Ambush Battle within Haven Academy
Qrow and all the other young Hunters have arrived at the front gate of Haven Academy when nighttime came just as Professor Lionheart asked them to come, but they stop for a moment.
"Okay everyone, we're going to meet with the headmaster who strangely informed us that he got help from the council for our cause." Kimi stated in a cheerful way.
"When you told us about that, I have been ponding on this for a while now and know better for the councils to suddenly change their mind just like that." Weiss said.
"Not to mention with how many Hunters are missing around the same time, this is indeed a bad omen." Ren believed.
"All the more reason to be on guard, I have a feeling that Lionheart hasn't been fateful to us as we hoped to believe. Which could also mean…" Jaune paused for a moment as he looked at Ozpin.
"Yeah, Ozpin has been thinking about it too and fear the concluding that Lionheart is the traitor working for Salem, a possibility he could no longer deny himself." Oscar informed while Ozpin looks sad inside his head.
"Well, guess we're walking into a trap either way." Qrow pointed out.
"Then we'll have to be ready for whatever happens in there." Jaune held his hand onto the hilt of the sword.
"I'm sure it'll be quite a dance no one will ever forget." Kimi smiled as she twirls.
"Don't you ever take this seriously?" Weiss asked.
"Come on, we better get moving." Qrow said.
The group walked into the front entrance of the academy as Ruby look over to see the Mistral CCT tower, remembering the Fall of Beacon and clutching her fists in anger and then calm herself down and quickly follow the others.
They walk toward the water fountain statue that is at the center of the staircase with the headmaster himself standing at the top, him looking nervous as expected.
"Why hello. Thank you for... coming. There... seems to be more of you than last time." Lionheart chuckled nervously, noticing a few more faces with them.
"Eh, you know what they say, "The more the merrier". So, what's going on with the council?" Qrow asked, narrowing his eyes are Lionheart.
"Why... did you bring your weapons?" Lionheart asked, looking a bit more nervous now.
"What? Leo, we're Huntsmen. You okay?" Qrow asked, noticing that Leo is acting strange right now despite being jumpy as always.
"Of course! Of course, sorry. Just haven't had my evening coffee." Lionheart proclaimed, cleaning up his throat a bit.
"Are you sure about that?" Kimi stepped forward one foot.
"Perhaps it's more like trying to wait for us to let our guard down for someone to attack us." Kimi stated as she pulls out her fan.
"Like over there!" Kimi threw her bladed fan at the raven that has been sitting on the balcony railing.
The raven quickly flew away from the balcony railing as the bladed fan hit and bounces from another spot to the woman statue then back into Kimi's hand, the raven flew behind Lionheart transforming into Yang's mom, Raven in front of everyone's eyes with her Grimm mask.
"Mom?" Yang gasped.
"Raven…" Ruby shocked to see the mother of her big sister is here.
"They... they really are magic..." Nora shocked of this as well.
"Gotta say, one of you was able to noticed something off and went for me. A very sharp instinct to have." Raven impressed as she took off her mask.
"It pays to know whose ass I'm going to kick very soon." Kimi grinned.
"What are you doing here?!" Qrow demanded.
"I could ask you the same thing. You've been scheming, little brother. Planning to attack your own sister." Raven revealed that she already knows about their attack plan.
"Leo… What have you done?" Qrow asked the guilty Lionheart.
"I…" Lionheart tried to answer but felt too scared to even answer his friend.
"Leo did what any sane person would in his position - he looked at all the information he had in front of him, assessed the situation, and made a choice. And it seems you all have too." Raven glared at the group.
"You have the Spring Maiden." Qrow angered.
"I do." Raven said without hiding anything this time.
"Then hand her over and let's work together! We can beat Salem!" Qrow tried to reason with his older twin sister, even though he knew reasoning with her would be a waste of time.
"All that time spent spying for Ozpin and you still have no idea what you're dealing with." Raven glared over at the girl with the blue samurai outfit, then she saw an image of a strong old man next to her.
"(Tadakatsu Honda, that would mean…)" Raven thought realized who this girl is.
"Of course, the Honda family would be involved with this because of how much they are indebted to Ozpin for so many years. A family doom to follow a failure." Raven mocked Futayo's family.
"Say what you will about the Hondas, but we have made our decision of our own free will when the man came to our homeland to seek allies and saved the saves of my ancestors as well. We sworn to help carry on his will fight against Salem even if she is unbeatable." Futayo stated of her family's ways as she tapped her spear on the floor.
"Even knowing that, you're still going to throw your life away like fools." Raven disgusted with how these fools won't back down.
"You're wrong. We've done things that most people would call impossible, and I know the only reason we were able to do it is because we didn't do it alone! We had people to teach us, people to help us, we had each other. Work with us. At least I know we'll have a better chance if we try together. Please." Ruby held out her hand hoping for Raven to take her words to heart.
Raven takes a second to look at that hand then up to Ruby's face, seeing her is almost like looking at the face of the woman she used to know years ago.
"You sound just like your mother." Raven said before opening a portal with her Semblance.
Suddenly a fireball launches out of the portal to hit Ruby only for Futayo to jump in slices the fireball in half and the two halves flew past them and the others then exploded.
"Damn it, and that would have been a good entrance too." A young woman stepped out of the portal.
"Hello boys and girls." The young evil woman greeted.
"Cinder." Ruby glared.
The woman known as Cinder Fall is a fair-skinned woman with short ashen-black hair that covers her left eye. She has one bright amber eye. She wears a mask that appears to be made of black glass over her missing left eye and the scarring from said injury extends into a slight x-shape over the bridge of her nose, as well as having deformed and degraded the tissue of her left ear. She wears a long, dark red dress with one long, wide sleeve hiding her left arm. The edges of the collar and the opening for the right arm are gold-colored, and the upper chest and left sleeve are decorated with golden designs. The right side of her dress is open from the hip down with two gold-colored straps made of interwoven ropes connecting the front half to the back half of her thigh. Under the dress, she appears to wear black pantyhose. On the right hip, the dress has a black rhombus-shaped gem set in a gold-colored metal of the same shape, with feathers of varying shades of blue extending from the bottom of it. On her right arm she wears a long, gray glove, the top of which has a gold-colored metal ring with curvy branching extensions going up to her arm. Her right ear has a new ring-shaped earring higher up than the dangling black gem earring. Breasts sizes: H-cup.
Soon, three other people came out of the portal with some recognizing the two while only Weiss knew the other young woman as they line up by Raven's side.
"C'mon guys, is that any way to greet your old friends?" One guy with gray hair smirked sarcastically.
"Mercury Black and Emerald Sustrai, they were also involved with the Fall of Beacon." Futayo glared at the two.
"Oh look, she remembers us." Emerald said in a mocking tone.
Emerald is a young woman with medium-brown skin and dark-red eyes. Her hair is a light, mint-green with a straight fringe and bangs as well as two long locks on each side in the back. She wears an intricate white top and an olive-colored crop top, on the back of which is her personal emblem. This emblem is in the shape of a cut gem, most likely referring to her name. This was intended to be accompanied by white shorts, decorated with what appears to be a gold coin-plated belt with four gold chains draping around her back from two of the coins and what seems to be a green loincloth. She also sports white cropped pants with brown chaps that attach to her brown belt, she also has green armbands and beads with the gloves. Breasts sizes: E-cup.
"Oh, I suddenly feel all special." Mercury chuckled.
Mercury a pale, young man with gray eyes and gray hair, partially slicked back while unkempt at the front. He wears a slate gray and black two-tone partial-zip jacket that covers his upper body. He also wears a single notched belt with what appears to be a sash or bandana draped over it. Protecting his arms are a set of rerebraces and vambraces.
"What's the matter, Schnee? Didn't expect to see me again?" The woman named Vernal smirked at Weiss.
Vernal is a young woman with tan-colored skin, short brown hair and icy blue eyes. She has a tattoo of a bird rising from flowers on her left arm. She wears a light brown vest with dark brown panels on the top and a dark brown buckled strap on the back, over a torn white shirt that is partially unbuttoned revealing what appears to be a black bra, alongside a collar that appears to be slightly turned up behind her neck. She also wears maroon-colored jeans with the right side rolled up to her thigh revealing the dark pink lining alongside a brown belt with a pouch attached to the right side. She also wears dark brown calf guards with one having a garter styled strap that goes under her rolled-up pant leg. She wears a pair of beige and dark brown lace-up boots with folded over sides, showing over the white lining accompany by a pair of maroon socks that partially covers her calf guards. She wears dark brown fingerless gloves of different sizes, with the right being wrist length with a large cuff whilst the other was elbow length and covers with a dark brown vambrace. Lastly, she wears a narrow dark brown choker strap around her neck. Breasts sizes: D-cup.
"It looks like there are some people that needs to learn some manners." Kimi said, reaching for her sword.
"Everybody, stay calm." Qrow tried to get his side to not do anything just yet.
But then they heard the door shutting behind them.
"Oh no…" Oscar feared that something worse just happened adding to this villainy ambush.
"The White Fang is prepping demolition and securing the school grounds. No one's getting in, and no one's getting out." The tall muscle man informed.
"You! You were the tall muscle man who helped me and Oscar get our train tickets!" Futayo recognized that man from the station.
This man is named Hazel Rainart, he's a tall and muscular middle-aged man. He is also unusually large and broad. He has short dark brown hair, a beard and hazel eyes. His hairy arms have large scars running up them. He wears a two-tone olive-green coat over a black 3/4 sleeve shirt, and a large belt. His pants are black, with a pouch strapped to each pants leg, and his boots are brown with white fronts. Some of his scars near the edges of his sleeves are visible.
"It's a shame that you two have to be involved with this, had I known you were going to be with them then perhaps I could've convinced you two go elsewhere." Hazel sighed as he turned around.
"And the White Fang is involved in this, again." Jaune said angrily.
(Outside)
The White Fang soldiers are setting up the bombs on the CCT tower with their Supreme Leader, Adam Taurus, looking over this operation.
"Once the charges are set, move back to perimeter watch." Adam ordered.
Adam is a tall Faunus with a lean built and auburn hair that spikes backward in a windswept way. While most of his hair is red, he has streaks of brown. He wears a form-fitting, double-breasted three-tone black and gray leather tunic jacket with red interior lining and two-layers of flares that hung the entire bottom of his jacket around his thigh, befitting his more militaristic mindset after the Fall of Beacon. His rounded collar up to the shoulders of his jacket is black with the two-tone gray colors at the rest of his jacket, which also included a zipper for his left breast pocket, and two more at the sleeves, which also possessed black cuffs. His dress pants are a matching gray to the tunic and mounted a maroon belt at the right thigh. The back of his tunic retained his red wilting rose emblem with white nightshade stem and flower sigils. Completing this outfit are plain black gloves exposing his wrists, along with twin maroon crisscrossing belts that hung Wilt and Blush on his left, and a black and red-lined drape retaining the red thorn sigil on his right. Finally, he wears red-soled black shoes.
"Tonight, Haven falls." Adam smiled evilly.
"Well, we were definitely expecting a trap." Weiss sighed.
"Not like we could even prevent it." Ren said.
"Raven, tell me... how long have you been with them?" Qrow angered and shocked at the same time.
"Aww, don't take it personally, little bird. Your sister was a recent addition." Cinder said mockingly, then gestured to Lionheart.
"The lion on the other hand... Entrance into the Vytal Festival was a real treat, Leonardo's been sending Salem all sorts of information for a very, very long time. Isn't that right, professor?" Cinder smirked at the old man.
"Stop it…" Lionheart begged as he looked down in shame.
"It was you... you sit on the Mistral Council. You had information on every Huntsman and Huntress in the Kingdom, and you gave it all to her?" Qrow started to figure out what happened to the Hunters he was trying to find.
"I—" Lionheart tried to explain, but Qrow continue his talk.
"I couldn't find any of them, because you let her kill them!" Qrow angered.
Now there wasn't any point of talking with Qrow about this anymore, he just went silent with a deep sad expression.
"Aw now, don't beat yourself up about it, Lionheart, I'm sure Tyrian and Hazel would've found them on their own eventually." Cinder stated with an evil smirk.
"What is wrong with you…?" Jaune asked as he stepped forward.
"How can you be so broken inside... to take so many lives, and then come here and rub it in our faces like it's something to be proud of?!" Jaune clutched his fists.
"Jaune…" Nora concerned for her leader.
"All with that damn smile on your face!" Jaune screamed with tears streaming down his cheeks.
"Now, now, that was terrible." Kimi stated which confuses both sides.
"You need to say something more fitting in moments like this. Before you get your revenge, you need to say something like this…" Kimi smiled as she held her open fan covering her mouth.
"My name is Kimi Arc-Aoi, for the honor of my dearest friend's soul Pyrrha Niko and so she can rest in peace, me and my beloved husband Jaune are going to send you to the depths of Hell falling into despair for all of eternity where you will never know peace!" Kimi drew her sword and points it right at Cinder who glares angry at her.

The battle of Haven Academy's future is about to be underway with the heroes now facing off against the villains, and hope you like the speech Kimi did at the end because I really like that kind of speech from Polnareff in Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. Let's see if she can live up to those words.
