I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here, Kuzuryuu and his remaining fellow survivors are now doing something inside the mall as they began to search for something useful while making plans to determine their next move whether to move out within the day or spend a few days inside the safety of the mall…

The thing is, will Chabashira be willing to compromise with the boys given her dislike of them…?

Ch. 61: Mōru-nai no hinan part 5

Back at the mall, the scene shifts at the meeting area where Ohgami and the other surviving students of Hope's Peak Academy arrived after making rounds, and using a huge shopping cart, the surviving schoolmates brought consumable items like instant food on cups that can be cooked via boiling water, and brought the frozen meats are set to expire in two days, and there Aoi told Fuyuhiko about bit and the SHSL Gangster decided to take the ones that bare set to expire so as to have the chosen ingredients get cooked them right away.

"And that's that, Kuzuryuu. We should take them and cook them. It'd be a waste if we ignore them since the expiry date of some of the food is just two days away."

"Yeah, you're right."

"So then, we should use the ones that are set to expire. Then the rest would be stored inside a refrigerator so as to keep them from spoiling."

"Okay."

"Fine then."

"Okay. We better start cooking."

"Okay. I'll call some of my men to assist."

"Yeah."

After that they began preparing the ingredients to have them ready for cooking, and after several minutes the survivors began eating, which they had a good meal, which is due to Maizono being a good cook, and when Naegi complimented her she smiled and gave him a kiss on the lips, which looked a bit flirtatious.

This earned an paranoid-like reaction from Chabashira and accuses Naegi of seducing Maizono, and reiterated that all boys be sacrificed to the zombies, which in turn earned the dismay from Saihara, and asked Chabashira if she really has a grudge on boys, which she unabashedly admitted, saying that all boys are lecherous and seduces girls in order to DEFLOWER them, which Saihara vehemently deny it.

"ARE YOU REALLY THAT BIASED?"

"THAT'S BECAUSE IT IS THE TRUTH!"

"NOT ALL BOYS ARE LIKE THAT!"

"YES THEY ARE! THEY ARE SEX MANIACS! EVEN YOU ARE A PERVERT!"

"I'M NOT!"

"YES YOU ARE! I CAN TELL THAT YOU'RE GOING TO SEDUCE AKAMATSU AND GOAD HER TO DO A LOT OF SEX TECHNIQUES!"

"I DO NOT!"

"YES YOU ARE!"

Kuzuryuu sighed and decided to step in and urged everyone to calm down, while Akamatsu urged Chabashira to stop acting biased towards boys, saying that not all men are like that, which Chabashira is surprised at seeing how SUBMISSIVE Akamatsu is, and pointed out that this is why she doesn't trust boys, and pinned the blame on Saihara, which he started to lose his cool and tells her to stop using him as an example.

"YOU SEE? YOU SEE? THAT'S WHY BOYS MUST BE GONE! THEY MAKE GIRLS SUBMISSIVE AND IT'LL BE A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE THE BOYS MAKE THE GIRLS BECOME SEX SLAVES!"

"ARE YOU REALLY THAT BIASED TOWARDS BOYS? DO YOU REALLY HATE US THAT BAD?"

"GOT A PROBLEM? TOO BAD FOR YOU! THAT'S BECAUSE IT IS THE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH!"

"WILL YOU GET A GRIP? NOT ALL BOYS ARE LIKE THAT!"

"YES THEY ARE! THEY ARE SEX MANIACS! EVEN YOU ARE A PERVERT!"

"I'M NOT!"

"YES YOU ARE! I AM SURE THAT YOU'RE GOING TO SEDUCE AKAMATSU!"

"YOU'RE WRONG!"

Naegi and Maizono sweat-dropped at what they are seeing, and they decided to try pacifying the situation, which he tells Chabashira not to blindly hate boys, saying that not all of them are like that, and the rest of the survivors agreed, causing Chabashira to relent, which Maizono is impressed by how Naegi was able to pacify everyone, which she hugged him before kissing him on the lips, which was somewhat romantic, causing Chabashira to stare wide-eyed and accuses Naegi of seducing Maizono, and she irrationally blamed him for causing the girls to get easily seduced by the boys, and proclaimed that all boys be banished from the mall.

Akamatsu urged Chabashira to calm down, saying that not all boys are like that, which Chabashira was flabbergasted and asked her if she got seduced by Saihara, causing the SHSL Detective to get pissed and told her to stop using him as an example, causing the two teens to bicker.

"DO YOU REALLY HATE BOYS THAT MUCH?"

"WHAT' THE MATTER? CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH? THAT'S BECAUSE IT IS THE TRUTH!"

"NOT ALL BOYS ARE LIKE THAT! AND YOU KNOW THAT!"

"YES THEY ARE! THEY ARE SEX MANIACS! EVEN YOU ARE A PERVERT!"

"I'M NOT!"

"YES YOU ARE! I CAN TELL THAT YOU'RE GOING TO SEDUCE AKAMATSU AND GOAD HER TO DO A LOT OF SEX TECHNIQUES! I'M EVEN BETTING THAT YOU'RE GOING TO TAKE HER TO THE DEPARTMENT STORE AND FUCK HER INSIDE THE FITTING ROOM!"

"I DO NOT!"

"YES YOU ARE!"

Fuyuhiko sweat-dropped at the antics caused by Chabashira, though Kirigiri face-palmed yet she felt that at least they vent out their stress after what happened several minutes ago, and there she reminded the SHSL Gangster that they cannot stay inside the mall for long as they need to find a safe zone since it's likely that the zombies would arrive here at any time.

"You really think so, Kirigiri?"

"Very likely."

"I see."

"That's why your men manning the rooftop should inform us of they see any zombies arriving."

"Okay."

"So for now we need to stock up and be ready. This mall is only a temporary shelter. We can't stay here for long."

"Got it."

"…"

While things got quite lively, the scene shows that Aoi is silent, and Ohgami noted that Aoi is still worried about Yuta, aware that her younger brother is still with Enoshima, and that the younger boy is being used by Enoshima just to satiate her CARNAL PLEASURES, and there the SHSL Fighter assured to Aoi that Yuta will be rescued soon and urged her to be patient for now, which Aoi reluctantly nodded.

"Asahina."

"…"

"I understand that you are worried about your younger brother. However, this is for the best, since Enoshima is keeping him alive for the time being, so please be patienr. I'm sure that your younger brother will be rescued."

"I…"

"Have faith. We will rescue him."

"O-okay…"

"Come. Let us go."

"…"

After that, the two girls joined their fellow survivors as they started eating their food, and after that the survivors helped one another in cleaning the dishes and resume in checking the entrance and exit points to make sure that there are no areas open in order to keep the zombies from entering the mall.

Meanwhile, the scene shifts at the rooftop where Fuyuhiko's henchmen are stealthily doing some reconnaissance, and using their binoculars, they saw several vehicles passing by the mall but did not stop, as they are driving in fast speed, and the henchmen were quite relieved, as they are sure that the escapees would panic and try to force their way inside the mall.

"There they go…"

"Yeah."

"At least they didn't go here."

"It'll be a problem if they find out that we're here."

"Right. That's why the boss told us to stay hidden."

"Gotcha. And let him know if a single zombie shows up."

"Yeah."

"Damn. I really hate zombies…"

By then, Ikusaba, Aoi and Ohgami came, carrying trays with the cooked food, and told the henchmen to eat up, which the henchmen were grateful and began to eat the cooked food, pleased that it was delicious.

After that, Ohgami told the henchmen that Fuyuhiko said that once evening arrive they would go inside the mall to rest and then resume their post by morning, which the henchmen nodded, and there Ikusaba tells everyone that they better make sure that there are no open areas as keeping the zombies away is their main priority, which the others nodded in acknowledgement.

"Okay…"

After several hours, it was nighttime as the time now is 18:45, and there everyone convened at a restaurant where the survivors are cooking and soon prepared the food, and as they are dining, Fuyuhiko asked his henchmen if they made sure that the entry and exit points are secured, which they nodded and said that everything is okay and made sure that the lights are off so as not to attract anyone from the outside.

Nodding, the SHSL Gangster told his men to eat up and rest, stating that tomorrow they are going to be busy whilst his schoolmates will start looking for supplies that would help in their escape, saying that they cannot rely on the mall as he feels that if more zombies were to appear, escaping would be difficult, and the henchmen nodded in acknowledgement when told to be ready for anything.

"Okay…"

After an hour everyone gather at the center of the mall whilst bringing out sleeping bags that they took from the department store and began to go to sleep, exhausted from today's activities, and they hoped that no zombies would come inside.

By morning, the time now is 07:00, and the surviving students of Hope's Peak Academy woke up, and as they began making breakfast, Fuyuhiko's henchmen went to the rooftop and uses the binoculars to stealthily see what is going on outside the mall, and to their dismay, about two dozen zombies are seen loitering around, but doesn't seem to head towards the mall entrance which is heavily secured.

"Oh damn…"

"No way…"

"I can't believe this…"

"Just overnight and it became this…?"

"At least they didn't head here…"

"Either way…this is bad…"

"Think we should notify the boss?"

"Yeah. That's what he told us…"

The henchmen decided to contact Fuyuhiko via their phones, and one of them called Fuyuhiko and told him of the situation outside of the mall, and concerned, the SHSL Gangster told his men to stay hidden but continue monitoring what is happening outside, which they nodded in acknowledgement.

"Okay…"

Back inside the mall, Kirigiri was slightly alarmed when told by Fuyuhiko what his henchmen saw outside, and this made her realize that they cannot remain here for long as it would be problematic if a stray survivor recklessly force his way inside the mall, he/she would attract the zombies' attention, which Fuyuhiko agree, and there he suggested that they inform the rest about the current situation.

Kirigiri then called everyone else and told them in of what is happening, and there she advised them to stay close with each other and not stray to far as they are going to gather essential rations as they are going to prepare in leaving the mall if the situation gets critical, which Naegi asked if they find a safe zone, which Kirigiri admitted that they haven't found one yet.

She then said that for now they would have to be prepared as she cannot say when they are going to leave, but stated that this is better than nothing, which the rest nodded in agreement.

"Okay…"

Hope you liked this chapter, as the situation seemingly stabilizes as the remaining Hope's Peak Academy survivors are settling inside the mall now that they need to rest, re-stock and plan out their next move…

However, things got a bit complicated as Chabashira remained biased towards boys as she once again engaged in a meaningless argument with Saihara due to her dislike towards boys, and even extended her bias towards Naegi upon seeing that he is FLIRTING with Maizono…
