I am really happy and this inspired me to bring in the next chapter, and here the Work Studies is about to commence…but first our main characters would spend some New Year's celebration with their respective families before they get the chance to start…

Ch. 3: Sagyō kenkyū no tame no iwa no ōi sutāto
Suddenly, Endeavor runs off saying that he won't be wasting time training others than Shoto. He then leaps into action, as he hears a disturbance. Endeavor tells the three interns that if they want to learn then stay behind him and watch, which Kendo is taken aback at the current number one pro hero's actions, wondering if he is not really interested with his interns.
Endeavor is now ready to go into action, and he glanced behind him, only to be surprised to see Shoto going into action as well, with Midoriya, Bakugo and Yaoyorozu already in their gear, ready for action. Again Midoriya asks Endeavor for his instructions, only for the current number one pro hero to repeat his order: stay behind him and watch.
"…"
"Endeavor…your instructions please!"
"You heard me!"
"Huh?"
"Watch me from behind!"
"That's your instructions?"
"Yes! Watch me from behind!"
"Okay!"
Meanwhile, the scene shifts nearby, where a villain is harassing several passersby while proclaiming the arrival of a new era and that everyone will be destroyed. On a rooftop overlooking the city, current number two pro hero Hawks is reading a book when he heard a rather loud ruckus, and comments about the bad timing as he just found time to relax, and now he would have to respond to whatever incident is causing it.
"Geez…what timing…just when I was about to take a break…"
As this developed, Midoriya, Bakugo, Yaoyorozu and Shoto are chasing after Endeavor through the city for their internship. Midoriya remarks that Endeavor is extremely fast, which Shoto recognizes as his Flashfire technique. Bakugo grunts and attempted to speed up using his Quirk but finds out that Endeavor is too fast to catch up, which Todoroki said that this is one of the reasons why he is still interning under Endeavor, and tells Bakugo that he might benefit from this.
"If we're lucky…if Endeavor decided to intern us, he might consider teaching you how to strengthen your Quirk, Bakugo!"
"Heh, your pops better!"
"For now try to impress him!"
"Like that would work?"
"Its better than nothing!"
"Hmph! Fine!"
"Okay!"
"Die!"

In a business district, the one causing the disturbance is shown, where he is identified as Starservant, who is floating high above the streets between the buildings, proclaiming that the world will soon be cloaked in darkness. The civilians see him as more of a nuisance than as a threat as they go about their business.
"A flying geek."
"An elderly geek…"
"Doesn't he have anything else to do?"
"Maybe he's just wanted some attention…"
"He should join the circus…"
"What an idiot…"
"Just ignore the old bastard…"
"Right…"
Seeing that he is being ignored, Starservant shouted at the pedestrians to pay attention, yet he was rebutted by the people and told him to take his antics elsewhere as he is being a nuisance to everyone doing their everyday business.
"HEY! BUZZ OF ALREADY!"
"IT'S EARLY IN THE MORNING, DAMN YOU!"
"GO TO FIND A JOB ALREADY!"
"STOP MAKING SUCH A RUCKUS"
"GET LOST OR I'LL CALL THE POLICE!"
"SHUT THE HELL UP OR I'LL SHOOT YOU WITH MY SHOTGUN!"
"GO TO HELL!"
"BLASTED ATTENTION-SEEKER!"
Feeling pissed off, Starservant suddenly starts absorbing the glass from the windows of the buildings, gathering the glass into a giant sphere to prepare his super move, Enlightened Fallen King. He launches the glass ball down the street, calling for the root of the darkness to appear.
The pedestrians finally noticed it and realized that they are in danger, which they started running and screaming for help seeing that glass shards would kill them once it hits the ground and scatters around.
"AAAAIIIIIIEEE!"
"GGGGYYYAAAHHH!"
"AAAAIIIIIIEEE!"
"GGGGYYYAAAHHH!"
"AAAAIIIIIIEEE!"
"GGGGYYYAAAHHH!"
"AAAAIIIIIIEEE!"
The glass ball does not go far before Endeavor flies into it and shatters it with Flashfire Fist. The shards melted, thus averting a possible scenario which would cause numerous injuries to many people here, and by then Endeavor confronts Starservant, who flees upon seeing him and the current number one pro hero demanded to the fleeing villain to stop, which Starservant said that the DOOMSDAY must be fulfilled.
"Stop, villain!"
"Never!"
"Running away is useless!"
"You can't catch me! The prophecy must be fulfilled!"
"You're crazy!"
"I'm a prophet! And I say that doomsday must happen today!"
"Come back here you troublemaker!"
"The prophecy shall be fulfilled!"
As Endeavor gives chase, Starservant leads him through an alley where he has three minions ready to ambush him. Upon seeing this, the minions are getting ready as they remember what Starservant instructed them to do which they roared in acknowledgement as they feel that they could get recognition and attention if they manage to knock down someone like Endeavor.
"Okay…you know what to do…just like what he told us to do…"
"Okay!"
"Okay!"
"Okay!"
"Okay…here he comes…get ready!"
"Okay!"
"Okay!"
"Okay!"
As the minions prepare to attack, Midoriya, Yaoyorozu and Bakugo charge in, where the two former uses their signature attacks (Shoot Style kicks and Bo staff strikes), knocking down the first half of the minions (about four of them), while the latter (Bakugo) uses Explosion to produce enough impact that only knock out the remaining four, thus securing Starservant's minions, which the three interns are now securing them.
However, eight more of Starservant's minions appeared out of nowhere which Midoriya and Yaoyorozu were taken by surprise as the minions are armed with guns, and they are within a close proximity, which there is barely time to evade the bullets, and Bakugo is now poised to use his Quirk in a stronger level out of self-defense, and Yaoyorozu uses her Quirk to CREATE a thick shield and shields herself as the minions are ready to shoot their guns and intend to shoot the interns on their heads, but Hawks flies in and takes all eight of them out himself by clotheslining them in fast speed, surprising the three interns.
"Calm down, kids! I got this!"
"Huh? What the hell…?"
"Midoriya…isn't that…?"
"Yeah…it's him…the number two hero."
"Settle down, kids! Everything will be okay…"
"Damn you, you damn Spoonbill! That was my catch!"
"Ka-chan…calm down…"
"Goodness gracious, Bakugo…"
Shoto arrives as Midoriya, Yaoyorozu and Bakugo recover. By then Endeavor arrived, having defeated Starservant after a narrow chase, and upon seeing the Winged Hero, he annoyingly tells Hawks he is supposed to contact him if he wants to meet, and Hawks claims he was just passing by and saw the situation by coincidence, and said that while he felt that the interns are doing fine he saw the remaining minions are about to shoot the interns in close proximity, hence he felt that saving the teens was the right thing to do.
"Is that the truth, Hawks?"
"Yup."
"And you're not trying to steal the interns' credits?"
"Nope. I don't even have a credit card…"
"…"
"Just kidding…"
"You better…"
"Ease up, Endeavor…relax…"
As the police arrive to take Starservant away, he started to rant some nonsense, saying that Endeavor is the root of the darkness that the world is about to fall into. He even said that the current number one hero must be the DEVIL to bring hell on Japan, thus Endeavor must become one to BRING SALVATION, which annoyed the arresting cops and the tjenone 8n charge was so annoyed that he ordered his men to take him away, which the other cops nodded in acknowledgement.
"Yes sir!"
"Yes sir!"
"Yes sir!"

A bothered Endeavor seems affected by what Starservant is saying, but the police told the pro hero to ignore him completely, saying that villains like that are saying that just to promote their self-delusional propaganda, while the police themselves affirmed Endeavor's abilities as the top Hero, saying that he has the police force's support.
The next scene shows that Hawks briefly chats with the four interns. As Midoriya introduces himself politely, Hawks reminisces his internship with Fumikage Tokoyami, and Bakugo claims he was faster than Hawks, which the latter said that Bakugo is entitled to his opinion, which irked the blond-haired boy even more.
Hawks then noticed Yaoyorozu and began complimenting her, saying that she looked LOVELY after seeing the UNERI commercial and even said that Tokoyami commented that she is very good in playing the piano during the concert at the UA Academy School Festival, which she just smiled and modestly said that it was just one of her hobbies, but expressed embarrassment regarding the commerical when she interned under Uwabami, yet Hawks tells her not to let that be a setback and assured to her that her beauty would be an asset in becoming a top pro hero.
"Oh, come on. Being in a commercial with Uwabami is an advantage for you."
"Really…?"
"Yup. Getting some TV exposure is a plus for a pro hero. And I'm sure a lot of agencies took notice of you."
"Well…"
"Believe me. Your beauty's a big asset, and it'll work to your advantage."
"You think so?"
"Yup!"
"…"
Seeing that the Winged Hero is unnecessarily chatting with the four interns, an annoyed Endeavor asks Hawks what he wants, his tone gives the impression that he wants to get straight to the point, which Midoriya, Yaoyorozu, Bakugo and Shoto glanced, sensing a rather vague hostility, to which Hawks deflects the question completely before inviting them to come along and have a snack at a nearby snack bar, saying that it'll be his treat, and promised that he won't be wasting their time.
Endeavor appeared to be unsure at first, but seeing that Hawks is cryptically giving some vibes, he reluctantly accepted, reasoning that as long as it doesn't interfere with the work study, which Hawks nodded while whispering to the pro hero that he is going to give him some hints regarding on what's about to come.
"Huh?"
"Yup. You heard me."
"…"
"I got some scoop…and I thought of sharing some intel with you…"
"Are you serious?"
"Yup."
"…fine…"
"Okay…"
As the two pro heroes stare at each other while the four interns are wondering if there is a tense stare down happening, they didn't notice that someone is secretly using a smartphone to take pictures of the four interns, and after that, the unseen person left without giving himself away as he appeared to have accomplished something.

At the unidentified hideout, the scene shows that a syndicate is being run by a woman in her 20s, and is surrounded by several gunmen who serve as her PERSONAL ARMY, though some posses Quirks yet they still ARMED themselves with guns of many types, like machine guns, ArmaLite weapons and even RPGs.
And surrounding the woman, who appeared to be the ringleader, are a bevy of teenage girls, who appeared to be sex slaves of sorts, thus showing that the female leader amassed a harem, and the teenage girls appeared to be subservient to the woman, and there one of her henchmen came and showed him the pictures he took earlier, which the woman glanced at the smartphone, where she got a good look on the four interns.
The woman who leads this syndicate, Italian ancestry. She is identified as Goldie Musou, and it is revealed that Goldie Musou is descended from one of the minor Mafia families from Sicily. However, through hard work, tenacity... and utter ruthlessness, she had risen to be one of the principle movers-and-shakers in the Chicago crime world in the United States Of America.
Her major skill is psychopharmacology, and her claim-to-fame is developing the designer drug Kerasine, also known as "Powerball" on the streets. Cheaply manufactured and easily distributed, Kerasine has the ability to mimic other narcotics, ranging from cocaine to LSD, depending on the amount of the dosage. However, the drug has one nasty side-effect – it renders the user susceptible to suggestion, much like hypnosis. It is because of this drug that Goldie is able to be as successful as she became.
Goldie can also be described as a 'control-freak', able to manipulate either by force or Kerasine-inducement anyone she likes. She is also a lesbian, and often surrounds herself with nubile teenaged girls, all Kerasine-induced, who often act as her assassins or sex slaves. But when pro heroes began to emerge and began to clamp down on organized crime groups, and there Musou is forced to rethink her options, as she got word that her clients are getting caught by pro heroes.
When America's number one pro hero Star and Stripe began to sweep down even powerful organized criminal groups, Musou realized that her operations are in jeopardy and decided to relocate, where a contact of hers advised her to move to Japan and establish a secret base there and make a covert business using her Kerasine, and she did so as Musou fled Japan taking her drugs and few important subordinates during the time when I-Island was held hostage by Wolfram.
Musou arrived at a harbor within Musutafu through unspecified means and managed to sneak around undetected, and there she started over and in a few weeks she was able to reinvigorate her underground business and attracted some high-profile clients, including those with Quirks, and now Musou is facing a possibility of encountering Endeavor, who is currently the number one pro hero after All Might retired a few months ago.
There one of her trusted subordinates told Musou that hero-course students from various schools are roaming the streets again, similar to how this went before the Shie Hassaikai gang got dismantled, and expressed worry that the likes of Endeavor might caught up with Musou's business, though the latter assured that she is a step ahead and that Endeavor is merely an utter fool.
"You need not worry."
"Huh? Musou-sama…are you sure…?"
"Yes."
"But I must remind you…Endeavor is someone not to be taken lightly…"
"Fear not. I've been secretly observing him. His Quirk won't intimidate me."
"Really, Musou-sama…?"
"Yes."
"…"
As she glanced at the smartphone, she noticed a girl standing beside Midoriya, and Musou somewhat recognized her, where Musou's subordinate tells her that the girl is Momo Yaoyorozu, who studies at UA Academy, and that she happened to appear at a TV commercial involving UNERI, and Musou glanced at Yaoyorozu's face and figure, finding that the teen girl is attractive and finds herself LUSTING towards her.
Musou then instructed her subordinate to secretly observe Yaoyorozu's activities and see what she can do, as well as to see what kind of Quirk she possess, which the subordinate nodded, though he also pointed out that Yaoyorozu appeared to be CLOSE towards Midoriya, and as Musou glanced at the smartphone, she saw Midoriya's face and body, and while she doesn't prefer boys, a malicious idea popped into her head, and tells her subordinate to secretly monitor Midoriya as well, which the subordinate nodded in acknowledgement.
"Yes, ma'am!"
"Yes, ma'am!"
"Yes, ma'am!"

Hope you liked this chapter, as the story kicks off starting with a some hero action as Endeavor and his interns encounter a minor villain…which is taken from the Endeavor Agency arc from the manga, though it slightly diverges as it includes Yaoyorozu…
The villain for this fic is revealed, a woman who is from another manga, which is from Gunsmith Cats, though her profile is the same as in Gunsmith Cats, it diverges significantly by fleeing North America and sets up a base somewhere within the Endeavor Hero Agency's vicinity.
Moreover, she started to take an interest in Yaoyorozu…and then Midoriya. It seems like she has something…NAUGHTY…in store for the two teens…

The next chapter will show that Endeavor and his interns are off to work, where Midoriya and Yaoyorozu going on an IMPROMPTU mission after starting their work studies under Endeavor…which might lead to an UNEXPECTED SITUATION between the two teens…
