Harry was sleeping contently in the morning when something hit the boys stomach. The boy snapped up flailing in the sudden attack. Darkness surrounded him and he blinked into the darkness trying to disentangle dream and real life for a moment before his stomach was attacked again by a fluff of feathers and a nipping beak. Blinking down he only saw glowing eyes in the darkness.
"Whas going ohn?" He mumbled rubbing Dawn's back. Finally, his mind caught up with their bond and he felt the mischief and happiness in her. Still blinking owlish, he reached out to the nightstand, turning on the light. His companion was perched on his knee, chirping happily at him, chattering away.
The boy yawned and rubbed her chin. "You can't let me sleep in can't you?" He asked while still rubbing on. Dawn chirped back answering his words. Another yawn followed and he looked over at the clock, after figuring out which way was the right way to put on his glasses. Six in the morning. Not the worst time Dawn had ever woken him, but then again, last night had been late. But Harry knew, now that he was awake, the little black bundle of mischief wouldn't allow him to go back to sleep.
Showing that, she hopped up and down the bed, fluttering her wings and chirping like crazy. The black-haired boy sighed, nodding slowly.
"Yeah, yeah I get up." His placation fell on deaf ears as the phoenix started continuing her ruckus. With a heavy hand, he pulled back the covers and stepped out of his bed. With a third yawn he scratched the back of his head, eyes half-closed. He walked the four feet to the side door, slipping into his bathroom. God, I love magic, he thought as the shower turned on by itself. Stepping under the stream of warm water he sighed a little. Brushing through his hair, he heard the batting of wings and a second later, the familiar weight on his right shoulder. Reaching up, Harry rubbed Dawn's neck.
"Wanting a bath too?" He asked and smirked as the phoenix turned her head, holding it into the spray of liquid with a gleeful feeling. Harry nodded and reached for the shampoo bottle. The weight on his shoulder disappeared and his hand grabbed nothing. Opening his eyes, Harry glanced out, seeing Dawn fluttering in the air, her talons grasping the searched for the bottle. Her chirping was almost like laughter as she dashed to the side. The boy smirked and reach out, trying to catch her, but the phoenix dodged his hand, fluttering to the other side.
"Oh is that how we are playing this?" He asked with a mock glare, crossing his arms. The phoenix tilted her head slightly, chirping as an answer.
"Well, I was thinking about drying you later, but then again the longer I need to clean, the longer that will not happen, soooo..." He trailed off, shaking his head, inwardly chuckling. He could see the inner fight in his beloved companion. She wanted to play around but on the other hand, Dawn LOVED the drying charm more than anything. Slowly she set down the bottle and pushed it towards him with her head. He smirked and ruffled her feathers a bit with his fingers, before taking it.
"Glad we could strike a deal." He said.
From there on it took almost half an hour for Harry to emerge from his bathroom again, as Dawn demanded a very thorough drying session and always tilted and turned a new spot in the stream of warm air that came from the tip of Harry's wand. Her gleeful chirps had filled the bathroom in the same way that Harry's laughter did.
Finally, after placating his demanding familiar and getting his robes in order, Harry climbed the stairs of his trunk-room. When he opened he saw that most of the other fourth-year Gryffindors were on their feet getting ready. He nodded at Sheamus once, who returned the nod. Dean wasn't in the room, probably in the bathroom, not that Harry minded. He had seen Ginny and him kissing during the Ball last night and while he was fine with them being together, he didn't want to have THAT conversation. It had awkwardly written all over it. So he moved past Ron's bed. The occupant was still snoring away Harry noticed. A second conversation he would like to put out of the way as long as he could. So he moved to Neville, who was just now tying his shoes, looking up.
"Morning Harry, Dawn. I hope you slept as well as I did." The slightly chubby boy said while rising from his bed.
Harry nodded. "Yeah, slept well. At least until I was woken rather harshly." He mock glared at the phoenix on his shoulder. Neville chuckled, picking up his book bag. "Oh Dawn were you feisty this morning again?" The chubby boy nodded towards Harry's familiar who chirped in return.
Harry laughed and moved to the door with his friend. "Yeah, she was a handful this morning. Quite a prankster this one." They both chuckled and walked down the stone stairs to the main common room. In the middle, Hermione was sitting on a couch reading something Harry could only imagine being the lessons for the day. When they reached the bottom of the stairs she looked up and packed the book away, seeing them being ready.
"Morning you guys." She said while walking over with her bookbag also over her shoulder. Like always her school uniform was worn as it came straight out of the school-guidelines and she looked not a tiny bit tired no matter how short the night had been.
"Morning Mione." Said Harry while hugging her for a moment. "How did you like the dance?"
The bushy-haired girl smiled shortly. "It was wonderful and Neville was a true gentleman throughout the evening." Her words brought a little blush to Nevilles cheeks who quickly looked everywhere but his two friends. Instead, he hastily pointed at the clock on the wall.
"I t-think we need to leave if uhm if we want to get any breakfast." That wasn't even remotely true. They had more than enough time to get down and eat in peace, but neither of the other two wanted to embarrass him any further so they went along, leaving the portrait hole.
"How was your evening Harry? It seemed like you and Daphne got along quite well." Hermione asked after the first corner.
"Yeah, I think it went quite well. I'm lucky I didn't step on her toes even once. Probably would have killed me on the spot."
Hermione laughed and Neville chuckled. "Yeah, she seems like the kind of person. But I hope you had fun too, not just survived."
With a smirk, the black-haired boy nodded. "Yeah, it was fun. Daphne is someone you have to get used to, something I'm still not sure I am but I enjoyed the evening never the less. I just hope that the whole Umbridge thing will not bite us any time soon."
"I see what you mean. She seemed...not nice. I'm glad that she was gone. But I wonder how that happened. Seems like something Fred and George would do, but then again they couldn't have known."
With an agreeing hum, Harry stepped down some stairs. "I agree. Sirius said it was probably Hogwarts herself. Apparently the wards are so old that it has gained somewhat sentience. It happened before."
Hermione raised her eyebrows. "Really? I must ask him about that. Do you think it is okay if I write him a letter?"
Harry shrugged. "Sure, you know he wouldn't mind at all. But he said Remus knows more about it than himself, since...well, you know how he is." Harry rubbed the back of his neck with a slight smirk. Sirius was many great things but being very book smart was definitely not the case.
She smirked too, nodding. "Yes, I know what you mean. I will write Professor Lupin later. By the way, what was Sirius doing at the ball anyway? I mean I saw he was the date of Professor McGonagall but still. I was surprised."
"You weren't the only one. He sprung this to me as a surprise as well. Said he wanted to keep an eye out for me on my first day back, just in case."
"That's sweet." Hermione mused when the turned a corner reaching the main staircase.
Sighing, Harry nodded. "Yeah. I'm not that keen to have a lot of the conversations in the next few days. With Dean or Ginny. Can't wait for Malfoy to say something about this." The sarcasm was dripping from his voice.
Neville clapped him on the free shoulder. "We will have your back, Harry."
With a smile the black-haired boy turned his head to the side, nodding. "Thanks, Neville, it means a lot."
They moved inside the Great Hall. About half the students were there as well as most of the teachers. Hagrid and Snape were missing, but also Professor McGonagall wasn't there at the moment. Quickly the three found a seat on the Gryffindor table, pilling foot on their plates. The moment they had sat down, a plate of mealworms appeared next to Harry's plate and he picked one with his fingers to feet to his lovely familiar.
"Urgs, do you have to do that Harry?" Lavender asked from the opposite side of the table, looking at the insects with a scrunched up nose.
The boy shrugged, picking up a second worm. "Yeah, kind of. She needs to eat too. Not all about her his cute and fluffy so-" He was cut short, hand in the air when Dawn spread her wings and flew off the table. Turning his head, his eyes followed the black-feathered bird to the door, where she now landed on the outstretched hand of Daphne Greengrass. It seemed like the girl had come to the Hall with Tracey Davis just now and got greeted by Harry's familiar. The girl petted Dawn and looked out to him. After a moment she raised her phoenix occupied hand towards him a universal gesture that said 'Should I bring her back?'
"Or maybe not." Harry said while shaking his head. He returned his eyes to his food, ignoring the grumpy glares Lavender still gave him.
"Oh my god Dean you are soooo funny, did I ever tell you how funny you are?" The voice behind him made Harry duck his head slightly. After a moment he turned sneaking a glance behind himself. Ginny had just walked by on Deans arm, making googly eyes on him. Dean smiled goofy back at her, his own arm around her hip. Had they been the same way? Harry wasn't sure what he should think about that so he chose 'Be happy for her' instead of anything else. Still he kept looking over to where the two were sitting, trying to feel out himself.
"That is weird." Neville commented from the side. Harry nodded. "yeah, they got together quick."
"What? No, I mean what is Professor Lupin doing here?" The chubby boy pointed towards the head table and when the other boy followed his pointing finger with his eyes, it was true. Remus Lupin was walking behind the teacher's chairs, nodding to a few of them. He reached Flitwick and started conversing with the short man in quick fashion, gesturing a little. Remus looked better than last year that was for sure, being Sirius legal counsel allowed Sirius to put him on his own account tap, something Remus would normally never allow.
"No idea. But I guess we will find out now." Hermione said, nodding towards the rising Flitwick
At the head table, Flitwick pointed his wand at his throat and muttered a spell.
His voices filled the entire room. "Good morning everybody. There are a few announcements. Firstly, Professor McGonagall is out at the ministry today and probably tomorrow too, sorting out yesterdays events. To fill in for her I welcome back Professor Lupin."
It spoke volume about Remus popularity with the students that a lot started clapping, ignoring his werewolf side completely. Harry, Hermione and Neville were under the ones who were clapping extra loudly. Flitwick gave them time to continue clapping, before speaking again.
"Sadly there are two other teachers who left us, Alastor Moodey and Professor Snape. While Mr Flamel is so kind to fill in for the rest of the year in potions-" Again applause cut the short Professor off. The old alchemist smiled thinly while waving at them. Next to him, his wife smiled as bright as the sun. "Yes, we can count ourselves lucky. But still we weren't able to find a replacement for our Defence against the dark arts teacher yet, but this problem will be cleared soon, I am certain. In the meantime Minerva and I decided to ask Mr Kurfürst of the German delegation, as he is International Duelingchampion, to fill in for the time being."
The applause to this notification was quieter. People eyed the Grimm looking german who hadn't acknowledged his mention at all and was continuing to eat.
"Finally I have to announce that Madam Umbridge, who should have taken over for Albus as headmistress until a replacement is found, sadly wasn't able to return. It seemed like the ward won't let her pass, neither by floo nor by portkey nor by any means of transportation."
this brought cheer into the room and even though Flitwick couldn't show it he agreed with the sentiment. "That would be everything, everybody has a nice first day at school. Champions, would you please come here to the front when they are finished eating?"
With these words, the small professor sat down again, continuing his own meal. Harry returned to his own meal, while Hermione looked like she was hard thinking.
Between bites, Harry looked over at her. "What's on your mind?"
She turned her head, eyeing her friend. "I wonder what Professor McGonagall is doing at the ministry. At a time like this, with you-know-who out there and Dumbledore not here, you would think she would stay at the castle."
Looking back at the teacher's table, Harry nodded. "yeah, the staff is spread rather thin. She probably didn't have a choice. Maybe something private."
Hermione frowned more shaking her head. "No, then she would wait for the weekend or something. I don't like it. I feel like this is the ministry being petty."
"This is just petty." Minerva McGonagall was annoyed to no end at this moment. Her fingers drummed on the surface of the table while she stared at the people on the other side of it. "There is an entire school full of children I have to attend to, so could you stop asking me the same questions over and over?" Her frustration was enormous at the moment.
That pompous fool Fudge was one of the people sitting there, together with his 'precious' Undersecretary, who was glaring at her with thinly veiled hatred. Also in the room was an Auror, Proudfoot and for some reason Lucius Malfoy. The man had claimed that it was because he was the head of the board of governours and he wanted to look out for her but Minerva was not fooled. That mand didn't care a tiny bit about her wellbeing, if he could he would have had her out of Hogwarts today. But he missed the votes of two thirds on the board to do that.
"My dear Minerva." Fudge said like they were old friends. "I would love to do that but you haven't answered our questions to our satisfaction. How about we start over. What happened last night at the Great Hall?"
Minerva sighed, shaking her head. "As I told you before, there was an argument between your undersecretary and myself and she was kicked out of the school for it."
Umbridge flared up, squinting her eyes. "I was attacked! This was a vicious attack on the ministry! Cornelius, I again urge you to take her into custody! She broke my wand!"
Minerva snorted. "I never even laid my finger on you or raised my wand. There are around four hundred witnesses for that. You were kicked out of the school by Hogwarts herself. Then you had the stupid idea to attack the wards, resulting in the destruction of your wand. None of that is my fault."
Umbridge turned a little redder. "You controlled those wards!"
Minerva sighed tiredly. "No, again I didn't."
Umbridge snorted. "Yeah, I heard that. 'Hogwarts herself did it.'"
Minerva smirked. "She did. What do you want to do? Take a castle into custody? And before you you say again that that couldn't happen I might remind you that this isn't the first time something like this has happened. Jasper the Vile was ousted from Hogwarts in the year 1764 by Hogwarts while she was without a headmaster. You should know that but then again, I have seen your OWL in history so I am not surprised." Yes, this was petty to say, but Minerva was tired. This was going on for two hours now and they hadn't come closer to a result than before.
"Now now, please Professor. We merely want to understand what happened. You say you didn't use the wards, correct?"
Minerva nodded, returning her eyes to the speaking Minister. To her surprise, Lucius Malfoy was quiet almost the entire time. "Yes, the wards are controlled by the headmaster or headmistress directly. As I am the deputy and wasn't sworn in, something the records in the ministry and the Hogwarts records show."
Fudge nodded, smiling a little. "Yes, but there is one person who could have controlled the wards. Being the former headmaster Dumbl-"
"Oh no! You will not drag Albus into this too!" Minerva's eyes were blazing furiously but the minister's smile didn't move one inch.
"Come now, professor. Albus Dumbledore is a wanted criminal and knows the wards like non-other. Madam Umbridge was his prosecution. Revenge would fit the bill."
Minerva glared at the fat man. "Albus Dumbledore is an honourable man and he will come out of the other side of this."
Fudge frowned shaking his head. "Dumbledore is a criminal and your loyalty to that murderer is quite disturbing Professor."
Minerva crossed her arms, staring at the Minister. "Not as disturbing as association with that man." She nodded to Malfoy.
The blond lord smiled his nasty smile sitting up more straight. "Careful now Professor, you wouldn't want to insult a Lord of the Wizengamot don't you?"
The old Professor narrowed her eyes. She wasn't one to back down really, she spoke her mind. But she had to be careful. Lucius Malfoy was dangerous and the laws favoured him over her, for his place in the damned Wizengamot. Yet before she could make up her mind, the door opened.
"No need. I will do it for her. You are a nasty little brat who crawls in front of his master's feet like a puppy." Sirius Black walked in, his robes in pristine condition, directly followed by Amelia Bones. While Sirius looked like he thought this was all very amusing, Amelia glared at the minister.
Lucius Malfoy rose to his feet, throwing a hateful glare at the man. "You! How dare you speak to me in this manner, I will-"
Sirius waved him off making a blabbing motion with his hand. "Yeah yeah, you will make me pay. I know I know. How about you keep your mouth shut while the important people talk, what do you say Lucy?"
The man turned a little bit red in the face. "You insolent bastard. I will end your whole house, each of your discards. Be it that brat or that bitch. You will see yo-"
The laughing was swept from Sirius's face as he turned completely cold. "Careful now Lucy." His voice was deadly. "Threaten my godson or cousin again, and I might add to that scar on your face. Now run along, before I challenge you to a Death-Duel." Sharp intakes around the table were made. A Duel to the death was something really serious. It was quite rare these days, even rarer than the honour duel. Minerva couldn't even remember one happening during her lifetime.
Lucius paled significantly. Death Duels followed different rules than honour duels. When called upon, he couldn't refuse or negotiate terms. Doing so could have him loose his noble position. "You are bluffing!"
Sirius eyes still trained on the man as he raised an eyebrow. "Insult my godson again and we will find out. Your move."
A beat of sweat ran down Lucius' face, as he licked his lips, eyeing the man. Everybody held their breath. Then the head of house Malfoy blinked and quickly hurried out of the room. The moment the blond left the room, his smile returned to Sirius's face. With a flick of his wand, he closed the doors and sat down on one of the chairs. He leaned back folding his hands in front of him, while Amelia stepped closer, staring at the minister.
"Cornelius, what is going on here?" She asked with steel in her voice. The minister blinked rapidly at her, rubbing over his moustache.
"Amelia. This?" He looked around. "Nothing, we were just asking Professor McGonagall a few questions."
"On a school day? With an Auror and Lucius Malfoy? That seems to be more than nothing." She eyed Proudfoot with the clear intention to question him later. The man had been in too many things in the last few weeks, something was fishy. Dumbledores trial and escape, now his second in command in the same room. Something wasn't right here.
Fudge seemed eager to explain it all away. "Come now, Amelia. We don't want to make mistakes. We only want to find out what happened to dear Dolores yesterday."
Amelia Bones snorted, looking at the woman down her nose. "Is that so? On what basis?"
Umbridge eyed her and then Sirius. "He has no business here." She seemed to advert the attention. But Amelia Bones was like a bulldog with, well a bone.
"Sirius Black is here on my discretion and since all this here." Her finger swirled around. "Is 'Nothing' there is no reason for him to leave. Now, since he has told me what happened last night, let me get the facts straight."
"Madam Umbridge was at the school, made insults to the staff and the school itself and threatened the deputy director of the school on the basis of personal insult."
Umbridge turned red. "That is not what happened!"
Amelia only raised an eyebrow. "So you didn't pull your wand on her?"
Umbridge blinked. "Yes but-"
Amelia cut her off quickly. "Right. Then the wards of the school weight your actions and tried to remove you from its bounds on which you tried to attack the school itself. Or did you not try to point your wand on those suits of armour. A rhetorical question as I have probably a few hundred witnesses for that. So the school wards defended themselves. Is that or is that not correct."
Fudge shook his head inserting himself in the conversation while Sirius only smirked, leaning back and playing with his wand. It was fun watching Amelia rip those two apart.
"Amelia, we believe that Dumbledore is behind all this. He could control the wards so maybe he was the one..." But Fudge's voice trailed off as he saw the annoyed look on Amelia Bones face.
"Dumbledore, Dumbledore, Dumbledore. This is the sixth incident in the last two weeks you insist on him being behind Cornelius. Stop laying everything on that mans feet. You know I disagree with your judgement on that part. And it is absurd. The conscious in Hogwarts, as well as the ministry, show him not being recognised as the school's headmaster anymore so he can't control the wards."
Cornelius shook his head. "He is nifty, who knows what he can do."
Amelia sighed, shaking her head. "That is horse-shit and you know it. While yes theoretically, Albus Dumbledore COULD have somehow infiltrated the school during one of the busiest times of the year and YES, he COULD have gotten somehow into the headmaster's office and he COULD have placed himself as the headmaster by some unknown way and COULD have used the wards to kick out Madam Umbridge, those are a lot too many could and maybes for me. And quite frankly the answer can be a bit easier. You and that pink idiot of yours tried to interfere with Hogwarts, which as I said before is independent and this backfired into your face."
Amelia didn't let anyone come to a word."
"Now, since this is about Hogwarts, I think Professor Mcgonagall and Governor Black should hear this, but I don't see any need for anyone else to stay here more than those two, and you and me Cornelius."
The profoundly sweating minister made it very quick to throw Proudfoot and Umbridge out of the room. Before the doors closed, Amelia pointed at her Auror. "Proudfoot, go to my office and wait there. We have a few things to discuss."
Then the doors closed and Fudge cleared his forehead of sweat. The practical thing about this room was that Cornelius Fudge wouldn't want anyone to listen. Still Sirius raised his wand, casting the Black Orb around them, just in case.
"Amelia, I know how this looks but if this finds its way to the public it could..." Fudge said while flinching a little at the darkness.
"End your carrier? Yes, it could. How could you be so dumb and try to interfere with Hogwarts? No don't answer, I think I know who set you up for this and he had left the room before those two. Don't answer, I don't want to hear your excuses."
Fudge was completely white now. Yes, he wanted control in Hogwarts but he hadn't thought this would get out of control so quickly. Lucius promised him it would be an easy sail and he would back him on the board, barring all headmasters for a time.
"W-What do we do now?" He mumbled, sweating even more. Amelia looked over to Sirius. She had wanted to make it public and see Fudge get a trial for misuse of office and more. But then again, you-now-Who was at large, at least probably and they couldn't gamble on a new minister. So this would have to do even though she liked it not at all.
Sirius folded his hands, speaking slowly. "Here is what you do, Minister. You will let Umbridge take the fall for this." Sirius raised his hand stopping the man from speaking. "You know someone has to take it really. So it is either her or you and we both know how you will decide. After that, you will say the ministry want stability and make Professor McGonagall here the acting headmistress until the board finds someone who is fit. She in return will swear an oath to not house the former headmaster."
Fudges raised hand lowered again. "That's it?"
"Well, then there is the spendings of the DMLE. They need more budget, after all as you said, Dumbledore is somewhere out there and has to be found. The ministry can't afford a second unfound criminal in two years doesn't it?"
Fudge nodded. "I can do that for sure. Thank you for showing understanding."
Sirius smirked. "There is one more thing. You will also cut ties with Lucius Malfoy."
Fudge turned white. "I c-can't do that. He is an honourable man and-"
"And he is bribing you like crazy. Oh dear minister, don't look so shocked, do you really think my cousin wouldn't talk about all those little things Lucius Malfoy send you over the years? No we all know you are deep in his pocket, but this ends now. He is a death eater and even though he has been pardoned, there will come the day of reckoning and who do you want to be? The man in a criminals pocket taking bribe after bribe or the noble minister, who was horrified when he learned what his yearlong friend was and cut ties with him?"
Fudge swallowed, slowly nodding. "The second one."
Sirius smiled and rose to his feet. "Wonderful, I'm sure we can all be friends from now on. Don't you think?"
The minister swallowed again, slowly rising again. "I'm sure. I-If you excuse me, there are things I have to attend to."
The black-haired man grinned, white teeth flashing and nodding. "Of course minister. Of course."
And with that, the fat man fled the room. The three stayed behind, still in the black sphere.
Sirius sighed, turning back to the two women who both looked rather unhappy.
"What? You know it had to be done. I don't like him getting away with all of this any more than the both of your."
McGonagall shook her head. "I don't like it. This isn't right. Blackmail and bribes. This is not how government should work."
The black-haired man sighed, nodding in agreement. "I agree and this has to end. But right now we need Fudge in the house, not in front throwing rocks at us. Voldemort is more important than changing the system right now. Like I said there will be a reckoning and I fully intend to help to give Cornelius Fudge exactly what he deserves."
Amelia nodded. "I wait for this for years. The corruption and nepotism in this government are staggering. But Sirius is also right, we can't rock the boat too much at the moment."
McGonagall nodded, sighing. "With a heavy heart, I agree. Now, that this is one fore."
She rose to her feet.
"I have a school to attend to."
A new chapter, something new. You would think with this whole Corona thing, I would pluck out chapters like crazy but it seems to really deminish my muse. I have no real idea why but writing this chapter was hard. But then again all chapters are the same way. The first 1000 words are hard and difficult and then it just flows out of me.
Harry's morning was a lot setting things in place. I wanted a little more Dawn/Harry love, something that was a little short the last few chapters. So here it goes.
I had no idea where I wanted to go with the ministry but suddenly it felt like all the building blocks fell into place themselves. I don't like Fudge like most of you probably don't but I don't want house Black to be too dominant. Slowly but surely they defang Malfoy, but the question is will they get it done in time?
The next chapter should move the story along quite a bit. More information on the second task and we will return to old Voldi, see what he is doing all this time.
Finally, something on a personal note. I am thinking about doing a second HP-story. Working title "Harry Potter and the eighth Horcrux.". It should be a story setting off right after book seven with Harry caring for Teddy when Voldemort reappears. The idea is that Voldemort intended to make seven Horcruxes and Harry wasn't intended, Harry was the eighth not the seventh. Killed and hurled back in time he finds himself in the past, shortly before the famous "You are a wizard Harry" words are spoken. Like time-travel in Harry Potter is he doesn't take his youngers place but is a different person. It has a lot of familiar building blocks but something different as well, being a different person and all. I like the idea.
There is one thing I am a little worried about. I want to make it an OP- Harry story. Being the champion of death and all. Yet I don't want to fall into the pit most powerful Harry authors tend to fall in, that is Powerful Harry=Awesome perfect Harry who is always in control. That takes way all the tension. So how to create tension without him being weak. I still figure it out but I take inspiration from the Isekai Genre, who have to deal with that problem quite a lot. Also I have a twist on Voldemort for that Story that doesn't fit into this one, I am really stoked about. For those who read the Novel "Necromancer", there is a powerful character in it that has a kind of like arc.
Now thing is, I don't think it is a good idea for me to write two stories at the same time. That wouldn't do, so this will probably see the light of day in maybe a year or two. Just wanted to tell you.
When you have ideas thoughts and so on, please tell me. Also, I search for good Powerful Harry, OP Harry or similar stories. Things I like in the stories I read: No all his friends are secretly bad and he realises it. No slash Harry. No problem with Slash, but Harry was always straight for me. Sorry for all the Slash fans, it is a great genre just sooo not mine. No mary-sue like everything is perfect stories. Also, I extremely dislike the "What if Harry had a super awesome friend, or the daughter of Sirius Black or his sister by his side" stories. While I do like pets and all, I prefer to take the normal cast and twist it instead of just making up completely new main characters. So if you have any recommendations I would love to hear those. Oh, Slytherin Harry is also something I really like too.
PLEASE GIVE ME RECOMMENDATIONS!
Have fun do comment and have a good time no matter the damn virus out there.
Next up: Stones are rolling.
