Many thanks to those who read and reviewed this fic. I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here, the aftermath of what happened from the previous chapter, which Midoriya and Kendo are about to face an unexpected situation with Eri about to be dragged in…

Well then, read on and enjoy!

Ch. 21: Keidai no arasoi part 1

A few days ago…on the day where Midoriya's house arrest is about to expire…

The scene shifts at a posh house where the posse leader who was expelled from UA Academy after assaulting Kendo and Eri, is seen wailing and crying like a spoiled brat, as he was expelled from UA Academy, and that he lost several teeth after being ASSAULTED by Midoriya.

The expelled UA student who led his posse in assaulting Eri and Kendo is identified as Rikoteki Dadakko, is complaining to his parents for the INJUSTICE he got, saying that UA Academy UNJUSTLY sided with Midoriya, and even said that Midoriya is the reason why his dreams of becoming a pro hero is SHATTERED, and unwilling to accept the truth despite the evidence being shown, the Dadakko parents believe their son and promised that Midoriya will pay for the TRANSGRESSIONS he committed.

"Now, now…don't you cry…!"

"Its okay…we will get the justice you deserve…"

"Wwwwaaaahhh~h…!"

"I'll see to it that this Midoriya-brat will pay for this transgression. Make no mistake!"

"We can't let this slide, dear! Our son's dreams were crushed by that damn boy! He's the one who's at fault!"

"Wwwwaaaahhh~h…!"

"Don't worry! I know just the person to approach!"

"Then do it!"

"Wwwwaaaahhh~h…!"

Mr. Dadakko contacted his lawyer and there the two discussed and came up with a way to humiliate Midoriya while gaining a LEGAL WAY to charge him as a way to smear his reputation so that the public would go against the current One For All user, and the lawyer told Mr. Dadakko to leave everything to him, much to Mr. Dadakko's relief.

"Don't you worry! I know what to do!"

"Okay!"

"Just leave it to me!"

"Okay! I'm counting on you!"

"Good. Now here's what to do…"

"…fine! Anything to get back at that Midoriya-bastard for ruining my kid's career!"

"Then we're all set…"

"Good! Let's do this!"

The present time…

As Class 1-A and 1-B are on their way to Heights Alliance, something unexpected took place as four policemen came and approached Midoriya, and asked him for confirmation which Midoriya honestly answered, and asked what do they want, where one of the policemen showed him a warrant, saying that he is being sued for assault and battery, shocking the One For All user, and there he was told that the parents of the posse leader who got expelled from UA Academy is suing Midoriya, and the policemen tells the younger boy that he has to come with them.

"Sorry, but we're just following procedures…"

"You're being sued, so…"

"Izuku Midoriya…you're under arrest for assault and battery…"

"What? You made the wrong assumption…!"

"You have the right to remain silent…"

"Anything you say can and will be used against you…"

"So come along quietly…"

"…"

Midoriya stood still as the cops are prepared to apprehend him when Iida, Yaoyorozu and Kendo came and confronted the policemen, demanding to know what is going on, which the leader of the arresting cops showed the three UA Academy students the warrant of arrest, and as the three UA students read the warrant, Todoroki stealthily leaves the scene as he heads back to UA Academy to tell the teachers about what is going on.

Yaoyorozu spoke to the arresting cops that they should first coordinate with UA Academy and that they are going to provide Midoriya with a lawyer, but the arresting cops insisted that Midoriya be arrested at once and there should be no delay, and warned the UA students that they would be charged for OBSTRUCTION if they get in the cops' way.

Iida, Yaoyorozu and Kendo berated the leading cop for his actions, saying that Midoriya is still a minor and that it is standard procedure to coordinate with UA Academy in regards to the student and reiterated that they wait for the principal to speak to the cops before deciding about Midoriya, which the leader of the arresting cops refuses.

"You kids should…"

"We won't let you!"

"You should wait for the teachers and the principal to arrive…then you can talk this out!"

"Until then…you won't take out schoolmate by force!"

"Do not interfere. This is a police business and…"

"I said we won't!"

"Wait for the teachers to arrive!"

"And we mean it!"

Eri was starting to feel worried upon seeing the policemen trying to take Midoriya, but Asui, Uraraka and Kirishima assured to the little girl that everything will be okay and said that Midoriya won't be taken as they said that Todoroki is now on his way to UA to inform the teachers and the principal of what is happening right now.

"Kero…calm down, Eri-chan..."

"Deku will be okay."

"Yeah. We got this…"

"Really? Will Deku be okay…?"

"Kero…yes."

"Its okay, Eri."

"Yeah. Everything will be okay…"

"…"

As Midoriya stood there calmly while noticing Eri's worried look, Kendo gently held his hand and assured to him that everything will be okay as the police will be compelled to coordinate with the UA faculty and the principal, as well as she is sure that the charges that are levied against him are trump-upped, hence Midoriya would likely be exonerated.

As the arresting officers are starting to advance and forcefully grabbed Midoriya by his wrist, Iida and Yaoyorozu tried to stop them and reiterated that a lawyer must be present and thus Midoriya cannot go with them, yet the officers insisted that Midoriya is under arrest and must come along regardless of whether a lawyer is present or not.

"Like I said…you kids better back off and…"

"We won't let you!"

"Midoriya won't go with you unless there's a lawyer!"

"Until then…you won't take out schoolmate by force!"

"With or without a lawyer…we cannot delay. So pleas do not interfere. This is a police business and…"

"I said we won't!"

"Wait for a lawyer to represent Midoriya to arrive!"

"And we mean it!"

Suddenly, two persons appeared, and are wearing a combination of costumes and armors, which the arresting officers said that these two persons are pro heroes, which the lead arresting officer said that he personally requested their assistance as they were told that Midoriya has a Quirk that is considered dangerous to people.

The two pro heroes are shown, which one resemble an Ashigaru and wearing an armor with a pine cone motif, which his costume and armor are black in color; and the other resemble a Greek soldier with a costume and armor with a motif of an acorn, which are colored brown.

They are identified as Pinecone Hero: Kurokage, and the other as the Acorn Hero: Guridon. There the lawyer of Mr. Dadakko showed up and told Midoriya that he is being sued for battery and assault, revealing who his client is, and there Midoriya started to raise his voice and told the lawyer, identified as Mr. Ijiwaru, that Rikoteki is the one who is at fault because he assaulted an innocent child, but Ijiwaru insisted that Midoriya's actions are premeditated, hence there is intent to cause harm.

There Ijiwaru told Kurokage and Guridon that Midoriya is deemed armed and dangerous because of his Quirk which the two pro heroes said that they are aware of that fact, hence they know what to do with him.

"Oh, don't worry."

"We already saw what this kid is capable of."

"Really?"

"Yup."

"And so we know what to do."

"Really? Then I made the right decision to ask you pro heroes! You are the shining hope of this society…unlike this arrogant brat…"

"Oh, you flatter us…"

"Of course…we are heroes…"

"That's good to hear…now if you gentlemen please…"

As Midoriya stared wide-eyed at hearing this he demanded to know why they are here, and insisted that he committed no crime, but Kurokage brought out a staff and jabbed the weapon on Midoriya's gut HARD, causing the younger boy to fall to the ground, gasping for air and feeling the urge to vomit.

Guridon then affixed what appeared to be a collar-like device on Midoriya's neck, which is revealed to be a Quirk-blocking device, and as the arresting officers placed handcuffs on the younger boy, the rest of the first year students were shocked and outraged, but before they could move, Guridon stepped forward and revealed his professional hero license, and reminded them that the UA students' hero licenses are only provisional, and reminded them that if the students lay a hand on any pro heroes they would lose their provisional hero license and their privileges, and told them not to interfere in police matters.

Kendo stepped forward held one of the arresting officers, telling them that they should coordinate with the staff of UA Academy and even said that what Kurokage did is unjustified and this would be against rules of the police and the Hero Public Safety Commission, and when the officer ordered Kendo to let go, she refused and reiterated that they wait for a UA faculty member cone here and coordinate, ignoring the threat of getting arrested.

"Miss…please unhand me."

"No."

"If you don't…we'll be compelled to arrest you for…"

"Coordinate with UA Academy first before you decide to take Midoriya away…"

"Last warning…let go or we will arrest you for obstruction and…"

"Like I said…you cannot take him as he is still a minor and…"

"Pro heroes…please help…"

"!"

Kurokage intervened as he jabbed his staff onto Kendo's gut with considerable force, resulting in a shocking scene as the Class 1-B rep to fall to the ground, gasping for air and feeling the urge to vomit.

Guridon placed the Quirk-blocking collar around her neck as the arresting officers handcuffed her and they began hauling her and Midoriya away as Kurokage told the rest of the first year students not to interfere in police matters or else they too would be arrested, and he and Guridon accompanied the arresting officers as they all left.

Both Class 1-A and 1-B felt helpless as they couldn't do a thing due to the fact that they are unable to challenge the police, and there Mineta, Kaminari, Kirishima and Sero screamed in frustration as they couldn't admit that they were unable to stand up against the arresting officers and the two pro heroes, due to them being students and that the arresting officers are law enforcers, thus if the first year students attempted to fight them they might unintentionally drag UA Academy into a legal situation and earn negative comments and criticisms.

"Damn it!"

"Damn them!"

"They really are abusing their authority!"

"They're so UNMANLY!"

"We got to do something!"

"But how? We can't do anything! Our hero licenses are only provisional!"

"Can't we do something?"

"Damn it! Damn it!"

The scene shows that an unconscious Midoriya and Kendo are being dragged and loaded inside a police van, and there Kurokage and Guridon accompanied the arresting officers as they were requested to provide escort in case the two UA students attempted to make an escape, but as the van began to move, no one noticed that Eri stowed away as she held onto the bar of the van's back door, holding tight as she is worried for Midoriya and Kendo.

The scene shifts back towards Class 1-A and 1-B as they are scrambling to find a way to help Midoriya and Kendo, and by then Todoroki arrived with Aizawa, Vlad King and Hound Dog, and there Class 1-B told the three teachers what happened, with Tokage, Pony, Tetsutetsu and Kodai expressed concern over what might happen next, saying that they sensed that something underhanded is going on.

"Sensei!"

"Please! We don't know what to do because we are only students! Our hero licenses are only provisional! We couldn't protect our schoolmates!"

"Please help Kendo and Midoriya!"

"Yes, I understand. Calm down. We teachers will act immediately. Settle down. We are going to respond to this situation."

"…"

"…"

"…"

"Good. Relax. We will respond to this situation immediately."

Aizawa is concerned as he realized that the arresting officers made a serious lapse by not coordinating with UA Academy about this, and even became more alarmed that two pro heroes were accompanying the arresting officers and did not even call Nezu about this. Hound Dog agreed as he said that this is clearly an underhanded tactic by the Dadakko family's lawyer, and sensed that the Hero Public Safety Commission may have made a lapse by not informing UA about Kurokage and Guridon's involvement in this.

"This is bad, Eraser Head. From what the students said, the lawyer used underhanded tactics to have Midoriya arrested without due process…"

"I agree. And the Hero Public Safety Commission would be dragged in because of what the two pro heroes did "

"We got to get to the police station right away. I have a feeling that the expelled student's parents are going to use this situation to harm Midoriya."

"No doubt that the lawyer arranged this to happen. The Dadakko parents are sure to take advantage as they refuse to accept the fact that their son is in the actual wrong."

"Then you head out to where Midoriya is taken. I will inform the principal about the situation."

"Okay."

"We got to move."

"Right."

Vlad King then told Class 1-B to head back to Heights Alliance and stay there as he assured to them that he will head to the police station to get Kendo out, which the rest of Class 1-B nodded, and as Vlad King told Hound Dog to contact Naomasa Tsukauchi and inform him of the situation, All Might came and became concerned when told by Class 1-A about the situation.

But things became more tense as Asui, Uraraka and Kirishima noticed that Eri is gone, and after searching the surrounding area they couldn't find her, until Bakugo sensed something and showed concern by suggesting that there is a possibility that Eri may have stowed away with the vehicle that the arresting officers used in taking Midoriya and Kendo away, causing Kirishima, Asui and Uraraka to stare wide-eyed in disbelief and concern.

"Huh?"

"Seriously?"

"Kero?"

"Yeah…it's possible that the little girl may have sneaked away and stowed on the vehicle that took Kendo and Deku..."

"No way! You can't be serious, Bakugo!"

"Eri would be in danger!"

"Kero! We got to get to the police station!"

"…"

To Be Continued...

Hope you liked this chapter, as Midoriya and Kendo are facing an unexpected situation as they were unjustly arrested for a trump-up charges because of the expelled UA student's parents wanting revenge on Midoriya…and now UA Academy is facing a situation that the teachers must work on before something bad might happen…

A bit of an Easter egg here…to arrest Midoriya, the officers needed some MUSCLES to restrain him and to keep the other UA students at bay, and with Slidin' Go being the only VILLAIN pro hero, I had to come up with someone else to portray that trope…and came up with making a pair of corrupt heroes to act as foils, which they are based on two Kamen Riders with FRUIT motifs, who appeared in a TV show way back in 2013…

Preview:

The next chapter will show what would happen to Midoriya as he is being arrested for a supposed assault and battery when in reality Midoriya was protecting Eri from the expelled UA student…and what the expelled UA student's parents are going to do once they get their hands on him as his Quirk is being blocked by a support item…
