Ch. 22: Keidai no arasoi part 2
The scene shifts at the road where the van is cruising, and it shows that Eri SECRETLY stow away as she managed to sneak her way up onto the roof of the van and laid there, while inside the van, Midoriya and Kendo are still incapacitated due to being struck by Kurokage earlier, and the lawyer, Mr. Ijiwaru, praised Kurokage and Guridon for their PROMPT RESPONSE in dealing with TWO POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS individuals who might use the chance to escape, which the two pro heroes were swayed by the praising.
"Well done, you two. You are exemplary individuals worthy of being heroes…"
"Of course! We are the best!"
"Oh, I feel humbled…"
"I did the right call in approaching you even though you are just starting and while in the midst of your patrolling…"
"Oh, don't worry about it…"
"Its part of our job…"
"I will see to it that your exploits as pro heroes would be made known to the public…you have my word."
"Okay!"
"Okay!"
After several more minutes the van arrived at the police precinct, and there the arresting officers forcefully had Midoriya and Kendo alighted from the van before dragging them inside the precinct, where the captain of police, identified as Tenshi Rohasu, who appeared to look like an overweight man, stared at Midoriya with contempt, as the arresting officers told him about their report.
Rohasu nodded after hearing that Midoriya was resisting arrest while Kendo was obstructing them hence they had to arrest her, which Rohasu nodded and commended his men for a JOB WELL DONE, which the arresting officers nodded in acknowledgement.
"Thank you, sir!"
"Thank you, sir!"
"Thank you, sir!"
"Thank you, sir!"
"Thank you, sir!"
"Thank you, sir!"
"Thank you, sir!"
"Thank you, sir!"
Rohasu then glanced at Kurokage and Guridon, praising the two pro heroes for assisting the police in arresting the two DELINQUENTS, which the two pro heroes in fruit-themed armors to feel flattered, haughtily saying that they are doing their duties as pro heroes, ignoring the fact that they violated some of Midoriya's fundamental basic rights.
"Well done, you two. Well done. My admiration towards you have increased! You are indeed exemplary individuals worthy of being top heroes…you have my respect and support!"
"Of course! We are the best!"
"Oh, dear me…now I really feel so humbled…"
"And I must say you two did the right call in accepting a concerned citizen's call for help even though you are just starting your day as pro heroes while in the middle of patrolling the streets…"
"Oh, don't worry about it…"
"Its part of our job…so no biggie…"
"Then I will see to it that your exploits as pro heroes would be made known to the public…you have my word. I will give you my support."
"Okay!"
"Okay!"
Midoriya demanded to know why Rohasu agreed to this as it is proven that Midoriya and Kendo acted in self-defense, but Rohasu insisted that Ijiwaru showed INCRIMINATING EVIDENCE and that Rohasu reiterated that it is his duty to act on the case, hence his actions are justifiable and that he said that Midoriya ASSAULTED Rikoteki inside Recovery Girl's infirmary for no reason, yet Midoriya stated that Rikoteki was attempting to attack Eri which prompted Midoriya to defend the little girl, though Rohasu seemingly ignore what he was told just now.
"That guy tried to harm an innocent child!"
"Hmph."
"I had to protect her!"
"Hmph."
"UA Academy bore witness to what he did!"
"Hmph."
"Don't you ignore me!"
"Hmph."
Suddenly, Mr. Dadakko came charging in, and punched Midoriya on the nose with enough force that sent the younger boy careening against a chair, where his nose was busted along with a deep cut on his left temple, and Mr. Dadakko wasn't done as he continues his assault, punching and kicking Midoriya on his face which further BUSTED HIM OPEN, and the floor was smeared with blood, which none of the officers or Rohasu bother to stop, but the police chief decided to intervene seeing that Midoriya's face is quite bloodied.
Kendo saw this and screamed, calling Rohasu a fraud for not doing anything to prevent the violence, only for Mr. Dadakko to slap Kendo, sending her to the floor, busting her lip, and there he blamed her for causing his son to be expelled from UA Academy all because of her siding with Midoriya and for letting herself get conned by a LYING BRAT, much to Kendo's anger.
"You damn bastard! It was your son who is in the wrong! And Eri has nothing to do with this!"
"Yes she is! She conned you into rejecting my son, which in turn led to his disgrace!"
"Eri is innocent!"
"She's a conniver! A swindler!"
"You take that back, you asshole!"
"This shows why you're such a slut! And so is that little brat who ruined my son!"
"Keep her out of your damn mouth, you asshole!"
"How dare you…!"
Rikoteki Dadakko and his mom came, which the former did his acting, making it appear that he is traumatized by what happened, and as Midoriya is getting up, Mrs. Dadakko slapped him hard, which she followed it up with a punch which further busted his lips, and Kendo is livid as she tries to break free from the handcuffs, but then Rohasu spoke and urged the Dadakko family to CALM DOWN and assured to them that everything would be okay.
Mr. Ijiwaru then stepped forward and presented his case and began to verbally jet down the LIST of charges he is lobbying against Midoriya, and Rohasu seemingly listened and is swayed by what he is told, but Kendo, who is being held by the arresting officers shouted, saying that her schoolmate and her didn't have a lawyer yet the Dadakko family do, and Rohasu is letting this happen, thus she is accusing the police chief of being biased.
"You damn pig!"
"Hmph."
"Why aren't you providing a lawyer for Midoriya? That's unfair!"
"Hmph."
"You're being too biased!"
"Hmph."
"Don't you ignore me!"
"Hmph."
As Rohasu threatened to have Kendo charged for alarm and scandal, Eri came in, shocking both Midoriya and Kendo as they wondered how she ended up coming here, and seeing that no one else came, the two teens are worried seeing that Eri came alone and told her that she shouldn't have come here alone, but Eri said that she is worried for Midoriya and Kendo.
"I was really worried about you…"
"You shouldn't have come here, Eri!"
"Go, Eri...call for help! Call Togata-senpai! Tell him that you're here! Please! You shouldn't have come here alone!"
"But…"
"Just go!"
"Go, Eri!"
"But…but…"
"Go, Eri...now!"
"Please, Eri!"
Using the unexpected scene to his advantage, Rikoteki played up with his acting and CRIED LIKE A SPOILED BRAT, wailing while telling his parents that Eri is involved in Midoriya's SCHEMES that led to being UNJUSTLY EXPELLED from UA Academy, which Mr. Dadakko took advantage by grabbing Eri by her wrist and menacingly berated her for causing Rikoteki's FALL FROM GRACE, and while terrified, she bravely told Mr. Dadakko that it was Rikoteki's fault from the start.
She told Mr. Dadakko that it was Rikoteki who assaulted her and that Midoriya and Kendo were the ones who came to her aid, which she said that Midoriya is innocent from the very start while saying that Rikoteki is guilty because he assaulted her because he blamed her for causing Midoriya and Kendo to become close.
Mr. Dadakko was fuming as he refuses to admit that he and his son are wrong, and he began to shook Eri violently, which causes the little girl to cry, and Midoriya gets up and shouted at Mr. Dadakko to stop, but Rohasu's men held him down as Rohasu said that he will deal with this and would send Eri to a facility for juvenile delinquents, stating that Eri is a pathological liar, causing Kendo to stare wide-eyed in anger.
"You damn pig!"
"Hmph."
"Eri has nothing to do with this!"
"Hmph."
"Don't you drag her into your stupid biased views! She is innocent in this!"
"Hmph."
"Don't you ignore me! If you lay a finger on her…!"
"Hmph."
Midoriya is starting to get increasingly angry at what Rohasu said as Mr. Dadakko continue to shook Eri violently, before Mrs. Dadakko intervene and violently grabbed Eri by her hair, causing her to scream in pain, and Kendo is pissed as she struggles to break free from the handcuffs, while Midoriya was shocked and is starting to lose control, despite the Quirk-blocking device still in activation.
As Eri continue to defy the Dadakko family whilst Rohasu seemingly turn blind eye, Rikoteki got ahead of himself and began to kick Eri on her stomach, then Mrs. Dadakko slapped Eri hard before Mr. Dadakko did the same, before punching her on her face, and the impact sent Eri crashing against a table, her cheeks were swelling, her lips busted and she clutched her stomach in pain after being ASSAULTED by the Dadakko family, just as Kendo managed to break free from the handcuffs and began to shove the other cops back.
"Get off me, you assholes!"
"Hold her! Restrain her!"
"Got her!"
"Got her!"
"Don't you hurt Eri! So help me…I'll take you on!"
"Hold her! Restrain her!"
"Got her!"
"Got her!"
But then something bad happened as Kendo became horrified as she glanced at Midoriya, and she feared the worse.
Outside the precinct, a car arrived where Naomasa Tsukauchi, All Might, Shota Aizawa, Midnight and Hitoshi Shinso alighted from the car, as they managed to locate the precinct where Midoriya and Kendo are brought in, and as the group are about to head towards the precinct, something unexpected happened, as Rikoteki was smashed through the wall before colliding against a parked car.
Then Mrs. Dadakko was thrown out via the hole on the wall of the precinct, and there Naomasa and All Might were shocked as both Mrs. Dadakko's arms were RIPPED OFF, her bones and muscle tissues were exposed and she is screaming in pain, and as the two checked on her, the others became concerned as they can hear Kendo screaming at Midoriya to calm down, while at the same time Aizawa and Midnight sensed the powerful aura emanating from inside the precinct.
Shinso realized that it came from Midoriya and there Aizawa tells Shinso to follow him as he has a feeling that Midoriya is out of control again, which Shinso nodded in acknowledgement.
"Shinso."
"Sir?"
"Come with me."
"Okay."
"We might need you to use your Quirk."
"Got it."
"Be ready."
"Understood."
As Aizawa and Shinso went inside, they were shocked at what they are seeing, as Rohasu's men were knocked out in a rather brutal way, Kurokage and Guridon were also knocked out while SMASHED against the wall, Eri slumped against a table, Rohasu and Ijiwaru cowering behind a desk, an enraged and emotionally out of control Midoriya gripping Mr. Dadakko's arm while Kendo is urging Midoriya to calm down.
Shinso went towards Eri and noted that she is injured, and immediately deduced that she was physically abused, and as he carried her outside, Aizawa attempted to approach Midoriya to calm him down, but Mr. Dadakko further provoked Midoriya as he said that Eri is a bastard child and deserved to be beaten up because she is a SLUT like Kendo, and this further enraged Midoriya as he ripped Mr. Dadakko's arm, causing him to scream in pain and Kendo tried to push Midoriya back and urged him to calm down as she sensed that his Quirk is spiraling out of control while feeling his rage rising dramatically.
"Midoriya!"
"…"
"Don't!"
"…"
"Calm down!"
"…"
"Please control yourself!"
"…"
As Midoriya is blinded by rage he subconsciously attempted to strangle Mr. Dadakko, but Kendo held Midoriya and tried to reach out to him verbally but had difficulty in trying to restrain him yet she did not give up as she held onto him and reminded him that Eri needs him more than his thirst for vengeance, assuring him that the Dadakko family will pay for what they did to Eri.
"Midoriya! Please don't!"
"…"
"Everything will be okay!"
"…"
"Those pigs will pay! I promise you!"
"…"
"Please control yourself! Don't give in! Eri will be sad if you do!"
"…"
Reacting fast, Aizawa uses his Eraser Quirk, deactivating Midoriya's Quirk while Midnight uses her Somnambulist Quirk, and Midoriya was sedated and fell onto Kendo, as she wept and sobbed as she is relieved that things have ended, as she is worried that Midoriya might unintentionally do something that he might regret. Aizawa and Midnight checked on Midoriya, seeing the injuries on his face, and both realized that his basic rights have been violated.
As All Might and Tsukauchi came rushing in both were alarmed seeing the open wounds on Midoriya's face, and Kendo told them what happened, and this caused Tsukauchi to get angry and confronted Rohasu and Ijiwaru, telling them that they are in a heap of trouble for causing this situation to spiral out of control, and for violating Midoriya and Kendo's rights, though Rohasu maintain that he followed protocol and insisted that Midoriya is in the wrong and faulted the teen boy for using his Quirk for assaulting the precinct, which Ijiwaru said that he will sue Midoriya and UA Academy.
"It was Midoriya who started this!"
"Indeed! It was intentional on his part!"
"I followed the protocol! Nothing was violated!"
"But that boy used his Quirk and caused this carnage!"
"I assure you…everything is in order until just now…"
"You are supposed to teach your students some manners yet Midoriya violated it by using his Quirk and assaulted my clients! I will sue you and UA Academy!"
"…"
"And I'll see to it that Midoriya goes straight to Tartarus…"
However police chief Kenji Tsurugamae came, and overhearing what Kendo said, seeing Midoriya's head injuries, Eri and Midoriya being assaulted by the Dadakko family whilst the police just watched and did not bother to intervene, which led to this, Tsurugamae told Rohasu that he and his men are fired on the spot and would be arrested for being accomplices to the crimes, ranging from unlawful arrest to negligence, as well as violating a minor's rights by not providing Midoriya with a lawyer whilst Ijiwaru would be charged.
The two men protested and maintained that everything is in order before Midoriya INTENTIONALLY RAMPAGED, yet Tsurugamae said that a witness saw it all and there Sansa Tamakawa came and told Tsurugamae that he retrieved the CCTV tape and will play it as it recorded what happened in the past hour so that they can determine what really happened and shed light on how this incident happen.
"Study the footage, Tamakawa."
"Yes sir."
"Find out if the footage matched what Kendo said."
"Yes sir."
"And see to it that no one would interfere."
"Yes sir."
"And let me know what you find out."
"Yes sir."
Aizawa confronted Rohasu and Ijiwaru, and is now glaring at them in a menacing way as he said that aside from Midoriya, Eri is badly hurt after Kendo told him that the Dadakko family assaulted her which led to Midoriya getting an emotional breakdown and loses control that led to him in unintentionally assaulting the precinct.
Tsurugamae calmed Aizawa down as he assured to him that Rohasu and Ijiwaru will get what's coming to them as Rohasu is stripped of his position, as well as he, along with Ijiwaru, would be placed in police custody while charges are ready to be levied onto them.
"Calm down, Aizawa."
"…"
"Leave them to me."
"…"
"I'll see to it that they would be punished for their actions."

"You have my word."

Hope you liked this chapter, as drama unfolded in which Midoriya and Kendo are forced to put up with the abuse whilst inside a precinct…but things intensified as the Dadakko family began to physically abuse Eri, leading to Midoriya going out of control again, whilst the UA teachers arrived and managed to halt Midoriya's unintentional rampage.
