(Now to everyone who pointed out about Zeus being summoned. Yes, I know that isn't the right way and you need to wait during the second main phase to summon him using an Xyz monster that attacked. I'm going to be honest, and it might sound like an excuse, but I pulled an all-nighter writing chapter 5 and forgot to explain the reason why I wrote it like that cause my brain was telling me to get to bed. That reason being a "what if" Zeus made a manga/anime appearance? We all know card effects get changed when they get released worldwide. Take the spell Cards of Sanctity for example. In the manga/anime, you and your opponent both draw until you each have 6 cards in your hand. Not a bad trade off IMO, but they changed it and it royally sucks! Now you gotta banish all other cards you control and in your hand; then draw until you have 2 cards in your hand! Fucking why?! Anyways, I thought what would've been changed between the 2 versions. The only thing that I feel would've been changed was the summoning effect. So many manga/anime effects are broken then get changed or nerffed. If I went back and put in the explanation, then I would have felt like I was making up excuses, so I decided to wait until this chapter to better explain myself. This was a one-time thing anyway. Again, I'm sorry if you all feel like I'm just making up excuses.)

Chapter 6: Making friends and settling in
"ah… ah… AAAHHHHH!" Sawatari screamed.
Sawatari LP: 2000 – 0
Sawatari landed on his back hard from Zeus's attack.
"Serves him right." Zarc said.
Zack nods and then looks up when something catches his eye. Holding up his hand, he grabs 2 cards. Turning them over Zack sees they are Yuya's stolen Pendulum Cards Stargazer Magician and Timegazer Magician.
"Guess they must've been blown off the pricks disk from the attack." Zack muttered.
He then felt the spirits in the cards.
(Don't worry.) Zack said with a smile. (I'm giving you both back to Yuya where you belong.)
After feeling their gratitude, the cards returned to normal. Zack turned to look behind him to see the YSD group with their jaws dropped. This caused him to chuckle.
"If you're not careful, then bugs are going to fly into your open mouths." Zack said.
Hearing him speak got the group to shake out of their stupors.
"That was amazing!" Yuya exclaimed in excitement.
"You beat him like it was nothing." Yuzu commented in awe.
"Incredible!" Tatsuya said.
"Your so cool Onii-chan!" Ayu beamed.
"It gave me the ultimate shivers!" Futoshi said.
"Thanks for the praise." Zack said. "By the way Yuya, I think these 2 belong to you."
Zack hands over the Pendulum Magicians to their rightful owner.
"Stargazer and Timegazer Magician!" Yuya gasps in relief, seeing them back in his hands.
"How did you get them?" Yuzu asks.
"I'm thinking Zeus's attack knocked them off "Daddy boy's" disk." Zack said. "They floated down and I grabbed them."
"Thank you, Zack!" Yuya said happily.
"No problem. Although, I'm guessing you had a plan in mind to get them back anyways. I would've just watched it play out, but since you all were in danger I had to help." Zack said.
"Thank you again Zack." Yuzu said with a light blush.
"Thank you Onii-chan!" the 3 kids said.
Zack nodded before looking at Reiji's duel disk that he was borrowing.
"Seems the duel is still going on. Guess we need the battle each other now." Zack said, looking up at Yuya who shook his head.
"No, I'll surrender." Yuya said.
This surprised them.
"Yuya!" Yuzu gasped.
"Are you sure?" Zack asked.
Yuya simply nodded.
"Yeah, I'm sure." the tomato color haired young adult said. "You have 3 powerful monsters on your field. There's nothing in my hands that can help me since I must shuffle my Magicians back into my Deck. Plus, I doubt whatever I draw next will change that."
"I see and that's okay." Zack said with a smile. "There's no shame in admitting when your beat. It takes both a lot of courage and strength to do so."
The rest of YSD looked at Zack in awe of his wisdom.
"I end my turn." Zack announced.
Turn 8: Yuya
Yuya smiled as well as he placed his hand over his deck.

The desert faded away as did Zacks monsters. Zack looked over to see Sylvio's goons run to him.
"Even with cheating, he still lost." Zack scoffed. "He's a fourth-rate duelist, no matter what deck he has."
"Huh? Cheating?" Yuya asked in confusion.
"What do you mean Zack-niichan?" Tatsuya asked.
Zack turns back to them.
"Didn't you find it weird that all the Action Cards Yuya picked up were Traps?" Zack pointed out.
"I thought it was just bad luck." Yuya said.
"Nope." Zack said as he motioned at the group behind him. "Since those 3 guys aren't wearing disks, that means they can't take part in the duel, but that doesn't mean they can't interact with the field."
"Wait…" Yuza started to ask. "Are you saying they went around mixing up the cards? Taking all the spells and putting the traps in Yuya's way?"
Zack nodded his head.
"Those jerks!" the 3 youngest yelled.
Sawatari shakily stood up while all scuffed and he looked pissed.
"I'll take your cards by force!" Sylvio growled. "And yours as well interferer!"
"You're already beat." Zack scoffed while facing them. "Leave while you still have some dignity left."
"Everyone, get 'em!" the idiot ordered as he out right ignored Zacks warning.
"Right!" they shouted.
"*sigh* Don't say I didn't give you a chance." Zack said as he tilted his head to the right side.
As he did, something flew past him and took out the 3 goons while nailing Sylvio in the forehead, knocking them all down.
"N-Nani?" Yuzu asked.
Falling to the ground was a lollipop stick.
"These guys are so not cool." Sora said with a huff as he jumped down beside Zack.
"Perfect timing Sora." Zack said.
"He did that?" Yuya asked.
"Yup." Zack said. "Everyone met Sora Prese. He's kinda like a surrogate little brother to me."
"Hi." Sora waved.
"I just realized, but are you guys' LDS students?" Yuya asked.
"Nope." Zack answered.
"I was thinking of becoming one, but not anymore." Sora said.
"You know Sora." Zack said to get the kids attention. "You should ask Yuya to be your mentor."
The YSD group was surprised.
"Huh? Are you sure Zack-nii?" Sora asked.
"Yeah." Zack said. "Me and the girls saw a Duel that Yuya did yesterday, and he put on a whole show!"
"What are you doing?" Zarc asked.
(Making sure things stick to canon) Zack said.
"Got it." Zarc acknowledged.
"Really?!" Sora said excitedly. "Well, if I'm going to learn, might as well learn from someone fun! I'm in!"
Yuya was shocked.
"Um… are they okay?" Yuzu asked pointing to the downed idiots.
"They're only unconscious." Sora said.
"By the way Sora." Zack said. "Where's Serena, Rin and Ruri?"
"We're right here Zack!" Rin called out.
"Excellent dueling as always Zack!" Serena said.
"Especially your Xyz Summoning!" Ruri said happily.
The YSD group turned to the voices in the stands and their eyes widened in surprise and shock.
"N-N-Nani?!" Yuya exclaimed.
"No way!" Tatsuya gasped.
"4 Onee-chans?!" Ayu gasped.
"Shivers!" Futoshi gasped.
Yuzu couldn't say anything as she was beyond shocked. Ruri then walked down to her.
"Hello there." Ruri said with a smile. "This might be quite the shock to you, but it's nice to finally meet you sister."
Yuzu simply looked at Ruri, then to Serena, Rin and finally back to Ruri… before fainting. Zack quickly caught her before she hit the floor.
"Yuzu!" Yuya cried out.
"Yuzunee-chan!" the kids cried out.
"Guess it was too much her after everything that's happened." Zarc said.
"She only fainted." Zack said. "I think we should all go now. Do you guys have a place?"
"We can take her to our school!" Yuya said.
"Alright I'll carry her." Zack said as he picked her up princess style.
Serena looked a little jealous while Ruri had a slight pout. Rin was hiding a smirk at the reactions of her sisters.
Back in the room with Reiji, Layra and Nakajima, they were watching the group leave LDS grounds.
"Are you sure we should let them leave sir?" Nakajima asked Reiji. "Especially Zack and his group?"
"There's no need Nakajima." Reiji said. "Besides, I have a feeling that even if I offered them a place in LDS, they would've turned it down."
"But why?" Nakajima asked.
"To stay close to both Yuya and Yuzu." Reiji answered as he watched Zack carry Yuzu. "After everything he told us, it only makes sense he would want to stay close to them and keep them safe."
"I understand." Nakajima acknowledged.
"Onii-sama?" Layra asked.
"Yes? What is it sister?" Reiji said while looking at her.
"I just realized something." Layra said, nervous if she should say it.
"It's okay." Reiji said as he could see her nervousness. "You can tell me."
"Well… Zack and the girls arrived in our dimension today, right?" Layra asked. "So… where are they going to live?"
Reiji blinks at the question and starts to think. He too realizes that the 4 dimension travelers have no where to live in Standard.
"You're right Layra." Reiji said while giving her a smile. "Good job pointing out something that not even I noticed."
The little girl beamed in joy at the praise her older brother gave her while said brother turned to Nakajima.
"Nakajima. Are there any vacant homes that our family owns that are close to both LDS and YSD?" Reiji asked.
Nakajima takes out his pad and looks through the data.
"Yes, there are some, sir." Nakajima confirms.
"Then after their duel disks are finished being made, pick them up from the You Show Duel school which is no doubt the place they are going and take them to the biggest house." Reiji ordered. "Gather up some rare cards for them to help their decks too. Also take them clothes shopping. I doubt the bag Zack has been carrying has any extras."
"Yes, sir." Nakajima said as he bowed. "But before I go, why did you call master Layra "sister"?"
"Ah yes, you weren't here at the time." Reiji said. "It's because Zack discovered Layra is actually female."
"I see." Nakajima said with a nod and looks at Layra. "I'll be sure to remember that mistress Layra."
He leaves to carry out his task.
Back with the group, they were making their way to You Show Duel. Halfway Yuzu woke up and "slightly" freaked out about being carried by Zack (Zack being punched by Yuzu in the face and then her immediately apologizing afterwards). While continuing Zack suggested that they wait until they reached YSD before talking about things, which everyone agreed to. So instead, they talked about other things, like Zack for instance.
"WHAT?! You can use all the different summoning methods?!" Yuya exclaimed in shock.
"Pretty much." Zack said. "Besides Pendulum of course."
"That's so cool, Zacknii-chan!" Ayu said with excitement.
"I can't believe you've been holding so much back for years Zack-nii!" Sora said.
"Can you show us them when we get back to the school?" Tatsuya asked.
"Please?" Futoshi begged.
"We'll see." Zack said smiling.
"Yatta!" Sora and the kids cheered, throwing their hands in the air.
The older ones just smiled at them.
"Sorry about them." Yuzu apologized.
"It's fine." Zack brushed off. "I've got plenty of experience dealing with kids back in the orphanage."
Both Yuya and Yuzu looked at him in shock.
"Wait, you're…" Yuya tried to say before Yuzu elbowed him.
"It's fine but yeah." Zack said. "And so is the rest of us sorta. Ruri has a brother, except he's not around right now."
"I'm sorry." Yuzu said while looking at her look-a-likes.
"Like Zack said, it's fine." Serena said while shrugging. "Not like we can change the past, right?"
"What matters is how we live our lives now for the future." Rin said with Ruri nodding.
Looking for a way to change the subject, Yuzu noticed they finally arrived at the school.
"Look! There's the You Show Duel school!" Yuzu said as she pointed.

(Try as I did, I had to redo this part so many damn times because I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to best describe this building. I'm not a architecture but how that place is able to stay up, I'll never know.)
"That's their school?" Zarc asked dumbfounded. "It looks like something a 3-year-old kid would draw."
(Well, they do teach kids about entertainment duels and had to draw people's attention.) Zack said.
"This place is so cool!" Sora said with stars in his eyes.
"If you say so." Serena said.
(Case in point.) Zack said.
Zarc admitted his partners point and they entered the strange building. The inside looked normal all things considered.
"Welcome to You Show Duel School everyone!" Yuya said.
"Where you can learn Entertainment Dueling just like the great Yusho Sakaki." Yuzu explained.
'So, this is the school sensei created?' Ruri thought as she looked around.
"Yuzu! Is that you?" A voice spoke up.
Everyone looked further into the building to see a man in a red and orange fire designed tracksuit with a whistle around his neck while wearing a fire design shirt. This was Skip Hiiragi, Yuzu's father.
"Papa." Yuzu said.
"You and the others are late. I was getting worried." Skip said. "The others are already here."
"Sorry, we were a bit held up." Yuya said while rubbing the back of his head.
'That's weird.' Zack thought.
"What is?" Zarc asked.
(We should already be with all the members of YSD. There weren't any other people.) Zack said.
"Maybe another thing that's changed." Zarc suggested.
The group then heard footsteps making their ways towards them. Next thing that Zack would see would blow his mind.
"Hey! There you's guys are!" ?#1 greeted.
"We were wondering when you'd get here." ?#2 said.
"I told you guys they'd be here soon." ?#3 said.
"Hey there's no need to fight." ?#4 said.
"Hello everyone. How are you?" ?#5 said.
"Hey guys!" Yuya greeted back. "Sorry for being so late. We got a little sidetracked."
On the surface Zack was barely holding up his poker face… on the inside however…
'HOLY SHIT!' Zack screamed in his head. 'I DON'T FUCKING BELIEVE IT!'
"Kama sakes!" Zarc yelled. "Why are you freaking out?! Who are they?"

"It's good to see you Jonouchi, Tristin, Anzu, Yugi and Atem!" Yuzu greeted.
Standing in front of them were the Duel Monsters group from the original series.
'I didn't think they would be in this universe!' Zack thought. 'And Atem has his own body too!'
"Okay seriously dude, who are they?" Zarc asked.
(They're the original Duel Monsters group that started it all!) Zack said geeking out.
"Started it all?" Zarc asked.
(There's a theory that says the Original Dimension is its own separate universe and when it got divided, a shockwave of energy interacted with the main Yu-Gi-Oh timeline.) Zack explained. (That's why so many previous characters and places from the past showed up. Standard is based off the Duel Monsters time, since everything was just starting there was little to no Extra Deck monsters and Duelists only used what was in their Main Decks! Fusion Dimension is Yu-Gi-Oh GX, due to so many people using fusion monsters! Synchro Dimension is the Yu-Gi-Oh 5Ds timeframe when synchro monsters where introduced! Same thing for the Xyz Dimension and Yu-Gi-Oh Zexal plus why it's called Heartland!)
"Okay but that doesn't explain who they are." Zarc said while motioning to Yugi and his group. "And why do 2 of them have the same name as those people you mentioned before back with Mahad and Mana?"
(They're the main characters from the Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Monsters timeline!) Zack said. (Yugi came across a golden puzzle box that was from Ancient Egypt which was given to him from his grandfather and was the first person ever to complete it when so many others tried but failed, not even the best could complete it. Then the Spirit of an Ancient Pharaoh that was sleeping within it awoke and joined with him, that Spirit being Atem. Except at the time, he didn't have his memories. Yugi, Atem and their friends went on many adventures and fought many battles while saving the world! They even became the King of Games.)
"Wait you mean…" Zarc gasped.
(That's right.) Zack mentally nodded. (Atem is the King of Games I spoke of before, but then Yugi beat him in a duel so Atem could finally move on to the afterlife and rejoin his old friends, thus Yugi becoming the new King of Games. Even though everyone thought that Atem was Yugi when the 2 swapped bodies so Atem could duel. They're the first of the Legendary Duelists!)
"Wow! No wonder you're freaking out." Zarc said.

"THOSE PUNKS DID WHAT TO YOU'S GUYS?!" Jonouchi yelled.
Tuning back into the real world, Zack and Zarc see they are no longer standing in the front hall but now in the main lounge area where Yuya and Yuzu telling everyone what had happened at LDS and why they were late.
"That's horrible!" Anzu gasped while hugging Ayu.
"Bad enough they wanted to steal Yuya's cards, but they also put Yuzu and the kids in danger!" Tristen said as he punched his fist into his other hand. "Buncha cowards."
"Damn those LDS jerks!" Skip growled.
"Are you guys alright?" Yugi asked concerned for his friends.
"Yeah, all thanks to Zack over here." Yuya said while gesturing to Zack. "He saved Yuzu and the others while also getting my cards back."
They all turned to Zack and the sisters who were standing beside him, not wanting to intrude on the friends. They were shocked to see the faces of Yuya and Yuzu which they didn't notice before hand.
"Ah~… Does anyone else see what I'm's seeing or do I need's glasses?" Jonouchi asks in disbelief.
"Naw Jo, cause I'm seeing the same thing." Tristen says shocked.
"They have the same face as Yuya and Yuzu!" Anzu said surprised.
Atem gets up from his seat and walks towards Zack, stopping in front of him. The 2 look at each other face to face until Atem smiles and holds out his hand to Zack.
"Thank you for helping our dear friends, Zack." Atem said. "I can't imagine what would have happened if you weren't there."
Zack returns both the smile and handshake.
"No thanks are needed Atem." Zack said. "I'm sure Yuya had a plan already in mind to win and save the others. I was just at the right place at the right time is all." 'I can't believe I shook Atem's hand! Best! Day! Ever!'
"Okay calm down." Zarc said.
"You should have seen Zacknii-chan!" Ayu spoke up in excitement. "He Xyz Summoned in a way no one's seen before!"
"You can Xyz Summon?!" Skip yelled.
Yuzu pulled out a big paper fan and smacked her dad with it.
"Don't yell!" Yuzu snapped.
"What do you mean Ayu?" Yugi asked.
"She means that Zacknii-chan used a Field Spell Card of his own to Special Summon a Xyz monster to the field!" Tatsuya explained.
"That's incredible." Anzu said in awe.
"And then he used another Xyz monsters' effect from his Extra Deck to Special Summon it by using the one already on the field as a cost!" Futoshi chimed in. "It gave me shivers!"
"Yeah! Zack even said he can use the other summoning methods too!" Yuya said.
"No way!" Jonouchi exclaimed in disbelief.
"Come on you're embarrassing me." Zack said while rubbing the back of his head with a slight blush but a happy grin on his face.
The 4 pieces of Ray looked at him and couldn't help but blush themselves at seeing Zack's reaction. Although Yuzu's was a bit lighter than her sisters. She quickly gave her head a shake.
'Why am I feeling like this?' Yuzu thought. 'Even if Zack looks like him, Yuya is the guy I like.'
"So we know that Zack can duel but what about the rest of you girls?" Tristin asked.
"Yeah, we can duel." Serena answered.
Serena, Ruri and Rin pulled out their Deck to show them.
"Hey if Zack can use all the Summoning methods, then what about you's 3?" Jonouchi asks.
"Maybe in the future." Rin started.
"But we'll stick with 1 method for now." Ruri finished.
"So that means you can each use a summoning method?" Atem asked them intrigued. "Which ones?"
"I'm a Fusion Summoner." Serena answered.
"Xyz for me." Ruri said.
"Mine's Synchro!" Rin boasted.
"Wow!" the 3 younger kids said.
"That means we have 3 people that are experts in each summoning method as well as a 4th that can use all of them." Skip mutters to himself. "If I can get them enrolled at our school then our classes will improve and expand."
Everyone sweatdrops overhearing him.
"He knows that we can hear him, right?" Zarc asks.
(It's just best to ignore him for now.) Zack responded.
"Wait, if you girls can duel, then where's your duel disks?" Anzu asks.
The girls flinch at the question.
"Well you see…" Ruri says.
"There…um…" Rin says.
"Ah~…" Serena says.
"They're currently getting fixed right now." Zack spoke up.
Everyone turns to him.
"A friend of mine is repairing ours at the moment due to them needing a tune up." Zack lied as he held up Reiji's disk. "The one I'm currently using is one I'm borrowing from him."
Back when Zack and the girls were in the elevator heading to help the YSD group, they all put their disks into Zacks backpack to hide them.
"Oh yeah, that makes sense." Jonouchi said with a nod.
"Actually, we were hoping to enroll in your school." Zack said as he, Serena, Ruri and Rin shared a look.
"REALLY?!" Skip exclaimed happily.
Yuzu slapped him again.
"Yeah." Serena said with a shrug. "This place doesn't seem that bad."
"It'll be super fun!" Rin cheered.
"Plus, it would be good to learn from sensei's school." Ruri said.
"Sensei?" Yuya repeated, confused before turning into shock. "Do you mean my dad?!"
"Yusho Sakaki, yes." Ruri confirmed.
Everyone else in YSD looked at Ruri shocked.
"Then you know where he is!" Yuya said as he stood up. "Please, tell me!"
"I'm afraid I don't know where he is." Ruri admitted sadly. "Believe me, I wish I knew."
Yuya looks to the floor in sadness. Everyone looked at him with a frown.
'Wish I could tell them that he's in the Fusion Dimension.' Zack thought.
"But we can't tell them that yet." Zarc said in agreement.
Seeing as the mood took a drop, Skip decided to change the subject. With a clap of his hands that got everyone's attention.
"Let's not be sad, okay?" Skip said. "Not when we have 5 new members to You Show Duel School to welcome, right?"
"Oh yeah!" Yuya said, cheering right up.
"Yay!" the 3 younger kids cheered.
Soon after Zack, Serena, Ruri, Rin and Sora filled out the forms to enroll in the school.
"Aw yeah baby!" Jonouchi cheered.
"Now we gotta party!" Tristin demanded.
"Except the kids will be heading home soon." Anzu pointed out. "It wouldn't be fair for them."
"She makes a good point." Yugi agreed.
"Then how about a duel?" Zack suggested.
"Hey, that's a great idea, man!" Jonouchi said.
"But who'll duel who?" Yuzu asked.
"I was hoping to duel Atem actually." Zack admitted.
"Me? Really?" Atem asked.
"If you'll give me the honor." Zack said.
"You just wanted to duel him." Zarc accused.
(I'm not passing this chance up.) Zack said. (Copy or not, a king is still a king.)
"Alright then." Atem said standing up. "If you wish to duel Zack, then you shall have it."
The 2 duelists looked at each other and smirked, ready to duel one another!
…That is until a man in a suit entered the room. (SIKE!)
"Excuse me." He said.
"Yes? Can we help you?" Skip asks.
"I'm here for Zack Hikari, Serena, Ruri and Rin." He said.
"And why do you want them?" Skip asked, getting ready to defend his newest students.
"I am here to escort them to their new house." the man explained while turning to Zack and his group. "My master wishes to apologise for how long it took."
"Master?" Zarc asks.
Zack was also confused until he had an idea.
"Does that mean our Duel Disks are finished as well?" Zack asked the man.
"Yes, they are sir." He said without missing a beat. "They are currently in the limo as we speak."
At the mention of the Duel Disks, Zarc and the 3 sisters knew who this man worked for. Zack sighs and looks at Atem with an apologetic face.
"Welp, that sucks." Zack said. "Guess we'll have to postpone that duel."
"I understand." Atem said. "We'll have plenty of chances in the future."
Zack nodded then looked at Sora.
"You wanna come with us Sora?" Zack asked the candy lover.
"No thanks Zack-nii." Sora denied. "I'll just crash at Yuya-sensei's house."
"Yuya-sensei?!" Jonouchi, Anzu and Tristen asked in shock looking at him.
"Stop calling me that!" Yuya said. "I haven't agreed to that!"
"Okay then." Zack shrugged his shoulders. "Let's go girls."
"Okay!" Rin cheered while Serena and Ruri nodded.
Realizing they were leaving, Yuzu quickly stood up.
"W-Wait!" she said.
The group of 4 stopped and looked at her.
"You haven't told why you look like me and Yuya!" Yuzu said. "And why you called me sister!"
"That's right!" Yuya said as he just remembered as well.
"We will." Zack said. "But that's a story that'll take an entire day to tell."
"But…" Yuzu tried to speak as she looks down at the ground.
Zack walks up to her and gently lifts her head up to look at him by placing a finger under her chin.
"I promise, we will tell you soon." Zack promised with a kind smile. "Okay?"
"O-Okay…" Yuzu agreed with a blush.
Seeing this, Serena pouted at her boyfriend's actions while Rin smiled.
'So she's also beginning to fall for our hero too.' Rin thought.
Anzu and Ayu see Yuzu's reaction. The 2 girls give each other a knowing look. Zack then steps back and follows the man out of the room with Ray's Fusion, Synchro and Xyz counterparts. Upon exiting the school, they see a black limousine. The man walks up to it and opens the door.
"Please get in." he requested.
Zack was the first to enter then the girls. The inside seemed normal, lots of seats for multiple people. Speaking of people, there were already two inside.
"Hey Nakajima and Layra." Zack greeted.
"Hello Zack-san." Reiji's right-hand man greeted back. "As well as Serena-san, Ruri-san and Rin-san."
Layra nodded her head bashfully in greetings. They felt the limo start to drive off.
"I guess Reiji had things to do himself." Zack said. "So he asked you to handle our new living arrangements."
"That's correct." Nakajima said. "One of those things being the data you brought us."
"It's not corrupted, is it?" Zack asked worried.
He made sure everything was done correctly. The girls were also worried.
"The data is fine as far as our research's can see." Nakajima said. "It's just going to take longer than we anticipated to decipher it is all."
The group sighed in relief.
"The guy up front said you have our Standard Dimension duel disks." Serena mentioned.
Nakajima simply nodded his head as he presented one of two cases to the young adults. Opening it up, they see them in each of their respective colors based on the disks they already have.
"Finally." Serena said as she picked up hers.
"Awesome!" Rin said excitedly grabbing hers.
"Thank you so much." Ruri said while acquiring hers.
Zack removed Reiji's disk and handed it to Nakajima, then taking his new disk.
"Yes, give Reiji our thanks for them." Zack said.
"I certainly will." Nakajima said as he closed the now empty case before replacing it with the second one. "He also wanted to give you these rare cards to upgrade your decks."
Opening the case, they see many cards within it.
"WOW!" the sisters said in awe at them.
They've never seen so many cards before, especially rare cards. Zack on the other hand was reading the descriptions on them and saw they had their anime effects.
'Maybe now I can add Pot of Greed and Cards of Sanctity to my deck.' He thought.
"Don't you have them in your Dimension?" Zarc asked.
(Yeah, but the first one is banned and the seconded got so neffered that it's more of a bane then a boon.) Zack responded.
"… No offence, but your homes dueling circuit sucks." Zarc said.
(And now you know why I wanted to come here.) Zack said.
Zack closed the case and put it into his backpack.
"These will really come in hand, thanks." Zack said.
"You are our allies." Nakajima said. "It's only right to help each other."
"So what's next?" Serena asked. "We head to our new house?"
"Actually, I've been ordered to take you all clothe shopping." Nakajima said.
"…Huh?" was the collective response.
"O-Onii-sama guessed you all d-don't have any spare clothes." Layra spoke up.
The 4 look at each other and blink a couple of times before their eyes widen in realization.
"Shi-er, shoot he's right!" Zack said.
"Guess we were so focused on escaping we didn't think about it." Ruri said.
"I refuse to wear the same pair of clothes everyday." Serena said. "I'm fine if it's multiple pairs to swap out but..."
"How do you think the 2 of us feel?" Rin asked motioning to herself and Ruri. "I've had to do just that for a whole year straight as a captive of Leo!"
"That is why we are making our way to the best clothing stores in Maiami City." Nakajima informed. "Everything will be covered by LDS, so don't hesitate to pick whatever it is you like."
The 4 once again looked at each other. While Nakajima said they were doing this for them due to being allies, this seemed like a little much.
"That seems pretty generous of Reiji." Ruri said.
"A little too generous if you ask me." Serena said with narrowed eyes.
"Why though?" Rin asked.
"It's because we're family." Layra answered.
The group looked at Layra in surprise mixed with confusion.
"…Nani?" Zack asked.
"Well… you see…" Layra started to speak.
(Flashback)
Layra was sitting on the couch in Reiji's office again playing with her teddy bear while said man was speaking to one of the researchers that was working on the data drive Zack gave them from his desk terminal.
"I see." Reiji said. "Thank you for letting me know."
"Of course sir." The researcher responded. "We'll inform you of anything else right away."
He ended the call right afterwards. Reiji sighed through his nose. Layra looked up at her brother.
"Is something wrong Onii-sama?" the young girl asked.
"Nothing to worry about Layra." Reiji said. "The data that Zack gave us will take more time then originally planned to unlock is all."
"Oh. Okay." Layra said.
Speaking of Zack-san, Layra had just thought of something.
"Onii-sama?" Layra asked.
"Yes?" Reiji answered while he had resume working. "What is it, Layra?"
"Well… in Zack-san's story…" Layra began. "Raynee-chan is our older sister, right?"
"That's correct, yes." Reiji said.
"And Serena-nee, Ruri-nee and Rin-nee where once Raynee-chan, right?" Layra asked.
"Once again yes." Reiji said.
"Then does that mean that they're also our sisters, too?" Layra asked.
Reiji had stopped working as his hands had frozen. His mind was working into overdrive at his little sister's question.
"I… suppose you might be right." Reiji said.
"Really!" Layra asked excitedly. "Then that means I have older sisters!"
(End flashback)
The 4 (plus 1 spirit) were utterly shocked at hearing the little girl's story as their jaws had dropped. Nakajima cleared his throat.
"Yes, as mistress Layra said." Nakajima said. "Due to the answers that Zack-san has given us, she views you 3 girls as her older sisters."
"Oh." Ruri said.
"Wow." Serena said.
"YAY!" Rin cheered. "I have a little sister now!"
Rin pounced on the seat beside Layra, snatched her up and cuddled with her. Taking a moment to register what the hell just happened, she immediately started hugged Rin back with a happy blushing face.
"Aw~, that's nice." Zarc said.
"I honestly didn't see that coming." Zack admitted.
A little bit after that, they had arrived at the best and most expensive clothing store in the whole city. Nakajima and the 2 men who were driving and sitting in the passenger's seat of the limo escorted Zack and the 4 sisters into the store. They got directions to were both males and female's clothes were while also informing workers to send the bill to LDS. It was decided that Zack would get his first due to being the only guy needing them. He got various tee shirts, tank tops and PJs, as well as jeans, track pants and shorts with a couple of sweaters too. Then it was onto every mans worst nightmare… shopping for girls clothing (Thunder sounds).
The girls tried on a variety of clothes, different combinations and colors, though mostly leaning towards their preferred colors. The styles they tried out were ranged from modest, cute, stylish and sometimes sexy (Rin convinced the other 2 to try it). That last one caused Zack to blush hard, while the 3 escorts held in their chuckles, Zarc roared with laughter since only Zack could hear him. They even roped Layra into trying some girls clothing on making her look adorable. After hours in the store, they left with multiple boxes (each one had a label to show whose was whose) that were loaded into the limo. Soon they began to drive off towards their new house, Ruri was the one cuddling Layra this time, but the little girl wasn't wearing her usual outfit. Now she was wearing a baby blue colored blouse, a lavender colored skirt, long white socks and black shoes. Her hair was also let free to show how long it was.
"Your hair is really pretty Layra." Ruri complemented.
"T-Thank you, Ruri-nee." Layra said bashfully.
Ruri was now wearing a long violet skirt with a black shirt.
"That was so much fun!" Rin exclaimed happily.
Rin had chosen a white tank top, green jacket, pink pants and sky-blue runners to wear.
"I'll admit it did feel… kinda nice." Serena said.
Serena donned a red jacket, yellow shirt, blue mini skirt and black boots.
(I had said in another story, but fashion is not my forte, so I did my best.)
Zack just sat there and looked at the 3 sisters.
'Serena looks pretty good in those clothes.' Zack thought. 'And not just her, but Ruri and Rin too.'
Speaking of the girls, they noticed Zack looking at them and had their own reactions. Serena smirked, Ruri looked away with a blush and Rin winked at him. All of them caused Zack to blush. It wasn't that long until they had reached their new home.
'Before we have to go to the Synchro Dimension.' Zack thought.
"This place is HUGE!" Rin said in awe.
"Oh my!" Ruri gasped.
"That guy is just giving this to us?" Serena asked in shock.
(Picture whatever big ass house/mansion you want.)
"Yes." Nakajima answered with a nod. "This is one of many houses owned by master Reiji's family. We picked this one because it is close to both YSD and LDS. There are 6 bedrooms and 1 bath room designed like a bath house. A fully stocked kitchen. The basement has both a game room, a movie theater room, a dueling field that can be used for both Action or Standard Duels and an exercise room with types of equipment. There is a pool and hot tub in the backyard as well. Both are self cleaning."
"A pool?!" Ruri asked in excitement.
"HA!" Rin laughed while pointing at Serena's face. "And you said it would be a waste of time to buy some bikinis and swimsuits!"
"No, I said I didn't see the point of getting any!" Serena growled while defending herself.
"Well know we do and it's a good thing I persuaded you, huh?" Rin asked smugly.
"Shut up." Serena huffed.
"If you can just leave the clothes inside, we'll figure out the room arrangements later." Zack said to Nakajima.
"Understood." the man said.
They quickly placed the boxes of clothes in the foyer of the house. The driver and passenger were already in the limo, waiting for Nakajima and Layra.
"We will be leaving now." Nakajima informed.
"Bye-bye O-Onee-chans." Layra waved happily.
"Bye-bye Layra." Rin waved back. "I can't wait to see you again soon."
"Be safe." Ruri said as Serena nodded with a smile.
"Tell Reiji we're very grateful for all of this." Zack said.
"I will be sure to tell him, Zack-san." Nakajima said.
The duo walked to the limo, entered it and drove off. The group watched it go until it was out of sight. They entered their new home and walked to the living room.
"Well, this was a hell of a day." Zack said as he stretched. "I guess now we pick out which rooms we want and sleep."
Before either Serena or Ruri could agree, Rin spoke up.
"Actually Zack, why don't you go on ahead?" Rin suggested.
Everyone looked at her in confusion.
"Now that we have a moment, I think it's time us girls sat down and talked." Rin said.
"Oh! That's a good point." Zack said. "We've kinda been running everywhere without stop. You all probably got somethings to work out."
"Right." Rin nodded. "So, while we're having some girls talk down here, you head upstairs."
"Alright." Zack said as he headed for the stairs. "If you need anything, let me know."
"Will do!" Rin said.
"You do realize she was just saying that to get you to leave, right?" Zarc asked Zack as he was walking up the steps.
(Of course I do.) Zack responded. (But if a girl says they're having "girls talk", then as a guy you get the hell outta there.)
"Fair enough." Zarc said.
Back with the sisters, they were sitting on the leather couch.
"So what do we need to talk about?" Serena asked. "Cause I'm pretty sure any questions we had were answered with Zack's story about his past life and about Ray."
"Yeah." Ruri agreed with a nod.
"It's not about our past, but about our present." Rin said. "Namely us."
Serena and Ruri shared a look before turning back to Rin.
"What about us?" both asked in confusion.
"How we all have the same feelings for the guy that saved us." Rin answered.
The 2 took a few seconds to register what she just said.
". . .EHHHH?!" they cried out in shock.

That's right, I'm bring back the nostalgia by putting in the Legendary Duelists and some of their companions. I did give a bit of a hint when I put Syrus, Rei and Johan in the story. Also let me know how I did Jonouchi. Should I stay the same or do something different? Now like I said at the top of the page, I'm sorry if you all feel like it's an excuse. Also, the reason it took so long to post this chapter was because my aunt and uncle went on a vacation, and they asked me to watch their house and 2 cats. I don't own a laptop and their computer doesn't have Word. They were gone for close to a month and I was already working on my other story at the time. Next chapter will have the sisters work out their feelings for Zack and the duel between Yuya and Sora, but a twist will happen. You wanna know what it is? You'll just have to wait until then.
