Story Start!

It was a gathering.

Porno stood, and standing behind her were her Minions. 100 women who were dressed in the sluttiest of outfits that you could imagine, and they were lined up at attention behind her with looks of determined loyalty. She had way more than a mere 100 minions, but the prostitutes who worked for her numbered in the thousands at this point, and she could only invite the Top 100 earners among them.

Aruka was standing in her own section of the room, and behind her was her 60 minions that she had at her disposal. While Porno had her minions dressed like sluts, Aruka had her minions dressed in the Official Minion uniform. The only change to the uniform was that their clothes were made to be slightly thicker and more flame resistant, to go along with how their bodies were also made a little more heat resistant as well. Their masks were changed to be shaped the same as Aruka's mask, and they took the same posture as their general with their arms crossed and legs wide.

Finally was Esdeath, standing with 15 of her own minions. They had a customized uniform as well, and their uniforms were thicker, the same as the official Minion uniform, but it was built for a snowy climate. The other change was that they wore thick snow boats instead of the regular boots. She had the least minions available to attend the meeting, since she only had 21 minions in total, and 6 of them were currently in the torture chamber helping her practice her torture techniques.

She and her minions saluted Naruto.

Naruto.

Out of uniform since he just couldn't decide on what he wanted to be his uniform. Still, despite being out of uniform and sitting down on his throne with his eyes closed... the lack of grin on his face was a very telling sign for everyone who had known him for long enough. He seemed to be displeased by something, and nobody said anything.

"... Porno... Aruka... Esdeath... and..." Naruto stated.

Confusion.

"There isn't another General sir." Porno stated to Naruto, since he sounded like he was going to continue what he was saying. Porno looked over at Aruka, who had been tasked with finding General Candidates. Naruto had found Esdeath by pure coincidence, just like how he found her and Aruka. Naruto had been the one to find all of his Generals by accident, though Aruka called it divine intervention.

Esdeath called it destiny.

"Sir, there are very few villains who are up to par with my expectations for your generals." Aruka couldn't apologize enough for her failure. She had been looking constantly, but whenever she found a villain who seemed to have potential, she murdered them too easily. If they had given her even the slighest amount of trouble, she would bring the corpse back to Naruto to revive them.

Esdeath smirked, and Aruka wanted to melt her face for it.

"My Dear Naruto, please allow me to take over for Aruka. The Lady of Flame is just too passionate... finding a general takes a cool head." Esdeath didn't help that urge with what she said.

Naruto tossed something on the floor in front of them.

It was a dead fox.

The fox had surgery scars all over it's body, and it had 8 extra tails surgically attacked to it's tailbone. Everyone looked at the mutilated fox, and Naruto leaned forward to show how displeased he was with finding that.

"Find who did this, and bring them to me." Naruto stated an actual order for everyone in the room. Esdeath picked up the fox corpse by the scruff of it's neck, and she looked at it for awhile. She looked for any telling signs of who might have done this. Esdeath tossed it towards Porno after taking something from it's mouth, who caught the fox by the tail and looked over it.

She took her time.

'These are fine surgical cuts. Whoever did this is skilled, and the tails are properly attached. If Naruto found it recently, then he must have found it when he went to swim in the river... meaning somebody tossed it in the river from upstream.' Porno thought as she absorbed everything that she could from the dead fox. She passed it to Aruka, who just looked at the fox.

Aruka closed her eyes and dropped the fox after she pulled a small chip from it's skull.

'The fox has a tracking chip in it. It's sublte, but you can see where it was put in.' Aruka thought as she got what was needed. "My Lord... what is to be done with the person when I find them?" Aruka questioned. "... How much may I hurt them?"

Naruto smiled.

"Bring them here unharmed, and alive." Naruto knew that both Aruka and Esdeath could kill a person without harming them. "Porno... your job is to financially bankrupt whoever did this. I want them to be broke." Naruto told Porno with a smile.

His smile was off though.

Naruto got up and went to where Aruka dropped the fox. He picked the fox up, and he cradled it in his arm. All of the scars on it's body started to disappear before them. The marks all over it from abuse vanished as well. The fox started to breath again, and it showed clear and obvious aggression as it snapped down on Naruto's hand.

"You vermin-"

"Ah, how adorable. You are just the cutest little guy." Naruto started to pet the fox biting him like it was a cute animal. He didn't seem to mind being bitten and injured at all. He went right back to his throne, sat down. The now living Kyuubi was still biting him, but it paused when Naruto started to pet it just the right way. The aggressive fox became passive soon enough, and settled down on Naruto's throne with him.

Naruto's smile seemed right again, no longer was it off.

"Yeah, find the person who did this. It takes a huge lack of morals to do this kind of experimentation on an animal, they sound like a perfect General Candidate... they have some kind of twisted goal." Naruto was in a better mood now, so he was happy to tell everyone what his goal was.

He didn't have a mad scientist among his Generals, or somebody who did experiments on animals. Porno was a source of funding with her whores, and she participated in blackmail and sex work. Aruka was a good thug and thief, which made her valuable for intimidation. Esdeath hadn't been around too long to really show what she could do in the art of villainy.

'A blond hair... a long blond hair. Not one of Naruto's hairs... judging by the smell of it, there is a strong hair product. This is a very expensive product for women's hair.' Esdeath had a clue that she could use. She was looking for a wealthy woman with blond hair, who lived close enough that she could toss the bodies of animals that bit her during experiments.

'I see, my job isn't to capture... once Aruka or Esdeath find out who did it. Still, he doesn't seem angry, so why does he want them bankrupted... ah... I see.' Porno smiled when she realized that Naruto was planning to make the person accept a general position by ruining them.

Naruto laughed.

"I'm looking forward to meeting the last General. Do you think you could do it within a week?" Naruto asked his generals.

"A week is too-"

"Consider it done in less time." Aruka promised that she would find the person and bring them to him within the time. Porno had started to speak up, but hadn't gotten to finish her point.

Edeath smirked.

"Aruka needs a week... I could do it in less than 3 days." Esdeath already had a single strand of hair, and that was far more than she actually needed to track down the person. She had all the information needed just from the state the fox was in. She glanced over at Aruka, and saw the fire woman glaring cold death at her.

There was an instant hatred between them.

"That sounds awesome. Tell you what, whoever finds the person the fastest gets to ask Porno for whatever reward we can afford to give you." Naruto placed the responsibility for the reward on Porno's shoulders. He didn't know what to reward the winner with, so he was sure that Porno would know.

She sighed.

"The winner of this stupid competition will win whatever prize that is limited to under 1,000,000 yen in worth." Porno didn't really want to reward the general who won with anything. They should do the job simply because they were asked to do it, and not need an extra reward. She had been working with Naruto for a year now, and sure he gave her rewards all the time, but it wasn't like she asked for them or even expected them. She gave 150% of her effort because it was the correct thing to do in her position.

'Date with a 1,000,000 yen limit... worth it.' Esdeath thought with a smirk.

'Forcing Esdeath watch me spend a dinner date with our lord... worth the effort.' Aruka couldn't wait to force Esdeath to watch as she enjoyed a pleasant dinner with their leader, and right in front of her as she sat on the floor like a dog.

"Go my Generals! Go find Lu..." Naruto almost said the woman's name. "... the lucky 4th General." Naruto shouted out louder than his slip.

Fixed it.

They didn't need to know that he already knew who the woman was, since he had taken one of the hairs inside of the fox's mouth and used his quirk to make a clone of the woman, and then just look online for who she was. They didn't need to know that he could just go and do all of this by himself.

They did not need to know he was testing them for his own amusement.
