Meanwhile, the scene shifts outside what appeared to be a huge hospice, and there the survivors of Hope's Peak Academy looked around the outside area, seeing that so far no zombies have ventured here, and this made everyone wondering if this place is abandoned or not, seeing that there are no corpses around the area nor a traces of blood are seen.
There the scene shows that the survivors are being cautious as they cannot afford to let their guards down and some remained inside the SUV vehicles whilst making sure that the coast is clear before making the decision to disembark from the vehicles.
The scene then shows the survivors are observing their surrounding area and are figuring out if it is safe to come out or not, as they cannot afford to make a mistake that might cost an innocent life.
The survivors of Hope's Peak Academy are shown, and there they are revealed as:

Fuyuhiko and Kirigiri were the only ones who got out of the SUV vehicle as they survey the area, and deduced that this area has not been struck by the zombies due to the streets and road being clear, there were no zombies lurking, no dead bodies laid around and no traces of blood spilled.
Kirigiri then commented that it seems that this area appeared to be safe given that it hasn't been invaded by zombies ever since the pandemic started a few days ago.
Fuyuhiko raised an eyebrow as he expressed surprise that this area appeared to be safe yet he wondered how long this place would hold out before the zombies make their way here, and Kirigiri said that they should check this place out and see if anyone inside the hospice need any help, though Fuyuhiko said it would depend how many are inside the hospice and of those numbers are enough to fit inside the SUVs.
"We shouldn't keep OUR HOPES up. We're not sure if we can get everyone to hop inside the vehicles that we have at this time."
"…so you're saying, Kuzuryuu…"
"Saving those inside that hospice would depend on their physical conditions…and whether they can make it throughout the trip should we need to evacuate again…"
"Are you suggesting that we should be perform mercy killing on…"
"Depending on the situation."
"…"
"I'm not thrilled about it…but think about…"
"Point taken."
After that Fuyuhiko told his men to be on the lookout and wait for his call on whether they can proceed to go inside the hospice, which the henchmen nodded in acknowledgement as they began to take their positions to guard the SUVs and the passengers.
"Yes, boss."
"Yes, boss."
"Yes, boss."
"Yes, boss."
"Yes, boss."
"Yes, boss."
"Yes, boss."
"Yes, boss."
As the rest remained inside the SUV vehicles, Fuyuhiko and Kirigiri went towards the front door of the hospice and knocked on the door, with Fuyuhiko speaking and asked if anyone is inside, and said that they are survivors and are still human and not infected by the zombie plague, which Kirigiri observed silently as she braces herself in case there are hostile people inside.
After over a minute the door opened, where the hospice's caretaker, who is in his early 20s, showed up, holding a gun and asked Fuyuhiko if he is telling the truth that he is not infected or bitten by the zombies.
"So you're saying that you're not infected?"
"Yeah."
"Are you sure?"
"Yeah. As you can see, I got no bite marks…let alone bloodstains…"
"What about her?"
"Same as me…no bite marks, and she's not infected."
"…"
"…"
Seeing that Fuyuhiko is telling the truth, and that Kirigiri is healthy, the caretaker said that they can come in, and there Fuyuhiko tells Kirigiri to have the others come inside the hospice, which she nodded, and a few minutes later, the scene shows that the caretaker revealed that he is the remaining staff member running the hospice as there were about eight staff members, but after seeing the news about the zombies, seven of the staff members stealthily deserted the hospice as they do not want to get eaten by the zombies.
Fuyuhiko became irritated at the seven staff members' cowardice as they chose to abandon the elderly and leave them to he eaten by the zombies, which Saihara and Hinata are also angered at the seven staff members choosing to sacrifice the elderly just to get away.
"Those damn cowards…! Leaving the senior citizens behind…"
"Couldn't agree more…they only think of themselves and are willing to leave these people behind…"
"Karma will get them…"
"Hopefully. Can't believe that my ex-workers didn't bother telling me what is happening…"
"Okay…we'll see what we can do to help…"
"You can count on us."
"Yeah."
"Appreciate it. Thanks."
The Naegi siblings hugged each other as they realized that their parents are somewhere out there, and are unsure if their parents are alive and safe or of they got killed or bitten and turned into a pair of zombies.
Once again Chabashira jumped in on the opportunity and uses the fleeing staff members as an excuse to point out that men are cowards and deserved to be sacrificed to the zombies, which irked Saihara, who told her not to lump him, Hinata, Fuyuhiko and Naegi with the cowardly staff members but the SHSL Aikido Master wouldn't relent, causing a bickering between the two teens.
"Do you really hate men so much?"
"Just telling the truth! You men are all the same!"
"Not all men are like what you're accusing of!"
"It would be better if you get eaten by zombies since the men started this!"
"It was Enoshima who caused this! And mind you it was a girl who started this in the first place!"
"So now you're blaming us girls!"
"That's not…"
"Yes it is!"
Fuyuhiko face-palmed at the scene while Hinata urged Chabashira and Saihara to calm down as their antics might disturb the resting senior citizens, which promoted Kirigiri, Asahina and Akamatsu to persuade Chabashira that not all men are like that.
"Chabashira…please stop."
"That's right…"
"Please…stop blaming boys…not all of them are like that…"
"…"
"For now we need to figure out how to evacuate everyone here."
"Yeah…"
"That's right…"

Hope you liked this chapter, as the Hope's Peak Academy survivors managed to get to safety after escaping from the besieged mall due to the invasion of the zombies, and now they ended up right in front of a hospice…and managed to seek shelter though a bit of a comic relief as Chabashira started ranting and blamed boys for causing the pandemic…
And at the same time Enoshima just seemingly couldn't get enough of Yuta, seducing him again which caused the 13-year old boy to get sensually intoxicated by her charms, and once again their planned evacuation got delayed just because of Enoshima wanting ANOTHER GO with the younger brother of Aoi Asahina…yet they finally evacuated and are now looking for a safer place to settle down…
