This is the 5th chapter. I don't own the series of One Piece.

The Pirate Hunter! Zoro, the Wandering Swordsman!

Somewhere at sea

Few days passed since the fireworks festival, both Ventus and Zoro are now taking a break from the spar. Zoro was napping against the rail while Ventus was looking at the view of the sea. The rest of the Straw Hats however, are looking for the reef for Usopp to use as a target practice after he managed to get some of the gunpowder from the Fireworks Island. Ventus wasn't interested on watching Usopp firing the cannonballs, which the liar will mostly waste on them anyway. Robin also wasn't interested in watching Usopp firing the cannonballs, but rather she would read her book quietly.

Now, Ventus and Zoro are at the other side of the deck, resting against the wooden rails. Zoro then glances over at the young Dragoon, noticing that he's got the Garlean Empire on his mind and his homeland, Ishgard, is about to be invade soon. Zoro knows that Ventus' treatment is bad because of him being treated as an outcast by his people, the dragons of Dravania, and his uncles. Also, the death of Ventus' parents in front of him despite being young, but apparently, he cared about two of his homelands because it's his home. But like Vivi, Ventus' mind is in turmoil after learning about Ishgard about to be invaded and the Garlean Empire gathering the army.

He then thought of an idea for Ventus to get it out of his mind.

"Hey, kid." Zoro called him, earned his attention. "Remember what I told you about Kuina's promise to become the 'World's Greatest Swordsman'?"

Ventus respond with a nod.

"Well, you already know about 'Hawkeye' Mihawk's reputation and his swordsmanship skills, along with the title he's holding." Zoro told him. "Also, he's reason why I'm looking for him in order to beat him."

And with that, Zoro began telling the young Dragoon about himself wandering around in the East Blue, looking for 'Hawkeye' Mihawk and how he first met Johnny and Yosaku, before meeting Luffy.

Somewhere around in the island, few months ago

Somewhere on the island, Zoro was wandering around in the middle of the desert with only one sword he was carrying and in tattered clothes. While at the pub from town known as 'W Brothers', a group of bandits were laughing while the big bandit named Billy was drunk. The two of the bounty hunters, Jonny and Yosaku were sitting while listening them from behind.

Billy is pale skin toned man with a patched-like horizontal scar on his forehead. He wore a knee and elbow pads, a blue and brown top, and also had bandages wrapped around his body. He also wore a beige pants and a purple garment around his waist.

"Boys, we ain't leaving until we drank every drop of liqour in this joint!" Billy snarled with a laugh.

"Geez, this is gonna be the 5th bar you've said at the end of the say, Billy."

"What can I say, I'm thirsty!" Billy comments when they burst into a laugh.

"That big guy behind us, there's a 5 million berries bounty on him." Yosaku told him, going through the list of wanted posters.

"Yeah, but...but look at him, let's just back off." Johnny suggested with a smirk, didn't want to fight Billy.

"But Johnny, if all we ever do is go after small timers, we'll never get anywhere." Yosaku argued. "If we're gonna make it as bounty hunters, we have to start going after the big fish."

"Yeah, I agree." Johnny agreed. "But that guy is more than big, he's humungous. Even we could lose by a hair."

Even though, Johnny does make a valid point about Billy's sheer size while Yosaku also makes a valid point about going for the big bounty instead of small bounty since neither of them gets anywhere for the debate. Then, the door was opened which it got their attention, seeing Zoro at the entrance when Billy looked at the swordsman with a scowl in his eyes. Zoro entered inside of the bar, walking towards the bar stand as he sat on the chair, placing the sword on the table.

"Give me something to eat, will ya." Zoro said when the bartender turns to him while washing the plate.

"Got money?"

"Well, not at the moment." Zoro answered simply. "But I will, right after I collect the bounty who's sitting at that table back there."

Billy and the bandits knew who Zoro's talking about which happens to be the 5 million berries on the bandit leader's head. Billy turns with a sneer as he spoke.

"You've got it all wrong stranger." Billy states as he stood up and charges after him with the sword on his hand. "Cuz' I'm going to cut you into a bite-sized pieces!"

And just as Billy swings his sword down, Zoro quickly blocks the sword of his own without looking. Billy was trying to move his blade, but couldn't because of Zoro monstrous strength, despite not eating anything during his wandering the entire East Blue, looking for 'Hawkeye' Mihawk. Billy was still struggling on pushing the blade with his strength, but couldn't because of Zoro holding the blade with ease.

"I hope you'll forgive me, I normally put up more of a fight, but I haven't eaten today." Zoro told him. "Answer me this, gruesome, you do have a bounty on your head, right?"

"Yeah, it's a big one, too!" Billy answered with a sneer. "Last I check, it was 5 million berries!"

"Really? Then I'll be eating well." Zoro states.

"What?!" Billy exclaimed.

Zoro then uses a quick draw technique, horizontally slashing Billy in the chest as he was sent flying with a scream in pain, crashed against the floor with blood on his chest. Johnny, Yosaku, and the bandits were completely stunned of Zoro easily beaten Billy with sheer strength. Zoro then drew his sword back on the sheathe, sits on the chair.

"Alright, you heard what he's worth, now give me some grub." Zoro suggested.

"Yes sir! Coming right up!"

With that, the bartender quickly heading towards the kitchen to make the food for him while the bandits flees, leaving Billy behind and leaving both Johnny and Yosaku alone with Zoro next to them.

"That was...amazing!" Johnny said with awe of Zoro's strength while Yosaku goes through the list of the wanted posters.

"That guy is not on the wanted list. He's not an outlaw, but if he's a bounty hunter, I don't know who he is." Yosaku states when he and Johnny turns to Zoro, who's eating his food when the bartender places a plate of food next to him.

"Could he be the 'Pirate Hunter' we heard so much about lately?" Johnny inquires curiously. "You know, the one who's supposed to be so brutal."

"Nah! That guy nearly has one sword." Yosaku points out. "Word has it that the pirate hunter always carries three of them. One sword is supposed to be famous with a white sheathe. And also, people always subscribe as a bounty hunter as a demon beast who's taken the form of a man."

"Oh yeah, he didn't look like that at all." Johnny agrees, then stood up from his seat. "Well, in that case, we can't let some newbie come in and steal our bounty right out from under our noses!"

Johnny then walked towards Zoro, which Yosaku tried to stop him, but ignored him. Zoro continued eating, but heard the footsteps as he turns to Johnny and Yosaku.

"Listen here, pal, there's certain guidelines for bounty hunting." Johnny told him with a glare. "You know, like not stealing another hunters prey."

"What?" Zoro asks in confusion.

"Unlike you, we didn't want to make any extra trouble for the pup. We were waiting until we got up and went outside." Yosaku told him, clenching his fist.

"We had first dibs on the guy you just laid out!" Johnny adds, thrusting his thumb at Billy. "He was our bounty!"

Zoro can tell that both Johnny and Yosaku are right about bounty hunting, but seeing that the two are weak and didn't stand a chance against him. Even though, Zoro didn't have any problems on beating big guys like Billy, but has no interest on bounty hunting.

"Oops." Zoro said sarcastically, then gets back into eating.

"YOU LOUSY!" Johnny yelled with shark-like teeth. "Hey, I'm talking to you, buddy! You can't just waltz in here and take our prey!"

Soon as Zoro finished eating, he drops the spoon at the plate which made both Johnny and Yosaku flinched a bit.

"'Hawkeye'." Zoro muttered, stood up which it got Johnny and Yosaku confused. "Have the two of you ever heard of a 'Hawkeye' Mihawk?"

"The Mihawk? One of the Seven Warlords?" Yosaku guessed.

"I'm on a journey with the goal of defeating him." Zoro explains. "When I do, I'll become the greates swordsman in the world. I do collect bounties, but just to earn enough money to eat. I don't consider or call myself a bounty hunter."

"The greatest swordsman in the world?" Yosaku repeats, turns to Johnny with a smirk. "You hear that, partner? I really doubt that it'll happen, you've gotta be dreaming, pal."

"As a kid, that's what I've made up my mind to do." Zoro told him, leaving Johnny shocked. "And I will, despite what you say."

"No offense, but you more like the world's greatest drifter to me." Yosaku states with a mock when Zoro got out of the seat, making him and Johnny flinched back.

"I didn't know you had a claim on him, sorry about that." Zoro apologizes. "Tell you what, I'll let you take him to the Marines. You can even keep the reward money, too."

"Really?!" Johnny and Yosaku exclaims in unison, watching Zoro leaving the bar.

"Yep, just as long as you pay for my lunch." Zoro replies, left the bar and leaving Johnny and Yosaku alone which the former pondered of what the swordsman told them.

After Johnny and Yosaku left, dragging Billy towards the sheriff's office and collecting the bounty, Yosaku counts the money while Johnny is doing some thinking.

"We finally did it, Johnny, 5 million berries. We can live on this for a while and not have to chase after any bounties." Yosaku said happily, but turns to Johnny in confusion. "Hey, what's wrong? Aren't you happy?"

"Yosaku." Johnny called him, turns to him with a serious look on his face. "So, why did you become a bounty hunter?"

"Why? Well, I...I haven't ever thought about it." Yosaku told him. "To make a living, I guess."

"The small village where I was born and grew up in was extremely poor." Johnny explains, remembered about his homeland. "It didn't matter, that didn't stop the bandits from raiding and stealing what we've had, but when they came, so do the bounty hunters trying to collect the prices on the bandits head. Those guys were my heroes."

Johnny even remembered the time when his homeland was invaded by the group bandits and the village been burned down, the bounty hunters killed the group of bandits, saving what was left of the village.

"Deep in my heart, I wanted to be just like those daring men. They were brave and strong and feared no one, not even the most infamous bandits." Johnny continued. "I always used to say to myself, 'Someday, I hope I can do what those guys do.' And years later, I realized I could as a bounty hunter, taking down bad guys is the reason why I do what I do."

"Come to think of it, that's one of my reasons too." Yosaku points out, turns to him.

"When I heard when that world's greatest dude said at the pub, it really reminded me of myself back then." Johnny states, causing Yosaku to chuckle with a pat on the back.

"Hey, where do you getting all sentimental for?" Yosaku questions with a cheeky grin. "That's not like you!"

"Just shut up!" Johnny grumbled, turns to him with a sweat drop.

However, it got their attention when they heard of the sound of the people closing the windows from the inside of the building while closing the doors and the people panicked while running out of town. Both Johnny and Yosaku ran up to them as he grabs one of the villagers.

"What's wrong? What's going on here?" Johnny demands.

"It's Dick, the bandit and his gang! They're attacking the ranch on the outskirts of town!"

With that, Johnny lets him go while Yosaku goes through the wanted posters.

"Dick, the bandit?" Yosaku repeats, then found the wanted poster that said 'Dick'. "Here he is! And he's a big leader too! 10 million berries big!"

At the ranch, a bandit named Dick fired his large flintlock bazooka, destroyed the entrance of the building.

Dick is a large bulky man with a pointed nose, black spiky hair that split into three sections, and a black goatee. He wore a red and dark brown unitard-like piece of clothing with gray sash around his waist. He also wore a safety belt vest and black sweatbands on his wrists and ankles.

"Get in there! Move it!" Dick ordered as the bandits charged towards the ranch, stealing the supplies and tosses them to him. "They sure aren't a lot squared away, and now it belongs to us!"

While at the outside of the ranch, the people are watching the scene when they noticed the smoke and knew that it was Dick taking the supplies with a laugh as both Johnny and Yosaku walk passed them.

"What should we do? We can't just do nothing!"

"Well, we can't fight him, either! That's Dick the bandit up there! Better he takes our crops instead of our lives!"

"Damn, you're right!"

Back at the ranch, Dick fired his large flintlock bazooka, destroyed the other building.

"All right, next one! You know the drill! Clean it out!" Dick shouts as the bandits charges toward the other building while he turns to the civilians with a sneer. "Look at 'em, all are bunch of cowards! They won't fight for what's theirs! Don't any of 'em have the guts to do anything? Guess not, but maybe they're smart. Maybe they know the worlds divided, there are those who take and those who can take it from. They which group that they belong to, and that they're fools if they try to fight back."

Dick then burst with a laugh in triumph, but was cut short when a kid hits him in the shin with the hammer, making him yelp in pain as he looks down at him.

"So, there is a fool here." Dick muttered.

"You! Give back our food! We worked really hard to grow and what gives you creeps the right-"

Before the kid could finish his sentence, Dick smacks him in the face hard, sent him flying and crashed against the ground with a grunt which it got the villagers shouted his name.

"That's what gives us the right, ya pipsqueak." Dick mocks with a laugh when the little boy gets up with a grunt and charges after him.

"DARN YOU!"

The villagers were watching the little boy going after Dick with horror.

"Harry! No! Stop! This is suicide! Harry!"

Both Johnny and Yosaku were watching the kid about to get pummeled by Dick which it got him growled with a glare on his eyes.

"Come on!" Johnny called out with determination.

"He's as big as the other guy!" Yosaku protests, turns to him. "Even we could lose by a hair!"

"I don't care!" Johnny growled, watching Dick kicked Harry and sent him flying towards the ground. "That kid..."

Johnny then remembered of the bounty hunters took down the bandits when he was a kid.

"...He's who I use to be..." Johnny continued while watching Dick stomping the kid. "...He wants to stand up and fight for what's right...Just like I did at that age..."

And with that, both Johnny and Yosaku then charged after Dick as he shoulder tackled him, making the bandit stumbled a bit.

"What the hell?! Who are you two guys? Ranchers?" Dick demands, turns to the two bounty hunters.

"Yeah, you wish, pal! We're bounty hunters!" Johnny told him with a determined smirk.

"Bounty hunters?!" Dick snarled as he, Johnny, and Yosaku are about to get ready for a fight while Harry was able to get away from the scene. "Wait, you two are bounty hunters? And you came here to catch me? Don't make me laugh! You guys couldn't catch a cold."

"What did you say?" Yosaku questions, feeling insulted.

"Since you won't be collecting my bounty, I'll give you some charity of your mind small change." Dick mocks with a suggestion.

"We don't take stolen money!" Johnny retorted.

"Why?" Dick asks.

"Because we're not like you!" Johnny answered with a smirk. "We're not low-class thieves! We're champions of justice!?"

"Uh, we-we are?" Yosaku asks in shock, turns to him.

"Champions of justice, huh?" Dick repeats as he and the bandits laughed.

"Hey..." Yosaku whispered, about to protest.

"Partner." Johnny interrupts, turns to him. "This is something I have to do!"

"Johnny, are you sure?" Yosaku asks surprisingly, but turns into serious with a nod. "Alright then."

While Dick and the bandits continued laughing at the two bounty hunters, the leader then spoke.

"Fools! Justice doesn't exist in this day and age! All that matters is strength and you losers look like you don't have any!" Dick taunts with a laugh, causing Johnny and Yosaku to scowl at him.

"Oh yeah?! You'll see!" Johnny remarked.

"Yeah! Just this morning, we've turned in one of the wanted man to the Marines!" Yosaku adds with his fist pumps up. "The 5 million berry bounty we got is nothing to laugh at!"

That got Dick and his group of bandits stopped laughing when Yosaku mentions about the 5 million berries which happens to be Billy's bounty, but both Johnny and Yosaku are confused, wondering why did they stop laughing.

"In these parts...only one man has a bounty that big...MY BROTHER!?" Dick yelled with pure anger.

"WHAAAAAAAAAT!?" Johnny and Yosaku exclaims in shock with their faces paled in panic, showing white eyes and shark-like teeth as Dick fired his weapon at the two bounty hunters.

While the battle continued at the ranch, Zoro is making his way towards the smithing shop since two of his katanas were broken and his third sword is badly damaged, meaning he asked a blacksmith to fix it while hoping he'll pay the repairs. It got Zoro's attention when he heard a loud gunshot, turned his head for a few seconds, but turns back to the smithing shop as he walk towards the building. Soon as he went inside, noticing the blacksmith is working on making the sword, Zoro spoke to him.

"Have you finished honing the sword that I left with you?" Zoro inquires which it got his attention.

"Yep."

The blacksmith points his finger at the sword that was mounted on the sword display wall when Zoro grabs the sword, looking at the edges that has been repaired.

"Exceptional work, pal." Zoro told him, looking at the sword.

"I've spent a lot of time on it. You shouldn't be so reckless with such a precious sword! If it were an ordinary, it would've met the same fate as those two broken ones you brought in! You have to be more careful!"

"You're right, I do and I will." Zoro agrees as the blacksmith got back on making the blade.

Zoro then remembered the time of his childhood, constantly fighting against Kuina and getting beaten by her while made a promise that he'll become stronger and become the 'World's Greatest Swordsman'. Zoro then places the sword on the sheathe as he spoke.

"You did a great job." Zoro said, approaches the blacksmith while extends the sword. "I'd like to pay you a little extra, but unfortunately, I'm a little broke right now."

"Don't worry about it, it's not often I get to work with such a quality piece of steel. That thing is a work of art. Unlike this longsword I loaned you, thanks for bringing it back in one piece."

However, the blacksmith spoke too soon when the longsword also breaks into two which it got him shouts in shock and it got Zoro's attention.

"Better make that two. Come on! What's your deal?! Do you have to be so rough?! You keep breaking every sword you get your hands on!"

"Dammit! Did it again, huh?!" Zoro grumbled with his eyebrow twitched. "I'm sorry, I'll find some way to pay you back."

Until, they heard an explosion that was coming from the ranch which it got Zoro and the blacksmith's attention.

"That sounds like Dick, the 'Mountain Whale', again. Up to no good as usual, no wonder that jackass' bounty is so high!"

"A bandit with a bounty?" Zoro muttered, smirked.

Back at the ranch, Dick made a quick work out of the two bounty hunters by firing his large flintlock at them, knocking them out as they crashed against the ground with a grunt in pain. Harry and the villagers were shocked that the two bounty hunters beaten so easily, but neither of them won't give up as they pulled themselves up while grabbing their blades, charging after the bandit leader. Dick then swatted Johnny and Yosaku with his arm, sending them flying as they crashed against the ground.

"Damn you!" Johnny shouts, charges after Dick, but the bandit kicked him in the sternum, sending him flying right towards Yosaku as they're knocked out on the ground again.

The villagers were watching helplessly in panic, seeing Johnny and Yosaku getting beaten.

"Uh oh! Those two guys are absolutely no match against him!"

Harry is also watching helplessly, seeing Johnny and Yosaku barely standing up which they're beaten up by Dick due to his size and sheer strength.

"I don't get it, my brother Billy was taken out you two weaklings? There's got to be a mistake." Dick states in confusion, wondering why aren't they trying to fight back.

"Hey, get that wax outta your ears! We said we turned him in, not took him down!" Yosaku shouts with his fist raise in the air. "Someone else did that!"

"Well, that makes more sense." Dick said, finally understands. "After all, you are pretty damn weak."

Both Johnny and Yosaku grabbed their swords as they charged after him, but Dick made a quick work by delivering a straight punch, knocking them out and sent them flying while causing them to spit the blood out of his mouth. Then, Johnny and Yosaku crashed and rolled against the ground with a grunt in pain, leaving them, except Dick, shocked. As the dust cleared, both Johnny and Yosaku groaned in pain as they tried to stand up which they're battered and bruised.

"Wrong, pal! I'll shut you up!" Dick snarled, aiming his large flintlock at the two bounty hunters which it got them widen their eyes in dread which Harry couldn't take it anymore as he ran.

"Stop!"

It got Dick's attention when Harry blocks him by raising his arms in defense which it got both Johnny and Yosaku shocked when they tried to warn him.

"Well then, you must've wanna die too, huh?!" Dick snarled as Harry steps back in fright, but tumbled to the ground when the group of bandits ran to their leader.

"Yo, boss! We've got all of the loot loaded up in the cart! We're ready to go when you are!"

"You done?" Dick asks surprisingly, turns to the group of bandits. "I was about to kill these losers, but now that I think about it, they're not worth the ammo. Let's go!"

"Hold it right there!" Johnny snarled which it got his attention when he and Yosaku tried to stand up. "I said 'hold it right there', dirtbag! We've turned in dozens...no, hundreds of bounties by a hair! You might be bigger and stronger than us, but we're not letting you get away! If we did, it'll shame us for the rest of our lives!"

"But you'd have lives." Dick points out, turns to the two bounty hunters. "You won't if you try to take me down, is it worth it?"

"In my opinion, it is! And you know why? Because..." Johnny said as he stands up with determination. "...There are times when a man has to stand up for what he believes in no matter what the odds!?"

Harry was shocked of Johnny's words, but Dick wasn't amused.

"Even if the odds are 20 against 2?" Dick inquires when Yosaku stood up.

"We'll take that bet, scumbag!?" Yosaku shouts.

"Then you'll lose." Dick told them. "Boys! Soften these bums up!"

With that, the group of bandits charged after the two hunters while knocking Harry away which Zoro was able to make his way at the ranch, watching them getting beaten up by the group of bandits. Dick can only watch with an amused smirk on his face, watching the group of bandits continued beating Johnny and Yosaku. Harry was about to stop them, but Zoro grabbed him in the wrist which it got his attention.

"What are you doing?! Let me go! I have to help them!"

"Then, think first before you act." Zoro told him with an advice. "You're just a kid, you're too small to fight, but there are other ways to help.

Though, Zoro makes a valid point which Harry knew that he's right as he moved his arm away. Zoro then watches the group of bandits beating up both Johnny and Yosaku, sending both of them flying as they crashed against the ground with their faces all bruised and bloodied.

"Looky there, I don't think there's a single spot on your faces that hasn't been messed up." Dick mocks with a sneer. "That looks real painful, but don't worry, we'll put you out of your misery. You two could've been smart and walked away from this with your lives, but you just have to be stupid. You came after my head, but now I'm gonna take yours. Well, Champions of Justice, I guess you should look on the bright side, you two will be partners in death, just like you were partners in bounty hunting."

And just as one of the bandits raise the sword, about to kill them while the villagers gasp in shock, Zoro was about to stop the attack by blocking him with the sword of his own.

"That's enough, don't you think?" Zoro rhetorically questions with a serious glare. "This fight was over a long time ago."

Johnny and Yosaku turned their heads, noticing that Zoro stopped the bandits downward slash.

"What the?!" Johnny exclaims with a groan.

"You're that guy..." Yosaku adds.

"Uh-huh, I hope you'll forgive me, but I have to swipe your prey again." Zoro told them, leaving the two bounty hunters confused. "I just had some urgent money issues pop-up."

"Sure." Yosaku replied when Zoro smirked.

"Okay..." Zoro said as he moved the bandit away, making him stumble back and drops the sword.

"Who is that?" Dick asks curiously when Zoro puts the bandana on his head.

"Look, that sheathe, it's white." Yosaku muttered when he noticed the sheathe on Zoro's waist.

"Mind if I borrow your swords for a minute?" Zoro offers when he grabs two of the swords.

"No, not at all." Johnny replied. "But why do you need three..."

Before Johnny could finish his sentence, it got two of the bounty hunters realizing who Zoro really is when they first met him.

"...Three swords...That means you're...The Pirate Hunter, Roronoa Zoro!?" Johnny and Yosaku exclaims in shock, which the group of bandits are shocked as well as they readied their weapons.

"Oh, so you're fabled pirate hunter we've heard about." Dick said with a smirk on his face.

'Do what the kid told you to do, think.' Zoro mentally thought as he closed his eyes, focusing. 'You've gotten stronger while the strength of the swords hasn't changed. As a result, the swords have been breaking. Like the blacksmith said, you've got to be more careful. The trick is getting most out of each sword without overdoing it. Focus, know this strength, and then strike.'

Dick and the group of bandits just laughed while surrounding the swordsman which they have no idea what they're getting into.

"It doesn't matter what kind of reputation you have, Zoro, or the fact that you fight with three swords. Even with them, you won't be able to defeat that many men at once." Dick mocks as he laughed.

"Using three swords isn't the same, it's using 'Three-Sword' style, genius." Zoro told him which it got Dick glaring at him.

"Oh, it's not, huh?! Like it even matters, pirate hunter!" Dick sneered. "Run him through, fellas!"

With that, the group of bandits charged after Zoro as he charges at them, blocking their attacks while twisting his body around as he continuously moving to approach and dodging. Zoro uses the 'Streaming Wolf Swords' and sending the group of bandits flying which it got Dick, the two bounty hunters, and the villagers shocked. Dick is enraged as he then charges after him which it got Zoro's attention as he was about to fire his large flintlock. Harry leaps in mid-air, using the bucket of water to extinguish the flint.

"Three-Sword Style: Oni Giri" Zoro crosses his two swords across his chest and cuts through across the chest, resulting a diagonal-cross slash both swords while the third on his mouth performed a horizontal cut, leaving Dick cough the blood out of his mouth and crashed against the ground.

Both Johnny and Yosaku were completely stunned of Zoro's strength and his swordsmanship.

"Oh good, they didn't break." Zoro said, looking at the two swords and then turns to Harry. "Nice move, kid."

Harry can only respond with a smile, chuckled.

"Roronoa Zoro!" Johnny called him, earned his attention. "We're deeply impressed by your skills. Would you let us join you?"

"We're the famed bounty hunter duo that's fearsome enough to silence a crying child by a hair. Yosaku and Johnny." Yosaku adds with an introduction.

"Suit yourselves." Zoro said with a smirk as Johnny and Yosaku cheered.

Somewhere at sea, present

When Zoro finished his story of his day where he met Johnny and Yosaku, they were interrupted by Usopp firing a cannonball at the reef. Apparently, both of them were annoyed of their crews childish antics, and Usopp will mostly waste on the gunpowder for target practice, but his marksmanship is approving. They then heard footsteps as Zoro grabbed his katana while Ventus grabbed his lance with a serious glare on their faces, making Robin spooked, who's carrying a cloak.

"Didn't I tell you not to stand beside me?" Zoro warned her.

"You're going to catch a cold, dressed like that." Robin points out.

"The only people who catch colds are those who let their minds guard down." Zoro states.

"Okay." Robin replied. "I guess those stories I've heard about how tough Zoro, the Pirate Hunter is are really true."

"For the record, I never once called myself a pirate hunter." Zoro remarked.

"Well, obviously, other people did. So then, who came up with that name?" Robin asks curiously.

"Who knows." Zoro told her. "Doesn't matter to me, lady."

"And what of you, Ventus?" Robin inquires which it got his attention.

"If it's something personal, I'd rather not talk about it." Ventus told her, walks away.

Zoro can tell that Ventus still doesn't trust her ever since she joins the Straw Hat crew. Robin then walk towards the table, looking at the sea with a smile on her face as their journey continues.

That's it for the 5th chapter.
