Family Matters part two.
Catra was strangely touched by her conversation with her father. Glimmer was never like that, and neither was Bow and Perfuma when they speak to their parents. However, this was a very small study sample. Most of her friends didn't have parents, except for those three, she guess. She herself barely remembered her parents, having lost them when she was just a little older than the Child…. She remembered perfectly her Name Giving Day, which she celebrated with her robotic friends, but they weren't as smart as Emily, they couldn't be her friends. She sent out hundreds of balloons with invitations, but no one came. Only the regency council sent her a card with good wishes and an apology that they couldn't come due to the castle's security system. That day she realized that Castle Crypto was not her home, but a prison. That she was Entrapped there.
„Has something happened to you Entrapta?" Catra asked her, looking at her closely, and Catra's amazing shape-shifting companion brushed against her leg. He must be tested someday, take a DNA sample, do such creatures even have DNA? He needs to ask Catra to ask him about it. Ah, Catra asked her a question…
„I thought about my parents... „ She answered simply, thinking that was enough for her friend, but the friend kept asking.
„Do you know that you never actually talked about them?"
„There's nothing to talk about. They were there and they are no longer there. That's all." she replied to her friend and looked into her datapad. There was data on this strange wolf, she should probably look it up. But she felt Catra's gaze on her and realized that this answer wasn't enough for her, so she looked up from her device and said.
„They're gone, Catra. They left me when I was younger than a Child. I only remember that they said they would go somewhere and they would come back, but they didn't come back... „ She fell silent. Why were they talking about the rhyme? She had so much work to do... Much more important than thinking about... those people.
"I'm so sorry..." Catra said. There was sadness in her voice. She didn't need to mention it. Now Catra is sad. She smiled at Catra.
„ Nothing happened. I built myself much better parents after that. They hugged me every time I pressed a button on the remote control. And they never left me. I have to fix them though. Then I will introduce them Hordak and they will definitely like him. I programmed them to like any of my partner I introduced to them. And I will introduce you to them too! They are supposed to like my friends too... I just don't know about the Child... At that time I wasn't thinking about parenting, but I think I can reprogram them without any problems and the Child will have the best grandparents in the world!"
Catra looked at her painfully. Why? After all, what she told her was so happy, right?
„I promise you that we will look for them someday... After the wedding and when everything would be clear. Do you know where they could have gone?„
Why does Catra keep asking this? It was completely unimportant!
„They went deep into the Mines of Dryll. I guess they wanted to explore the network of tunnels that stretched beneath the mountains. Apparently it is supposed to reach inside Etheria... I think so. Remember those tunnels beneath the City of Elder Things! I think I even told you about the trip I was thinking about. Maybe this isn't such a bad idea! I think my parents left me recordings of their previous expeditions, but I haven't had time to look through them... Do you think your father will let me explore his ship?"
Catra looked at her confused.
„Ship? You've probably seen plenty of them, and most of them don't compare to Darla. Besides, it was probably a very small ship. " her friend said uncertainly. She tilted her head in surprise. She kept forgetting that others sometimes didn't notice such obvious things.
„But each of these ships was different from the others, or at least from those from other planets. And usually, before the technology of interplanetary travel had developed, Horde Prime arrived and destroyed everything." she started to explain, but Catra protested
„But Icarus was a trading hub before the Galactic Horde arrived there..."
She waved her hair.
„That's an exception, and besides, it didn't last long. And they... have been developing for hundreds of years without Prime's presence . They didn't even know it existed. Imagine these centuries of uninterrupted development. Exchange of knowledge and thoughts... Peaceful coexistence of thousands of species and civilizations that could share their achievements for mutual prosperity." she looked into Catra's amazing two-colored eyes, secretly hoping that her friend would understand what she was getting at. However, Catra seemed skeptical. Was it all really so difficult to understand? Maybe she should be more explicit. "They must have technology that we do not know or even imagine." now understanding appeared on the face of the cat-human, extremely fascinating hybrid. "And besides, there was no heart in the one in other regions of the galaxy, so magic functioned normally there. Who knows what their sorcerers can do. Maybe there are other non-dead creatures living there, like that creature you fought in Mystacor, or Extra Dimensional entities , or maybe even dragons... I've heard a theory that dragons were actually a kind of winged cats. Isn't this fascinating?"
Catra must have not really liked her statement, because her friend turned slightly green.
„The not-dead are not creatures I would want to deal with again. Not to mention some dragons, and besides, in all the drawings they look like fire-breathing winged lizards. What extra-dimensional beings are supposed to be , I don't even want to find out." Her friend muttered. She was ready to start explaining her theory about the existence of other dimensions and the entities that inhabit them, but Catra motioned for her to let her finish. "I'll try to talk to him… to the Lord Admiral… to my father… But I don't promise he'll agree."
„Oh, you can tell him that if he's worried about his ship, his friend can accompany me. This Lady Ka will definitely agree to accompany me and will answer all my questions... And I have a LOT of them!" she exclaimed excitedly. Catra looked at her in disbelief.
„Entrapta! This woman wanted to kill you! – her friend exclaimed. She looked at it surprised.
„Many have tried. You too." She stated, but when her friend flinched, she realized that she must have mentioned something that still hurt her, so she added. "It was just a misunderstanding. I was just sneaking up on her superior for no reason, so I thought I was a ruthless murderer who wanted to kill her superior."
Catra smiled as she mentioned being a murderer. She didn't understand what was so funny about it. She didn't use violence because it was wrong... But she could create a assassin bot, just by working on it for a while. Such a machine will definitely be useful to them. She was already reaching for Datapad to do a preliminary design, but then her friend said.
„She smiles at you like a snake smiles at a baby bird."
She frowned.
„Snakes don't smile. They generally have no facial expressions. Unless you're talking about snake people, but that's kind of offensive."
Catra tried to say something, but then she heard a loud screech in her head.
„She's so pretty!"
Judging by Catra's expression, she heard him too, because she stiffened, and then they heard quick footsteps and a new person was standing next to them. At first she wondered where an ant the size of Catra came from and why she wore a short skirt. And then she understood. It was a real Insectoid. She had heard that Horde Prime extremely hated these types of races and exterminated them as soon as he encountered them, so she must have come from outside the Empire. She definitely came with Catra's dad! She had colorful ribbons attached to her antennae, and she wore a white T-shirt and a short skirt, it still looked strange. She had two legs and two pairs of arms, but the lower arms were smaller, slightly tucked in, and she wore gloves on them. She stood next to Catra, hugged her with one arm, and stretched her out in front of her with the other, holding a very modern-looking datapad .
„Oh, you're cute! Like a little kitten, but a big! Do something kitty-like now!" she squealed in their heads again. Catra stood stiffly, her fists and mouth clenched, and Melog glowed with every color of the rainbow.
„Could you please stop squeaking in my head... By the way, have you heard of such a thing as personal space!" Catra drawled
„Well of course. Don't worry, a cute kitty like you will never invade my personal space!" echoed in their heads again. And then she saw that the insectoid was holding her datapad on a retractable holder, so she could take photos of herself and anyone standing next to her. Fascinating!
„ If you don't let me go soon, I won't be nice anymore and I'll rip your antennae's off." her friend growled and extended her claws. Melog was red with anger. The insectoid girl looked at Catra with what seemed to be resentment, but she quickly backed away from the cat girl.
„By Hylax and Shelyn! Just because you have emotional problems doesn't give you the right to take it out on others! – they felt her irritation in their heads. Catra looked angrily at Shiren with narrowed eyes. She took the opportunity and approached the journalist and started talking into her dictaphone.
„Entry number 38332. Today there was the first contact with a representative of an unknown race of insectoids . She seems friendly." she looked at the still furious Catra. "Although opinions on this subject are divided."
The insectoid looked at her in surprise.
„What do you mean the first one! I am Shiren after all. Don't you have Shirens here !?" She asked her.
„She claims that she is a representative of a species called Shiren and that her species is common in the galaxy."
Shiren looked at her in surprise.
„Common! I am not commonI I have my own channel on Eye of Beholder with three hundred thousand followers. This is not something common." the Insectoid woman huffed. "By the way, my name is Ashurk Klock . I am a very famous influencer and Social Media Advisor to the Lord Admiral." Shiren explained and she ruffled her hair curiously. So many new fascinating concepts!
„ And I'm Princess Entrapta. Ruler of Beast Island and former Lady of Dryl. President of the Creators Guild... And many other titles... And there's my friend Catra and her companion Melog." she pointed at Catra and her friend, who were no longer angry but were just looking at them in amazement.
Ashurk tilted her head to the side in surprise
„Oh, so you use your internet nickname! I'm Strawbery-Ant22. I don't know your websites and social groups, but I'd love to learn about them... as soon as you tell me how to connect to the local network? Because I visited the entire castle, I even woke up the queen, but even she didn't know how to contact her. Maybe you know how to connect to it, because I need to connect and upload my recordings and maybe contact my followers, and also update the Lord Admiral's profile on the Book of Faces because I haven't done it for several weeks. There was no Internet on Taurus, because there was a war, although in my opinion the war is not a reason not to take care of your network life and health, but Etheria is supposedly a very nice and peaceful place, so there should be access to the network with good bandwidth, right? In my home, on Atrax, access to social media is considered one of the basic rights of thinking beings, much more important than, for example, education or access to clean air."
Entrapta stared at Ashurk with pure delight. For the first time in her life, she completely did not understand what the other person was talking about. It was a strange feeling, a little unnerving, and at the same time she felt like she was having an epiphany. This is how others feel when they talk to her?
„Network? Yes, I'm trying to create something like that here on Etheria , but everyone associates it too much with Horde Prime . You have something like this on Atrax, right? Will you tell me about it?" she asked, rubbing her hands and hair."
„Oh, the Infonet is the most wonderful place in the Galaxy. Billions of beings meet there and... well, they do a thing!" the insectoid girl explained to her .
„What things? "she asked, feeling uncontrollable interest.
„Well, various things... Important things! For example, watch photos of furry, cuddly animals and food... „ replied Shiren. She had no idea what she was talking about, but it was definitely technical jargon with some fascinating ideas hidden behind it. He just needs to listen carefully to the insectoid and I will find out everything.
„I guess I'll go now... „ said Catra, looking at them uncertainly. "Since you two get along so well…" and she walked away, leaving her with her amazing new friend.
The last time she had such a bad wake-up was when she first woke up on Velvet Glove, alone and abandoned, at the mercy of a mad tyrant... Okay. Then, when she woke up on Eridani with a fever of almost forty degrees and snotty because she didn't realize it was winter there, it was also bad, but she was completely unprepared for something like that. The guard woke her up with a call that someone from the Lord Admiral had come to see her on extremely important business, and she jumped to her feet. Then an ant in a mini skirt ran into her bedroom and started screaming at her that she needed her help. Screaming in her head, let's add. It almost stopped hurting her. She asked the ant what happened and it started screaming again, still in its head, that there was no connection to the local network. Without it, her fans have no contact with her…. She frowned. It didn't sound like anything really important, certainly not important enough to wake her up after three hours of sleep. She wanted to yell at her, but Bow politely told her that her problem would be solved soon, and for now she should eat breakfast. The ant nodded and left. However, further sleep was out of the question, so she first dealt with her morning sickness, which she had been having a lot lately, and then she went to eat breakfast herself, and then went to her Torture Chamber, i.e. the royal office. She had no idea how her mother had stayed there for so long. Especially when there was a war, she had to deal with it, and dad... was missing. Now she finally understood how hard it was for her mother sometimes... Her mother was alive. She still couldn't get used to the thought. It was similar to the fact that her dad survived. When the war finally ended, for several months she always remained silent when he entered the room where she was staying. Even Catra found it easier to talk to him then, though maybe she should have told Catra especially. Sometimes she envied her friend's relationship with her dad. Although they eventually managed to form a bond, it was never as… simple and direct as the one created by Cat Girl.
And now her mother was alive, but she had become as alien as possible. Her evening certainty that everything would somehow work out was gone, leaving behind the dark specter of fear and worry. What if she doesn't remember it? And will he never remember? Will she ever become what she once was? It's like she died a second time. Or worse yet, she remembers everything but doesn't care? What if she had changed so much that all that was left was hatred, without any love. She heard her father's stories about the Light Spinner . She was, according to her father, a wise and noble, although demanding teacher. Some of her former friends and colleagues spoke similarly about her... She had sometimes seen these traits in her when she taught her sorcery during those few months of the final period of the war. But Catra and Adora only knew her as a monster who did everything to ruin their lives. If Light Spinner could become Shadow Weaver, then her Mother, Queen Angela, could become Captain Moonshadow…
Shadow Weaver is alive. It was so… Unfair. The woman who had taken her father away, who had imprisoned and tortured her, who had feed the worst in her, was alive and probably well, while her mother, for all her sacrifice, was punished with suffering and contempt. She had often heard people from Eridani and the smaller continent of Icarus called Dedalus talk about the mercy and graciousness of the so-called gods. If there really were beings so powerful in the universe, why did they let him suffer such a fate?
She realized that she was reading the document for the fifth time, completely not understanding what it said. She sighed and yawned. She once signed documents without reading them, which resulted in her giving the entire mountain to some scammer from Ikarus. Then she looked at HighMinister Shou. Otter person usually helped her with the paperwork, but today she was especially distracted, even jittery. She was hardworking and very empathetic, and she think it was the latter quality that made Shou feel so bad. The previous night had been harrowing for all of them, and Sou felt what each of them had experienced. She knew how difficult it was to watch her friends suffer, so she understood the High Minister well. And the specter of war still hung over them, so the woman who wanted peace suffered twice as much. Fortunately, it looked like they could avoid the worst, although now it was all up to Catra. "Trust her. In these five years, she hasn't given you the slightest reason to suspect her of anything. She's your goddamn friend." she said to herself. The problem was that she didn't trust her father at all. Fortunately, Catra shared this view… So much good.
She sighed, wiped her temples and said to the minister with a friendly smile.
„I guess that's it for today, neither of us can focus on work, so I guess we need to rest and sort it all out. I'm going to the training room." she said and tried to teleport. This time she succeeded and she screamed happily as she entered the Training Room.
The training was surprisingly pleasant, it relaxed her a lot, and the return of her teleportation skills greatly improved her mood. After half an hour, Adora came in. They looked at each other surprised. It was probably the first time since they had known each other that she was here before the warrior. For a moment she tried to check in with her friend to find out how she and her fiancée were feeling, and finally she asked.
„How... How Catra feels?" She asked carefully, but Adora smiled warmly, so she felt extremely relieved, and then the warrior added.
„She didn't really want to get up, but she didn't seem as scared as I thought she would be."
„So she's with him now." she said quietly, but she had the impression that her words echoed ominously throughout the room. They were silent because there was nothing to add. Now everything was in Catra's hands. What happened to all of them depended on her. All they could do now was wait patiently.
The training room was built for them by Entrapta, using some of the equipment from the Fright Zone, as well as holographic projectors brought from Ikarus. It was a completely new quality of training for her and Bow, although Catra was used to most of the exercises available here, but Adora Well, nothing could replace the training sessions Light Hope provided her, although they had no idea how many secrets the ancient AI was hiding from them.. However, without her, Adora couldn't train She-Ra's powers... Not without the risk of blowing the entire training room to pieces... In the future, they planned to make three similar training rooms. One for the Eherian soldiers, one for the sorcerers of Mystacor , and a third for all the princesses, so that together they could develop their powers now strengthened by the annihilation of the Heart of Etheria . But it was a song of the future, which now appeared in increasingly darker colors...
Suddenly Brother Blade marched in. He was very upset that he had been tricked by Catra's sister and she managed to escape. The Grand Marshal didn't blame him for it, but the clone was very concerned about his failure.
„Queen Glimmer! A woman wants to see you immediately. Judging by his appearance, he's not from the Empire!„ The clone shouted. She sighed and said.
„Enter them... „ she said and thought. "Will this procession of newcomers never end?"
They decided to welcome their guest to the Training Room since he insisted on meeting her immediately. They didn't wait long for her. After a few minutes, the guards, led by the clone, ushered in the tall woman. She was approximately forty years old. She had long golden hair and a scar on her face caused by some caustic substance. Still, she was quite attractive. She was clad in ominous-looking plate armor that clanged loudly with every step. She had a strange sword attached to her belt, completely incongruous with the outfit she wore. She actually looked friendly enough, if it weren't for those eyes. He affects many of the inhabitants of Etheria, as well as some people from planets conquered by Prime . It was the mark of war burned away by decades of war, often a lifetime spent fighting. Only while in others it glowed like stars in the sky, here it burned like the sun she had seen on other planets... although wasn't the sun just a star seen up close? In any case, she would definitely be able to take down all the guards and only Brother Blade would put up any resistance. She and Adora would obviously be able to handle her...She guess.
The woman stood in front of them and knelt on one knee.
„I am Asindesa di Vir, Lady of Blades of the Order of Eclipse, Hell Knight." she shouted loudly. Newcomer. Most of the terms meant nothing to her, but she had heard about Hell from the people of Eridani. It was supposed to be a legendary land full of monsters or something like that.
„We are pleased to see you, Asindesa di Vir, Lady of Blades." she wasn't sure how she should address the newcomer. "What brings you to us?
The woman stood up and spoke in a slightly softer voice.
„I was on leave and wanted to rest in this place after the hardships of the fight, but I heard rumors that someone from the Research and Exploration Fleet had arrived here, so I decided that I should also introduce myself to your majesty."
She sighed and said in a tired voice.
„Call me Glimmer, or if you prefer to call me, just call me queen. We on Etheria are not that formal in our everyday lives. „ She pointed to Adora , who was looking at the knight with a strange expression on her face. "This is Adora She-Ra, Princess of Power. In fact, Lord Admiral Antares , commander of the Research and Exploration Fleet, came here. I understand he is your superior?"
Hearing her words, the woman grimaced.
„I follow the orders of the Lord Admiral, because I and my soldiers have been delegated to the fleet, but my only superior is the Lictor of my order."
"Everything is starting to get more and more complicated," she thought, feeling more and more tired and depressed, and then added.
„I will order the servants to prepare a room for you in the castle." she ordered in a quiet voice, but the woman shook her head and said.
„There is no need. I will stop at one of the local temples. We usually do this on our personal hikes".
"I think we have one," Glimmer thought, and Asindesa continued.
„ I would just like to ask for the freedom to roam around your castle, Queen Glimmer.
She hesitated. She wasn't entirely sure if that was a good idea, but she nodded and said.
„You will be notified accordingly, but I would like you and the Lord Admiral to come to dinner this evening." she only just came up with this idea, but it seemed quite good.
Asindesa nodded and was about to leave when Adora asked in a serious voice.
„Where did you get this sword?"
Asindesa hesitated for a moment before answering.
„A great warrior gave it to me just before he passed away."
She felt a little guilty about leaving Entrapta with that annoying mind-talking ant, but she guess that Lady Dryl and she liked their company, so she probably shouldn't worry. For her, hearing a strange voice in her head was a terrible experience. Too similar to what she felt when she was chipped by Horde Prime. She preferred to limit being around this person as much as possible, especially since he was extremely irritating. She used to get mad at Scorpia when he invaded her personal space, but she's become a bit more patient since then, and Scorpia has learned that not everyone likes being hugged. This girl was pushy and treated her like she was a pet which was so annoying! She was one hell of a Grand Marshal, and she earned that title. Some idiot squeaking in others heads won't treat her as if she were an element of decoration... With which to take pictures.
As she was thinking, she heard Castaspelia's voice .
„Oh! Catra! It's wonderful to have you here."
She turned around and saw the Chief Sorceress. She seemed surprisingly tired. Well, organizing a royal wedding was tiring for anyone, and here she was also taking care of her and Adora's wedding. She couldn't forget about that fight in the library either. She managed to cope with it somehow, but not everyone had to be as tough as her and as resistant to the horror lurking in the dark corners of the world. Her mind was forged in the fire of suffering and fear... After all, she was a child of the Fright Zone and a "ward of the Shadow Weaver". Standing next to the Chief Sorcerer was Nightgale . Given that she carried a notebook with her, she probably became Castaspeli's assistant . Whatever she thought about this woman, she was definitely helping Aunt Casta with organizational matters
„Hello, Castaspella!. How are wedding preparations going?„ She asked, smiling friendly. The Chief Sorcerer beamed, even though she was exhausted,
„Oh, this will be a wonderful event. We'll make holograms projecting the four of you and Melog in the sky ! And guess what! We will organize a real Masquerade Ball!
"What" was all she thought. The lack of a masquerade ball and Masks in general was one of the few wishes she had for her own wedding. She guessed that even though Casta didn't like her, she probably didn't do it maliciously, just out of distraction, but she still felt a burning anger. Seeing the smile disappear from her face, she felt dejected.
„Wait, this wasn't supposed to be a Masquerade Ball, right? Oh, somehow I'm trying to cancel everything. I'm sure I can do it if I hurry." said the Head Sorceress Princess with panic in her voice. She touched the bridge of her nose with her fingers and told her in a tired voice.
„It doesn't matter anyway. Now you have to figure out how to entertain my father and his entourage."
„Your father?!" Castapela asked in shock. Nevertheless, Nightgale was amazed . It even surprised her. In a few words she explained to her what had happened.
Then she smelled it. He was very weak, she even felt like she was imagining him... But he was incredibly repulsive. She was used to terrible smells. Just living in the Fright Zone made her immune to the stench, not even counting the toilet cleaning she was often tasked with as part of Shadow Weaver's punishment. But this was something completely different. Unnaturally terrible… She turned and saw two women. One of them was Klementine , a small and sad girl with purple hair and sharp, deep green eyes, the daughter of General Jocelyn . She knew her, but not very well. Supposedly, she spent her childhood with the General's ex-wife somewhere in the Dryl Mountains, but that woman died during the occupation, so the girl lived in Brightmoon. Their relationship was complicated, to say the least. Her mother lost part of her power to the Grand Marshal, but she probably didn't blame anyone for it, because she preferred to take care of her daughter. She wasn't entirely sure, but it seemed to her that Klementine had a distaste for both her and Glimmer, which she could understand. She had the right to blame them for the death of one of her mothers. But the other woman was unknown to her, although she immediately guessed who she was. She was beautiful and tall, blonde, with wonderful long hair. She was beautiful, but something made the hairs that grew along her spine stand on end. She was the source of that smell.
„ Good morning You must be that famous Grand Marshal Catra. Very nice to meet you. I am Lady Cala Grayskull of Carurystal, descendant of Mara , which I guess makes me sort of your future wife's closest relative…" she held out her hand, smiling at her even though her eyes were cold.
Nightgale, despite her amazing discoveries, could not return to Castle Crypto and think things through as Scarlet, because she had to remain in her role as the assistant to the chief sorceress, although being in this body was not as tiring, unlike working for Castaspelia. Well, that woman had a right to feel distracted. After all, it's not every day you see someone come back from the dead. She only wished she knew anything about what they were talking about, but it was only a matter of time before she found out everything. She just needs to be patient. However, she managed to gain a new, wonderful ally whose help will be invaluable...
„Something happened here... Something unusual. Can you feel it?" she heard Aaravos' voice coming from the small millipede in her ear. Giving Castaspelia the document that would allow her to take the mirror to her room was child's play. The Head Sorceress was so distracted that she didn't pay attention to what she was signing. Performing the ritual was much more difficult. The wound she had inflicted on herself to split the blood was still throbbing with pain. But it was a sacrifice worth making. Thanks to this, at this moment, this strange Saihe could walk alongside her through the halls of Brightmoon Castle .
She had to agree with him. Something happened here. She felt it in the behavior of the guards keeping the castle safe. At first she thought maybe one of the brothers had attacked, or maybe Lonnie had carried out some action that she hadn't bothered to tell her about. Then she came to the conclusion that it was because of Frosta's dethronement , which must have shocked everyone present. Castaspella paced around her room for a good fifteen minutes and muttered to herself, probably convinced that Shadow Weaver was responsible for everything. The truth was much more mundane. She felt sorry for Frosta, but there was little she could do about what happened to her... The Ice Princess was one of the few people who showed kindness to her despite learning the truth about her...
They then came across Catra. Of course, the Grand Marshal didn't even suspect who she was dealing with, but why would she suspect the Head Sorcerer's assistant of anything? She felt like, for a brief moment, telling her about her mother's, or rather their mother's, recent visit, but of course she couldn't and wasn't sure she really wanted to. Aaravos regarded the feline girl with surprising interest, though he clearly wasn't going to tell her why, and she couldn't ask without arousing suspicion. However, during what they expected was an ordinary conversation, it turned out that Catra had found out yesterday that she had a father, which was only surprising, but that father was from outside Etheri and came from outside Etheri. For a moment she wondered if he was the person Foretold by the Creeping Chaos, but the Great Outer God would hardly forget to mention his emissary's connection, but then again, who could fathom Nyarlathotep's motives? However, she had to quickly let Lonnie know that there had been a complete shift in the balance of power on the planet. But before she thought about the next steps she should take, but then she felt It!
It was power. Strange and Wonderful. Powerful and Terrible, beyond anything she had ever encountered, except perhaps that one burst of power when Horde Prime was annihilated. She turned and looked at her, at Cala Grayskull , a demigoddess who walks among mortals. Perfection Incarnate.
