanist told Daiji to take Sakura and leave as he and Hawks will hold the Hero Public Safety Commission agents off, reasoning that the three agents, Angel and Princi are dangerous that they are willing to kill just to fulfill their objective, namely taking Sakura Igarashi by force, though Daiji said that he will not cower like what happened at the press conference and he will see to it that his younger sister will be protected.
"I won't run away!"
"But…"
"Hey…"
"I'll face them head-on!"
"You sure?"
"But they…"
"I will protect my family and the public!"

Ch. 25: Totsuzen no deddorokku
Seeing that things would escalate, Best Jeanist persuaded Daiji to take Sakura and leave, and Daiji nodded as he ordered the FENIX troopers to escort Sakura to the SUV and take her to the FENIX Skybase so as to put her in protective custody in order to prevent the Hero Public Safety Commission from making more attempts to abduct her, which the troopers nodded in acknowledgement.
"Yes sir!"

However, Himeno, Hiroakazu and Aki made their moves and attacked the FENIX troopers using their sword slash attacks, effortlessly killing them and the Igarashi siblings were horrified at seeing the FENIX troopers get disemboweled via the three agents' sword attacks, and there they told Daiji to hand over Sakura or else he would be the next to fall, which puts emotional pressure on Daiji as he cannot afford to lose again as he recalled what happened at the press conference when he cowered.
"Now then…"
"Hand that girl to us."
"Now."
"I…I won't!"
"Last warning."
"Hand her over."
"Or else."
"No…I will not!"
Hawks and Best Jeanist saw this and attempted to intervene but Angel and Princi stood in the way and reminded them that they have been marked for rebelling against the Hero Public Safety Commission, and thus they are branded as traitors and would be subjected to disciplinary actions, and thus Hawks and Best Jeanist must answer to the acting commissioner of the Hero Public Safety Commission.
Hawks and Best Jeanist answered back and reiterated that their actions are justified as they told Angel and Princi that what the acting commissioner of the Hero Public Safety Commission is doing is morally wrong and that if she has no justifiable basis for wanting an innocent girl apprehended and persists, then they will oppose her of this also means going against the Hero Public Safety Commission and the police.
The scene shifts towards the Igarashi siblings as Himeno, Hiroakazu and Aki are approaching them, and Daiji aimed his weapon at the approaching agents, threatening to shoot them if they come closer, which the three agents were not intimidated, and Aki did a sword slash which destroyed the weapon and Daiji is slowly bucking under pressure.
"Now then…"
"Hand that girl to us."
"Now."
"I…I won't! You're not taking her!"
"Thia is your last warning."
"Hand her over."
"Or else."
"No…I will not!"
Gritting his teeth, Daiji brought out what appeared to be a sophisticated device that resemble a belt buckle and is ready to use it, and he tells Sakura to go inside the SUV and press a button near the steering wheel, saying that it would activate the auto-pilot mechanism and the SUV would take control, where it would take her straight to the FENIX Skybase.
Sakura asked Daiji what would he do, seeing that he is staying behind, which he said that he would stay and hold the Hero Public Safety Commission agents off so that Sakura would have time to get away, and there he tells her to check on Izuku, having a feeling that he too is facing a similar situation, and if ever she sees Izuku, she should pick him up and head for the FENIX Skybase.
"But, nii-chan…"
"Don't argue! Get going!"
"But you…"
"I'll be fine!"
"…"
"Get away from here and fetch Izuku…then our parents! Once you do head for FENIX Skybase so you'll be in protective custody!"
"Daiji-nii…"
"Just go!"
There Hawks is seen being thrown back while Best Jeanist is trying to hold his ground as Angel and Princi are slowly advancing and the latter two told Himeno, Hiroakazu and Aki to stop stalling and use the chance to capture Sakura, which the three agents nodded, saying that they are already in the process of doing that.
"We're already doing that…"
"We know our orders."
"So don't push us."
"We will accomplish our task."
"The commissioner strictly told us to do so."
"So we will finish this."
"Hold off the two pro heroes…"
"They are rebelling…"
"So do it."

Back inside the Hero Public Safety Commission headquarters, Mirko is seen staggering back, her face bruised while her nose and lips were BUSTED OPEN, blood dripping to the floor, as she going on the defensive as Kishibe is standing there, doing a defensive and offensive stances, showing that he is a good hand-to-hand combatant and is able to take on with the likes of Mirko, and there he tells the Rabbit Hero to stand down which she curses back, saying that Makima is corrupt as she is SECRETLY trying to abduct two innocent teenagers who are not a threat to society, yet Kishibe said that it is irrelevant as right now Mirko herself is a threat because of her insubordination towards Makima.
"Surrender now, dear rabbit lady…"
"…"
"Or you'll end up like Bugs Bunny being turned into rabbit stew…"
"Fuck you!"
"Right now you are deemed a traitor and a threat to the public so…"
"Fuck it! You and Makima are the threat as you are corrupt!"
"Oh dear…guess I'll have to put you out of your misery…"
"Bring it on!"
Kishibe sighed and decided to get this over with and charges forward, with Mirko doing the same, and just as the two are about to deliver a strong blow to one another, something unexpected took place as the door opened and Mirko stopped as she saw the entrant, but Kishibe took advantage and delivered a blow to her jaw, sending her careening against a steel cabinet, and as Kishibe is about to land another blow, the entrant spoke and sternly tells him to stand down now or face the consequences.
"Kishibe. Stop."
"…"
"Now. Or else."
"…fine…"
"Step away from Mirko."
"…okay…"
"And no more physical assaults."
"…"
Kishibe sighed as he reluctantly backed off, as the entrant came and kneels down to check on Mirko, and there the entrant is revealed to be a woman in her mid-50s, identified only as the Madame Chairman, and she checked on Mirko, seeing that she is disoriented after the blow on her jaw, and Madame Chairman noted that Mirko may have suffered a fractured jaw.
She then tells her assistant, Yokumiru Mera, to assist Mirko and take her to the hospital, which he nodded, but whispered and asked about what about what happened here, which she said that she will address the situation and resolve it right this instant, which a rather-concerned Mera nodded in acknowledgement.
"Take Mirko to the hospital. Now."
"Okay."
"…"
"But what about…"
"I will handle this."
"You sure?"
"Yes."
"…"
Madame Chairman then confronted Makima and asked her in a stern manner why she sent agents and some pro heroes to apprehend two minors, whom one of them is Quirkless, which Makima, who remained calm and collected, gave an alibi, though it did little to satisfy her, and ordered Makima to have the agents and pro heroes involved to be recalled, which Makima was vaguely displeased yet she complied with the order nevertheless.
Madame Chairman then confronted Kishibe and tells him that she would like to have a word with him in private, which he just nodded in response as he appeared to be anticipating a dressing down from her, and he leaves the office room where more agents came and Madame Chairman tells them to pick up the unconscious agents and have them brought to the nearest hospital, which the other agents nodded in acknowledgement.

Meanwhile, the scene shows that Kamen Riders Revi, Vice and Demons are starting to fight back, and they began to push Denji, Power, Gargari and Reze back, and there Vice tells Revi that they can beat them, and after that they better check on Sakura, feeling that she too might get bullied, which made Revi stare in apprehension.
"Huh? Sakura?"
"Yup!"
"Why? She's Quirkless, hence they wouldn't…"
"Just a gut feeling, Izu-chan. Those clowns were picking on us…so I'm sure that they are picking on her…"
"That can't be…"
"I got a feeling that…"
"Sakura is not involved…"
"…"
Demons then suggested that Revi and Vice leave and check on Sakura, saying that if what Vice said could be a possibility, and Revi appeared hesitant to leave, but Demons assured to him that he will be okay, and tells him to take Vice with him and go.
"Just go."
"But…"
"Leave them to me."
"All by yourself?"
"Yes."
"…"
"Go check on your family. I will hold them off."
"…"
Gargari, Reze and Power barges in and brawls with Vice and Demons, separating them as Denji confronted Revi, and as the two faced off, things are about to get heated when an agent of the Hero Public Safety Commission showed up, and reluctantly told Denji that Makima ordered him, Power, Gargari and Reze to return, saying that the assignment has been canceled.
Denji stared in disbelief at what he is hearing, as he is sure that Makima STRICTLY wanted him and Power to accomplish this particular task, but the agent said that he just got word from Makima herself, and said that the assignment has been called off, and there the called Power, Gargari and Reze, telling them that the assignment has been canceled and are told to head back to headquarters immediately.
While Gargari and Reze doesn't seem to mind it, Power does as she was just getting to enjoy herself, and she confronted Denji and asked what is going on here, which he told her that he is equally confused on what is going on here and why Makima changed her mind all of the sudden.
"Is this for real, Denji?"
"Don't know!"
"Why is our assignment cancelled?"
"Don't ask me!"
"Huh?"
"I have no idea!"
"Damn it! All we went through just for nothing?"
"Beats me!"
After that, the four followed the agents and left the scene, which Karizaki approached Izuku and Kadota, having undo their transformation, and there the bespectacled scientist said that something may have happened at the Hero Public Safety Commission as he had a feeling that some UNEXPECTED INTERVENTION may have taken place and ordered whoever sent Denji and the others here to retreat.
"You think so, Karizaki?"
"Really?"
"That's my guess. If so, we are fortunate."
"…"
"…"
"This shows that the Hero Public Safety Commission cannot be trusted. The Endeavor incident with Midoriya is an indication…and then what happened a while ago…"
"Yeah."
"…"
"So now we must be on our guard…"
Izuku said that he better head back to the bathhouse and check on Genta and Yukimi to see if they are okay, which Karizaki nodded, and as the younger boy left, Karizaki tells Kadota to follow Midoriya in secret, reasoning that there is a possibility that Midoriya might get ambushed, which Kadota nodded.
As Kadota left, Karizaki began to contact FENIX Skybase to inform Wakabayashi about what happened today, expecting that Wakabayashi himself would be surprised at what he is about to find out.

Back at the scene near the high school parking area, Daiji and Sakura fought back as they managed to keep Himeno, Hiroakazu and Aki at bay as Daiji is fiercely determined not to let them take his younger sibling away by force whilst Hawks and Best Jeanist were able to keep Angel and Princi back yet the latter two managed to prevent the two pro heroes from interfering, and both Hawks and Best Jeanist are becoming more determined to protect Sakura, but then Himeno's smartphone rang and she quickly answered it.
After this she reluctantly told Hiroakazu and Aki that Makima is ordering them to retreat as the assignment is cancelled, and told Angel and Princi about it as well, and while the four are asking for clarification, Himeno told them that Makima herself said that the assignment has been canceled and are told to head back to headquarters.
The five reluctantly leave the scene and both Hawks and Best Jeanist approached Sakura, who appeared to be relieved yet shaken by what happened, and there the number two and number three pro heroes comforted her, and the latter thanked the two for protecting her, which Hawks said that it is okay, but then realized that Midoriya is also facing a similar situation, and there Daiji said that he would contact FENIX Skybase and ask Karizaki to find out what is happening.
After a few minutes Daiji got a call from Karizaki, and after that Daiji told the others that Izuku is okay as Kadota helped him and that other agents from the Hero Public Safety Commission, which also said that the HPSC agents have been recalled, and there Hawks said that it's possible that Madame Chairman has come back and made the acting commissioner to stand down and force the retreat of the agents who are after Sakura and Midoriya.
Best Jeanist nodded while Daiji and Sakura are baffled as to why would the Hero Public Safety Commission wanted her and Midoriya, which Hawks and Best Jeanist said that this might have something to do with Izuku saving the day during the press conference incident and that the acting commissioner seemed to develop an interest in Midoriya while seemingly suspect that Sakura may not be Quirkless.
"Eh? Why would she…?"
"Well..."
"I don't have a Quirk! And I only attended a normal high school! Why would the Hero Public Safety Commission target me?"
"I think there is more to this than meets the eye."
"…"
"Anyway, you're safe now."
"Yeah, thanks."
After that, Hawks escorted the Igarashi siblings as they head back to the bathhouse to check on the Igarashi parents while expecting that Midoriya would be back by then. Best Jeanist then went to the high school where Sakura attended so that he would inform the principal about what happened so that the principal would be persuaded to excuse Sakura from classes as a precautionary measure.
About 30 minutes later, the Igarashi family is relieved that the siblings are okay, and Midoriya just arrived with Kadota and Karizaki, and there Hawks and Best Jeanist told everyone what happened, and Karizaki said that he has a feeling that something SINISTER might have happened at the Hero Public Safety Commission, and advised the two pro heroes to be wary, which the two assured that they will be careful.

Hope you liked this chapter, as the secret operation in abducting Midoriya and Sakura has been foiled…as Madame Chairman of the Hero Public Safety Commission appeared and forced Makima to stand down and recall her agents, thus ending the standstill between the Hero Public Safety Commission and FENIX.
But don't expect Makima to let this setback deter her, as she appeared to have a trick up her sleeve…
