I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here, things would escalate as Eri is being treated at Recovery Girl's infirmary while Midoriya and Kendo's classmates are pondering on what to do next after the teachers got the gist of what took place…

Ch. 16: Kanjō no konran part 2
The scene shifts at the principal's office where Present Mic and Midnight showed to Nezu the videotape where the posse assaulted Kendo and Eri, and it also showed that Midoriya was unintentionally provoked after the abuse Eri received from the posse leader, which Nezu nodded in agreement that the posse students would be recommended for expulsion for their actions, especially after the posse leader's despicable attack towards Kendo and Eri.
Moreover, Present Mic said that some UA students witnessed the scene but did nothing, just watching as if they don't care, with only a select Class 1A and 1B students being the only ones trying to diffuse the situation without fighting while trying to calm an enraged Midoriya, and Midnight said that she has a feeling that the reporter and her cameraman may have an extra copy and might do a report on TV which might put UA Academy in a bad light, which Present Mic became quite concerned.
"If that reporter were to make that report on live TV…"
"It would put UA in a rather negative publicity."
"This is such a bad timing…"
"I couldn't agree more…"
"Had I guessed that something like this would happen I should've escorted those students away…"
"What's done is done. We can't change it now."
"Still…"
"Lets ask the principal for his take…"
"Right…"
Nezu acknowledged it and said that this would be an eye-opener and thus the faculty members would have to be more rigid and strict with the students in order for them to become responsible students of UA Academy, and there he leaves the office room and went to the section of the principal's office where the posse members are, still tied up by Aizawa-sensei's capture cloth, and there Nezu showed them the footage from the tape, asking them why they did that to Midoriya and Eri.
The posse members were tight-lipped as they couldn't offer an alibi knowing that they couldn't come up with something as they were caught red-handed, and there Nezu stared at them with contempt, saying that had they left the school without delay, the suspension would suffice, but now he has changed his mind and the posse are recommended to face EXPULSION.
The posse members stared wide-eyed upon hearing this and began to grovel for mercy, as getting expelled is the last thing they want, and in their desperation they shifted the blame on Midoriya and Eri, justifying that the two are connivers and are SWINDLING Kendo, saying that Midoriya FATHERED A BASTARD CHILD like Eri and is using the little girl to SEDUCE Kendo.
"It was Midoriya's fault!"
"That's right! He started it!"
"He even uses his BASTARD CHILD to SEDUCE Kendo!"
"They are father and child…swindlers at best!"
"You should expel Midoriya instead! He's the bad influence!"
"He even brought his illegitimate BASTARD just to flaunt around!"
"Midoriya and his BASTARD CHILD should be banned at UA! We were just protecting the academy!"
"That is right! You should expel Midoriya and not us heroes!"
Aizawa glared at them as he tighten the hold on the capture cloth, almost suffocating them as he told the posse members that Eri is from a family who abandoned her, and he lambasted the posse members for thinking that Eri is Midoriya's child, saying that Midoriya and Eri's age gap are nine years apart, hence the posse members' claim of Midoriya being Eri's father are utterly false, and now the posse members are going to pay the price for their foolishness.
By then policemen came as they were told to arrest SOME DELINQUENTS who committed CHILD ABUSE, and one of the responding cops asked Aizawa if the ones in the capture cloth are the suspects, which Aizawa nodded while showing the evidence, and there the other cops saw it and commented that the posse members have showed that they do not have what it takes to become a pro hero as they bullied and assaulted an innocent child.
In short, they chose to become arrogant delinquents which the posse members stubbornly denied, reiterating that they are STRIVING to become pro heroes, and making their case worse, the posse insisted that the fault lies on Midoriya and Eri, saying that they are trying to swindle and SEDUCE Kendo, seemingly forgetting what Aizawa said moments ago that Eri is from a family who abandoned her and has no relation with Midoriya.
"You got it wrong! It was Midoriya's fault!"
"That's right! He started it! He's the suspect!"
"He even uses his BASTARD CHILD to SEDUCE Kendo!"
"They are father and child…swindlers at best! The worse villains ever!"
"You should arrest Midoriya instead! He's assaulted us!"
"He even brought his illegitimate BASTARD just to swindle and sabotage the academy!"
"Midoriya and his BASTARD CHILD should be the ones who should be arrested! Not us! We were just protecting the academy!"
"That is right! You should arrest Midoriya and throw that BASTARD CHILD with a horn to the orphanage!"
Aizawa is gritting his teeth as he is fed up with the lousy excuses the posse members are doing while still using Eri as an excuse to deflect the blame, but the arresting cops sighed and tells the posse members to get a good lawyer as they are going to the delinquent prison where they would be disciplined and SHAPED into responsible persons, which the posse members wailed in desperation as that is the last thing they ever wanted.
"I AM SORRY!"
"FORGIVE US!"
"WE DIDN'T MEAN TO!"
"SPARE US!"
"FORGIVE US!"
"THE VILLAINS S MADE ME DO IT!"
"PLEASE FORGIVE US!"
"WE'LL DO ANYTHING!"
As the posse members are taken away, Present Mic tells Aizawa to head for the infirmary, saying that his Quirk is needed, as the posse leader is also there, and the moment he wakes up he is going to rant and put the blame on Eri, and it is likely that Midoriya might ACCIDENTALLY KILL HIM IN RAGE because of that.
Midnight agreed and tells Aizawa to go to Recovery Girl's infirmary which Aizawa sighed in annoyance as he tells Nezu to teach the other UA students who ignored Eri's plight a lesson so as to teach them the meaning of responsibility, which Nezu nodded in acknowledgement.
"Principal…can I leave this to you…?"
"Which is…?"
"The students who just watched the posse abusing Eri...please them a lesson on what it means about apathy amongst them…"
"I see what you mean…very well…"
"Okay. I'll be taking my leave."
"Okay. I will take care of this."
"…"
"…"

At the infirmary, Recovery Girl is working on Eri, concerned that she nearly suffered a fractured jaw due to the slapping blow the posse leader did, while the head wound that came from a stone thrown at her wasn't serious, and she was dismayed, disappointed, and angered at what the posse leader and his posse members did to the little girl just because her presence took Kendo's attention.
Asui, Uraraka and Kirishima are concerned and asked Recovery Girl if Eri would be okay, worried that she might be sent to a hospital, though the Youthful Hero assured to the three Class 1A members that Eri would be okay, though physically, as she said that the emotional recovery would be a different situation, which the three Class 1A members nodded.
"I think you kids should be more of Eri's protectors…given that the Big Three are busy at times…"
"Yeah…"
"Yeah…"
"Kero…"
"Personally…you should have used your Quirks to defend Eri since what happened is a justifiable situation…"
"Yeah…"
"Yeah…"
"Kero…"
Kendo was feeling guilty, as she felt that Eri was harmed by the posse group because of her, though Awase and Tetsutetsu assured to her that she did nothing wrong, and reiterated that the posse group are the ones who should pay for the pain they inflicted, and there her two classmates urged her to file charges, saying that the posse leader kicked her on her CROTCH, which are grounds for him getting expelled in addition to physically harming Eri.
"You should file charges, Kendo..."
"Yeah! That creep kicked you on your crotch! It's frustrated physical injuries and assault! Maybe battery!"
"Guys…calm down…"
"Tetsutetsu is right…what that creep did is a frustrated act…"
"If he assaulted you again…we will retaliate."
"That's right!"
"Calm down…I'll be ready as well…"
"Good…"
"That's the spirit!"
Kendo nodded before glancing at Midoriya, who remained sedated by Midnight's Quirk, and she is worried that the moment he wakes up he would break down emotionally as he would blame himself for not being able to protect the little girl, though Awase assured to her that they will tell Midoriya that he is not to be blamed.
However, the posse leader, who just recovered after Recovery Girl's treatment, was stubborn to the end, and blamed Eri for the predicament he is in, saying that Eri is indeed Midoriya's BASTARD CHILD and calls Kendo a BRAINLESS SLUT for allowing herself to get swindled by the GREEN-HAIRED OPPORTUNIST and the LITTLE FREAK WITH A HORN, and tells Kendo that she deserved to get kicked on her CROTCH because she is willing to allow herself to be SEDUCED to an asshole like Midoriya.
Kendo has finally had enough, as she could no longer tolerate the posse leader's antics for badmouthing Eri and Midoriya, and she grabbed the posse leader by his collar and is ready to use her Quirk on him, but Awase and Tetsutetsu held her, urging her to calm down but she said that she could no longer hold back as the posse leader would not stop inflicting harm on the innocent Eri.
"Kendo!"
"Kendo!"
"Let go! I'm going to beat him up!"
"Calm down!"
"He's not worth it!"
"But…"
"Let the teachers take care of him!"
"Awase is right! Just don't sink to this idiot's level!"
"…"
Things take a turn as the posse leader got loose, and there he attempted to kick the bed where Eri is laid, as she is still sedated so as to keep her from feeling pain, but Midoriya got up, as Midnight's Quirk faded, and overheard what the posse leader said and his attempt to kick the bed so as to harm Eri, and there Midoriya grabbed the posse leader's wrist and twists it quite violently and the posse leader screams out in pain.
"AAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEE!"
"Don't you dare…!"
"AAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEE!"
"Hurt her again…I swear I will kill you…!"
"AAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEE!"
"You went to far…and I will not permit you to harm Eri!"
"AAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEE!"
"You hear me?!"
Asui, Uraraka and Kirishima became worried and urged Midoriya to calm down, saying that the teachers will deal with the idiot, but Midoriya would not relent as he continue to twist the posse leader's wrist, and there he demanded to the posse leader to apologize for what he did to Eri, yet the posse leader refuses and said that he hoped that Eri dies so that a BASTARD CHILD like her won't be used as a tool by Midoriya for wooing a BRAINLESS SLUT like Kendo, which angered Midoriya and is about to use his Quirk to rip off the posse leader's arm, causing him to scream out in pain.
"AAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEE!"
"What did you say?"
"AAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEE!"
"You will not insult Eri again…! I swear...hurt her again physically or vocally…I will kill you…!"
"AAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEE!"
"Now apologize to Eri!"
"AAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEE!"
"You hear me?! Apologize to Eri!"
Recovery Girl became worried and tells Midoriya to calm down, as Eri might wake up by accident and of she sees this she might go out of control, and Kendo, trying to fight back the tears from her eyes, reluctantly tells Midoriya to stand down, urging him to ignore the idiot, reasoning that the posse leader has SIGNED HIS DEATH WARRANT.
Midoriya gritted his teeth while glaring at the posse leader, but finally relented as he pushed the posse leader back, causing him to tumble against the clinic bed, and the posse leader acted like a spoiled brat whining like a child, as he threatened to have his parents sue him for battery and assault.
However, three arresting cops came, and just witnessed what occurred, and there Aizawa tells the posse leader that he is finished as Nezu recommended that the posse leader be expelled from UA Academy for the actions he committed against Kendo and Eri, but the posse leader insisted that the fault lies in Eri because she is the BASTARD CHILD of Midoriya, and that Midoriya is using her to SEDUCE Kendo.
Aizawa became agitated as he grabbed the posse leader by his collar and showed him the recorded footage of what he did to Eri, and what he did to Kendo, which Aizawa said that the posse leader's actions are enough to justify the expulsion and for being an undesirable person who has no place in UA Academy, as well as showing that he has no potential to become a pro hero.
"Take a look, you idiot…"
"…"
"You insist that you are doing something heroic, yet you assaulted an innocent child and even attacked a first year student for defending a defenseless child?"
"…"
"You don't deserve to be here…and I'm sure no other hero schools would accept someone like you…"
"…"
"Either way…you are finished."
"…"
All Might came and supported Aizawa's statement, and he tells the cops to take the posse leader away, and as the posse leader wailed like a spoiled brat upon being taken away, All Might glanced at Midoriya, as he sat on the clinic bed while glancing at the floor, feeling guilty of being unable to protect Eri, and All Might comforted him, telling Midoriya that he is not at fault at all.
Aizawa sympathetically agreed, yet he tells Midoriya that he still has to face the consequences of his actions, which the younger boy solemnly nodded, and then tells Kendo that she too would face some sanctions, which she silently nodded, knowing that despite acting in self-defense, she still violated the rules of UA Academy.
Hound Dog came and offered Midoriya some counseling as Aizawa began telling Midoriya and Kendo what their punishment would be.

Hope you liked this chapter, as the posse members are expelled for their actions, while the posse leader felt Midoriya's wrath for attempting to harm Eri…and paid for it…
However both Midoriya and Kendo are facing punishment despite what they did was justifiable…
