(Shows Matthew Roth, Dr. Ronald Mack and Jesse Jacobs standing by a table filled with two sets of weapons.)

"Alright guys, we have a nice match up today, two crazy but deadly island leaders are going to clash," Matthew said.

"Father Mathias ruled over Yamatai Island with this crazy survivalist cult called the Solarii Brotherhood and would torture and kill anyone he saw as useless," Jesse said.

"But his opponent is also a crazy man, Vaas Montenegro was this crazy and feared pirate leader from the Rook Islands, who would do anything for money, power and drugs," Dr. Ronald said.

"This is going to be an interesting and brutal match up," Matthew finished.

(Shows an older man with blonde hair and blue eyes. He is wearing dark raggedy clothes and no shoes. He takes a hatchet and throws it at the screen.)

Father Matthias: The deranged cult leader of Yamitai Island, who terrorized and killed all those who ended up on the cursed island.
(Shows Mathias and his Solarii kill several surviors in a hale of gun fire.)

vs.

(Shows a younger man with a black mohawk and brown eyes. He is wearing a red tank top, tan pants and boots. He pulls out a revolver and shoots at the screen.)

Vaas Montenergo: The infamous pirate of the Rook Islands, who is the very definition of insanity and killed and kidnapped many people.
(Shows Vaas and his pirates kill several Raykat villagers with rifle fire.)

WHO...IS...DEADLIEST?

To find out, the history of war and modern science collide, as Biomedical Scientists Matthew Roth applies 21th century technology to unlock new data on some of movies, video game, and comics greatest weapons. ER doctor Dr. Ronald Mack will assets the damage made by these dangerous weapons of war. And Computer Whiz Jesse Jacobs will input the data in the battle simulation that will determine the winner. Two of media's greatest warriors will be put into the battlefield. History will be written. But only one will be crowned:

DEADLIEST WARRIOR!

Welcome to the fight club, where we've set up a high tech war zone. We've gathered scientists, doctors, computer experts and combat specialist. All to simulate a battle between to crazed leaders and their respective forces.

First Up, Father Matthias, The cult leader of Yamatai Island, who's Solarii Brotherhood terrorized any who had the misfortune of landing on the cursed island.

Father Mathias Stats:

Appearing From: Tomb Raider(2013 Game)
Age: Unknown(Presumably in his late 50's)
Leader of: The Solarii Brotherhood
Crimes: Murder, Torture and sacrificial rituals on women.
Greatest Enemy: Lara Croft

His newest opponent is just as insane and dangerous as he is:

Vaas Montenegro, the notorious pirate of the Rook Islands, who would menace the seas and considered the "Definition of Insanity."

Vaas Montenegro Stats:

Appearing From: Far Cry 3
Age: 27
Leader of: Rook Islands Pirates
Crimes: Murder, Torture, piracy, gun running, drug dealing and human trafficking.
Greatest Enemy: Jason Brody

(Show a muscular man of Polynesian decent with black hair and beard. He is wearing a red sleeveless shirt that shows off his tattoos on his left arm, Khaki shorts and black shoes. He takes a big pistol and aims at a foam dummy.)

Representing Father Matthias is Jonah Maiava, one of four survivors of the Endurance shipwreck, who along with Lara Croft, help defeat the Solarii Brotherhood. He has first hand experience dealing with Mathias and his cult.

"Mathias and his little cult were out of their minds, they would maim, torture and kill anyone they saw and they never negotiated with anyone," Jonah said, "Vaas and his band of pirates have no idea who they are dealing with."

The man known as Matthias ended up on the mystical island of Yamatai when a plane he was on crashed near the island in 1982. He soon found out about the islands history and the fact that it's long dead queen's spirit, Himiko, would not allow anyone to leave the island. His ruthlessness soon showed when he allowed the survivors of his plane crash to die trying to escape the island, just to prove his point. He soon began to gather other male survivors into his new cult: The Solarii Brotherhood. All male survivors who ended up on the island were thrown into caverns and forced to kill each other, only those who survived would be accepted. Any women that were found were often raped and ritually killed by the cult. However the cult was soon destroyed by one determined survivor, Lara Croft.

"Vaas is about to see first hand the brutality that Matthias can inflict on a person," Jonah finished.

Matthias and his Solarii Brotherhood come in with a weapons cache that slaughtered their enemies:

Short Range: Hatchet
Mid Range: Desert Eagle .50AE Pistol
Long Range: FN FAL Battle Rifle
Special: Chinese Stick Grenade

Now Mathias and his Solarii will face off against an equally dangerous leader and his forces.

(Shows a white man with dark brown hair, he is wearing a blue shirt, khaki pants and brown boots. On his left arm is an elaborate tribal tattoo. He takes an assault rifle from the table he is at and slaps in a new magazine into the gun.)

Representing Vaas and his pirate band is Jason Brody, the man responsible of defeating them and their leader. He has first hand knowledge of the brutality and insanity of Vaas and his pirate band.

"If Mathias and his little crazy cult think Vaas and his pirates will be freaked out by them, they got another thing coming," Jason said, "All they are is a road bump in the way."

Vaas Montenegro was born on the Rook Islands in 1985 and was raised among the native Raykat along with his sister Citra. However sometime between that and his death, he became addicted to drugs and soon fell in with Hoyt Volker, becoming his right hand man and leader of the Pirates on the island. He would soon be involved in many of the crimes that were committed on the islands themselves including murder, drug, gun and human trafficking. However his end and the destruction of his pirates soon came at the hands of Jason himself, when Vaas kidnapped his friends and younger brother and kill the oldest. Jason would team up with his sister and the end soon came.

"Matthias and his cult are about to have what I call "The Vaas Experience," Jason finished.

Vaas and his Pirates come in with weapons that they used to destroy their enemies:

Short Range: Machete
Mid Range: S&W Model 629 Revolver
Long Range: AKM Assault Rifle
Special: F1 Grenade

But how would Vaas and his Pirates fare against Mathias and his Cult?

"Right now, this could go either way," Jesse said, "On one side you have the experience and ruthlessness of Mathias and the other side you have the youth and madness of Vaas."

We start off our first series of test with close range melee weapons. Mathias comes swinging in with:

The Hatchet, A simple tool turned into a murderous weapon.
(Shows Matthias throw his hatchet at a male survivor and hit him in the back.)

"The hatchet is an improvised weapon that can be used to survive the harsh wilderness or to kill your opponent. The hatchet is fourteen inches long and weighs one pound," Jason Stormwolf said, the Deadliest Warrior modern firearm specialist said.

(Shows the group standing by a gel dummy, Jonah standing beside them armed with a hatchet.)

"Alright here is your test Jonah, we have a gel torso for you to do as much damage as you can do," Matthew said.

Jonah nodded and got into position, several feet away from the dummy.

"GO!" Matthew yelled.

Jonah let out a war cry and then threw the hatchet and the blade lodged itself into the chest of the dummy. He ran up and ripped the hatchet out and then slashed the dummy throat, cutting it out. Then Jonah took the hatchet and buried into the dummy skull, busting it open and allowing blood to flow from the dummy's head. With Jonah was done with his test, he pulled the hatchet out of the dummy's head and allowed Dr. Ronald to check his damage.

"The first shot would hit the abdominal aorta and would bleed out in seconds and die. The second blow was across the throat, you cut both the jugular vein and the carotid artery, meaning this man bleed out in seconds and died. And the last blow is a crowning shot, which would kill instantly," Dr. Ronald explained.

"What do you think Jason?" Jesse asked.

"First, that no pirate or Vaas himself would stand there and allow themselves to be hit by a thrown hatchet. Second, you seriously brought a hatchet? Is Matthias and his band of loons Juggalos or something?" Jason said with an amuse grin on his face.

"See you are not taking what you see seriously. This weapon is dangerous, I would know. I had a good friend die from a thrown hatchet to the back," Jonah replied to Jason, some anger in his tone.

"Yeah well, I got a weapon that is way better than that," Jason said.

Vaas comes slashing back with:

The Machete, a deadly blade that has been used by the criminal underworld for decades.
(Shows Vaas slash a male prisoner a couple of times to torture him before stabbing him in the chest, killing him.)

"The machete is a long bladed weapon that is typically twelve to seventeen inches long," Stormwolf said as he showed one off, "The ones used by Vaas and his pirates were a little different and had serrated edges on the backside of the blade, which meant it had more tearing damage to it."

(Shows the group standing by new gel dummy, Jason is ready with his machete.)

"Alright we have the same test set up for Jason, are you read?" Matthew asked.

"Ready!" Jason yelled.

"ATTACK!"

Jason roared as he took his blade and chopped the gel dummy's right arm off. Soon he took his blade and sliced the throat, tearing the wind pipe. He proceed to cut the other arm off before he then stabbed the dummy in the stomach area ripping it out and then slashed the dummy a few times in the stomach before calling the test off. Dr. Ronald walked up to check the damage.

"Well to start off, you cut the arms off at the elbow, which means he bleeds out pretty quickly. The shot to the neck, bleeds out and dies in seconds. The stab wound to the gut would kill him within second at best or a minute at worst. Then you practically spilled his guts on the floor, which would kill pretty quickly," Dr. Ronald explained as he analyzed the wounds.

"See that big man, my blade is longer than yours," Jason said to Jonah, "Meaning if Matthias and Vaas got into a free for all, he has way more reach and would kill that dude in a heartbeat."

"Not unless Matthias got him between the eyes when he chucked it at Vaas," Jonah retorted.

Both Matthias's Hatchet and Vaas's machete proved to be deadly close range killers, but which one gives his warrior the edge?

"While Jonah has some points in favor of the hatchet, this is a close range fight we're talking about here. If the hatchet was in the special weapons category, he would get the edge. But throwing the hatchet in a close range fight isn't really going to help you. You might hit him with the sharp end. You also might hit him with the blunt side or at worst, miss the target. With the machete you have more reach and more killing power," Jesse explained.

In Close Range Weapons, EDGE: Vaas Montenegro

Next up, two hard hitting handguns collided and later, two iconic Cold War assault rifles go head to head. Who will be the DEADLIEST WARRIOR!

XXXXXXXXXXXXXX

When it came to mid range weapons, both sides came in with large caliber handguns to kill their enemies. Matthias comes firing in with:

The Desert Eagle .50AE, The most powerful semi-auto handgun in the world
(Shows Matthias shoots an unsuspecting survivor in the back of the head with his Desert Eagle, blowing the top of his head off.)

"The Desert Eagle is a pretty large and heavy gun, it can also fires a number of different rounds," Stormwolf said as he showed off the big gun, "The one Matthias used was the baddest of them all, the .50 Action Express. It has a seven round magazine and with one in the chamber, you could fire eight rounds to fire."

Vaas also and his men also had a hard hitting handgun:

The S&W 629 revolver, a stainless steel version of the classic Model 29 revolver.
(Shows Vaas forcing a captive to run, only to shoot him in the back.)

"This revolver is a stainless steel version of the Model 29 revolver. It came out around 1978 and is still in production today," Stormwolf as he showed off the gun, "It fires the man stopping .44 Magnum round and has a cylinder capable of firing six rounds.

Both these weapons as been tested in the show before. The Desert Eagle .50AE in "Grove Street Families vs Special Response Team" and the regular version of the Model 29 in "John McClane vs Harry Callahan" The experts look over the evidence to see which handgun gives their warrior the edge.

"I got to side with the Desert Eagle on this one. Even though both could kill an opponent in one shot, there are drawbacks to the 629. Even with the aid of a speed loader, you still got to swing the cylinder out, eject all the spent bullets out, load the gun and close the cylinder. With the Desert Eagle, you only have to eject the spent magazine, slap a new one in and chamber a round into the gun if need be. The Desert Eagle is faster to reload and has a more powerful bullet," Jesse explained.

In Mid Range Weapons, EDGE: Father Matthias

Next up, two deadly assault rifles clash and later, the warriors will bring out their explosive ordnance. Who will be the DEADLIEST WARRIOR!.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Now it's time to bring the warriors long range weapons to bear, assault rifles. Matthias and his men gunned down survivors with:

The FN FAL, The right arm of the free world turned into a murderous oppressor.
(Shows some Solarii cult members gun down two men in a hale of bullets.)

"The FN FAL is a Belgian made rifle introduced in 1953. It was adopted by over 90 countries, many NATO forces like the United Kingdom used this weapon. Because of that, it got the nickname "The right arm of the free world," Stormwolf said as he showed off the model he had on hand. "It fires 7.62x51mm rounds and has a magazine size of 20 rounds."

(Shows the group standing by a sandbag bunker, Jonah is armed with his rifle. Several dummies were a distance away on attack bots.)

"OK, here's the test. You are a guard for the Solarii Brotherhood manning a checkpoint and you are being rushed by some Rook Island Pirates. You have one magazine loaded into the FAL and you'll be given one extra to do as much damage as possible," Matthew explained.

Jonah nodded and got into the bunker and aimed his weapon down range.

"Jonah, are you ready?" Matthew asked.

"READY!" Jonah yelled back.

"FIRE!" Matthew yelled.

As soon as Matthew yelled, the dummies rushed forward towards Jonah. He fired his FAL at the targets, hitting them in the chests and head. However the hosts noted the guns recoil and Jonah's difficulty in controlling it. Soon he was empty and he ejected the magazine out and reloading the weapon with ease. He soon switched the gun to semi-auto mode and fired at his targets, this time with a little more accuracy, hitting chests and heads. Soon his gun clicked dry.

"DONE!" Jonah yelled.

The team and Jason soon walked over to the dummies and took a look at them.

"All of these men are dead, either with a shot to the chest or the head," Dr. Ronald said.

"I did noticed you had some trouble maintaining control of the recoil," Matthew said.

"The FAL fired a full length rifle round rather than the intermediate round like modern assault rifles do, so there will be some kick. But I showed you that this gun will wreck some pirates," Jonah explained.

"Well that is a good gun and all bro but I have a gun that has killed more people than cigarettes and is more controllable that the gun," Jason shot back.

Vaas and his men slaughtered their enemies with:

The AKM, the deadly Soviet killer that has armed the bad guy for fifty-eight years.
(Shows a pirate kill two men with a full auto burst from his AKM.)

"This is an updated version of the original AK-47 designed that was meant for mass production, going from milled parts to stamped," Jason stated as he showed off the weapon to the camera, "It was introduced in 1959 and was made in the millions. Most Eastern Bloc countries used the AKM as a base to make their own version, like the Chinese Type 56 or Yugoslavian M70. It fires 7.62x39mm rounds and it's magazine holds thirty rounds."

(Shows Jason with his AKM standing with the group and the test is reset.)

"Alright same test for you Jason, you are a pirate at a guard post and you are attacked by some Solarii brothers," Matthew said.

Jason nodded and got into the bunker and aimed his weapon down range.

"Jason, are you ready!" Matthew yelled,

"I was born ready!" Jason yelled back.

"FIRE!"

The dummies rush forward at Jason, who opened up on them. Firing controlled burst at the dummies hitting the chest consistently. The hosts noted that Jason is having a better time controlling the weapon than Jonah did with the FN FAL. Jason's AKM clicked dry and he ejected magazine, got a new one, put the fresh mag into the gun and chambered a round into the round. He soon fired more rounds into the dummies until the gun clicked dry again.

"DONE!" Jason yelled.

The team and Jonah come over to survey the damage.

"From what I can see, you did the same damage as Jonah," Dr. Ronald said.

"I did notice that you didn't need to go semi-auto to gun down these dummies," Matthew said.

"That's because AK's were never meant to be precision weapons, you could do it but it takes years of training. These things are meant to be soldier friendly and idiot proof, I could teach a five year old how to use this gun. Basically, anyone could use these weapons, be it scared survivor, pirate or professional solider." Jason explained.

"Well, my FAL has a better effective range than a AK, so Matthias's men will be hitting pirates before they can even get a shot off," Jonah retorted.

Matthias's FAL or Vaas's AKM, which assault rifle gives their warrior and their forces the edge in Long Range Weapons?

"While the FAL might give Matthias and the Solarii better range, trying to fire that thing in full auto might be difficult and throw them off target. The AKM has better recoil control and is easier to use compared to the FAL," Jesse explained.

In Long Range Weapons, EDGE: Vaas Montenegro.

Next up, we test the explosive ordnance of both warriors and later, the final battle! Who will be the DEADLIEST WARRIOR!

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

In our last series of test, we test our warriors special weapons, grenades. Matthias and his Solarii throw in their:

Chinese Stick Grenade, an explosive designed off a German grenade.
(Shows Matthias and another Solarii member throw two stick grenades at a group of surviors, killing several of them when they detonate.)

"The Chinese Stick Grenade is modeled after the model 24 Stielhandgranate that Germany used in both World Wars. You have to pull a cap off and pull a cord to prime it and it has a five second fuse, which when it detonates. It has six ounces of TNT filling and since it had a handle, Matthias and his crew would add sleeves full of metal shrapnel for added killing power," Stormwolf explained as he show one off.

Vaas and his pirate crew also had a deadly explosive of their own:

The F1 Grenade, A Soviet grenade that first saw use in World War 2.
(Shows Vaas and another Pirate throw grenades into a house and duck for cover as it detonates, several death screams can be heard inside the house.)

"The F1 Grenade was introduced in 1941 and was first used during the Great Patriotic War. It's based on the French F1 and somewhat looks like the American MK2 Grenade. It has two ounces of TNT filling and a killing radius of about 35 feet. It's still in used today by a lot of Arab countries like Iraq and China also had a version known as the Type 1," Stormwolf said as he held one up to show off.

(The group is seen at a mock checkpoint with several dummies set up to act as sentries. Both Jason and Jonah have their respective grenades in hand.)

"Alright here's the scenario, you and your respective crew are about to initiate an ambush on this enemy held checkpoint and you start off by tossing in a grenade. We will test out the fragmentation of the grenade and we'll have 38g and 100g shock patch on these, to test the percussion wave," Matthew explained.

If the 38g shock patch is tripped, it means the target is disorientated, If the 100g shock patch is tripped, the target is dead.

"Alright Jonah, you are first for the Chinese Stick Grenade," Matthew stated.

The group stood away from test site, three dummies are standing on the outside like sentries while one was sitting inside a mock guard post. Jonah gets ready behind a grenade proof wall as he readied himself to throw the explosive.

"Aright Jonah, on your go!" Matthew yelled out.

He pulled the cord on the grenade and tossed it towards the checkpoint, it landed in the middle and after a few moments, the grenade exploded, kicking up dust and debris everywhere. Once the dust settled, the group walked over to dummies to check the dummies.

"From what I can see, the dummy in the guard post and the dummy five feet away are instant kills due to the shrapnel from the grenade," Dr. Ronald said as he examined the dummies, "I also see that the 100g shock patches are tripped meaning they would have died from the blast wave."

He soon walks over to the one sitting ten feet away.

"No shrapnel but the 100g patch is tripped, meaning death."

He soon walked over to the one standing fifteen feet away.

"This is interesting, no shrapnel and the 100g shock patch is not tripped," Dr. Ronald said, "However, the 38g patch is tripped meaning he's been disorientated from the blast. So he would be dizzy and confused and then be shot by a Solarii Brotherhood member."

"What I like about these grenades is that they do not roll like most grenades do, so when you throw them, they will land where you want them and you have no worry about them rolling off target," Jonah explained.

"Well there is a reason why no modern army uses stick grenades anymore and they still use bad boys like these," Jason said, showing off his F1.

The test is reset for Jason. After that is done, he gets ready for his test.

"On your go!" Matthew yells.

Jason pulls the pin on his grenade and throws it towards the checkpoint, it rolls slight off target as it explodes and keeping up dust. The hosts and Jonah noted that the explosion was smaller than the stick grenade. Once the dust clears the crew comes up to the test to check the damage.

"From what I can see, the guard in the shack, the one five feet away and the ten feet away are the exact same as the stick grenade," Dr. Ronald said as he checked among the three.

He then went to the on dummy, fifteen feet away.

"Well no shrapnel and neither patch is tripped," Dr. Ronald stated, "Meaning he managed to be outside the blast zone and he's shooting at you."

"Nothing a round from a AK couldn't handle," Jason said nonchalantly.

Matthias's Chinese Stick Grenade or Vaas's F1 Grenade, which weapon gives it's warrior the edge in special weapons?

"This goes to the stick grenade, it has a lot more power, has the ability to add more shrapnel to the sleeve and it won't roll off target when you throw it," Jesse explained.

In Special Weapons, EDGE: Father Matthias.

Now we evaluate both warriors X-Factor, one defining attribute they alone carry into the fight. For Father Matthias it's his ruthless survivalist nature.

"For Matthias, the only thing that mattered was surviving to see another day and if that meant doing things that made even the most evil men sick, so be it. He managed to survive for a little over thirty years on that island and started the Solarii to act as a distraction so he could figure a way off the island. He was also an opportunist who would strike when he knew he had the advantage and would retreat when he didn't," Jonah explained.

For Vaas, his X-Factor is his unpredictable nature.

"Vaas is the kind of guy who would be speaking to you nice and friendly one minute and then screaming at the top of his lungs with the drop of a hat. Sometimes he would just shoot you or other times he's playing mind games with you and then throwing you into the ocean with a heavy rock tied to your boots. Even to this day I can not understand the way Vaas was thinking before I killed him/" Jason stated.

Next up, the final battle! Father Matthias or Vaas Montenegro. Who will be the DEADLIEST WARRIOR!

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

With the testing complete and the X-Factor evaluated, we are one step closer to seeing who is the Deadliest Warrior!

We tested four weapon that Father Matthias and his Solarii Brotherhood used to slaughter their enemies: The Hatchet, The Desert Eagle .50AE Pistol, The FN FAL and the Chinese Stick Grenade.

We also tested four weapons that Vaas and his pirates used to terrorize those who crossed their path: The Machete, The S&W 629 Revolver, the AKM and the F1 Grenade.

In Short Range weapons, The Machete better reach and greater killing power outdid the Hatchet.
EDGE: Vaas Montenegro

In Mid Range weapons, the faster reload time and better killing power of the Desert Eagle beat out the S&W 629.
EDGE: Father Matthias

In Long Range weapons: the better controllable recoil of the AKM was better then the FN FAL.
EDGE: Vaas Montenegro

And in Special Weapons: the versatility of the Chinese Stick Grenades made it better than the F1 Grenade.
EDGE: Father Matthias

The simulator will be set for five thousand battles. Who will win between two crazed island leaders? The ruthless and pragmatic Matthias or the unpredictable and violent Vaas.

ONE SHALL STAND, ONE SHALL FALL!

Jesse enters the last bit of data and presses the enter button on his computer.

The Battle:

On an island that transcends time and space, four men in red clothing is sitting around a camp. Two of them were checking out their AKM's, one is checking their stock of F1 Grenades and the other is practicing fighting with a machete. Their leader soon emerges, a man with a black mohawk, red tank top, tan pants and black boots. He has an S&W 629 revolver holstered on his hip. This man is Vaas Montenegro and the men around him are his pirates. They came to this island looking for new people to capture and sell on the black market.

VM and Pirates: 5

However, they are not the only ones armed and dangerous on the island, five men were sneaking up on the Rook Island pirates encampment, three of them are armed with FN FAL's, one had a Desert Eagle and some stick grenades and the leader was behind them all, He is a white man wearing dark raggedy clothes and no shoes. He only has two hatches on his person. This man is Father Matthias and his Solarii Brotherhood members. They are here because they heard of trespassers on the island and they were determined to eliminate all threats to their power.

FM and Solarii: 5

Soon the man with the stick grenades got up front and prepped on of his grenades for their preemptive strike. He spied the man practicing with his machete and on of the AKM wielders in close proximity and chose them for his target. He pulled the cord and threw the explosive at them. It landed with a thump in between the men and they looked down in surprise but couldn't react fast enough when the grenade exploded, riddling them with shrapnel and the blast wave hit them, sending them flying a few feet. They were dead before they hit the floor.

VM and Pirates: 3
FM and Solarii: 5

The initial shock of what happened threw the pirates off guard and the Solarii took advantage of this, soon their three FAL operators opened up with their guns at the pirates. The gunfire woke the pirates up and soon they sought for cover, there AKM man returning fire. The man who had been checking the F1 Grenades had grabbed one and an AKM that was at his side. He pulled the pin on his F1 and threw it at the direction of the gunfire. The small bomb landed near the group and it detonated. It took one of the Solarii with it and disorientated the man with the stick grenades.

VM and Pirates: 3
FM and Solarii: 4

The man who had been disorientated didn't have time to recover as his body was riddled with AKM fire, killing him.

VM and Pirates: 3
FM and Solarii: 3

Matthias managed to get up to the dead body of his follower and took his Desert Eagle and disappeared behind his two remaining followers, willing to sacrifice them in order to get a better shot at the enemy force. Meanwhile his remaining two men were continuing to fire on the pirates with their FAL's, however the heavier recoil of their rifles made it difficult to keep their sights on the pirates. As they concentrated fire on the two AKM pirates, Vaas had managed to flank them. He took his big revolver and fired it at one of them, scoring a hit to the chest, killing the opponent instantly.

VM and Pirates: 3
FM and Solarii: 2

The last remaining Solarii member turned his weapon on Vaas and fired his weapon at him. This allowed the pirates to move up, however Matthias had managed to get behind him. He soon embedded one of his hatchets into the back of the head of one of pirates. The last pirate turned around when he heard his buddy scream but was met with a Desert Eagle in his face. Matthias fired it into his face and taking a huge chunk of his head with it.

VM and Pirates: 1
FM and Solarii: 2

Meanwhile, the last Solarii went after Vaas, his FAL aimed straight ahead. As he turned the corner of a tent, a machete blade came down on arm, cutting it off. The man screamed in pain as he saw Vaas with a bloody machete in one hand and a revolver aiming right at his head. Vaas fired his round straight through his eye, killing him instantly.

VM and Pirates: 1
FM and Solarii: 1

Vaas began to walk away from the scene but was stopped when a .50AE round buzzed over his head. He ducked away and saw Matthias trying to gun him down from behind. Both men fired their rounds at each other but Vaas went empty first. Knowing his opponent was dry, Matthias tried to finish his opponent off but his bad aim didn't help him as Vaas managed to get behind cover. Once Matthias's guns went dry, Vaas rose from his cover and brandishes his machete.

Matthias threw away his gun and pulled out his twin hatchets and began to run at Vaas, within twenty feet, he threw his left handed hatchet at Vaas. However the pirate boss saw it coming and managed to side step the flying blade, which went sailing past him.

Matthias managed to close the distance and began to slash at Vaas wildly, however the younger man managed to back step out of the man's range. Soon Vaas took a swing at Matthias with his machete that Matthias ducked under and he took a few steps back.

Soon the two men began to moving in a circle, waiting for the first to move. They knew that the battle would be over in the next few seconds.

Soon Matthias moved first and came at Vaas with an overhead chop. Vaas smiled at this and soon he shoot his arm up and block the attempt. Matthias knew he had been beaten that second and Vaas thrusts his machete into Matthias's chest. The defeated cult leader coughed up blood and looked at his victorious opponent who looked back at him and said:

"Did I ever tell you the definition of insanity?"

He soon yanks the machete out of Matthias and the cult leader drops down on his back, dead.

Vaas simply looks at his fallen opponent for a moment before walking away.

OVERALL WINNER: Vaas Montenegro

In a very close match up, Vaas and his Pirates managed to snap victory. They scored 2,513 battles won. Their AKM and Machete managed to secure them victory!

Vaas Montenegro Weapons Effectiveness:

Machete: 66%
S&W 629: 42%
AKM: 68%
F1 Grenade: 43%

Matthias and his Solarii were not to far behind with 2,487 battles won. Their Desert Eagle and Chines Stick Grenades proved to be their best weapon, but it wasn't enough.

Father Matthias Weapons effectiveness:

Hatchet: 34%
Desert Eagle .50AE: 58%
FN FAL: 32%
Chinese Stick Grenades: 57%

"This was a close match up but we got to remember that Vaas and his pirates faced a low intensity war against the Rakayat, who had trained warriors on their side. Matthias and the Solarii only took on scared and confused survivors, who they picked off at the leisure. Meaning that Vaas and his Pirates were a lot tougher than Matthias and his cult. Also given that the AKM is easier to control and the better killing power of the machete gave them the victory," Matthew explained.

"See didn't I tell you Matthias and his loony bin cult members was getting to see the Vaas Experience," Jason said with a smile on his face, "That's why he and his pirates are the Deadliest Warriors."

(The last scene shows Vaas and his pirate reinforcements standing in a room with a tied up Lara Croft, Vaas simply smiles as the scared woman shakes in fear as Vaas runs his fingers through her hair.)
