"I hope you people are all having fun this Christmas!"
Mini's voice was filled with cheer as she spoke to the camera attached to her computer. She knew that so many of her fans were tuning in to watch the annual Christmas stream she was in the middle of. The young Internet celebrity was wearing a bright red Christmas dress with a Santa hat on her head. Her apartment was filled with lots of seasonal plushies and collectables. All of them had been brought out of the boxes they were kept in for eleven months to be dismayed for this one time of the year by their nerdy, eccentric owner.
"You have no idea how much I've been itching to bring all this stuff out!" Mini spoke loudly to the camera. "I've had to wait a whole twelve months to break them all out for Christmas! I was determined not to leave them behind when I started college! Really makes a difference to this cramped apartment I have to live in!"
Mini took a gulp out of her mug of hot chocolate and marshmallows, making sure just how colourful and Christmassy it was could be seen on camera by her watchers.
"So what are your plans for Christmas, guys?! Leave a comment to let me know what you'll be getting up to? Will you be watching Christmas movies? Or will you be reading a classic book by the fire and Christmas tree? Perhaps you'll be tuning into some winter anime? Or maybe writing up some holiday fanfiction?"
As she rambled, Mini picked up two teddy bears that were among the plushies displayed in her room. One was blue while the other was pink. Both had bright red Christmas hats on their fuzzy heads. She held them one in each hand in front of the camera. Her eyes fell onto the bears as she moved them in each other's directions.
"Whatever you get up to this Christmas, make sure you spend it with the one you love..."
Mini paused, thinking about her neighbours she lived in the apartment with. In the short time since she'd come there to live, she had learnt about the rental relationship Kazuya had with Chizuru - as well as how he felt about her.
I hope Master will tell Mizuhara how he feels about her, she thought wistfully. He really needs to stop being so tippy-toey and just let her know how much his heart bursts for her. He likes her, she likes him. There's no need for them to continue this rental relationship of theirs when they can just start a new one. It would be an awesome gift to see those two get together. What better present to get on Christmas than seeing lovers get together - as well as some new cosplay outfits, of course, but that's just me!
Smiling in her hope that Kazuya would finally get a truly genuine relationship with Chizuru, Mini held the teddy bears together for a little longer before putting them down to wave jubilantly to her watchers.
"Merry Christmas, my wonderful fans! I love you all!"
