I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here, the aftermath of what happened from the previous chapter, which Midoriya and Kendo unintentionally WENT ALL THE WAY…and now how are they going to deal with it the moment their house arrest is over…

Ch. 20: Gakkō ni modoru
A few days later, the scene shifts inside UA Academy, where Kendo and Midoriya are inside their respective classrooms, as their house arrest is up and after submitting a letter of apology, the two teens are allowed to resume classes, and there Class 1-A is glad to see that Midoriya is back and that the can resume attending classes, as well as seeing that he appeared to have recovered from the ordeal.
"Welcome back, Midoriya!"
"Good to see that your house arrest is over."
"And you can catch up on the lectures that you missed!"
"Thanks."
"Okay, we're going to tutor you so you'll know what you missed…"
"Quizzes are coming in soon…"
"And you need to be ready."
"Okay…"
Uraraka, Asui and Kirishima approached Midoriya and told him what went on during his house arrest and that Eri is doing fine as Togata and the other Big Three members are looking after her and made sure that no other bullies would pick on the little girl, which Midoriya nodded, glad that Eri is doing fine and is being protected by the Big Three members.
"And that's how it happened, Deku."
"Eri-chan is in good hands. The Big Three made sure no one with malicious intent would come close…"
"So you got nothing to worry about, Midoriya."
"That's good to hear…"
"So relax now and focus on the lectures that you missed, Deku "
"Kero."
"Better get started, Midoriya."
"Right."
However, Mineta approached Midoriya and stealthily asked him how his days were, reminding him that Kendo was also under house arrest, and there he insinuated that Midoriya and Kendo used the chance to have Kendo inside Midoriya's room while alone and did the YOU KNOW WHAT, causing Midoriya to blush as he suddenly recalled that he and Kendo did MAKE LOVE inside his dorm room, and he hoped that Mineta didn't find out.
Mineta saw Midoriya's reaction and accuses him that Midoriya really DONE THE DEED with Kendo, prompting Kaminari to confront Midoriya and demanded the truth, and the two boys began to corner Midoriya and wanted to know if Midoriya really HAD SEX with the Class 1-B president, and a blushing Midoriya had to deny it as he doesn't want his classmates to find out that he and Kendo really HAD SEX inside his dorm room a few days ago.
"So it's true then…"
"You SCREWED with Kendo!"
"N-no…you got…"
"I can tell…you seduced Kendo...!"
"You really WENT ALL THE WAY with her, you sensual bastard…"
"We…we didn't…"
"You sexual maniac! I knew that you're an opportunist!"
"And you took advantage!"
Iida and Yaoyorozu stared wide-eyed at what they are seeing and berated Kaminari and Mineta for their foolish interrogation approach and reiterated that Midoriya would never do that to Kendo, which the two boys said that Midoriya's reaction says otherwise.
"Kaminari! Mineta! Stop that at once!"
"What perverted conversation…so immoral…!"
"But…but…"
"Midoriya is…"
"Whether Midoriya and Kendo did that or not is none of your business!"
"So respect their privacy and stop pestering them!"
"…"
"…"
Uraraka, Asui and Kirishima told their two classmates to knock it off, saying that Midoriya is not a perverted boy and that there is no way that he would do something like seducing Kendo, and Midoriya would not do something like taking advantage, and urged Kaminari and Mineta to stop cornering Midoriya like that.
"You boys stop pestering Deku!"
"Yeah, that's unmanly!"
"But…"
"But…"
"Deku is not a perverted boy!"
"And you know it!"
"But…"
"But…"
Todoroki approached Midoriya and tells him to calm down, saying that he doesn't have to get stressed out if he is not guilty, but Midoriya felt that he is, as he and Kendo did MAKE LOVE due to them GETTING LOST IN THE MOMENT due to the emotional stress they had and DID THAT to lose some steam, and now he had to keep this a secret in order to prevent this from blowing out of proportion.
"Midoriya…relax."
"…"
"You don't have to feel bad if you're not really guilty…"
"But…I'm not guilty…"
"Really?"
"Yes, really!"
"…"
"…"
Suddenly, Aizawa came and used his aura to get Class 1-A's attention, and there he told Kaminari and Mineta to stop this foolishness and told the rest of the students to return to their seats as classes are about to begin, and the students nodded in acknowledgement as they are heading back to their seats.
"Okay."
"Okay."
"Okay."

At the classroom of Class 1-B, the rest of the class welcomed Kendo back and told her that they are glad that she can resume classes and promised to fill her in on the lectures that she missed, as well as to let her know that Eri is doing fine as the Big Three members are protecting her, which Kendo is relieved to hear this.
Tokage then scooted closer and teasingly asked if she paid Midoriya a visit as she said that he was also under house arrest a few days ago and wondered if anything ROMANTIC happened, and Kendo was taken by surprise, as she suddenly recalled what she and Midoriya did inside his dorm room, and blushed involuntarily, which further aroused suspicions from Tokage, and began pestering Kendo with naughty questions.
"You're blushing, Itsuka…"
"Uh…"
"So then…"
"Uh…"
"Something SEXY happened between the two of you…?"
"!"
"So something DID happen…"
"N-no…! Nothing happened…!"
Pony and Kodai also scooted closer and joined Tokage in interrogating Kendo, wanting to know if she really WENT ALL THE WAY with Midoriya, and a blushing Kendo had to fend off the questions, as she and Midoriya agreed to keep their PRIVATE MOMENT a secret from everyone lest it turns into something that might spiral out of control, and deny the accusations even though it was the truth.
"So then…Midoriya went OVER you…"
"Did you and Midoriya really WENT ALL THE WAY...?"
"Pony wants to know…did Midoriya's HOTDOG went inside your SANDWICH, Kendo...?"
"N-no…! Nothing happened! Nothing happened!"
"Ooohhh…? Why are you flustered…?"
"Itsuka…you don't need to hide anything…"
"Tell me! Tell me! How does it feel that his HOTDOG went inside you?"
"Nothing happened, okay? Nothing happened! That's all to it!"
Seeing this, Awase and Tetsutetsu stepped in and told the girls to stop pestering Kendo, and though Tokage mischievously said that there's a possibility that Kendo and Midoriya DONE THE DEED, Awase and Tetsutetsu said that if Kendo and Midoriya DID THAT, it is their decision and they have their reasons to keep it private, and whether they intend to DO THAT or not, it would be up them.
Tokage and Pony sighed as they were curious to know if Kendo and Midoriya WENT ALL THE WAY, not knowing that their classmate and Midoriya actually did, and Awase and Tetsutetsu told the two girls to respect Kendo's privacy.
"Tokage…Tsunitori…you two should stop there."
"Yeah…what you're doing is harassment…!"
"But…but…"
"We want to know if…"
"Whether Midoriya and Kendo did that or not is none of your business. That is between the two of them."
"Yeah. Please respect their privacy and stop pestering them."
"Aw…"
"Aw…"
Kendo mentally sighed in relief as Awase and Tetsutetsu managed to get Tokage and Pony to stop, as she really couldn't tell her classmates that she and Midoriya WENT ALL THE WAY inside his dorm room a few days ago because they got lost in the moment because of protecting Eri, and there Awase whispered to Kendo, telling her that if she do have feelings for Midoriya, she should go for it and establish a romantic relationship with Midoriya.
"Kendo…you should go for it."
"Huh?"
"I can tell. You really like Midoriya."
"Eh?"
"You should pursue it if you have feelings for him. It's alright. Go for it "
"Uh…"
"Don't worry. I can keep it a secret if you like."
"…"
Kendo blushed at what Awase said, and she is unsure how to respond, but then Vlad King came and told the class to take their seats as classes are about to begin, which Class 1-B nodded in acknowledgement as they went to their seats and prepare for lectures as Vlad King said that more lectures are about to be tackled and he expects the class to listen attentively, which the students nodded in acknowledgement.
"Okay."
"Okay."
"Okay."

A few hours later, it was dismissal time and you can see that the students are leaving the school gate as they are heading back towards Heights Alliance, having attended classes since morning, and then the scene shows that Class 1-A and Class 1-B have left school and are now on their way back to Heights Alliance, and as the two classes began chatting, Midoriya and Kendo glanced at each other before blushing, as they suddenly recall the PRIVATE MOMENT they made a few days ago.
By then Togata came and greeted Midoriya, and Eri came and jumped onto Midoriya, where the two began to bond as Eri is happy to play with him, and Midoriya happily obliges as he carried the little girl affectionately as he were his own daughter, which made some of the Class 1-A and 1-B members smile at the scene.
Kendo smiled as well and joins in on the fun, and the next scene shows that Kendo is affectionately carrying and embracing Eri like a mother doting her daughter, while Midoriya looked like acting a loving husband and father, causing Tetsutetsu and Kirishima to tease the two, and urged Midoriya to woo Kendo, causing Midoriya and Kendo to blush deeply in embarrassment.
"Hey, Midoriya! You should go for it!"
"Yeah! Be a man and woo Kendo!"
"!"
"!"
"Don't be shy! Tell her you like her!"
"Do it, man!"
"!"
"!"
However, something unexpected took place as four policemen came and approached Midoriya, and asked him for confirmation which Midoriya honestly answered, and asked what do they want, where one of the policemen showed him a warrant, saying that he is being sued for assault and battery, shocking the One For All user, and there he was told that the parents of the posse leader who got expelled from UA Academy is suing Midoriya, and the policemen tells the younger boy that he has to come with them.
"Sorry, but we're just following procedures…"
"You're being sued, so…"
"Izuku Midoriya…you're under arrest for assault and battery…"
"What? You made the wrong assumption…!"
"You have the right to remain silent…"
"Anything you say can and will be used against you…"
"So come along quietly…"

Hope you liked this chapter, as Midoriya and Kendo are the main attraction here, as they are back at UA after their house arrest was up, and are slowly getting their school lives back…
Moreover, both Midoriya and Kendo managed to keep secret about their PRIVATE MOMENT as they knew that their classmates would make a big deal out of it and thus had to repel the accusations hurled against them…
As Midoriya and Kendo bond with Eri, something unexpected took place as Midoriya is being arrested while outside UA, and now a situation is taking place…
