(Shows Matthew Roth, Dr. Ronald Mack and Jesse Jacobs standing by a table filled with two sets of weapons. Behind them are two dummies that are dressed in Armor. One is smaller with black leather lamellar armor over black clothes and a hood over his head. The second one is larger with blue and brown quilt clothes on, underneath it is chain mail armor.)
"Alright guys, today's match up is going to be an interesting one, on one side we have an assassin who is apart of a clan of them that has been around for centuries against a rebel soldier who is fighting for freedom from what they see as a corrupted and dying empire, Skyrim's Stormcloak Rebel vs Earthrealm's Lin Kuei Assassin," Matthew stated, "Both of these warriors are known for residing in cold, mountainous regions and are highly skilled fighters."
"Both of these warriors are in great shape, the Stormcloak Rebel is a Nord, so he is of hearty stock and the fact he lives in the unforgiving landscape of Skyrim forges him into a deadly warrior," Dr. Ronald stated, "The Lin Kuei Assassin is a master of Martial Arts and has trained his whole life to just kill anybody he is assigned to."
"And the weapons they carry are pretty awesome, The Stormcloak Rebel brings in weapons that are one hit, one kill. The Lin Kuei Assassin on the other hand comes in with weapons for precision strikes, so it's power vs precision," Jesse explained.
"I say we get started then," Matthew finished.
(Shows a tall blonde hair man wearing blue armor, brown boots, gloves and helmet. He swings a large sword at the screen)
The Stormcloak Rebel, The fearless warrior of Skyrim who seeks to free his country from a dying empire.
(Shows a Stormcloak Rebel decapitate an Imperial Legionnaire with a swing of his sword.)
vs.
(Shows an Asian man wearing black leather armor, hood and mask. He swings a sword at the screen.)
The Lin Kuei Assassin, the silent killers of Earthrealm, who put fear in the hearts of their enemies.
(Shows a Lin Kuei Assassin stab a Shirai Ryu in the chest with his sword, pull it out and kill another one with a slash to the throat.)
WHO...IS...DEADLIEST?
To find out, the history of war and modern science collide, as Biomedical Scientists MatthewRoth applies 21th century technology to unlock new data on some of movies, video game, and comics greatest weapons. ER doctor Dr. Ronald Mack will assets the damage made by these dangerous weapons of war. And Computer Whiz Jesse Jacobs will input the data in the battle simulation that will determine the winner. Two of media's greatest warriors will be put into the battlefield. History will be written. But only one will be crowned:
DEADLIEST WARRIOR!
Welcome to the fight club, where we've set up a high tech battle zone. We've gathered scientists, doctors, computer experts and combat specialists. All to simulate a battle between two deadly warriors.

Representing the Stormcloak Rebel is Ralof, he's a captain in the Stormcloak army and knows their weapons and battlefield tactics well.
"Assassins are cowards, this Lin Kuei Assassin would be someone the Imperials would send because they fear to lose to us," Ralof said proudly, "We will show them how true Nords fight!"
The Stormcloak Rebellion was started due the White-Gold Concordant, which outlawed the worship of Talos, the god-king of man and former Emperor of Tameril, Tiber Semptim. When Ulfric Stormcloak freed the city of Markarth from native Breton's known as Reachmen, he demanded free worship of Talos, which was granted. However as soon as the Thalmor, the instigators of the ban heard about this, they forced the Empire to arrest Ulfric and his militia. Once Ulfric escaped and assumed his role as Jarl of Windhelm, he sought to challenge The High King of Skyrim, Torygg. He killed the man and soon went on the run. He was caught along with some of his personal guard and the soon to be Dragonborn. Once Aludin attacked Helgan, he escaped and soon the Stormcloak Rebellion began.
"We'll slice these Assassins in half and walk away with our heads held high!" Ralof proclaimed.
The Stormcloak Rebel comes in with a wicked arsenal of weapon designed to kill:
Close Range: Steel War Axe
Mid Range: Steel Great Sword
Long Range: Hunting Bow and Arrows
Special Weapon: Steel Battle Axe
(Shows a man with black hair and beard and white pupiless eyes wearing blue and black armor and boots. He takes up a sword and does a martial arts demonstration with it.)
Representing the Lin Kuei Assassin is Kuai Liang, the Grandmaster of the reformed Lin Kuei and former member of the original, he is known as Sub-Zero. He lived with the original Lin Kuei and knows their weapons and battlefield tactics intimately.
"These rebels have no idea what they are about to face," Kuai said, "These are the types of people we used to practice on."
The exact date of the formation of the Lin Kuei is unknown but they have haunted Asia for hundreds of years. They were greatly feared, from the lowest peasant to the highest king. Soon they would be involved in a rivalry with the Shirai Ryu, a sect of Japanese Ninja that was led by an ex-member. Soon the Lin Kuei would recruit the best fighters in the world with one rule, once you joined, you could never leave. However the original clan would be brought down from within. When the then grandmaster decide to turn all of it's members into cyborgs, men like Sub-Zero and his friend Smoke would try to leave, fearing for their souls. Soon after, Sektor, the son of the grandmaster would kill him and assume command of the clan and then turned everyone into cyborgs. When Kuai Liang returned after being resurrected from being a revenant, he sought to cleanse the old clan of it's dishonor and with the help of a freed Cyrax, who sacrificed himself to destroy Sektor and the rest of his enslaved comrades, the clan of old died out. Soon Liang rebuilt the Lin Kuei and turn it into a force of good.
"The Lin Kuei of old will show these rebels what it means to fight in Mortal Kombat," Liang said confidently.
The Lin Kuei Assassin comes in with a deadly arsenal of weapon that assassinated their opponents:
Close Range: Butterfly Knives
Mid Range: Dao Sword
Long Range: Chinese Recurve Bow and Arrows
Special Weapon: Guandao
But how will Earthrealm's deadly assassin fare against Skyrim's passionate and dangerous rebel soldier?
"This could go either way, the Lin Kuei have a lot of martial arts training and have very precise weapons," Jesse said, "However the Stormcloak rebel weapons are just made to kill in one blow if you let them."
We start our tests with short range weapons, The Stormcloak Rebel comes slashing in with:
The Steel War Axe, a one handed axe that deals death to any Imperial Legionnaire.
(Shows a Stormcloak Rebel strike a legionnaire in the throat with his war axe, damn near decapitating him.)
"This is a very common weapon among the Stormcloaks, it has a wood grip with leather on it and a steel head," Weapons crafter Danny Tochigi said as he showed off a completed replica, "The head comprised of a slashing axe front and a pike end for stabbing people with. It's roughly two feet long and weights about four pounds."
(Shows the group standing by a dummy that is being fitted with armor, Ralof is armed with his axe.)
"OK here's you're target, it's a gel head and torso that has the same density as human flesh and bone," Matthew said as he finished putting on the armor, "We also fitted it with leather lamellar armor, which was used by Lin Kuei Assassins for protection. We want you to slash the dummy a few times in the chest to see if you can get through the dummy and then you will stab it with the pike end of it to see if you can penetrate the armor."
After Matthew was done talking, he walked over to the group and the work station and Ralof got into position, taking a few practice swings with his axe before waiting for Matthew's go.
"Alright Ralof, GO!" Matthew yelled.
With a roar, Ralof slashed the leather armor and took out some of it scales but the armor managed to hold. Ralof slashed again, harder this time and the leather lamellar gave in this time and a small slash wound could be seen. Ralof spun the axe around and then stab the dummy with the pike end and went it went straight through the armor and into the chest. He ripped the axe out and backed away from the dummy. The group soon came up to check the damage.
"Alright, the first swing only managed to chip some of the leather pieces off but the second did managed to get through. It created about a one inch gash in the chest, that would bleed and hurt but not a kill," Dr. Ronald explained, moving to the stab wound, "This wound however did get through the armor and it went in about three inches in the middle of the chest, where it would hit the abdominal aorta, that means he bleeds out in seconds and dies."
"All I see is clumsy swings that any Lin Kuei could dodge," Kuai stated coldly.
"Well you may be fast, until we hit you," Ralof said confidently.
"By the time we are done, you'll have stabs wounds before you can even take your weapon out," Kuai stated.
The Lin Kuei come in with a pair of deadly killers:
Butterfly Swords, small deadly blades that can kill anybody foolish enough to get close.
(Shows a Lin Kuei Assassin stab a Shirai Ryu Ninja in the stomach with one sword and then slash another one in the neck with the other.)
"Butterfly swords were actually knife sized versions of the Dao sword and were mostly carried in pairs that could be hidden underneath a sleeve," Danny said as he showed off a pair, "They are a foot long and weigh in at a pound each."
(Shows the test being reset as Kuai is armed with his weapons.)
"Alright Kuai, you have the same test but now the dummy has been fitted with Stormcloak armor, which is made of quilted armor with a line of chain mail underneath it for added protection," Matthew explained.
After that, Matthew got into his position with the group as the assassin known as Sub-Zero got ready for the signal.
"Alright Kuai, on your go!" Matthew yelled.
Without making a sound, Kuai took his left sword and slashed it against the dummy, it ripped through the quilt part of the armor but the chain mail managed to hold. Taking his right one, the assassin stabbed the dummy where the heart would be, puncturing the chain mail. Kuai ripped the right sword out and then aimed lower and stabbed the left sword into the stomach of dummy. After removing the blade, Kuai signaled that he was done and soon moved back so Dr. Ronald could check the damage.
"Your slash only made it through the quilt part of armor but failed to get through the mail. However, the stabs did managed to get through the chain mail and the first shot would be an instant kill shot as it hit the heart. The lower stomach stab would make him bleed out and he would die in a few hours," Dr. Ronald explains.
"That's if you can attack us, we Nords relish close quarters combat and a Stormcloak would have cut this assassin's head off before he got a chance to strike us," Ralof said boastfully.
"Yet your fighting style is so simple a child could figure it out, you forget that I have two of these compared to the one you have, I have one blade to attack while the other could be either used to attack from a different angle or use for defense," Kuai retorted.
The Stormcloak rebel's War Axe or the Lin Kuei's Butterfly Swords, which weapons gives their warrior the edge?
"While the War Axe is a decent killing tool, Kuai has a point. His weapon pair gives him options for both offense and defense and from what he saw, he was faster with his weapons than Ralof was with the War Axe," Jesse explained.
In short range weapons, EDGE: Lin Kuei Assassin.
Next up, our two warriors come swing in with deadly swords and later we test to lethal long range weapons. WHO WILL BE THE DEADLIEST WARRIOR!
XXXXXXXXXX
Now for our next series of tests, we test our warriors deadly swords that they used to slay their opponents. The Stormcloak Rebel comes swinging in with:
The Steel Great Sword, a massive sword that is nearly as big as the Nord rebel that wields it.
(Shows a Stormcloak Rebel cut the legs of an Imperial Legionnaire and then stab him in the chest with it when he is screaming in pain, shutting him up.)
"The steel great sword is a normal weapon that is carried by a lot of Stormcloak rebels, almost standard issue from what I hear," Danny said as he showed the massive blade that stands slight taller than him. "They were five feet and nine inches tall and weight in at roughly 7 pounds."
(The group is standing near a zip line with a pig carcass hooked up and then a gel dummy fitted with leather lamellar armor affixed to it.)
"Alright here is our test, first we are going to test the sheer cutting power of the great sword by having this one hundred and fifty pound pig carcass come at you, once that's over you will take your sword and slash and stab this armor fitted dummy to see how effective your sword is against Lin Kuei's armor," Matthew explained.
Ralof nodded and soon got into position. Jesse is waiting on the other end, ready to release the pig carcass.
"Jesse, release the pig!" Matthew yelled.
Jesse released the pig and the carcass came careening towards the Nord, ready to cut the pig. Once it got into range, he swung the massive blade and he cleaved straight through the pig, cutting it in half and it's entrails pouring out of it. He soon turned his attention to the dummy and he did an overhead diagonal slice the cut the right into the armor and left a huge gash that bleed out. He soon took the blade and stabbed the dummy right through the chest and out the back, easily bypassing the armor. After ripping the blade out, Ralof signaled that he was done and allowed Dr. Ronald to check the damage.
"Man I can not believe the destruction this sword just as wrought," Dr. Ronald said in disbelief, "The pig has been cut in two, if this was a man, he's dead in seconds if not instantly. And the dummy is no better off, the slash alone would kill and the stab is just icing on the cake."
"A Stormcloak with this weapon is feared by the Legion. Once they see this weapon coming at them, they already know they are dead, I believe these assassins will behave the same way," Ralof said with a grin
"What I see is clumsy weapon that you just swing around until you hit something too slow to hit," Kuai snarked back.
"And you think you have a better weapon than I?" Ralof questioned.
"Indeed I do," Kuai answered.
The Lin Kuei Assassin comes swing back with his favorite sword:
The Dao Sword, a Chinese sword that was a favorite weapon for many warriors and assassins.
(Shows a Lin Kuei Warrior stab a raider in the chest with Dao, rip it out of the dead man, whip around and slash the throat of another behind him.)
"The Dao is a traditional Chinese sword that plenty of their warriors used through out time, like Ming Warriors," Danny said as he showed off a sword, "They were about three feet long and weight about two and a half pounds."
(Shows the test being reset as Kuai stands with his sword.)
"OK Kuai, we have the same test set up for you and we fitted it with the Stormcloak armor," Matthew explained.
Kuai nodded and got ready to begin the test.
"Jesse, release the pig!" Matthew yelled.
Jesse released the pig and the carcass came zipping towards the Grandmaster. Once it got into range, Kuai lashed out and cut deep into the pig, nearly cutting it in half. Kuai then turned his attention to the armored target and slashed against it, cutting the quilt part but failing to cut through the chain mail. Soon he took his Dao and thrusts it into the dummy's chest, managing to get through chain mail. After yanking the blade out of the dummy, Kuai signaled to end the test. Dr. Ronald came in to check the damage.
"Alright, you damn near cut this pig in half, so he bleeds out and dies in a few seconds," Dr. Ronald stated as he went to the armored dummy, "Your slash didn't get through the mail but the thrust sure did, right through the chest and into the heart, instant kill shot."
"Had this been a real fight, the moment that slash failed, The Stormcloak Rebel would have cut this assassin in half," Ralof said proudly.
"In a real fight, you would have not seen us coming," Kuai retorted.
The Stormcloak Rebel's Steel Great Sword or the Lin Kuei Assassin's Dao, which sword gives their warrior the edge in mid range weapons?
"This goes to the Great Sword, it will devastate anything it hits, it is over two feet longer and goes through the armor of the Lin Kuei Assassin," Jesse explained.
In Mid Range Weapons, EDGE: Stormcloak Rebel.
Next up, two bows go head to head in a test of marksmanship and later, we test out two devastating special weapons. WHO WILL BE THE DEADLIEST WARRIOR!
XXXXXXXXXX
When it came to long range assassinations, both warriors bring in bows and arrows. The Stormcloak Rebel comes in with:
The Hunting Bow, Originally used to kill animals turned killer of Imperial legionnaires.
(Shows a Stormcloak Rebel fire an arrow while hiding in a bush, hitting a legionnaire in the throat with it.)
"These kinds of bows are really prevalent among Ulfric army since they didn't have the capital like the Empire did, so many of their archers simply used the bows they used for hunting game," Danny said as he showed off a bow, "They are made of wood and leather and of could fire many different types of arrows though Steel tipped ones are the most commonly used."
The Lin Kuei Assassin also comes in firing with his own deadly long range weapon:
The Chinese Recurve Bow, The deadly accurate bow that has felled thousands
(Shows a Lin Kuei Assassin fire his bow at a rival assassin and hit him right in the eye, killing him instantly.)
"The Chinese Recurve Bow is similar to the Mongol's Composite Bow and is said to be powerful enough to penetrate plate armor," Danny said as her showed off the bow, "It was made of wood, sinew and animal horn."
(Shows the group standing outside by an archery range, both experts are armed with their bows and have quivers on their backs.)
"Alright guys, here's the set up, we have two dummies out there, one unarmored and one armored. You have five arrows and three of those will be used on the unarmored one to see what kind of damage you can inflict with your bow. The last two will be used to test the penetration power of your bows," Matthew explained, "Ralof, your up first."
Ralof nodded and soon walked up to the firing line and took an arrow from his quiver and waited for the signal.
"Alright Ralof, when you are ready!" Matthew shouted.
Ralof soon drew his bow and fired it at the dummy, hitting it in the chest. He took another arrow, notched it and let it fly. He aimed for the throat but the arrow sailed past his head, Growling at his miss, Ralof readied his last arrow for the unarmored dummy and fired, hitting it where he aimed the second attempt, the throat.
He soon turned and readied his arrow for the armored dummy. He fired his first shot and the arrow went straight through. Satisfied with this, Ralof fired his last shot and it went through the armor again. With his testing done, he allowed Dr. Ronald to check his damage.
"The unarmored has two kill shots in them, first one hit the heart and then then one straight through the throat, both would cause death in seconds," Dr. Ronald said as he proceeded to the armored target, "The armored target has been penetrated and both went in enough to cause lethal damage."
"So we have 4 lethal wounds and one miss," Matthew said.
"And if he did miss a Lin Kuei, he'd be dead before he could get off another arrow because we don't miss," Kuai stated.
"I'd like to see that," Ralof said sarcastically.
"Challenge accepted," Kuai answered back seriously.
The test is reset and the armored target is changed with Stormcloak armor. Kuai is standing at the firing line with his recurve bow and five arrows.
"On your go Kuai!"
Kuai aimed his bow and fired his arrow that went straight into it's left eye. He soon notched another arrow and took aim and fired again, this time hitting the right eye. He notched his last arrow for the unarmored target and fired it, hitting the dummy flush in the chest.
The grandmaster turns his attention to the armored target and aims his bow and fires, the arrow going through the armor. He took his last arrow and fired it again and it again went straight through the armor. After the test was done, Dr. Ronald came in to check the damage.
"Man this is great display of accuracy, the shots to the eyes would be a horrible way to die because you would feel them go into your skull, you'd hemorrhage and then die. The chest shot would be like with Ralof's shots, dead within seconds. And of course we have the shots that went straight through the armor, both kill shots," Dr Ronald explained.
"Luck if you ask me," Ralof dismissed.
"No, not luck," Kuai said, "Skill."
The Stormcloak Rebel's Hunting Bow or the Lin Kuei Assassin's Recurve Bow, which bow gives their warrior the edge in long range weapons?
"While both bows managed to get multiple lethal blows in, Kuai managed to hit both dummies with his arrows whereas Ralof missed one. Whoever has the better accuracy will win the fight. So this one goes to the Lin Kuei," Jesse explained.
In Long Range Weapons, EDGE: Lin Kuei Assassin.
Next up, two devastating two handed weapons square off and later, the final battle! WHO WILL BE THE DEADLIEST WARRIOR!
XXXXXXXXXX
In our last series of tests, the warriors bring out deadly two handed weapons. The Stormcloak comes swinging in with:
The Steel Battle Axe, A huge axe that will fell any legionnaire like a tree.
(Shows a Stormcloak Rebel bury his axe into the shoulder of a legionnaire, causing the man to scream in pain.)
"The Steel Battle Axe is something of a symbol of not only of the Stormcloak Rebels but of Skyrim in general. It is a two headed battle axe that is five feet long and weighted about eight to ten pounds. It is made of a steel head, wooden shaft and leather straps to hold it together," Danny said as he showed off a replica.
(Shows the group standing by three pigs tied up together and another pig hanging up, fitted with armor.)
"Here is our test, we have three pigs here tied up, we want to see the chopping power of the battle axe, then you'll take aim at this pig with leather lamellar armor, to see if the axe can go through it," Matthew stated.
Ralof simply walked up to the three tied up pigs and soon got ready.
"GO!" Matthew yelled.
With a mighty roar, Ralof did an overhead chop and his axe went straight through all three pigs. Once he was done with that, Ralof took his axe and swings at the armored pig. The large blade of the axe went through the armor like a hot knife through butter and left a deep wound as well. Ralof finished the test with another blow to the armored pig, yet again going through the armor and leaving a big wound in the pig's flesh. Once done with the test, Dr. Ronald came up to assess the damage.
"Man yet again I'm impressed with Nord weaponry, this axe managed to go through all three pigs, which attests to both the cutting power of the blade and the strength of the Nord people," Dr. Ronald said as he then went over to the armored pig, "Not only did you go through the armor but these wounds here would kill in a minute or so individually. Both together would be a death sentence."
"This weapon relies to much on brute strength and blind luck, if a Lin Kuei were to be hit with this weapon, he would be disgraced by the clan and likely executed," Kuai stated.
"I'd love to see what pathetic little weapon you milk drinkers have that could stand against this proven killer," Ralof said back.
"A weapon of precision is what I bring," Kuai said.
The Lin Kuei Assassin brings in an equally deadly weapon:
The Guandao, a deadly Chinese pole weapon that first saw use in the third Century AD.
(Shows a Lin Kuei Assassin impale a rival assassin down with a stab to the chest then twirl around and slice the neck of another assassin trying to to sneak behind him.)
"The Guandao is a pole weapon that is some what similar to Mongol Glaive, Japanese Naginata or European Fauchard. It has a spike at the back of the blade that can be used to catch and hook enemy weapons. From what I've been told by Kuai, this weapon was used at a limited basis, it wasn't something the Lin Kuei used all that often. The weapon was five to six inches long and weight about one and a half pounds," Danny stated as he showed off a completed replica.
(Shows the group standing by the new test. Two pigs were strung up, one was unarmored, the other had the Stormcloak armor on.)
"Alright Kuai, here is your test. We have an unarmored pig for you to do as much damage on as possible, then you'll focus on this armored big that has on the Stormcloak armor of Cloth and chain mail." Matthew explained.
Kuai nodded and got ready for the test, getting into a fighting stance.
"GO!" Matthew yelled.
Kuai slashed the pig across the stomach with his blade and made it spill out blood and intestines. Kuai followed it with a stab to the chest, impaling the pig's flesh. With the damaged done, he turns to the armored pig. He goes for a slash, cutting through the cloth with ease bu fails to go through the chain mail. He goes in for a stab, managing to finally get through the armor and impaling the stomach. Kuai then finishes by using the spike end to impale the big with it, going through the side. Once Kuai yanked the spike out of the pig and allowed Dr. Ronald to check the damage.
"Well for starters you disemboweled this pig then stab him in the heart, the former would kill very quickly and the latter would kill instantly," Dr. Ronald said as he moved over to the armored pig, "The slash only managed to go through the cloth, the chain mail managed to absorb the blow. Your stab did managed to get through and this would be a nasty death. The last wound to the side would bleed out good but it wouldn't be a kill."
"Well it was a nice try but had you tried the slash first, I would have cut you in half with my axe here," Ralof stated smugly.
"If you could hit me with that thing," Kuai snarked back.
The Stormcloak Rebels Steel Battle axe or the Lin Kuei Assassin's Guandao, which weapon gives their warrior the edge?
"While the Guandao is a deadly weapon, it failed to penetrate the armor with it's slash attack and the Stormcloak is not going to stand their and allow the Lin Kuei Assassin to impale him. Plus the axe can cut straight through the leather lamellar armor the assassin wears, so the edge here goes to the Stormcloak rebel," Jesse explained.
In Special Weapons, EDGE: Stormcloak Rebel
Now we evaluate both warriors X-Factor, one defining attribute they alone carry into the fight. For the Stormcloak Rebel, it is their burning passion to liberate Skyrim from the Empire.
"You can't go into our country and expect us to smile and take it as some damned elves demand that we stop worshiping the man who ascended into godhood simply because they refuse to believe in it. The Empire allowed the Thalmor thugs to take people away to torture them for little to no reason just because the Thalmor think you might be a Talos worshiper. Because the Empire bowed down to them so the Emperor could remain in power, we've decided to fight back against the dying Empire and we will be victorious, it is either that or we die and be honored in Sovengarde!" Ralof explained.
For the Lin Kuei Assassin, his X-Factor is his training in Martial Arts handed down to him for generations.
"Since it's founding, the Lin Kuei has practice Martial Arts for generations. We also accepted warriors from different regions of the world and we learn from them as well. We are also masters at every weapon in the world, from ancient weapons to the modern day." Kuai stated.
Next up, the final battle! Stormcloak Rebel or Lin Kuei Assassin? WHO WILL BE THE DEADLIEST WARRIOR!
XXXXXXXXXX
With our testing complete and X-Factor evaluated, we are one step closer to seeing who is the Deadliest Warrior!
We've tested four weapons used by the Stormcloak to liberate their lands from Imperial rule: The Steel War Axe, The Steel Great Sword, Hunting Bow and Arrows and the Steel Battle Axe.
We also test four weapons that the Lin Kuei Assassin used to assassinate their enemies: The Butterfly Swords, Dao Sword, Chinese Recurve Bow and Arrows and the Guandao.
In Short Range Weapons, the offensive and defensive nature of the Butterfly Swords and better attack speed beat out the Steel War Axe.
EDGE: Lin Kuei Assassins
In Mid Range Weapons, The longer blade and better killing power of the Steel Great Sword cut down the Dao.
EDGE: Stormcloak Rebel.
In Long Range Weapons, The better accuracy of the Chinese Recurve Bow outs hot the Hunting Bow.
EDGE: Lin Kuei Assassins
And in Special Weapons, the cutting power and better armor cutting abilities of the Steel Battle Axe devastated the Guandao.
EDGE: Stormcloak Rebel
The simulator will be set for five thousand battles. Who will win this fight between two deadly warrior, the ferocious and passionate Stormcloak Rebel or the cold and precise Lin Kuei Assassin?
ONE SHALL STAND, ONE SHALL FALL!
Jesse enters the last bit of data into the simulator and then hits the enter button to run the sim.
The Battle:
In a snowy forest that transcends time and space, a Stormcloak Rebel is seen walking through said forest. He has long blonde hair and beard. He is wearing blue cloth and chain mail armor, brown leather boot and gloves and a brown Stormcloak helmet on. He is armed to the teeth, he has a Hunting Bow with a quiver full of steel arrows, a Steel Great Sword sheathed on his back, a Steel War Axe sheathed on his belt and a Steel Battle Axe in his hand. He is walking through this part of the forest in order to make way back to his camp, he had heard that Ulfric Stormcloak himself was visiting today and he didn't want to miss that.
However, the Stormcloak Rebel couldn't shake the feeling that he was being watched and followed. And he is right.
Up in a tree covered in foliage, a Lin Kuei Assassin is watching the Stormcloak Rebel. He is wearing black assassin garb and has leather lamellar armor on his chest and arms. He too is armed, having a Chinese Recurve bow and arrows in a quiver, a Dao sword sheathed on his side, a pair of Butterfly Swords on the small of his back and a Guandao sheathed on his back. The Assassin had been following this man for miles, he was heading towards a camp that might have his assassination target there.
The Lin Kuei Assassin is sure the Rebel is on the right track, he had served his purpose and it was time to silence the man so he could make the assassination easier for him. He drew his recurve bow and notched an arrow in it. He soon took aim but as soon as he did, a bird started to squawk in panic. This alerted the Rebel, who years of hunting experience had taught him to listen for signs like this, which alerted him to danger.
He turned the direction of the noise and looked up to see the Assassin aiming at him, soon he fired his arrow at the Rebel. However the Rebel managed to jump out of the way arrow. As the Assassin got out another arrow, the Rebel managed to get out his bow and arrow out and soon he notched an arrow into his bow. The Assassin fired again but the Rebel dodge again and he fired his shot, which lodged into the area next to the Assassin's head, barely missing.
Realizing that he lost the element of surprise, the Assassin jump out of the tree he was in and retreated deeper into the forest, as he did this the Rebel tried to shoot him again with his Hunting Bow but the arrow missed the retreating Assassin by a mile. The Rebel, angered by what he saw as cowardice, threw down his bow and shrugged off his quiver. He took up his Battle Axe that he had dropped in order to use his bow and ran after the Assassin, wanting to kill the man.
As the Rebel ran after the Assassin, he saw his tracks in the snow go around a particular big tree, he soon stopped running and made his way around the tree carefully, sensing something was wrong. As he rounded towards the back of the tree, the black clad Assassin came out of nowhere and swiped at the Rebel with his Guandao. The blade cut through his cloth but his chainmail managed to hold. The big Nord rebel swung his big axe at the assassin but said assassin effortlessly managed to duck the blow.
Both men began to circle each other to see who would strike again. The Stormcloak moved first with a series of swing with his big axe but hit noting, however they had ended up at the side of a big tree. The Lin Kuei tried to stab his big opponent but the Nord managed to side step the blow. The assassin then tried to slice the rebel head off but the Nord backed off enough that the Guandao's blade went into the tree and got stuck. The rebel took advantage of this and brought his axe down onto the shaft of the weapon in an overhead chop, cutting the weapon in half.
The assassin abandoned the broken weapon, backed up and unsheathed his Dao. The Nord approached his target and took a few swings at the assassin, again hitting nothing. The Nord attempted another overhead chop but the assassin gracefully jumped aside and when the blade hit the ground, it got stuck. To return the favor, the assassin cut the axe in half. He then tried to attack the Nord with his sword but the rebel took the shaft he had and hit the assassin in the face.
The blow made the Lin Kuei tumble to the ground, the space between them gave the Stormcloak enough time to get out his great sword. The assassin managed to get back up and shake the stars out his head to see the charging Nord with his gigantic sword. The Assassin managed to duck the first blow and then deflect the other. Soon the two of them were clashing steel, sparks flying every time steel hit steel.
After a few moments of that, the Stormcloak did a spinning attack that when the Lin Kuei tried to block it, the Dao sword was knocked right out of his hands. With his opponent disarmed, the big Nord attempted to stab his opponent, only for the human assassin to dodge it effortlessly and soon he grabbed the big man's wrist and kick the blade out of his hand.
With both disarmed, they decided to get down and dirty, they pulled out their war axe and butterfly swords respectively and circled each other again. The Lin Kuei decided to press the attack and began to attack the Nord with his butterfly swords. The big Stormcloak managed to dodge each blow and swung his war axe with a big swooshing motion.
The Lin Kuei saw this coming and when he ducked the war axe, he stabbed the Nord in the stomach with his blade, going straight through his chainmail. With a billowing cry, the rebel dropped his war axe and began to spit blood, the assassin then brought up his other blade and cut the Stormcloak right through the neck, cutting the jugular and cororitd artery. The Stormcloak could only choke on his own blood for a bit before he fell back first and died shortly after ward.
With his opponent finally dead, the assassin pulled out his other blade from the man's stomach, cleaned the blade and walked off to complete his mission.
