Many thanks to those who read and reviewed this fic. I am really happy and this inspired me to bring in the next chapter, and here the current story arc continue, which it would pick up where the last chapter left, as it would show what implications would be felt following last chapter's debacle…
And something unexpected is about to take place…especially as MORE SWORDSMEN are slated to appear…

The scene shifts at the Hero Public Safety Commission headquarters where you can see that Madame Chairman is working on a lot of paperwork as she is considering in resuming the Hero Work Studies on the hero-course schools as she felt that crime is increasing, especially after secretly hearing reports about several incidents that are related to Akumas, and this made her recall the incident which involves Makima during her brief stint as temporary head of the HPSC.
Suddenly the secretary came barging in, which she is the same secretary during Makima's brief stint, and seemingly forgetting that Madame Chairman is in charge again, the secretary unknowingly, and unintentionally, referred her as Makima and told her that she received reports that several Akuma-related attacks are seen in several areas within city as Madame Chairman looks on.
"Makima! Makima!"
"…"
"Bad news! The city is being besieged!"
"…"
"Akumas are attacking several areas within the city!"
"…"
"You got to do something and…"
"…"
The secretary stopped her ranting upon realizing who she is facing and she promptly apologized which Madame Chairman just nodded and asked the secretary about her report, in which the latter told her the information she received, and said that some local and minor pro heroes who responded were killed in action, which Madame Chairman looked on, showing a rather grim expression.
There she asked the secretary if there is anything else to report, in which the latter said that she received report that Midoriya and his Akuma are in the midst of fighting off the attacking Akumas, and Madame Chairman just nodded, but then the secretary suddenly mentioned about some vigilantes "resembling ARMORED SWORDSMEN" appeared and are dealing with the current situation, which made Madame Chairman raised an eyebrow upon hearing this.
"What was that…?"
"Eh?"
"Did you say…ARMORED SWORDSMEN…?"
"Uh…yes…yes that's correct."
"Are you sure…?"
"That's the report I received."
"Really?"
"Yes. Here's the proof…"
The secretary then showed her tablet to the Madame Chairman and the footage shows that Kamen Riders Saber, Blades and Espada are dealing with the attacking Akumas, and this made Madame Chairman feel uncomfortable, as she still doesn't approve vigilantes, and there she instructed the secretary to contact Endeavor immediately, which the secretary nodded before leaving the office.
"Listen carefully."
"Yes."
"Go contact Endeavor immediately."
"Yes."
"Inform him of the situation."
"Yes."
"Do it now."
"Yes."
After the secretary left, a visibly bothered Madame Chairman is wondering about something and suspected that something is amiss here and brought out her smartphone as she is about to contact someone.
"What if she is…?"

Ch. 33: Kenshi to akuma part 5
A minute later Madame Chairman contacted someone as the smartphone rang until the receiver answered the call, who turn out to be Makima, and there Madame Chairman went straight to the point and asked Makima if she is involved in any activities outside of the Hero Public Safety Commission, in which Makima is calm and composed, as she responded by saying that she isn't doing any unsanctioned activities outside the operations of the Hero Public Safety Commission.
Makima pointed out that she has been on RESERVE STATUS since Madame Chairman came back and said that since then she is awaiting orders from Madame Chairman herself, and there Madame Chairman said that she is merely checking after receiving a report about several sightings of various Akuma attacking several areas within the city.
"…and that's the reason why I..."
"Is that so…?"
"Yes."
"Well, as you can see…I've been here the whole time."
"…"
"I did as you told me to…stay here until you have something to assign me with."
"Are you sure…?"
"Yes, Madame Chairman."
As Makima said that she has been BEHAVING WELL, it is shown that Madame Chairman is having doubts about what Makima just said, but seeing that Makima herself is still within the headquarters of the Hero Public Safety Commission headquarters, Madame Chairman was persuaded not to suspect Makima of anything as the latter has a solid alibi.
Makima then asked Madame Chairman if she wished to send her to deal with the current situation, Madame Chairman said that she would see first if the situation calls for it and told Makima to be on standby just in case, which Makima calmly accepted, and after that, the call ended and there Madame Chairman is in deep thought about what is happening at this moment.
By then Yokumiru Mera came inside and told Madame Chairman that he contacted FENIX about the akumas as well as about the MYSTERIOUS GROUP OF ARMORED SWORDSMEN that were reportedly seen, which made Madame Chairman raised an eyebrow upon hearing this, and asked Mera if he is serious about what he just mentioned.
"Did I hear you correctly…?"
"Huh?"
"You said ARMORED SWORDSMEN...?"
"Yes."
"Is it confirmed…?"
"Yes. I received some intel…"
"Could you fill me in…?"
"Very well…"
Mera said that according to his intel, the so-called ARMORED SWORDSMEN appeared to be teenager-aged individuals who appeared to look like foreigners, and seemingly possessing belt-like equipment similar to the one that Midoriya uses to transform, which made Madame Chairman feel bothered as she felt that this development would make the Hero Public Safety Commission look incompetent.
There Mera said that when he mentioned about these ARMORED SWORDSMEN to FENIX, he was somewhat taken aback when talking to Karizaki of FENIX, in which Karizaki said that he requested to the Hero Public Safety Commission not to have the pro heroes go after the so-called ARMORED SWORDSMEN, saying that Karizaki himself would personally wish to confront them and see if they can be recruited.
Madame Chairman raised an eyebrow and asked if FENIX is intending to COMPETE with the Hero Public Safety Commission, which Mera clarified that Karizaki would not do something that silly but said that if the ARMORED SWORDSMEN are on the side of peace then perhaps their help might ease things a little.
"That's what Karizaki said…?"
"Well…"
"What was he thinking…?"
"Um…"
"This matter is serious than I thought…"
"Madame…"
"It can't be helped…this is something I cannot overlook…"
"Um…"
At this point, the secretary came in and with her is Endeavor, who happened to pass by, and there Madame Chairman nodded as she tells the current number two pro hero to come inside, and there she told him of the current situation, in which Endeavor appeared to be slightly displeased about Akumas rampaging within the city.
There Madame Chairman showed Endeavor the current footage on the monitor of the tablet where several Akuma-related incidents are ongoing, and there they saw Midoriya and Vice fighting them off, but then Endeavor saw the ARMORED SWORDSMEN also fighting the Akuma, which made Endeavor ask if these SWORDSMEN are part of the Hero Public Safety Commission.
Mera denies it and told Endeavor of the current situation which made the pro hero wondering what was FENIX thinking, as he finds it strange that the organization would want to recruit some unknown vigilantes wielding swords and dressed like knights, which Mera said that he would see if he could invite either Karizaki or Wakabayashi to a forum in order to get some answers from them.
"That's your plan…?"
"Well…"
"Don't you think that's a bit risky…?"
"Maybe…but I'm still in the planning stage…"
"You shouldn't be rash."
"Actually…it's like this…"
"…are you serious…?"
"I suppose I do…"
Then Madame Chairman, Mera and Endeavor saw the monitor where Kamen Riders Revi, Vice, Saber and Blades are leaving the scene of the incident whilst Espada is confronting the remaining Akumas by himself, which made Endeavor feel something is off as suspect that something is up as he felt that Midoriya isn't the kind of individual who would run away from an incident like this, though Mera sensed that there must be a reason behind this as the scene on the monitor shows that Espada is beginning to take down the remaining Akumas.
There Madame Chairman tells Endeavor to head towards that scene and ASSIST Espada, then try to get some answers from him in order to determine if Espada is more than a vigilante, so that they would know if he is a threat to the public, which Endeavor initially felt uncomfortable with this before ultimately abiding to her request.
"…are you sure about this, Madame Chairman...?"
"Yes."
"…"
"We need to know if he and his accomplices are either vigilantes or undercover villains."
"I'm not sure about this…"
"For the sake of public safety…"
"…fine…"
"Good."
After that, Endeavor left, and Mera asked Madame Chairman if she is sure about this as he felt that these ARMORED SWORDSMEN might be on the side of peace yet she said that the Hero Public Safety Commission must look favorable in front of society thus they must show that the organization mustn't condone any form of vigilantism as these ARMORED SWORDSMEN are not officially pro heroes.
"…are you sure about this, Madame Chairman...?"
"Yes."
"But…what if they are really…"
"We need to know if he and his accomplices are either vigilantes or undercover villains. It might be a demolition job to discredit the Hero Public Safety Commission…and that's something I cannot ignore."
"I'm not sure about this…maybe we should give them a benefit of a doubt…"
"You know I cannot…please think about for the sake of public safety…"
"…fine…"
"Good."

At the FENIX Skybase, Karizaki is sitting on his seat while glancing at the monitor in front of him, where he is smirking as he finds himself fascinated at what he just recorded, where aside from Midoriya and Vice transforming into Kamen Riders Revi and Vice, he just witnessed another group of unknown Kamen Riders appearing without warning.
There he glanced at the monitor where he replayed the footage where each of the individuals who appeared uses their equipment to transform into Kamen Riders, who each resembled as medieval-looking ARMORED SWORDSMEN, which are akin to SERVANTS from the visual novel-turned anime Fate/Stay Night, which is popular in the Japanese media.

The first footage shows that Lyon Vastia is confronting the Sabretooth Devil and there he inserted the book onto the center slot of the belt and then pulls the sword out, which triggered a transformation sequence which surprised Midoriya and Vice.
Lion Senki book: "NAGARE BATTOU! LION SENKI! NAGARE ISSATSU! HYAKUJUU NO OH TO SUISEIKEN NAGARE GA MAJIWARU TOKI KONPEKI NO TSURUGI GA KIBA WO MUKU!"
The scene showed that A SEA OF WATER appeared and then a blue-colored creature, resembling a bio-mechanical lion, showed up and ran towards Lyon, and soon he is encased in an armor.
Lion Senki book: "MASHIMASHI BATTOU! ELEMENTARY! MASHIMASHI! NOSEMENTAL! MASHIMASHI! MASHIMENTAL! MASHIMASHI! ELEMASHI!"
Lyon is shown to resolve a knight, wherein his armor is colored blue, while his chest armor has the head of a lion. He is now transformed into Kamen Rider Blades, and now he is ready to fight, just as the sabretooth tiger is growing and ready to announce on its prey.
Karizaki then played the next footage where it shows Freed Justine is confronting three Hyaenodon Devils who are more than ready to disembowel the prey in front of them.
As the Hyaenodon Devils are about to make their move, Freed made his preemptive strike as he brought out a device, which resembled a scabbard that is the size of a belt buckle and placed it in front of his waist, and soon it formed a belt. Then he brought out what appeared to be a palm-sized book that is colored gold, where the title is shown, which says Lamp Do Alangina.
The three Hyaenodon Devils wondered what Freed is up to but then Freed inserted the book onto the center slot of the belt and then pulls the sword out, which triggered a transformation sequence which surprised an already-baffled Midoriya.
Lamp Do Alangina book: "IKAZUCHI BATTOU! LAMP DO ALANGINA! IKAZUCHI ISSATSU! LAMP NO SEI TO RAIMEIKEN IKAZUCHI GA MAJIWARU TOKI INAZUMA NO TSURUGI GA HIKARI KAGAYAKU!"
The scene showed that a gold-plated entity, resembling a genie, showed up and circled around Freed as thunder and lightning surrounded him, and soon he is encased in an armor.
Freed is shown to resolve a knight, wherein his armor is colored gold and white, while his chest armor has the motif of a genie's lamp. He is now transformed into Kamen Rider Espada, and now he is ready to fight, just as the three Hyaenodon Devils are growling and ready to pounce on their prey.
Then Karizaki played the next footage where it shows that Haru Glory joining Kamen Rider Blades in confronting a pair of Sabretooth Devils, and there the next scene in the footage shows that Haru made his move as he inserted the book onto the center slot of the belt and then pulls the sword out, which triggered a transformation sequence scene similar to what Blades and Espada underwent.
Brave Dragon book: "REKKA BATTOU! BRAVE DRAGON ~! REKKA ISSATSU! YUKI NO RYUU TO KAENKEN REKKA GA MAJIWARU TOKI, SHINKU NO TSURUGI GA AKU WO TSURANUKU!"
The scene showed that a red, FLYING bio-mechanical DRAGON appeared and then flew towards Haru, and soon he is encased in an armor.
Haru is shown to resolve a knight, wherein his armor is colored red, black and white, while his armor has the motif of a dragon. He is now transformed into Kamen Rider Saber, and now he is ready to fight the attackers.
Then the next footage is played where it shows the Strauss siblings confronting a group of Akumas who are after Sakura Igarashi, and there he sees the Strauss siblings unleashing their transformation devices and initiated their respective transformations.
Elfman then brought out his weapon, which appeared to be a cross between as long staff and a Trident, where the bottom tip has a slot where a palm-sized book can be inserted. Then he brought out his palm-sized book, which the emblem was light blue and feature marine animals on it, revealing the title as Ocean History, and he inserted it into the slot of his trident staff and underwent a transformation.
Trident-Staff: "KAIJI GYAKKAI! TOKI WA, TOKI WA, TOKI WA TOKI WA TOKI WA TOKI WA! WARENARI! OCEAN HISTORY~! OCEAN BASSHĀN!"
Elfman then underwent a transformation that is similar to Saber and Blades, and he is now encased in an armor, giving him the appearance of a knight with marine animal theme. He transformed into Kamen Rider Durandal, and he is now ready to face off the velociraptors.
Meanwhile, Lisanna brought out her weapon, a rather large but slim-looking sword which has a book slot near the hilt, and then brought out her palm-sized book which the emblem has the picture of several insects and has the title of Konchuu Daihyakka (Insect Encyclopedia), and she inserted the book into the book slot of her sword, where a large book materialize and she underwent a transformation.
Sword: "NOROSHI KAISEN! FLYING! SMOG! STING! STEAM! KONCHUU CHU DAIHYAKKA~! TAYUTAU KISSAKI!"
Smoke emitted around her while her transformation appeared to be similar to a larva undergoing metamorphosis, and as the smoke cleared, Lisanna transformed into Kamen Rider Sabera.
There she and Durandal are poised to take action as they faced the enemies while allowing Sakura to escape from her pursuers.

Karizaki is rubbing his cheek as he is intrigued at the Kamen Riders he is observing, and recalled that a few minutes ago Mera from the Hero Public Safety Commission called him and asked if the ARMORED SWORDSMEN are enemies and Karizaki denied it but he requested to the Hero Public Safety Commission to not intervene as he claimed that he wishes to observe the three sword-wielding Kamen Riders as intend to know more about them and their reasons for suddenly assisting Midoriya and Vice.
By then Daiji Igarashi suddenly barges in and demanded to know if what he heard is true, that Sakura is being targeted by the Akumas, which the bespectacled scientist nodded yet he assured to him that Midoriya and Vice are on their way to save her, but Daiji requested that he wished to go there and protect his younger sister, though Karizaki reminded him that he still hasn't have the means to fight off the Akumas yet Daiji reiterated that he is willing to sacrifice his life to protect his fellow family member.
"Do you know what you're saying, Daiji…?"
"Yes I do!"
"But at the moment you don't have…"
"I'll risk it all!"
"Hmm…?"
"At least give me any devices…anything to fight back against the akuma!"
"You sure…?"
"Yes I do!"
By then Hiromi Kadota came and urged Daiji to calm down, saying that Midoriya is on his way to protect Sakura, which slightly calmed Daiji, but then Karizaki told Kadota to be ready, saying that he will be sent to the scene and told him about the sword-wielding Kamen Riders, and tells him to assist them for now while he will have a PAIR OF ITEMS ready for him.
Then Karizaki asked Daiji if he is willing to take some risks, which the latter nodded, and the bespectacled scientist nodded, which he told Kadota and Daiji to wait for at least ten minutes as he will have the ITEMS ready before he would deploy the two, which Kadota and Daiji nodded in acknowledgement.
"Okay…would you two be willing to wait for at least ten minutes…?"
"Okay."
"Okay."
"Good. Just be patient. I'll see what I can do."
"Okay."
"Okay."
"Very well. I'll get right on it."
"Okay."
"Okay."

Back at the city, Revi, Vice, Saber and Blades are running towards the direction where Sakura is being chased by the other Akuma, and the four Kamen Riders are rushing forward as they hope that they make it in time, as Revi wondered who is after Sakura as she is Quirkless since birth that it doesn't make sense on why someone wanted to kidnap her.
Suddenly, another group of Akumas appeared and ambushed the four Kamen Riders, causing them to get separated, with the armored Midoriya being dragged to a different direction, with Vice being dragged at the other, leaving Saber and Blades to fend off the rest, and wondered what is going on here. Blades raised a question: if they are not Megiddo, then what are they.
Elsewhere, the scene shifts nearby, where two persons happened to be passing by, in which they coincidentally meet up even though both of them have different itinerary and destinations, yet the two appeared to know each other.
"Yo."
"Ho."
"Now this is a coincidence…"
"I could say the same…"
"I guess fate really brought us together…"
"Makes me wonder, though…"
"Ha-ha…"
"Heh-heh…"
The first person, a tall and muscular young man with long, spiky black hair, which is usually kept slicked back, revealing his forehead. He has red eyes (initially portrayed as green) with slitted dark pupils, and has no visible eyebrows. Most of his exposed body is covered in sets of simple, round studs. The most visible studs are on his face, with three of them above each of his eyes (acting as "eyebrows" of sorts), two on each side of his nose (sometimes mistakenly three in the anime), and two on his chin, just below his mouth. His ears are adorned by two sets of five earrings each.
He also sports four studs on each of his forearms, with his right one being covered in scars
He is identified as Gajeel Redfox, a member of the Guild and resident blacksmith.
The other person, a slim, mildly muscular man of average height with short, straight, slicked back dark blue hair. He has linear dark eyebrows, dark eyes, and a prominent nose with a flat, rectangular front. The lower part of his face is covered in quite a large amount of stubble, which includes a thin mustache. He is considered to be quite attractive amongst woman.
His outfit consisted of a knee-length white jacket, often kept open, with a wide, dark purple collar and matching edges, with the sleeves kept rolled up. The sleeves of the simple, dark shirt he wears underneath this jacket are visible sprouting from the latter's own sleeves, and reach down below his elbows. He dons brown, pinstriped pants held up by a lighter-colored belt bearing a snake-like pattern, with a simple, square-shaped buckle, partially obscured by his shirt, and a very distinctive pair of shoes, adorned with a leopard pattern. Around his neck he wears a large, serpentine necklace, which is held up by a chain.
He is Macao Conbolt, and like Gajeel, he is also a member of the guild, and they coincidentally came here to pay a surprise visit to Haru, unaware that Haru and the others are embroiled in a surprise battle, and there both Gajeel and Macao coincidentally meet up and learned of each other's intentions.
"Oh…so you're here for the same reason as l…"
"You mean you're going to visit Haru Glory?"
"Yeah, I want to give him my support…"
"Really…? So do I..."
"Now this is a coincidence…"
"I guess it is."
"I wonder if the others are going to visit Glory…let's go and see…"
"Fine."
As the two adults are about to proceed, they heard children screaming, which prompted the two to head for the source, which is a few steps from their current position, and upon arriving, they saw several preschool children laid on the ground, in a pool of blood and disemboweled in gruesome fashion.
Moreover, they saw Revi standing there, and there Macao and Gajeel assume that he is the culprit, due to Revi's armored appearance, as they mistook him for a surviving Megiddo, and the two adults decided to stop him before things get worse, unaware that Revi is not the culprit as a brief flashback revealed that the children accidentally stumbled upon the scene and were ambushed by the Akumas, and Revi took them out, not realizing that the children's corpses were there.
"Macao!"
"Damn it…I thought all the Megiddo are defeated…!"
"Me too…now look at that…"
"This is something I never thought would happen…"
"I wonder if Glory is aware of this…"
"Since we're here…we should take care of that monster…!"
"Sounds good!"
"Lets go!"
Gajeel then took out what appeared to be a sword which is purple-colored with a radio device-like emblem, revealing to be the Onjuuken Suzune, and then brought out a palm-sized book trinket, which the title says HANSEL AND GRETEL, and inserted it into the sword and there a voice spoke that confirm the activation.
Onjuuken Suzune: "HANSELNUTS TO GRETEL! JUUKEN GEKIDAN! JU DE GO! GO! INA! KEN DE IKUZO! ONJUUKEN SUZUNE! SUZUNE GAKUSHOU! AMAI MIWAKU NO JUUKEN GA, OKASHINA RHYTHM DE BEAT WO KIRI KIZAMU!"
Like in the case of Saber, Blades and Espada, Gajeel underwent a transformation process and is encased in an armor, which is purple in color with black outer armor with streaks, and is revealed as Kamen Rider Slash.
Macao then revealed that he also has a weapon, a rather huge but bulky sword, which resembled a broadsword, identified as the Dogouken Gekido, and there Macao brought out a palm-sized book, which the label is shown, revealing the book as the Genbu Shinwa, and there he plugs the book into the slot on the side of the sword, which the broadsword spoke to confirm the transformation activation.
Dogouken Gekido: "GENBU SHINWA! ITTOU RYODAN! BUTTA GIRE! DOGO! DOGO! DOGOUKEN GEKIDO! GEKIDO JUUHAN! ZETTAI SOUKOU NO TAIKEN GA HOKUHOU YORI OOINARU ICHIGEKI WO TATAKIKOMU!"
And moments later a scene shows thus where the user appears in a library surrounded by rocks. The user then pull the trigger, summoning a rock formation that took resemblance of a turtle shell before performing a downward vertical slash to crush the rocks. The rocks in questions later manifest as both the armor and visor, thus completing the transformation.
Macao Conbolt transformed into Kamen Rider Buster, and there he told Slash to take down the attacker before it claims another victim, which Slash agreed, worried about what would happen next, not realizing that Revi is not the real culprit.
"Gajeel! Hurry, we got to take down that Megiddo!"
"Got it!"
"We can't let it take another victim!"
"Understood!"
"Don't hold back…"
"I won't!"
"Then go all-out!"
"Right!"
Seconds later both Slash and Buster struck Revi with their swords, surprising the armored Midoriya, and in turn he suspected that the two could be in league with the men in hats and trench coats that turned into akumas, thus he began to fight back, not realizing that they are in the midst of a misunderstanding.

Hope you liked this chapter, and while the first half featured the Hero Public Safety Commission getting worried at seeing the sword-wielding Kamen Riders which Madame Chairman believe to be saboteurs, the second half introduced more sword-wielding Kamen Riders, who also came from the manga/anime, Fairy Tail…but then a huge misunderstanding ensued, which added to the conflict…
