Ch. 2: Unmei-tekina deai e no pureryūdo
In the next two years, Izuku had to keep his status as an IMPOTENT a secret, and did not mention this to his mom out of sheer embarrassment, as well as he doesn't want to burden her as she is already saddened by the fact that he was Quirkless and being discriminated by children his age, and thus he had to endure the taunting that he is a EUNUCH due to his inability to get an erection.
As Midoriya is slated to finish middle school, he had a FATEFUL ENCOUNTER with the number one pro hero, All Might, where he became the first to discover nhis secret, and due to this he gave his word that he will not reveal it to anyone, and yet All Might noticed that Midoriya is still depressed and asked if he is depressed due to being Quirkless.
"Midoriya-shounen…"

"What is the matter…?"

"Are you depressed at being Quirkless...?"

"Are you okay…?"

Midoriya was hesitant to tell All Might about the fact that he is suffering from something besides being Quirkless, and chose not to tell him before the two went separate ways, and there Midoriya sadly walked away, after being told that he can't be a hero due to being Quirkless, but as he passed by some random children his age, who turn out to be some of his schoolmates at his middle school, they began taunting him.
"Quirkless! Quirkless!"
"…"
"Quirkless! Quirkless!"

"Quirkless! Quirkless!"

Much later, Katsuki Bakugo and some of his classmates were passing by an alley when they were assaulted by the Sludge Villain, and Bakugo got captured, attracting the attention of the police and a hostage situation took place, where a passing All Might saw this and is hesitant to respond due to his current situation and predicament as he is trying to limit the use of his Quirk.
Izuku, who also happened to pass by, saw this and out of spontaneous reaction, he rushed forward and attempted to rescue Bakugo even though he is Quirkless and didn't have a plan in mind, as all he could think of is trying to get Bakugo away from the Sludge Villain's hold on his hostage, despite the calls from the cops telling Izuku to get away.
"Hey! Get away from him, kid!"
"You can't handle that guy!"
"This is no place for the Quirkless!"
"…"
"Get away from there, you idiot!"
"We'll have you arrested!"
"Stupid kid!"
"…"
Seeing Izuku's actions spurred All Might to get over his hesitations and doubts and he assumed his muscled form and rushes through and defeated the Sludge Villain and rescued Bakugo, and as he is about to check on Izuku, he saw the cops berating the younger boy, but then some of the bullies began taunting Izuku in attempting to be a wannabe hero.
Then they began taunting Izuku to seek a career as a priest as they reminded him that he is IMPOTENT which caused the cops to stare in surprise upon hearing that the bullies calling Izuku a EUNUCH.
"EUNUCH! EUNUCH! EUNUCH!"
"Huh?"
"EUNUCH! EUNUCH! EUNUCH!"
"What the…?"
"EUNUCH! EUNUCH! EUNUCH!"
"Are they serious…?"
"EUNUCH! EUNUCH! EUNUCH!"
"Why are they calling this kid a EUNUCH…?"
All Might blinked his eyes at hearing this, confused as to why the bullies would taunt Izuku like that, and confronted the bullies and told them to stop, reminding them that they are possibly committing a crime by slander, causing the bullies to stare wide-eyed in embarrassment and knelt down, begging for mercy.
"I AM SORRY!"
"FORGIVE US!"
"WE DIDN'T MEAN TO!"
"SPARE US!"
"FORGIVE US!"
"THE VILLAINS MADE ME DO IT!"
"PLEASE FORGIVE US!"
"WE'LL DO ANYTHING!"
About 30 minutes later, All Might confronted Izuku at the outskirts of town and thanked him for spurring him to get over his doubts and hesitation, and tells the younger boy that there is a possibility that he can be a hero, surprising Midoriya, and there All Might said that there is a catch, in which Izuku has to train his body for ten months.
Izuku nodded and said that he is all game for it and there All Might tells the younger boy that the training would be quite difficult and he might buck under pressure, yet the younger boy said that he would endure it, reasoning that he has endured being taunted for being Quirkless and being taunted for being a EUNUCH, causing All Might to raise an eyebrow.
Out of curiosity, All Might asked Izuku what made him say that, and the younger boy accidentally revealed the reason, only to stop mid-sentence upon realizing what he just said, with All Might staring in disbelief at hearing the reason as he couldn't believe that a younger boy is suffering from IMPOTENCE at an early age, something that is unheard of.
"Huh?"
"!"
"Did I hear you correctly…?"
"Uh..."
"You were suffering from IMPOTENCE...?"
"Eeep..."
"You can't be serious…"
"…"
Midoriya blushed as he knelt down in embarrassment, as the secret he had to keep ended up getting exposed, though All Might assured to the younger boy that he won't tell anyone, and even said that he would try contacting a contact he knows to see if there is a remedy for Midoriya's current situation, reasoning that he finds this MEDICALLY PROBLEMATIC as IMPOTENCE only happens to men aged 40 and above.
"Do not fret. I will help you."
"Eh?"
"I'll see if I could contact someone who might help you."
"Really?"
"Yes. This is something I cannot ignore. Your condition should only happen when you turn 40, but that happening in your current age is problematic, so I'll see if I could contact a doctor for your current situation."
"Th-thanks…"
"Its nothing, Midoriya-shounen…"
"…"
Midoriya was gratified at hearing this and thanked All Might, which the current number one pro hero said that it is nothing, and after that Midoriya went home, and in the next four weeks Midoriya began his training under All Might, which were difficult at first as he was made to pull some equipment as MAKESHIFT WEIGHTS.
On the second month he was made to do endurance training to build up his stamina, which was equally difficult yet he persevere despite the harsh methods being applied, which somewhat impressed All Might as he sees that Midoriya is being serious about this training he made, as he expected that Midoriya would throw in the towel in less than a week.
On the third month it was business as usual as Midoriya attended school, and after classes he would continue the secret training which includes lifting and moving discarded house appliances such as refrigerators and washing machines, which the younger boy had to endure, but in the midst of the training, he accidentally saw a Russian PORN MAGAZINE, where a Russian teen girl and a Russian teen boy are engaging in pornographic activities.
While this enticed Midoriya, he soon realized that he is still suffering from IMPOTENCE, as he still couldn't get himself aroused, and that some of his neighborhood bullies who are aware of Midoriya's condition passed by and taunted him.

Seeing this, All Might secretly assume his MUSCLED FORM and confronted the bullies and STRICTLY REPRIMANDED and LECTURES the bullies for their actions, and being taken aback and bucking under pressure, the bullies knelt down and apologized, begging forgiveness as they fear being exposed to their parents about what they did.
"I AM SORRY!"
"FORGIVE US!"
"WE DIDN'T MEAN TO!"
"SPARE US!"
"FORGIVE US!"
"THE VILLAINS MADE ME DO IT!"
"PLEASE FORGIVE US!"
"WE'LL DO ANYTHING!"
The bullies were let go after promising that they won't pick on Midoriya again, and as All Might went to Midoriya, he is surprised to see that the younger boy is telling the truth that he did suffered from ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION, and wondered if this is due to the stress of being discriminated for being Quirkless, yet he encouraged Midoriya to continue the training and said that if Midoriya do well he would be able to become a pro hero.
"Do not fret. I will help you."
"Eh?"
"We will proceed with the training. During this I'll see if I could contact someone who might help you."
"Really?"
"Yes. After seeing what those bullies said, it is something I cannot ignore. Your condition should only happen when you turn 40, but that happening in your current age is problematic, especially if this go untreated, so I'll see if I could contact a doctor for your current situation."
"Th-thanks…"
"Its nothing, Midoriya-shounen…"

Seven months later, Midoriya graduated from Aldera Junior High, and while he celebrate with his mom, he kept his secret condition a secret as he doesn't want his mom to get any complicated ideas about his ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION, and as the day went on, the Midoriya family went to bed early, but the following day, at 04:00, Midoriya secretly went to the beach and proceeded to finish his training, just as All Might arrived an hour later.
All Might was amazed that Midoriya finished the training without receiving instructions, and impressed, he praised the younger boy and after some rest, All Might delivered his promise and proceeded to pass his Quirk to Midoriya, but then tells him that today is the entrance test of UA Academy, and urged him to go now.
"You should hurry, Midoriya-shounen."
"Huh?"
"Today is the entrance exam at UA Academy."
"T-today…?"
"Yes."
"Then I got to go now!"
"Good luck, kid."
"S-see you…!"
Nodding, Midoriya left and All Might mentally nodded that he made the right choice and decision in choosing a successor, and now he wondered which person to contact as he remembered giving his word to Midoriya about finding the right doctor to help the younger boy about treating his alleged IMPOTENCE, as he believed that it would be detrimental to the younger boy suffering from that kind of malady at such a young age, and it might worsen once he graduates high school and might pose problems should Midoriya find a girlfriend and might cause emotional problems should he and his future lover attempt to get intimate and inadvertently discover Midoriya's secret malady.
"Hang in there, Midoriya-shounen...I'll see if I could find the right doctor to check on your secret condition…"

In an unexpected twist of events, Midoriya was able to use his acquired Quirk for the first time yet with rather DISASTROUS RESULTS, as he injured himself in the process, yet he managed to pass the entrance test and is enrolled at UA Academy, and is sorted to Class 1-A, which Katsuki Bakugo happened to be there as well.
In the days that passed, Midoriya struggled yet managed to get well enough with the lessons, the initial exercises, and soon he and the entire class went to USK for a training exercise on how to perform rescue operations with pro heroes/teachers Eraser Head and Thirteen supervising them to teach them on what they need to know and what to do in emergency situations.
This was mired as the League Of Villains made an impromptu appearance and intend to kill the students in an effort to draw out All Might, having learned that the number one pro hero is working at UA Academy as a teacher, and there the League intend to use the students as hostages as a way to get leverage.
Its leader, Tomura Shigaraki, tells his HIRED HENCHMEN to kill as many students as they like, but instructed them that only he would get to KILL All Might, which the hired goons nodded in acknowledgement.
"Okay!"

As the members of Class 1-A struggle and managed to keep the villains at bay, Midoriya struggled to use his Quirk to protect his classmates and managed to hold on, though in an UNLUCKY TURN OF EVENTS, he accidentally got into a COMPROMISING POSITION with Tsuyu Asui, yet his CURRENT CONDITION helped him in keeping his presence of mind, and Asui believed that their position was accidental and did not see Midoriya as a HENTAI, though she do see Minoru Mineta as one.
Eventually, thanks to Tenya Iida, the rest of the faculty members of UA Academy arrived and even the odds, and Shigaraki is forced to retreat after all of his hired goons were defeated, and Class 1-A was saved, as no one was seriously injured during the attack, however, one particular scene somewhat piqued some interest within the class.
Mineta is seen and heard telling Denki Kaminari about Asui accidentally laying on top of Midoriya, and that their CROTCHES TOUCHED EACH OTHER, and this prompted Mineta and Kaminari to confront Midoriya and asked if he GOT AROUSED, and a blushing Midoriya had to repel the queries as he doesn't want anyone to find out about his current condition.
"So? What was her body pressing yours feel like?"
"Does it feel good?"
"Um…ah…"
"Did you feel her boobs?"
"Did your PEE-PEE went KA-BOING?"
"Th-that's…"
"Come on…"
"Tell us…"
"…"
Momo Yaoyorozu, Ochako Uraraka, and Mina Ashido blushed at hearing this and couldn't believe that Mineta and Kaminari would corner Midoriya and inquire him about THAT, and they berated the two boys for that and urged them to stop pestering Midoriya, seeing that he is such a gentleman to answer such perverted questions.
"What a perverted conversation!"
"Deku is not like that!"
"You hentai should stop that!"
"You boys are maniacs!"
"Stop pestering Deku!"
"Yeah!"
"We mean it!"
"Deku is not a maniac!"
"We should tell the teachers…"

Hope you liked this chapter, though it retells the events of the first season episodes of the anime, it still shows some original plot, such as All Might finding out why Midoriya was dubbed a EUNUCH…and that Midoriya is on the verge of being exposed as one…
Now that he has inherited One For All and enrolled at UA Academy, it seems that his dream is becoming a reality, except that the OTHER PROBLEM is still there…and Midoriya will have to keep this a secret until All Might is able to contact a doctor-friend who might be able to help Midoriya…

In a twist of fate, Midoriya meets Itsuka Kendo of Class 1-B…and would get along well with her until a FATEFUL ENCOUNTER would change all that…
