"So, who should we keep?"

I looked over at Tomura, who was on the bed. We had been hanging out, catching up a bit, when he posed that question. I just gave him a curious look.

"What do you mean?"

He shrugged.

"Which of the League should we keep? You know, recruiting."

I nodded, understanding.

"Kind of hard to say. I mean, we're obviously keeping Kurogiri."

Tomura nodded enthusiastically.

"Yeah. I really want to free him from that bastard."

I tilted my head slightly at that.

"How are you doing that?"

He grinned at me, seeming excited.

"I did a little digging with the files All for Dick let me access, and I manage to get deep enough to find out about Kurogiri's identity."

I nodded, frowning slightly as I remembered that bit of information. Shirakumo Oboro, used as a test subject, had so many quirks shoved into him to create Warp Gate. Still…

"How would that help though? We already know who they are."

Tomura nodded, but still seemed almost feral with excitement.

"It's not for us. It's for them. We might be able to start getting through to that part of them. And even then, we can still get them on our side. All for Dick may be his master, but he's the one who raised me, and I know for certain that I'm like his son."

I smirked at that.

"Looks like I wasn't the only one who found some family here.

He raised an eyebrow.

"You mean your parents? But I thought."

I shook my head, before frowning again, the memories there still hurt.

"My mom's not the monster I thought she was. Just another victim. My dad though?"

I told him a bit about the monster, and I could see Tomura's hands tighten into fists, thankfully still in gloves. He had a grimace on his face so bad I thought he was going to turn the whole building to dust. Much as I trusted my friend, anger plus a quirk that craved destruction wasn't a good combination.

When I finished, He only said one thing.

"I'm gonna kill him. Find him, make him suffer."

I reached up and put a hand on his shoulder. It helped center him, and despite still looking angry, he breathed deeply, and I felt some of his tension abate. He sat down heavy.

"Sorry about that. Just…"

I nodded.

"Yeah. But at least I've got my uncle."

He seemed curious at that.

"Uncle?"

I nodded enthusiastically, smiling a little.

"Yeah. Uncle Jin."

Tomura's eyes widened.

"You don't mean…"

I smiled wide.

"Twice is my uncle."

Tomura groaned.

"Of course he is. Makes way too much fucking sense."

I agreed, though a disgusted look came to me as I remembered something.

"That does make all the shipping gross in retrospect."

His face almost turned green at that and he buried his face in his gloved hands. I let him sit there like that for a minute, just swinging my legs and humming a tune to myself. He spoke first.

"So keep Twice."

"Yep."

He nodded, before a look of thought came over his face.

"What about Spinner?"

That was an interesting question.

"Well, what do you think? With Stain here, you think he could use an apprentice?"

He seemed to think for a moment.

"Maybe. The guy still has a ways to go before I think he can be trusted, but maybe that could help. He's never been a teacher before."

I laughed at that. The idea of Stain teaching was… interesting to say the least. I giggled a bit at the mental image.

"Guess that's a yes. What about Compress? Hey, that rhymed."

He huffed at the pun, before thinking again.

"Keep. He idolized Oji Harima, so he's probably salvageable."

Seemed legit.

"Magne?"

He hummed.

"I…don't know. Maybe she could be, but I can't be sure. She was already known for murders and robberies. If she's introduced, we can ask her, then decide."

That was reasonable.

"Muscular?"

I could see the tension. He gritted his teeth and seemed to stare so hard he could burn a hole through the wall.

"No chance. A psycho like that would never help us."

I nodded. That was…pretty much what I thought too. Tomura seemed to want to move on.

"Moonfish is out for the same reason."

Alright.

"What do you think about Mustard?"

That was hard.

"I don't know. He's young, like me, so maybe he could be okay, but we just have too little to know."

He nodded, then seemed to think.

"That's the list. But I wanted to ask… what about Dabi?"

I frowned slightly as I thought of the burnt man who was now staying with us. It was hard to think about him and not think about the circumstances that had birthed him, this version of him.

"I…maybe. We could talk some sense into him. But we need to do it soon. Otherwise we'll never get the chance."

He sighed.

"Figures. That's going to be one hell of a conversation."

I couldn't help but agree there.

"At least we've got each other?"

He smirked slightly.

"Yep, and that means you can tell me more about the friends you've made. Like Uraraka."

I felt my cheeks flush slightly at that. She was so great, where did I start? How kind she was? Or that she was always so cheerful, brightening up days where I had felt hopeless? Or maybe that she was the cutest person I'd ever seen?

Tomura smirked at me. He knew.

"Maybe that can wait. I can already tell you have so much to say on her."

I hit him in the shoulder.

XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXO

It was…weird having somewhere to go regularly over the next week or so. Sure, I had gone to Kaito's place, or crashed at Twice's once or twice (being a vigilante is not exactly easy. His place was sometimes closer when I was injured), but the bar? I headed there after every shift at work, and it felt…right, really. Maybe the presence of Tomura was the deciding factor there.

It was a relief to finally have someone who could really sympathize with me, all the trials of being someone 'in the know' as it were. Plus, it was just good to have a friend back, even changed as he was. He was different, but so was I. I tried not to dwell on the last part much. Move forward, don't look back.

It was…quite the week really. Kind of boring for having joined an ostensibly villainous group, but I say it like it is. Still, despite being a villain now, I had other responsibilities.

"So how's school going. Are you a hero yet?"

Ochako's giggle made me smile slightly. She spoke soon after, seeming nervous.

"No, not yet. But our finals are coming up soon. I'm a little anxious. Everyone's so cool here. It makes me wonder if I'm up to it."

I snorted at that.

"This from the girl who nearly took down Boom Boy? You'll rock it, I'm sure."

I thought for a moment, then added "If no one else, I think you're pretty cool."

I could feel the smile through the phone.

"Aww, thanks Himiko. I think you're pretty cool too."

I coughed into my hand to try and stifle a lovesick sigh, before I responded.

"Thanks Ochako. How are Glasses and Greeny doing?"

"You know their names by now, Himiko!"

"Yeah, yeah. How are they?"

Ochako huffed into the phone.

"They're fine. Iida is as serious as ever, and Midoriya…"

She trailed off and I could just tell she had some heart eyes right now. I couldn't really help the stab of jealousy that elicited, but then I kind of got it. Midoriya was not bad looking at all. He had this kind of soft charm to him, plus he had the personality of a puppy. What wasn't to like? Still, it wasn't always pleasant to know your crush had a crush on someone else.

Stab?

Tempting, but it's Midoriya.

That just makes it better!

Shoot. You have a point- wait. No.

Awwww.

I snapped back to reality as Ochako was finishing her Midoriya talk.

"-makes me want to try even harder!"

I nodded absentmindedly, trying to pretend I hadn't just had to fight myself to not want to stab her crush.

"Yeah, I figured. From what you've said, that guy is gonna be a great hero. Just like you."

She laughed again.

"Thanks. I have to go now, so take care, Himiko!"

I nodded.

"You too. Good luck!"

She hung up, and I was left sighing a little, before in what seemed like pretty coincidental timing, my phone buzzed with a text. I didn't have much else to do, so I checked it.

Handy Man: Get over here. We've got our first applicants.

I smiled and took off, stopping only to make sure my place wouldn't get robbed before taking off at a sprint. It was exciting, being able to meet some of the League now. New friends!

With the pace I was running (narrowly avoiding ramming into a few people), it didn't take long before I had gotten to the bar. I threw open the door and ran up the stairs, practically diving through the last door and jumping onto an open stool, startling Dabi, who cursed loudly as I nearly knocked into him.

"Watch where you're going you brat!"

I grinned, panting slightly at the exertion.

"Sorry."

He snorted derisively, but ignored me to turn on Tomura.

"What was this about? You got some new people or something?"

Tomura nodded at that.

"Exactly. Giran has a few people he thinks can join our party. We're gonna see if they're high leveled enough."

Dabi huffed, seeming annoyed.

"And where's Stain? Shouldn't he be here too?"

Tomura smirked slightly.

"He left it up to me."

Dabi's eyes widened slightly, but he didn't say anything. Maybe he was impressed?

I don't know. He seems like a sourpuss.

Good point

Tomura simply grinned at Dabi's reaction and turned to Kurogiri.

"Since we're waiting, Kurogiri, I need a drink. Same for Dabi and Himiko."

He paused a moment before looking at me, seeming to remember something.

"Right. Himiko gets coke."

I just pouted at him as Kurogiri handed me my coke. He just smirked. Jerk.

I was halfway through my glass before a knock was at the door, and Giran opened the door, his trademark grin on his face.

"Hey there, got some people I think you should meet."

Tomura just grunted and waved in a 'come in' gesture. Giran obliged, pushing the door open and walking in, accompanied by three figures.

One of them carried himself with a flair that made me instantly able to identify him. That and the mask. Mr. Compress seemed quite at ease after entering the room, simply standing, leaning on his cane.

I would recognize the second of them easily, his outfit was so loud. Spinner seemed quite nervous, fidgeting in place and looking over the others in the room. It seemed like he was just realizing what he'd gotten himself into.

The third was one that made me a little sad. Magne seemed just as at ease as Mr. Compress, simply smirking at us. Looking triggered a bloody vision of her upper torso exploding thanks to Overhaul.

I did my best to seem at ease as Giran stepped forward, seeming ready to introduce the three.

"I think these guys would be pretty valuable, considering your current state."

He gestured to the three to introduce themselves. Mr. Compress moved, standing up straight and bowing dramatically.

"You can call me Mr. Compress. Consummate showman and greatest escape artist of my generation."

Tomura just nodded. I giggled a little, before something popped into my head.

"Do you know any magic tricks?"

He tilted his head, as if wondering why I'd say such a thing, before pulling a marble out, tossing it into the air, and in a flash, caught a deck of cards that had popped out of it, fanning it out in front of him in a single swift motion.

"Pick a card."

I clapped lightly, then elbowed Dabi.

"Why aren't you clapping?"

He just glared at me. Tomura ignored us, and moved on, pointing at Spinner.

"You. What's your name?"

Spinner seemed to have gained his composure, grinning slightly as he stepped forward.

"You can call me Spinner! I'm here to help Stain's vision become a reality!"

I giggled slightly, as even Dabi seemed to perk up at the mention of Stain, paying a little bit of attention as he eyed Spinner up and down, including the wrapped up sword on his back.

"What's with the sword, Gecko?"

Spinner responded by glaring.

"The name isn't Gecko! It's Spinner! And this,"

He took the sword from his back, revealing the multitude of blades held together with a belt.

"Is my ultimate weapon!"

I couldn't hold it, and burst out laughing. He seemed to take umbrage with that and glared at me too.

"What are you laughing at?"

I tried to get my laughter under control, but it was difficult.

"I-*huff*- I'm-*huff* sorry. But that weapon is sooo funny! Does it even work?"

He seemed taken aback by that, sweat dripping down his brow as he seemed to realize something, before slumping, Magne putting a hand on his shoulder as if to comfort him. He seemed to be done, so Magen removed her hand and stepped a little forward, smiling a little.

"My, you are an eccentric bunch! But that just makes you more precious."

Tomura seems a little taken aback, his face a little red, before he shakes it off.

"And what exactly is your name?"

She smiles at him.

"Magne. Nice to meet you dear."

I smiled at her and waved enthusiastically.

"I'm Toga! Nice to meet you too!"

She laughed at that.

"Nice to meet you as well, dear."

.Tomura coughed into his hand.

"If you're done with that, I just wanna know a few things. What kinda skills are you bringing to the table, now that we know your names?"

Mr. Compress was first, moving forward with a dramatic sweep of his overcoat.

"How kind of you to ask, my good man! I am a thief and showman without peer! Surely you've heard of me before?"

Tomura shrugged, seeming to catch Compress off guard.

"Not exactly caught up on all the villain news, but you seem useful. Especially that marble thing. Is that your quirk?"

He nodded, seeming to regain his composure quickly.

"Why yes it is, very good! With just a swipe of my hand, I can 'compress' things or even people into these!"

He swiped his hand down and then back up swiftly, revealing marbles held between each of his fingers, before another quick movement of his hand made them vanish.

"And with just another gesture, I can break them out!"

He threw another marble out from his coat, snapping his fingers and causing it to turn back into his cane. I hadn't even noticed him compressing it either, which was soooo cool. He seemed to bow back as Magne chuckled.

"Very nice. I can magnetize people. Men are south, girls are north."

She demonstrated that by pointing at me, where my arm seemed to glow red and got pulled backward, crashing into Dabi, who I managed to see was glowing blue.

"Get off me Toga!"

I smiled sheepishly, pulling my arm away as it stopped glowing, before giving Magne a look of wonder.

"Your quirk is pretty cool. I mean if you wanted to, you could have been a hero! Why didn't you?"

That question seemed to make Magne frown.

"Let's say that I tried, but my peers…weren't the nicest. I wanted to be free to decide where I go, no one else."

I nodded sagely. It made sense, though the idea of Magne having tried to be a hero was…unexpected, considering she was now a murderer at the least. Then again, I wasn't sure I could judge, a face drained of life flashing before my eyes, making me shiver, though not perceptibly enough for anyone to notice.

Spinner was last up, and despite the realization of how ridiculous the weapon was, he seemed to have regained some composure.

"I may not be an accomplished criminal like these two, but I am well trained, even if it was self taught!"

Tomura tilted his head curiously.

"What about your quirk? Is it that you're a lizard?"

He seemed irritated at that.

"Gecko. My quirk is Gecko."

Tomura shrugged.

"Eh, tomato, tohmahto."

Spinner huffed at that, but didn't say much else. Tomura simply continued.

"You guys are in. Don't cause too much trouble right now. We'll work on teamwork for now."

He seemed to think for a moment. I leaned forward, curious.

"Right, we need to introduce ourselves too."

He gestured over to me, and I swung my feet around, jumping down off my seat and bowing.

"Himiko Toga, but you can just call me Toga! Hope we get along!"

Dabi just gave the new guys an unimpressed stare.

"Dabi."

Tomura gestured to Kurogiri.

"That's Kurogiri. He's our main transportation."

Kurogiri nodded to the new recruits.

"Welcome."

Tomura gestured to himself.

"Shigaraki. Have a seat at the bar or something. We should talk, get to know each other."

After that, conversation tapered off for a moment, as each of us seemed unsure of how to go forward. I decided to break things up. Spinner seemed a bit nervous, so I sidled up next to him as the other new guys had tapered off.

"A little nervous? Don't worry."

He jumped, seeming scared.

"How did you do that?"

I shrugged, before plopping onto a seat and patting the one next to me. Spinner seemed hesitant, but sat down. I smiled at him. He just seemed weirded out. I frowned a moment, thinking.

"Is it the teeth? Do you think the teeth are creepy or something?"

I poked a finger onto one of my enlarged teeth for emphasis. Spinner shook his head, nervously.

"No. How old are you?"

I shrugged.

"Seventeen, I think."

If Spinner's jaw could have detached from his skull, I think it would have at that moment just to hit the floor as he stared at me with wide eyes.

"Seventeen? You're a kid?"

I pouted slightly.

"I'm almost an adult! I don't get why this is so shocking. We're all literally villains!"

Spinner just stared for a moment, seeming like he wanted to say something before he closed his mouth.

"That's fair. I just don't think one so young should be involved in this crusade."

I smacked him lightly on the arm, still frowning.

"Hey! You can't be that much older than me ya know! How old are you, huh?"

He thought for a moment, before looking away, as if he'd realized something absurd.

"I…I'm twenty."

I gasped in shock.

"You're calling me a kid, when you're only three years older, seriously?"

He glared at me.

"I…shut up!"

I stopped glaring at him and giggled.

"You're fun to mess with. I can tell we're gonna get along great, 'Spinner'."

He huffed.

"You say that name as if it was ridiculous."

I shrugged.

"Eh. I've heard worse."

I pointed over at Dabi, who seemed to be doing his usual lone wolf act, or trying, as Mr. Compress was doing his best to try and engage him in a game of cards.

"You really think his name is Dabi?"

I giggled at the thought.

"Guy names himself 'Cremation' and then expects not to be laughed at."

Spinner's nerves seem to wear off, and he even huffs a small laugh. I considered that a victory, but the conversation should probably move on. I tilted my head curiously.

"So, I know you said that whole thing about Stain so where'd you get the scarf? Merchandise?"

Spinner sputtered slightly, clutching said scarf.

"N-no. I made it myself."

I smirked slightly.

"That just makes you a bigger dork than if you had bought it."

He glared at me as he tried to formulate a response, sputtering over his words in embarrassment. I just smiled. If this was how he acted now, I had no idea how he was going to act once he actually met Stain.

XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXO

I ended up spending quite a bit of time at the bar that week, mostly because Ochaco was busy at her internship, but also as I was pretty excited to get to know some new people. Not that I was lonely, I had Twice and Ochaco and Kaito, but it was nice to meet new people, especially as I wasn't the same person who could just be on her own without a problem anymore. It helped that the new people were good company.

Mr. Compress was just fun. The flashy man seemed to always be in showman mode, so he was entertaining to talk to. Despite being a villain, he seemed quite kind as well, always working to make people smile, Dabi being someone he seemed to latch onto in that effort. I don't think I had ever seen the guy smile in the two or three weeks I'd known him. To be fair, Stain also didn't smile, but he hadn't been around as much as Dabi was, preferring to be by himself, training in what Tomura called "The Ring", a building next to ours that served as a gym. I think Compress would also be on him if he didn't value his life.

Magne was…comforting, if that was the word. Oh, she could be scary at times, but she was caring, and I had found another person to talk about fashion with. It was like having a big sister, and she didn't just act like that to me, seeming to take a shine to both Tomura and Spinner, treating them similar. I could tell it embarrassed them both. Boys. She was nice to have around.

Spinner was unexpectedly cool for a dork. I couldn't exactly pinpoint it, but we clicked in a way. He was surprisingly nice despite following the ideals of Stain, but then, if I remembered, that ideology had basically saved him when he was at his lowest. Ideas aside, he really did seem like a nice guy. Too nice for this, but then, he was okay with murder. I honestly did think he would get along well with Kaito, though for various reasons that wasn't happening.

In summary, time seemed to go by fast, so fast it almost felt like I was slamming into a wall when the door opened one day, and Giran poked his head through the door once again. Tomura just gestured at him to enter.

The greasy info broker seemed pleased with himself as he smirked at Shigaraki, followed by three more people, one I immediately knew, the others…

Twice seemed amped up, wearing his black and gray bodysuit, seeming to fidget a little as he came into the room. I squeaked slightly, realizing the situation, before I immediately hid myself behind Mr. Compress. This was going to be embarrassing at best, and a very uncomfortable conversation at worst.

One of the unknown people was pretty intimidating, a tall man dressed nearly all in red, including his motorcycle jacket. Goggles rested on his forehead, and a mask covering his lower face, stylized to look like a sharp toothed grin. His hair, a vibrant, almost glowing orange, was styled into dreadlocks pulled back into a ponytail. He had his eyes closed, and seemed pretty calm, but just from a look, I could tell he was dangerous. Dabi seemed to have the strongest reaction to him, seeming to glare at the man. I could see a few small blue flames flickering around his hands.

The final occupant was…eccentric looking. They (they seemed too androgynous to tell) were dressed fully like a pirate (or at least a fictional pirate), from the black and gold pirate overcoat to the stylized tricorner resting on their head, the only thing they were missing was parrot. The only things out of place were a mask that covered their entire face and a pair of fingerless gloves. The mask itself was simple, but familiar, completely white, with a single sideways black cross on its face. Mr. Compress seemed to recognize the mask as he moved slightly, though it was hard to tell, his face almost always hidden under his own mask.

Giran gestured to the group.

"Figured you might like these fellas."

Tomura nodded, then pointed to Twice.

"Alright. Introduce yourself, and tell me why you should stay here."

Twice didn't waste a moment, posing dramatically.

"Pleased to meetcha! This place looks like a dump!"

Tomura just raised an eyebrow, letting him continue.

"You can call me Twice! I'm pumped to be here!"

Tomura smirked a little at the energy.

"So what can you do?"

Twice fist pumped enthusiastically. It was nice seeing him so energetic. He usually reigned it in when we talked, so it was kind of funny to see the same guy doing all this.

"I've got something amazing! It isn't much."

Dabi gave Giran a look.

"What's with the clown? He seems weirder than the rest of the idiots you brought around."

"Hey, who are you calling a clown? Thank you so much!"

Giran shrugged.

"Call it an eccentricity."

Dabi just huffed as Twice continued, pulling out the tape measure on his wrist.

"Give me some measurements and I can make an exact clone of anyone, quirk and all! They don't last long but boy do they pack a punch. I won't clone myself though. Absolutely not!"

Tomura nodded along, before smiling at him.

"Alright. Welcome aboard."

Twice jumped up and down like a little kid, seeming happy, before jumping over and landing in a seat on the other side of the room from me. The person in the pirate outfit spoke up at that time, voice sounding young but decidedly male. Still wasn't going to make an assumption until I asked though.

"I like him. He seems fun."

"Thanks!"

Tomura looked at him, raising an eyebrow as he waited for their introduction. The pirate seemed to realize they were supposed to speak, before coughing lightly and then moving forward, delivering a sweeping bow, similar to Mr. Compress.

"Pirate Thief: Plunder, at your service my friend. I consider myself the best up and coming thief of my own generation."

Mr. Compress seemed to bristle at that. I patted him awkwardly on the shoulder as I could just tell he was tense.

Plunder did continue with their boasting as well.

"As for my skills? Not only am I skilled at anything a thief would need, but my quirk? That's where the magic happens.

They removed a rubber ball from their hands and bounced it twice on the floor, before catching it in their hand, pressing the fingers to it for a moment, before tossing it in the air and snapping their fingers. The ball hit the floor with a metallic sounding thunk. I could just tell they were smirking to themselves. Tomura seemed interested too.

"Huh. Did you-"

"Change the properties? Yep. I can do that to anything that isn't organic within a foot of me."

Tomura gave him wide eyes.

"Can you go further? How long does it last?"

Plunder thought a moment, before responding.

"I can go further than a foot, just have to keep my hands on it for longer. It can last as long as I want, as long as I concentrate."

Tomura smiled at that.

"Then welcome aboard. You think you and Mr. Compress can work together?"

He gestured to Compress, who still seemed to be bristling. Plunder though, looked over, before gasping and running up to the other thief.

"You're really Mr. Compress?"

He nodded.

"At your service."

Plunder made another noise and held out a hand to shake.

"I'm kind of a big fan. I hope we can work together!"

Compress seemed taken aback for a moment, before replying, taking the younger villain's hand.

"Likewise. How would you feel about being my assistant?"

Plunder tilted their head as if considering it.

"How about a Junior Partner?"

Compress seemed to think for a moment, before nodding.

"I can work with that."

Plunder seemed giddy as they sat down in the chair closest to Compress, which happened to be next to me. I turned and gave them a smile and a wave. They looked over and waved back excitedly, before I turned back to see the last remaining member of the new guys. He opened his eyes for the first time, irises a burning red. Geez this guy was intense.

"Call me Wildfire."

Tomura nodded.

"I don't have to guess what you do, do I?"

He shook his head as he whipped up a small flame and made it dance around his fingers, the flame itself going from red to orange to blue to white before dissipating. To anyone else, that was just pretty colors, but it scared the shit out of me. Apparently Plunder noticed too, as he leaned in slightly to whisper in my ear.

"He just changed the temperature of those flames instantaneously, right?"

I nodded.

If Tomura knew, he didn't seem fazed by it.

"You think you could work with our other fire guy? Dabi here can do something similar."

Dabi huffed at that, his initial anger at the sight dissipating into annoyance, the blue flames that had been sparking dying down. Wildfire considered that, before nodding.

"I believe I can. I do have experience with teamwork."

Tomura leaned forward, interest seeming to be piqued.

"You've worked with other villains?"

Wildfire was silent a moment before he responded, tone seeming almost amused.

"Something like that."

Tomura nodded, seeming to like the answer.

"Guess you might be able to teach us a thing or two. Welcome, I guess."

Wildfire nodded, before walking over and leaning on the wall nearest to the door, closing his eyes once again.

Tomura huffed.

"Alright then. I think we have who we need, so all of you…welcome to the second incarnation of the League."

He pointed at himself.

"Tomura Shigaraki. I'm the Leader."

He appointed at Dabi, who glared at him.

"That's Dabi."

He looked over and pointed at me. I figured it was about time, getting up to my feet as Tomura talked.

"That's-"

Twice interrupted.

"Himiko! What are you doing here?"

I waved awkwardly at Twice, who now seemed worried.

"Hi Twice. We can talk later, I guess."

He looked like he was about to say more, but Tomura coughed loudly into his hand, silencing us.

"As Twice just said, that's Himiko Toga."

He turned and gestured to Kurogiri, ever the calm presence.

"That's our transport and my right hand Kurogiri."

Kurogiri nodded at the new arrivals in greeting.

He pointed to Spinner and Magne each afterwards.

"Spinner, and that's Magne. As I already said, that's Mr. Compress."

Said man bowed dramatically. Tomura ignored that and seemed to shrug.

"You'll meet Stain soon, so, that's everyone. For now, I think we just need to learn to work together."

He gestured around.

"So talk, play cards, whatever. I'll tell you guys when we start our first operation."

He turned and grabbed the remote, turning on the tv and watching it as he finished his speech.

Twice looked over at me, and I gestured to the door. He nodded and then shook his head, before standing up and heading out. I took that opportunity to leap up and direct a smile at Plunder.

"Well, I have an awkward talk to have. See ya, hope we can get along!"

Plunder nodded quickly before they turned to Mr. Compress.

"Hey, can you teach me some of those card tricks you do?"

Mr. Compress seemed to think a moment before nodding.

"I suppose any partner of mine should know the basics."

I didn't hear the rest as I left the room.

This wasn't going to be fun.

XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXO

We ended up in a side room before Twice said anything.

"What are you doing here? It's way too dangerous! It couldn't be safer!"

I sighed.

"It's a long story."

He sat down on a crate.

"I'm listening, ya know."

I giggled.

"Yeah, I know."

I sat down and took a deep breath to start explaining, but I heard a bit of a commotion coming from the main room. I jumped up, Twice doing the same.

"We can talk later. I gotta see what that was."

I rushed out and back to the bar room, where I noticed the door was open. I heard some voices coming from it, voices that weren't familiar.

I peeked my head out and I nearly had a heart attack at what I saw.

There, standing near Tomura, were two familiar figures, though not ones that should be in the League of Villains bar.

But Mina Ashido and Hitoshi Shinso were there, dressed in casual clothing, seeming far too at ease for that situation. The rest of the room's occupants seemed on guard, most especially Dabi.

It was dead silent for a moment, the noise seeming to have settled down.

Mina smiled a little, and Shinso closed his eyes and huffed. There was a standoff, but the largest question in my mind was a simple one.

What the hell were two UA students from the Hero Course (I had seen the sports festival and got that apparently Shinso was in 1-A) doing in the middle of the League of Villains' main headquarters?

That was quickly answered as Mina started talking.

"Are you guys the League of Villains?"

Tomura narrowed his eyes suspiciously.

"If we are, what would you do?"

Mina smiled wider.

"So you are then."

Tomura didn't respond. Mina clapped her hands together, looked over to Shinso, and then spoke again.

"Perfect! We want to join you!"

What.
