My apologies for the late post, as things got frantic here at my place and it somewhat delayed my course of working on my fanfictions, which are:

1) I was struck down with a viral infection which affected my throat and had to make more than a few weeks to get a lot of bed rest, hence I had to pull back on working on the chapters of my fanfics

2) Last October 15, I noticed that I haven't received any notifications from fanfiction . net, ranging from reviews to story favorites and following to receiving PMs from other fanfiction . net users, and I accidentally discovered that I received some reviews for some of my fics yet it didn't register on my Yahoo mail, so I sent a message to bot at fanfiction . com but discovered that there IS AN ISSUE on my email address and tried various ways, which went unresolved, and I resorted to use an alternate email address, but so far there is little change.

So for those who would like to inquire something or have something in mind regarding the fics I've written, I'll provide you with an alternative way in case the email alert list and PM on fanfiction . net hasn't been resolved.

Now that I've said my piece, onto other business at hand…

Ch. 27: Jikken oyobi kyōiku-yō no puraibēto chūtoriaru part 2

The scene shifts inside Hado's dorm room where Midoriya is sitting beside her on her bed as she asked him how his quiz went, in which Midoriya admitted that he was able to weather the quiz thanks to her tutoring, which she smiled in a cute way, causing Midoriya to blush as he finds himself getting drawn to her charms, and there she told him that it is nothing, and there she told him why she summoned him here.

Hado explained that she decided to give him some advanced tutorial sessions in regards to the health lessons that Class 1-A have, and there Hado brought out her notebook and showed the contents to Midoriya, where it is revealed that it contain notes from two years ago when she was a first year student, which details the topics following the SEX EDUCATION subjects.

Midoriya sweat-dropped and asked Hado if she is going to give him another set of PHYSICAL lessons, which she smiled but assured to him that it won't be THAT EXTREME, which Midoriya sweat-dropped again as he mentally wondered if she is serious about what she said just now.

"Oh, don't worry. Hado-sensei will be giving you another advanced tutorial lessons…"

"Uh…will this be…"

"Sorry…this time it's more on lessons, and not a PLEASURABLE ONE like last time."

"R-really…?"

"Yup. So sorry if you're expecting something like…"

"N-no…nothing like that…!"

"Really? Good."

"…"

Hado nodded and said that this time she is going to give him some ADVANCED TUTORING as she tells the younger boy that it is likely that Class 1-A would be tackling this subject in a few days from now and said that this new tutoring would help him prepare, and there she grabbed a remote and activated the projector where the new topics are shown, and Midoriya reluctantly began preparing himself for this.

Testicular Torsion

Testicular torsion occurs when the spermatic cord (from which the testicle is suspended) twists, cutting off the blood supply to the testicle. The most common symptom in children is sudden, severe testicular pain. The testicle may be higher than usual in the scrotum and vomiting may occur. In newborns, pain is often absent and instead the scrotum may become discolored or the testicle may disappear from its usual place.

Most of those affected have no obvious prior underlying health problems. Testicular tumor or prior trauma may increase risk. Other risk factors include a congenital malformation known as a "bell-clapper deformity" wherein the testis is inadequately attached to the scrotum allowing it to move more freely and thus potentially twist.

Cold temperatures may also be a risk factor. The diagnosis should usually be made based on the presenting symptoms, but requires timely diagnosis and treatment to avoid testicular loss. An ultrasound can be useful when the diagnosis is unclear.

Treatment is by physically untwisting the testicle, if possible, followed by surgery. Pain can be treated with opioids. Outcome depends on time to correction. If successfully treated within six hours onset, it is often good. However, if delayed for 12 or more hours the testicle is typically not salvageable. About 40% of people require removal of the testicle.

It is most common just after birth and during puberty. It occurs in about 1 in 4,000 to 1 in 25,000 males under 25 years of age each year. Of children with testicular pain of rapid onset, testicular torsion is the cause of about 10% of cases. Complications may include an inability to have children.

Testicular torsion usually presents with severe testicular pain or pain in the groin and lower abdomen. Pain generally begins suddenly and typically involves only one side. There is often associated nausea and vomiting. The testicle may lie higher in the scrotum due to twisting and subsequent shortening of the spermatic cord or may be positioned in a horizontal orientation. Mild warmth and redness of the overlying area may be present. Elevation of the testicle may worsen the pain. Urinary symptoms, such as pain or increased frequency of urination are also typically absent.

Symptom onset often follows physical activity or trauma to the testes or scrotum. Children with testicular torsion may awaken with testicular or abdominal pain in the middle of the night or in the morning. There may be a history of previous, similar episodes of scrotal pain due to prior transient testicular torsion with spontaneous resolution.

Testicular infarction: Testicular damage occurs as a consequence of decreased blood flow, and therefore decreased oxygen and nutrient supply, to the testicle. If the testicle is not viable during surgical exploration, it must be removed to prevent further necrosis, or tissue death.

Infertility: The impact of testicular torsion on long-term fertility is not yet fully understood. However, testicular torsion may cause abnormal sperm function on semen analysis, although these abnormalities are more likely to be found in adolescents and in adults. Torsion does not seem to affect long-term sperm function in neonates. The cause of abnormal sperm function is thought to be due to the following mechanisms:

Immunological theory, also known as "sympathetic orchidopathia": It is thought that following injury to the testicle, the body's immune system is activated to clean up damaged cells. In the process, it creates anti-testicular cell antibodies, or proteins that cross the injured blood-testis barrier and damage both the affected and contralateral testicles.

Reperfusion injury: This type of injury is seen in tissues that have been deprived of blood supply for a prolonged period.

Gangrene, or a type of tissue damage caused by lack of blood supply, of the testis.

Sepsis, in extremely rare cases (0.03%), if not treated for a long period of time, it could lead to sepsis and cause severe life-threatening infections and injuries through the blood and organs, which could lead to death.

Recurrence of torsion may occur even after surgical fixation, although this is very unlikely.

Most of those affected with testicular torsion have no prior underlying health problems or predisposing conditions. However, there are certain factors that may increase risk of testicular torsion. A larger testicle either due to normal variation or testicular tumor increases the risk of torsion. Similarly, the presence of a mass or malignancy involving the spermatic cord can also predispose to torsion.

Age is also an important risk factor for torsion. Torsion most commonly occurs either in the newborn or just before or during puberty. Testicular torsion often occurs before or during puberty, prior to complete testicular descent. Epididymitis is more commonly a postpubertal condition.

Several congenital anatomic malformations or variations in the testicle or the surrounding structures may allow for increased scrotal rotation and increase the risk of testicular torsion. A congenital malformation of the processus vaginalis known as "bell-clapper deformity" accounts for 90% of all cases. In this condition, rather than the testes attaching posteriorly to the inner lining of the scrotum by the mesorchium, the mesorchium terminates early and the testis is free floating in the tunica vaginalis.

Other anatomic risk factors include horizontal lie of the testicle or a spermatic cord with a long intrascrotal portion. Cryptorchidisim is also a risk factor for torsion with some studies proposing a 10-fold higher risk. Testicular torsion may also be caused by trauma to the scrotum or exercise (in particular, bicycle riding); however, only about 4–8% of cases are the result of trauma. There is thought to be a possible genetic basis for predisposition to torsion, based on multiple published reports of familial testicular torsion. There is controversy whether cold weather months are associated with an increased risk.

Midoriya stared wide-eyed in surprise at the topics he just tackled, and he never thought that something like THAT might potentially happen in later years, or probably earlier, and there Hado told Midoriya that depending on circumstances, it might happen earlier than expected, reasoning that anything might happen from hereon, especially since he is now a hero course student studying at UA Academy.

"R-really, Hado-senpai…?"

"Yup."

"I didn't think that…"

"That's why you should be more careful, especially when facing brawler-based villains. They're the type that would pound their fists on any of their target's body parts."

"I see…"

"So then…"

"Yes…?"

"I have a question for you…"

Hado then asked if Midoriya had ever been attacked via his testicles, and there he reluctantly admitted that Kota punched him THERE a few months ago when Class 1-A and 1-B went to the forest owned by the Wild, Wild Pussycats for training, which Hado crossed her arms while THINKING, and Midoriya sensed that Hado has something on her mind which made him feel a little worried at what she is thinking.

"Um…"

"…"

"Hado-senpai…?"

"…"

"Is there…something wrong…?"

"…"

"Er…Hado-senpai…?"

"…"

There Hado REQUESTED that he push down his shorts and brief as she would CONDUCT AN INSPECTION on his testicles, saying that she just wanted to see if there are any UNDETECTED SIDE EFFECTS, which Midoriya sweat-dropped as he wondered if this is okay since he knows that the doctors already checked on him after his battle with Muscular during the League Of Villains' assault at the Forest Training Camp a few months ago.

"Don't worry. It'll be okay."

"A-are you sure, Hado-senpai…?"

"Yup."

"Uh…I don't know…"

"Its fine."

"…"

"Just leave it to me."

"Er…"

Outside Hado's dorm room, the second year Business Course students are outside and are debating on whether to barge in or not, as they believe that Midoriya may have used a Support Item on Hado that makes her susceptible to his PERVERTED SUGGESTIONS, and there the students urged their leader to do something as they must protect and preserve Hado's INNOCENCE, unaware that she already lost her VIRGINITY to Midoriya last week.

"Please…do something! Hado-senpai's VIRGINITY is at stake! We must stop Midoriya The Maniac!"

"Yeah!"

By then Haya passed by and overheard what the Business Course students are saying, and believing that they are telling the truth, Haya told underclassmen to stay quiet as she brought out a lockpick and began to stealthily pick on the doorknob and made sure that it won't produce any noise, while she tells her underclassmen to be ready as they are going to catch Midoriya IN THE ACT and expose him as the SERIAL MANIAC amongst the first year students in UA Academy, which the second year UA students nodded in acknowledgement.

"Okay!"

At this point Togata and Amajiki came and saw what Haya is doing, which the former tried to dissuade her yet the latter felt that this might help decide whether Midoriya is really doing something INAPPROPRIATE towards Hado or not, which Togata felt that this is tantamount to invasion of privacy.

"Hey, hey…come on, Tamaki…isn't that…"

"I think this is for the best, Mirio."

"Whoa-whoa…we should calm down and…"

"But…if what Haya said is true…and is proven…then Midoriya might be what he is should he be exposed as the scoundrel that he is…"

"Tamaki…"

"I think this is for the best, Mirio."

"…"

"Get ready. This is where we will find out."

After a few seconds, Haya successfully pick the doorknob and stealthily opened the door before sneaking inside, and Amajiki followed suit, along with the underclassmen as Togata sighed as he decided to follow and attempt to diffuse the situation if things get out of control, and once inside they blinked their eyes at what they just witnessed.

There it shows that Midoriya is standing there with Hado sitting on her bed; Midoriya is holding the hem of his sleeveless shirt while his shorts and brief on down on his ankles; Hado is facing Midoriya's PRIVATE SPOT, her left pointing finger and thumb holding the younger boy's penis in an upward manner while her right fingers and thumb is EXPLORING his testicles, making it look like she is conducting an autopsy.

As Hado is glancing at his testicles, she noted that Midoriya didn't suffered any complications after being told how Kota Izumi punched him THERE with such force, and she commented that Midoriya didn't hold a grudge towards the younger boy, though Midoriya told her why Kota did that in the first place, and said that in the end Kota's faith towards pro heroes was restored and that nothing bad happened.

"Really, Midoriya?"

"Yeah. Everything is okay."

"Ne-ne…I'm surprised and intrigued…you didn't even blow a fuse after what that little boy did to you back there even though he said that he hates pro heroes…"

"It's fine. I talked to Kota and he finally understood. He even apologized via the letter he wrote about punching my BALLS..."

"Lucky for you your BALLS didn't suffered from complications. It looks to me that they're fine."

"Uh…please be careful…"

"Don't worry. I won't crush them…"

"R-really…?"

Haya and Amajiki stared wide-eyed, mouths agaped at seeing this, which, to their impressions, make it look like a cross between a HENTAI anime and a live-action porn movie, and they couldn't believe that Hado would do something like touching a boy's sex organ like it was nothing, though Togata observed Hado's actions and the conversation, while seeing the projection screen where the lecture is shown, and he realized that Hado is merely giving Midoriya an advanced tutorial lessons as the topic, the Testicular Torsion, was the same topic he, Amajiki, Haya and Hado took during their first year, thus he is now sure that nothing indecent took place.

However, Haya went ballistic as she wrongly believe that Midoriya INFLUENCED Hado by TRICKING her into MASTURBATING him, and there she shrieked and shouted at Midoriya, telling him to stay away from Hado, surprising the younger boy whilst Hado was taken aback at seeing her three classmates whilst seeing the second year students standing there, holding their smartphones and took pictures of Hado holding and touching Midoriya's penis and testicles.

"Did you see that? I'm sure now that Midoriya used HYPNOSIS to make Hado-senpai caress his balls…and I'm sure that he is about to goad her to do a BLOWJOB on him. Quick, guys…take a picture while we're at it!"

Hope you liked this chapter, as Hado gave Midoriya another impromptu tutoring session…though this time it's about the testicles, and she gave Midoriya a PHYSICAL one except that there is no sensuality involved as this one is rather PROFESSIONAL, as she is acting like a physician here…

But Haya's recklessness caused an unintentional exposure as the 2nd year Business Course students within UA Academy seemingly misunderstood what they saw and now Midoriya is at risk of being branded the SERIAL HENTAI amongst the first year students…
