Hi guys sorry for the delay but I was busy with overtime at work and working on what transport I need to get when I go on holiday (I'll get to that when it gets closer). I've also been working on a Metroid smut story inspired by the adult game Latex Dungeon. Still debating whether or not to release it on FanFic but it will be on AO3. So other than that enjoy this update.
Six ran down the corridors of the station, following the sounds of gunfire. She had gotten word not too long ago that Rich and Kei and Reian had reached one of the main hangar bays. They had been fighting their way to Rachel as quickly as they could, but they were stopped by some kind of armoured troopers. Not power armour, like other Spartans, but something else. From what Six had heard, it was something akin to the Cyclops but smaller.
As she moved, she began to run ideas through her head. There were several ways for her to get in and help Rich, Kei and Reian. Trying to figure out which one was the best wasn't easy as those mechs were going to be a major problem. She stopped and ran the map through her head. If she remembered right, there was an armoury nearby. If she could get there, then she could find something to take out the mechs.
She turned and made her way to the armoury.
OOOOO
Ernesto Riker cleaned his glasses as he watched the battle unfold before him. The three young teens who decided to try and take him and Guro on seemed to have failed to see a trap before them. That made him smile. He knew that these punks were UNSC, it was of no surprise to him. But their age confused him. Sure, the UNSC were the 'good guys' they always portrayed themselves as, but even they had limits. Did the war change that?
Even if it did, what did it matter to him? These people were intruders. He needed to take them out before experimenting on their bodies to see why they were so good. They had essentially taken out the assassins and about half of Wild Dog and his own forces with only one of them dying. Something was wrong with these kids, and he wanted to find out what that was. He was about to leave when another of the attackers entered, armed with a rocket launcher and several rounds.
She took cover behind several crates and fired a round at the Cyclops' mech. The rocket hit and shredded some of the armour, but the walker was still operational if bruised. She then fired another round before taking cover somewhere else. This time the rocket took out one of the mech's arms. It backed up and fired its autocannon. The kid moved fast, moving from one cover to another. With the mech focused on her, one of the other kids jumped onto the mech.
He moved to the power plant at the mech of the mech, opened it up and placed a live grenade inside before jumping away. The grenade detonated taking out the mech. But the pistol was still alive and managed to get out of the mech only to be shot by one of the kids. With a growl of anger, Riker walked out of the hanger and into the next, much larger, hanger. As he made his way over to Guro, he grabbed a prototype rocket launcher with four barrels.
"Ernesto?" Guro asked surprised. "What's going on?"
"Those kids are fighting like fucking veterans. They just took out a Cyclops as well as two elite ODST platoons," he explained. "I have no idea who these kids are, but they aren't fucking around,"
"I have an idea who they are," Wild Dog said as he walked up. "I have a few friends in ONI. They have talked about a project that is meant to create super soldiers. Spartans, they call them. I think we have met the result of that project,"
Both Ernesto and Guro looked at Wild Dog with wide eyes. In all the time that they had known him, he had never once joked or lied about their situation. Sure, he was confident with his soldiers' abilities but wasn't arrogant enough to dismiss the enemy out of hand. Instead, he analysed their tactics and his soldier's skill to see how well they would do and find ways to counter. If he was talking about UNSC super soldiers, then they were in very big trouble.
Ernesto and Guro looked at each other before looking down. Surrendering wasn't an option, but if they could find somewhere else.
"Guro, you and Wild Dog take the girl to the Valhalla. I'll hold them off," he said.
"Very well, I will see you if you make it," Guro said as an explosion sounded.
OOOOO
Once the mech was down the Spartans regrouped. "Good shot Six," Rich said nodding to the rocket launcher six had discarded. "Gave me a clear shot,"
"Which was reckless," Reian said as she hit him in the shoulder. "And dangerous,"
"Either way, we need to move," Six said looking towards the door to the next hanger. "We don't have a lot of time before they get away,"
"I can delay them," Reian said. "They have a frigate that they could use them to escape. I can slow them down,"
"I'll come too," Kei said. "I need to get some sabotage experience,"
The group nodded before splitting. Reian and Kei went towards the main part of the station while Six and Rich made their way to the second hanger. As they moved they picked up an assault rifle each with several spare magazines. Soon they made it to the door only to find it locked. The two looked at each other and shrugged before setting charges on the door. They pulled back a couple of feet before detonating.
With the door gone, they ran through and into cover as several blue, red, brown and white uniformed marines fired at them. They also spotted Ernesto armed with a quad launcher firing at them. One of the rockets overshot and hit a fuel truck behind them detonating it sending out a shockwave that pushed the two out from cover. Wild Dog mercs fired at them but only managed to scrape them before they got back into cover. The two then open-fired at the merc in bursts to control where their shots went.
Several of the mercs went down, but when they came out of cover, Ernesto fired at them trying to take them out in one shot. Six grunted as she moved round the side, close to the large hanger doors. She kept herself low as she moved fast around several crates and ships. But she wasn't unnoticed as several mercs fired at her, peppering her position with 7.62 rounds.
The armour that the Spartans were given, wasn't meant for protection, but for speed and stealth. This allowed for a round to hit Six in the thigh and cause her to stumble and roll. She pulled herself into some hardcover and grabbed a medkit from her pouch and applied it while Rich drew the merc fire and threw a couple of grenades into their formation for good measure. As he did so, Ernesto fired his launcher. Two of the rounds hit close to Rich but didn't take him out. Instead, they moved some of the cover out of the way allowing the merc to get a bead on him and fire.
Being disorientated and partially deaf from the blast, he made for an easy target. But that didn't change the fact that he was a Spartan and dived out of the way of most of the enemy fire. Three rounds hit in him the arm, gut and leg. After throwing the last of his grenades to distract the enemy while he moved to get his wounds fixed up.
Ernesto jumped down from the crate he was on and approached Rich. But he had to take cover as Six opened fire at him. He turned and fired all four barrels at her. But missed due to her speed. He did his best to track her as he reloaded. He smiled as he saw her, aimed and fired. This time, he aimed just where she would go so that she wouldn't be able to move out of the way of the blast. To his surprise, she managed to avoid and jump over the shot.
In mid-air, she aimed and fired her pistol. The round flew through the air and hit Ernesto in the eye but the bullet didn't stop there as it broke his skull and entered his brain, destroying it and removing Ernesto Riker from existence. As his body fell back, the rocket launcher fired the three rocket's left in the tubes. Two flew up to the ceiling but the third came out and hit a group of barrels. Which detonated causing a chain reaction incarnating his body and a lot of the mercs. The rest were buried as the debris, caused by the rockets hitting the ceiling, fell on top of them.
With a sigh Six stood and moved over to Rich who was slumped against a crate. She got down and pressed her fingers against his neck. He was alive but very weak. Looking around, she found a closed-off area and pulled him over to it, before testing his neck again and left.
OOOOO
Wild Dog, Guro and Rachel, now gagged, approached the entrance to the frigate Valhalla followed by white-uniformed soldiers dressed in ODST-like gear. Two of them held onto the teen as tightly as possible as they walked towards the docking tube. But as they got close, two pops sounded and the two mercs holding onto Rachel fell allowing her to sprint out of the way. Guro cursed as he chased after her trying to grab but the teen was nimble as she used the crates to jump out of the way.
She managed to get 100 feet away before Guro grab her by her ponytail and pulled her back. "You're not going anywhere you little whore," he said as he pulled her close and licked her face. "You are going to make a fine slave for my harem. And once you are done, I'll feed you do the dogs,"
She struggled before slamming her foot on his and jumping out of the way and into Six. The spartan grabbed her and placed Rachel on her feet next to her. As she did this, the Spartan's gun lever left her hand or away from Guro who finally looked with a wicked smile. He drew three knives from somewhere and threw them at the two. Six reacted fast moving Rachel into cover and pressing her own back against a crate.
"So, you are one of the fools who came to rescue Rachel," he said, footsteps echoing outside of the gunfire. "You know, it was the UNSC who organised this. They said, if I could kidnap Rachel, I could not only become King but I could keep her as well. I should have guessed that they planned to use this as a 'training exercise'. But that doesn't matter. I have more than enough people to start my empire. Since you came so very far, be my guest and let me entertain you,"
As he said that three knives landed in front of Six and Rachel. The Spartan reacted quickly and pushed the teen out of the way as she dived into a roll, turned and fired three shots at Guro. One missed, two hit but that showed that he had body armour under his suit. He laughed and threw three more knives at her. This time, one slammed into her forearm. Six yelled out in pain as she backed up grabbing the knife and pulling it out.
Guro jumped down and smiled as he approached, knives at the ready. But before he could do anything Rachel jumped him pinning him down to the ground before using a knife she had grabbed cutting his throat. She then stood letting him bleed out before spitting on him.
"That was for my mom you asshole," she growled before looking at Six and ran up. "Here let me help," she said as she helped the Spartan.
Kei and Reian ducked into cover as rounds hit around their perch. They dropped their sniper rifles before moving to a set of crates further down the rails. They watched as Guro chased after Rachel as they kept Wild Dog and his mercs' attention. They kept firing their pistols at the mercs, taking them down one by one before Six emerged once again shoring at a pile of barrels nearby getting the mercs' attention.
"Ernesto Riker and Sherudo Guro are dead. Stand down now!" she ordered.
"Annoying little files," Wild Dog said as he fired at her forcing the Spartan into cover.
He then turned to Kei and Reian's position and fired a grenade round at them. While the round detonated, the two Spartans managed to get away with only bruises and ringing in their ears. That opened him up to several shots from Six who opened up with an assault rifle. Several of the rounds hit him with one of them grazing his cheek.
The last of his merc focused fire on her, but they did the same as they only grazed her thanks to her quick-moving speed. Wild Dog then grabbed a large chain gun and jumped onto one of the crates and fired at Six. The Spartan cursed as she was pinned until she spotted MAC shells near the airlock. Biting her lip she jumped out of cover and fired at Wild Dog and several of his mercs before moving.
The merc commander saw what she was doing and tried to move away, but two shots from Kei and Reian stopped him. He tumbled to the ground as Six grabbed a grenade and readied it but held back. If she threw it now the airlock would depressurize sucking the whole place into space. Wild Dog stood and looked in her direction before laughing raising his hand showing that he was holding a detonator.
"If I'm going down, I'm taking you all with me!" he declared and pressed the button.
The ground rumbled before it exploded in fire and debris.
"Shit!" Six yelled as she pulled back grabbing onto Rachel's hand and practically dragged her towards the door she came from. "Kei Reian come in!" she said but all she got was static.
Cursing, she just made it through the door and closed it before the hanger got sucked into space. Looking around, she saw a lone pelican ready to go. She pointed to the ship and Rachel nodded before running for it while Six ran over to Rich's location and picked him up. Ignoring the fact he was still breathing as the station was coming apart, she ran to the pelican as fast as she could. To her surprise, the jets began to activate and hover over the floor.
She jumped in and the door closed behind her. Rachel then shot at the hanger door blowing it open and flying out. It was a shaky ride at first, but it managed to stabilize. Six then placed Rich down on one of the seats before walking up to the cockpit.
"Where did you learn to fly like that?" she asked.
"My mother was a fighter pilot," Rachel shrugged. "I wanted to follow in her footsteps,"
"Well, you are doing a good job," Six smiled before hitting her comm. "Kei, Reian come in,"
She got a burst of static before someone answered. "Kei here, we found a pelican and made it out," that made Six sigh with relief. "Good to hear, meet at the rendezvous," as she said that she sat down and typed something into the controls.
Rachel frowned as she looked at the coordinates and then at the girl next to her. "So, who are you?"
"Best you forget. You are never going to see us again," Six said in an emotionless tone and looked out of the window.
OOOOO Present day.
"Move, move, move!" the lead ODST said as he and six others moved through the corridor at speed to the room in front of them.
According to the plans, it was an armoury. Something they needed to secure and fast. Several other teams were moving towards it as well. As they approached the door opened and they entered into a wide open space with a platform above them with one person standing there.
"Contact!" one of the ODSTs said and fired only for his shots to be stopped by an energy shield.
That made them pause as the man looked at them. "Pathetic little flies," he said before removing his brown trench coat showing his rounded Spartan armour but what caught their attention was his left arm.
It wasn't like any prosthetic that the ODSTs had seen. It was rounded with a cylindrical shape to it. There was also a belt connected to it from the side. The man raised it and aimed before his machine gun prosthetic shredded the ODSTs before him.
