About 15 minutes later, the scene shifts at Professor Agasa's home, where you can see that Kyuji and Ankh are running out of the dining hall, as Kyuji told Ankh that for some reason he is able to SENSE the presence of a Yummy, which surprised Ankh as Kyuji doesn't have that kind of ability and the disembodied Greed who is currently possessing the comatose body of Shinichi Kudo suspect that the purple Core Medals inside Kyuji's body may have played a role here.
"Are you serious, Kyuji?"
"Yeah, I am!"
"How we're you able to sense Yummies?"
"I don't know! I just sensed them!"
"Must be those Core Medals inside your body…"
"Who cares? We got to stop that Yummy!"
"Hold up, Kyuji!"
"…"
As Ankh and Kyuji left the Agasa house, they were observed by Kaito Kuroba, who coincidentally passed by, and seeing the two running off, he suspect that a Yummy is nearby and decided to tail them and see if Kyuji and Ankh are going to face another dinosaur-themed Yummy.
"Hmm…this should be interesting…"
With no one around at this time, Kuroba quickly changed his attire, and became the Kaito Kid, and using some of his sophisticated gadgets, he flew off to the sky, and there a few fangirls saw Kaito Kid flying using a paraglider, and the fangirls squealed seeing how charming he looked.
"Look! It's the Kaito Kid! He's so handsome!"

Ch. 169: Keiji, jikken, ribaibaru part 2
About 15 minutes later, the scene shifts at a harbor where the Pteranodon Yummy had just slaughtered some foremen in cold blood, and there Gotoh and Toudou arrived, and were taken aback at the gruesome scene as the foremen are laid on the ground, in a pool of their own blood and their innards exposed, and there the Pteranodon Yummy saw the two men, quite delighted to find new victims to lay its claws on.
"New victims…kill on sight…"
"Wasn't that the Yummy from the other day…?"
"That was a Pterodactyl Yummy…this one resembled a Pteranodon, Toudou."
"Kill. Kill all humans…kill on sight…"
"Looks like this one is as murderous as the last one. Still can't believe that someone created Core Medals based on dinosaurs…"
"Couldn't agree more…"
"Kill…kill you all now…!"
"Gotoh…better get ready…"
"I'm on it…!"
Seeing that the Pteranodon Yummy is ready to kill some more, Toudou and Gotoh puts on their Birth-Drivers, slots in a Cell Medal and toggles the lever, where they initiated their transformations, transforming into Kamen Rider Birth and Kamen Rider Proto-Birth respectively, and there they brought out their Cell Blasters and opened fire, shooting at the Pteranodon Yummy at point-blank range without letting up.
Nearby, Kazari, in his human guise, watched the scene, Ashe appeared to be rather delighted to see the two Kamen Riders struggling as the Pteranodon Yummy is gaining the upper hand as it throttles the two targets, though he wondered if Os would come and fight, as he is curious to see what Os can do after hearing that the two Pterodactyl Yummies were defeated.
"Hmm…Os should be here by now. I'm curious to see how he was able to defeat that Yummy…and whether Maki is serious about the five purple Core Medals finding a vessel…"
While Kazari is watching the scene, he didn't notice that he too is being watched, and from a hidden spot, two individuals are also watching, and saw Birth and Proto-Birth are getting repelled by the Pteranodon Yummy, and the two individuals watching turn out to be Mezeru, in her human guise, and Akako Koizumi, as they happened to pass by and coincidentally saw the Pteranodon Yummy killing the foremen.
Akako is wondering why Kazari is not making a move, given that, from what she was told, Greed and Yummy usually work together in tandem, but Mezeru said that Kazari's Yummies are based on his animal-like DNA structure, thus the Yummies he created are feline-based. The Pterodactyl Yummies and the Pteranodon Yummy are different as the Greed who spawned them are based on dinosaurs, hence Mezeru said that she has no idea who is behind the spawning of the dinosaur-themed Yummy.
"So you're saying that there is a sixth Greed amongst you?"
"Its possible. Only Ankh, Uva, Kazari, Gameru and myself are around 800 years ago…and before we were sealed there were no Core Medals like the purple ones that appeared…"
"Then…"
"Its possible that a dinosaur-based Greed has been awakened."
"Hmm…and you wish to see if this Greed is alive, Mezeru?"
"Yes."
"Oh, fine."
"…"
By then, Kyuji and Ankh arrived and there the former stared wide-eyed as he realized that the Yummy he SENSED was that of the Pteranodon Yummy, and saw the bodies of the foremen laid in a disemboweled state, and there he requested to Ankh to give him Core Medals, which Ankh reluctantly obliges, seeing that they need to destroy the Yummy as quickly as possible before the purple Core Medals inside Kyuji's body might ACT UP on their own.
Opening the medal case, Ankh glanced at the Core Medals available and decided to try different ones before deciding to use a full combo. He took three different Core Medals and tosses them to Kyuji, who is now wearing the Medal-Driver and he catches the three Core Medals, inserted them into the medal slots of the Medal-Driver then scans them with the Medal Scanner to initiate his transformation.
Medal Scanner: "KUWAGATA…KUJAKU…KIRIN!"
Transforming into Kamen Rider Os, he is now equipped with the Stag Beetle horns on his helmet, armed with the Taja-Spinner on his left forearm, and both his armored boots vaguely resembling giraffe hooves, Os went ahead and joins Birth and Proto-Birth in taking down the Yummy, where the three Kamen Riders are starting to get the upper hand, though Proto-Birth asked Os if he is okay given what happened before.
"Hino! Are you…?"
"I'm okay!"
"But…those purple Core Medals inside you…"
"So far I'm doing fine…"
"But you might go out of control again…"
"If that happens, you and Toudou try to stop me!"
"But…fine!"
"…"
As the three Kamen Riders are pressing on the offensive, the Pteranodon Yummy made a surprise attack and unleashed an electricity-like blast, hitting Os and Proto-Birth, and due to the nature of the Dinosaur-themed Yummy's power, Os and Proto-Birth's transformations were negated and reverting back to normal.
Birth narrowly avoided it and saw what happened, prompting him to go on the offensive and try to deal the Yummy with some heavy damage, where he slots in a Cell Medal and activated the Breast Cannon, and as he is inserting more Cell Medals into the Birth-Driver to power up the Breast Cannon, the Pteranodon Yummy punched him aside as he heads for Kyuji.
Ankh saw this and is not pleased with the turn of events, but then an idea came to his head and decided to wait and see what would happen next, and as he expected, the purple Core Medals inside Kyuji's body began to react, and Kyuji went into a trance as three of them came out and are about to insert themselves into the Medal-Driver when Ankh detaches himself from Shinichi's body and went towards Kyuji and grabbed two of the floating purple Medals.
Gotoh stared at this and felt that Ankh in is acting reckless as he felt that whatever Ankh is planning it is very risky due to the nature of the purple Core Medals and wonder if Ankh could pull it off and prevent the purple Core Medals from transforming Kyuji into Os in PutoTyra Combo.
"Ankh…you can't be serious…!"
Kazari smirked as he watches the scene, amused at Ankh's attempts and commented that Ankh's apparent plans to TAKE and CONTROL the purple Core Medals won't that easy after getting some insights from Maki, and he snickered at seeing Ankh struggling hard to get ahold of the two purple Core Medals as they seemingly not caring who is trying to hold them while watching Kyuji remaining in a trance-like state.
"As usual…Ankh is so impulsive…well, he'll find out the hard way…"
Akako was watching the scene as well and was surprised to see Shinichi's appearance and quickly assume that he is the Kaito Kid, but Mezeru corrected Akako and this made the student/witch to stare in surprise after being told, as she is in disbelief at the apparent facial resemblances between Shinichi Kudo and Kaito Kid, and there she noticed that Shinichi appeared to be comatose, where Mezeru told Akako that for some reason Ankh is using Shinichi's body due to the Greed being partially resurrected as a right hand form.
"Huh? Ankh is currently in a form of a right hand?"
"Apparently."
"So…then that's why he's possessing that boy's body?"
"For some reason. That's how and why…"
"I see…"
"For now let us observe the battle."
"Fine."
"…"
However, the Pteranodon Yummy was able to get past Kamen Rider Birth and slapped him aside as it went towards the mesmerized Kyuji, as he is in a tug-of-war between Ankh and the purple Core Medals, after several more seconds of struggling the purple Core Medals broke free from Ankh's grasp, and they narrowly repelled the approaching attack of the Yummy before they went into the Medal-Driver, forcefully ejecting the Kuwagata, Kujaku and Kirin Medals, before the Medal Scanner moved by itself and began scanning the Core Medals, initiating Kyuji's transformation.
Medal Scanner: "PTERA! TRIKERA! TYRANNO…PU-TO-TYRANNOSAURUS!"
Kyuji once again unwillingly transformed into Kamen Rider Os, and like last time his form is different as he has whitish armor with some purple linings in front of his armored thighs while his outer armor is quite bulky as his chest emblem, having the faces of a pterodactyl, triceratops and tyrannosaurus, was large, having armored gloves whose fingertips are sharp, having armored wing-like ornaments from his back and armored boots.
He is now in PutoTyra Combo and he roared aloud as he is once more in a feral state, just as Ankh managed to retrieve the Kuwagata, Kujaku and Kirin Core Medals, then reattaches himself onto Shinichi's comatose body before standing up, and there Gotoh chastised Ankh for his reckless attempt, reasoning that according to Kougami, the purple Core Medals seemingly functions in a different way and are apparently not compatible with the other Core Medals.
"Didn't you hear what Kougami told us before?"
"…"
"Those purple Core Medals are different from the Greed's Core Medals! Yours included!"
"Tch!"
"What you did was reckless! It puts Hino and Kudo's lives at risk!"
"So sue me!"
"Ankh!"
"Just shut your trap!"
Nearby, Kaito Kid watches the scene, making sure no one else notices him and saw what is going on, and witnessing the apparent sentient power of the purple Core Medals, he mentally commented that Kyuji needs to try TAMING the purple Core Medals or risk getting consumed.
"Those purple Core Medals…they're dangerous. Hino needs to try controlling them or he'll risk getting consumed and may cause some undetected side-effects…"
The scene shifts back to the battle as Os PutoTyra Combo went towards the Pteranodon Yummy, attacking it with his talon-like claws from his armored hands and slashes the Yummy away like a wild animal, then punching and kicking the Yummy away while not giving it a chance to fight back, which Birth and Gotoh watched the scene helplessly, and mentally wondered if Kyuji is okay.
After several seconds Os PutoTyra Combo punched his hand into the Yummy's chest, boring a hole and the Yummy screamed before exploding, leaving only one Cell Medal, and the battle is over, but then Os turn around and roared as he went towards Birth, and the latter told Gotoh that Kyuji is still in a feral state due to the purple Core Medals' influence.
"Gotoh! Brace yourself! Hino is still under the purple Core Medals' influence!"
"Damn…!"
"I'll try to draw his attention! Then you transform and try to remove the Core Medals from his belt!"
"Won't that be a little risky…"
"Got a better idea?"
"…"
"Lets give it a try!"
"…fine…"
As Os began attacking Birth, Gotoh became worried and brought out a Cell Medal and slots it inside his Birth-Driver and initiated his transformation into Kamen Rider Proto-Birth and assisted Kamen Rider Birth in trying to restrain a berserk Os, but they had difficulty in calming him down, as he is physically too strong to hold down.
As Proto-Birth was knocked back, he discreetly noticed Kazari watching while smirking, and there Proto-Birth got an idea and brought out his Cell Blaster and began shooting down Os, and verbally goaded him to go after him, which appeared to work, as Os began to chase after Proto-Birth, causing Birth to wonder what Gotoh is planning, seeing that the Cell Blaster is having little to no effect.
As Proto-Birth led Os to a chase, he discreetly noticed that Kazari is still watching, as the Greed is unaware that Proto-Birth is luring Kazari into a trap, and once everything is in place, Proto-Birth jumped out of the way just as Os lunges forward, and the feline-based Greed finally realized what Proto-Birth is aiming for, and he narrowly assume his Greed form and managed to deflect the punch Os made.
"Oops…that was close…got to admit…that was a pretty elaborate scheme you pulled…"
Ankh, Birth and Proto-Birth watches on as Os began attacking Kazari, and the two attacking individuals appeared to be equally matched in terms of power, though Kazari was alert enough to avoid the blows and began to fight back, delivering a series of slash attacks using his paw-like gauntlets before unleashing a tornado-like blast, managing to knock Os back to the ground.
But the purple Core Medals began to command a still-mesmerized Os to fight back and he summoned the Medagabryu, and then unleashes a frost breath which froze Kazari's feet, holding him in place, then he charges forward and uses the Medagabryu axe and did a slash strike, and though Kazari managed to deflect the attack, the blow is strong enough to knock him back.
And due to the attack it partially injured the Greed as he began to BLEED Cell Medals, and then two of his Core Medals were ejected from his body, which Ankh saw this and detaches himself from Shinichi's body and flew, grabbing the two Core Medals before reattaching himself onto Shinichi's body, where the scene shows that he got two of Kazari's Core Medals, which turn out to be the Oyamaneko and Bobcat Medals.
Birth and Proto-Birth glanced at the Core Medals that Ankh took and felt that there is some consolation, seeing that despite the problematic nature of the purple Core Medals, it did serve some help as Os managed to weaken the Greed, yet Proto-Birth told Birth that unless and until Kyuji manage to control the purple Core Medals, he would pose a serious risk to every innocent people.
"Hmm…maybe those purple Core Medals do have some use…"
"Please don't get ahead of yourself, Toudou. Hino need to learn about how to control those purple Core Medals."
"…"
"The worst case scenario would be that if those purple Core Medals COMPLETELY took over Hino's body…"
"Okay, you got a point…"
"What we should do now is formulate a plan once Hino defeat Kazari…
"Got it."
"…"
Meanwhile, as Os stood and roared, Kazari slowly got up, and recognizing that Os in his feral state is something he should be wary of, and realizing that he lost two of his Core Medals, the Greed decided to retreat for now and figure out a way to regain the rest of his Core Medals as he now has six left, but his musing is interrupted as Os charged forward and attempted to slash him again with the Medagabryu axe, and Kazari dodges back as Os is still chasing after him.
"RAAAAAAGGGGGHHHHH!"
"Whoa!"
"RAAAAAAGGGGGHHHHH!"
"This is bad…!"
"RAAAAAAGGGGGHHHHH!"
"If he lands another blow I might lose than some of my Core Medals…!"
"RAAAAAAGGGGGHHHHH!"
"It seems that this wasn't a good idea after all…"
